I placed an order in first cry shopping site and the products was delivered.

Unfortunately out of that one of the product had a size mismatch and i requested for a return.

Instead of first cry product pickup, courier boy picked up a wrong courier which is from amazon.

I called to the first cry customer care and requested them to deliver the product which was wrongly picked up.

But courier team insisted me to come to their warehouse which is located in banaglore to collect the courier.

This ware house is around 30 kms away from the city and i have to spend extra amount for the courier to collect it.

One of the worst and waste service that i received from you guys.

Really disappointing with the service that iam receiving from your team.

Even though the courier is given by my uncle, it is the courier guy responsibility to check the order number before collecting the courier which was not done and the courier guy not even checked which courier he is supposed to pickup.

On the top of that, first cry people are really defending their mistake done by them and the courier was sent to bangalore warehouse instead of nellore.

Why can't they correct their mistake which was done by them.

I finally told to the first cry team that, what ever product that was wrongly corrected to sell it off and keep the money with them.

Decided not to recommend this site to anyone.

Hattsoff to your service which was really worst and frustrated.

The order has been cancelled by company due to non availability, The Shipping charges, however, are not refunded. The customer care executive said that it is as per policy.

Why I shall be bearing the charges when the order has been cancelled by Firstcry and not by me.

    Sir i ordered from first cry but due to some personal reasons i have to cancel it they says that you will get your refund 10-15 working days but it has been more than 30 days i didn't receive any refund form their side.     I also call them they says that we provide your refund already and contact you bank. Bank's says that we can't do anything in this contact with them

      I purchase one soft toy from first cry Ambedkar road Ghaziabad store of Mrp 799 inclusive all taxes in which they offers 25% discount on Mrp I.e., 199.75 so the value is rs 599.25 & after that they added tax on that value I.e., 12% & the bill amount was rs 671.16.

      Firstly how I get a discount of rs 199.75 ?
      Secondaly how you can add tax when you give the discount on Mrp?

      It shows discount on product and later add GST before payment.

      For same Product where DISCOUNT is LESS there is No GST coming..

      One company, one Product but different policies.

        Not able to carry in car and from the day i purchased it wheels are nit proppeer after giving many times complain no one is resolving this issues, can someone look into this issue at the earliest possible and provide a solution and take necessary proper action against all these false advertisements of item ll be completely refunded if not satisfied

          I have ordered pampers pent diaper large-64 (Quantity 2) and they commitment to deliver on 27th jan-2020.
          I have register complaints on 27th jan-2020 due to not delivered. I have talked with customer service for quick resolution but i don't know they raise concern against my order no: 6006488trb3012893. And after fed-up to talked with customer service i have canceled my order and i have lost 500 rupees to purches another order. I want to revert my all money rs-1213.65 immediately with interest.
          I have very very bed experience with firstcry never ever seen.
          I want my money back immediately.

          I suggest to improve your customer service, so that no one can helpless on that. Because they always told it will resolved by within 72hrs but they have escalate or not we don't know. Please try to communicate/share with complain id or escalate details for customer satisfaction.

          I purchase Himalaya diaper and the quality is worst I can't use for my baby they can't absorb pee of baby they will get leak please help me sir I use diaper for night and in morning the diaper get leak Sir please take this packet from my house and refund my money I don't want to use this diaper for my baby

            amount debited but order not placed

            On 22.12.2019, i placed two orders of amount ₹1016.34 & ₹901.95.

            I made payment through google pay of both the amounts but due to technical issues both the payments was declined and orders got cancelled.

            Then i made payment through net banking of both the amounts but only one order of ₹901.95 was confirmed. For the other debited amount of ₹1016.34 no order was showing.

            We have ordered two products naming Pre Order-Awabox Solid Full Sleeves Front Button Maroon Coat- 3Y and 4Y.

            We have cancelled both the products and initiate refund of Rs.2337.22 (1168.61 + 1168.61) on 2nