delay in refund

I had returned a product worth Rs. 1304 for which I was supposed to receive a refund. Due to their system issues, firstcry initiated the refund in 5 separate amount which should be in total 1304, however I received only 628 from them. Now they are asking me for a statement and when I contacted the bank, they asked me to get ARN number from firstcry but they failed to provide that. They should not only refund me the remaining balance but pay...

Dear Team,

I am a regular customer of Firstcry. Yesterday morning I got a msg that the delivery boy is attempted to deliver my ordered item. He didn't even contacted me and I called him. He didn't pickup my call and sent a message that cannot talk now, what's up. I replied him that to call back to me.

But he didn't make a call to me. At 1:50pm again called him and told him to deliver the item before office hour of 5:30pm. And he replied me that the item will deliver within 30 mints. But nothing happened. Then around 6:00 pm he called me and requested to wait 10 mints. I again waited 1 hour and I got a message from Firstcry that:

Xpressbees has held Delivery of your FirstCry.com Order AWB:[protected], as you requested a future delivery. We will reattempt delivery in next 24-48Hrs

When I got this message I called him and he behaved me very shame fully and harassed me over the phone.

This is happened the 3rd time from the same delivery boy. I here by given his details and requested you to take necessary action.

    Irrespective of so many phone calls and complains through email and proper channel firstcry.com is not at all interested in solving my issue and delivering my product.

    The below given are the order details
    Xpressbees has not delivered the product to me and updated the same that the product is delivered. When contact the delivery boy he didn't reply and updated the fake delivery message. And its not the first time they are doing this for every order

      I placed order in firstcry.com on 03january 2020. When i checked status of my order it was showing delivered but from morning i am waiting to collect my parcel.. No delivery boy contacted me... I called customer care team of firstcry they told to registering complaint...
      I am trying to call expressbees contact they are not receiving it...
      I spoke with customers care team member of firstcry.com, they told that i have to wait for 72 hours

        This is chandrasekhar seela and i purchased a dress for my baby on 17th of november 2019and when baby trying to wear, it was bit tight so i given call to store people to inform that the dress we purchased got bit tight and i want to return it and they said it was week end can you please visit us in weekday so i visited store on wednesday i. E., 27th of nov and after the discussion they rejected to take back or exchange as it has small stain which can be gone by spaying some water so i got frustrated and left the dress came out from store but no one try to stop me and its almost 2 month but i didn't get any info from store (Even they got my number).

          I had ordered 4 products with order id 10061409so958e8082 on 21 dec 2019. The status of my product shows "delivered" but i have not received my products yet.
          I didn't receive any call from the delivery boy either. I have been chasing customer support from last 10 days but have not got any resolution yet.
          Request you to either deliver my product or refund my money.

            I had requested for return of a denim jacket pricing 944/- almost a month ago and it was successfully picked up by the courier person.. But has not updated it but had kept it in his office for no reason and i informed the customer care about this giving all the details of that person.. And till date it's been a month now, i have called the customer care asking about this almost 8-10 times.. Everytime i call, they say it takes 72 hours to initiate the refund and till date their 72 hours is not completed.. And inspite of me facing these issues, they have blocked my cod option just because i hadn't returned a product and had used the refund of it.. Whereas these people had deducted that amount already from the previous refund amount.. Just for 335/- they have blocked my cod service.. And i have been calling 8-10 times to initiate my refund of 944/- and for that they don't respond.. What am i supposed do for this? I will call the higher authority and complain about such irresponsible and unprofessional people..

                    I had made an order in firstcry on 17th nov'19 and then cancelled it too for which firstcry should have given me a refund of rs. 1611.90, however first cry claimed of refunding my amount to bank on 22nd nov'19. But till now it has not been reflected in my account. Its been more than15 days for which they have asked me to wait but nothing has been received.

                      Today i placed the order online of products at sharp 3 pm and applied the coupon as there was an offer today (First 500 orders free) and my coupon fcte6190552l19s was placed for 100% free scheme. I was asked to make the payment of rs 50 and i made the payment through net banking. The amount got deducted from my account but after some time i got the mail that "your firstcry order no.6910771sp85030955 have been cancelled, since your transaction has been cancelled by the authorising bank". How can they say that the transaction has been cancelled by the authorising bank whereas the amount has been deducted from my account.

                        I have purchased a bicycle from firstcry and received with defects and raised the return request on same day (28th nov.). But unfortunately didn't get help for the issue. No pickup executive came to pick up the product nor the respond on call. The customer executive all the time repeated same line"product will be picked up within 48 hrs". Please help.

                          I am getting calls from firstcry delivery person and messages from first cry that I placed order. But I didn't. When I called customer care they are asking me to ignore. I didn't expect this response. I can't receive unwanted calls against some other orders which I didn't place. I want this to be corrected immediately.

                          In spite of sending multiple mails to first cry customer care I didn't get ny updates from first cry. I keep receiving calls from first cry delivery agents. When this problem will be resolved.

                                  This mail i wrote to the first cry person on 18 november 2019, as no one came for pickup tll date.

                                  I've requested a return request with ID 22881802 & 22880973, reason being " Not satisfied with quality".

                                  I've called the customer care immediately post raising the return request asking them to arrange the pickup on Saturday or Sunday as nobody will be available at home. But as informed by them is there is no policy for slot booking for return and i should tell the return pickup person when he calls me to come on the convenient day to me. Also, i informed the first cry representative that this should not go for month and then later you people come back saying you cannot refund the amount and return the product, which she agreed

                                  Return Pickup person called me on Monday and i told him to come on Saturday. He told OK and yesterday and day before yesterday, nobody came to collect the package, also no response from them on calling.

                                  Now today you logistic person is calling and asking to arrange the pickup on Thursday beyond which he can't hold.

                                  I am only available on Saturday and Sunday. Kindly arrange the pickup on the coming Saturday or Sunday.

                                  Kindly " DO NOT ASK TO KEEP THE PACKAGE TO NEIGHBOR OR TO SECURITY ", IF SO, THEN IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST THEN FIRST CRY SHOULD TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY, I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE

                                  Also i will not be responsible for any payment post the return days are past, as you are not picking up the package in spite of calling and telling both customer care and logistic person to come on Saturday or Sunday and collect.

                                  They reverted on 18- november - 2019 saying:
                                  This is in reference to your last email received against the products (Babyoye Cotton Woven Dungaree With Tee - Red Blue) and (ToffyHouse 3 Piece Party Suit With Bow Penguin Print - White Blue) from the order number 5533970SN524A6605, as you want the revers pickup of the products on saturday or sunday and the same you had informed to the pickup boy however, he didn't came to collect the products on the given time.

                                  As per our telephonic conversation, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

                                  We would like to inform you that, we do understand your concern however, we do not have time bound reverse pickup service and for the same we can't assure that the products will be picked up on saturday or sunday. However, as per the order we had initiated the reverse pickup against the products on[protected] and within 7-10 days from the date pickup is initiated, the products will be picked up from your shipping address. Hence, we request you to please wait till the given time frame keep the product unused, unwashed along with the original tags, invoice and carton.

                                  But even after 18th also no call or pickup was arranged and they cancelled the return and it was not reflecting in the system.

                                  i've been still waiting for them to collect the product and no one is coming yet.

                                  Now again if i'm ordering they are cancelling my order and adjusting the refund amount with that amount.

                                  This is grossly firstcry mismanagement and irresponsobility of even after following up they are not willing to come and collect and then charge or other orders.

                                  Such a irresponsible organisation.

                                  Also, would point out that
                                  I've raised a complaint to consumer care of first cry on 18 Nov that no one is coming for pickup and even after doing as was suggested "to tell the pickup person on the day when you're available is what was told by consumer care representative of first cry ". Even after asking him to come on Saturday he did not come

                                  and the mail reply on Monday from customer care was that "reverse pickup against the products on[protected] and within 7-10 days from the date pickup is initiated" not from 18 Nov, even after knowing the fact that it has not happened and nobody turned up. Also after 18th also no one came or called and they cancelled the return pickup without informing me - No mail or sms was communicated.

                                  I've attached the screenshots of the website, in that one shows cancelled and one shows refund cancelled.

                                  I would request to kindly ask them to take back their product and return the amount of Rs 1398 which they deducted

                                    I had purchased the moms co natural body butter for my pregnant wife from firstcry on 19/11/2019 which is worth rs.699. My order number is 5798886sa591a4250.

                                    We are regular user of this product and we usually buy it from their official website. But due to the non-availability of this product on their website we had to purchase this from firstcry app this time

                                    When we received the item, the box quality itself did not seem usual. Also when we opened the box there was no thickness in the cream and it was watery which was unusual.

                                    But we were in dilemma and finally my wife applied it on her body at night. The next morning she got incredible rashes and wounds on that pregnancy area which was a very big shock for us. I condemn firstcry for selling us this product. I have attached the images of the product and the affected area on the body. Kindly take the immediate action and stop them from encouraging to sell this kind of products

                                      I order two quantity diapers from FirstCry.com. It’s was delay for 20 days. And received only 1 quantity. After lot many times follow up from my end. I had received the product but only 1 quantity. I have called 3 times and I have send mails many times. They have denied the services. I paid for two quantity. I received only 1 quantity after 20 days.
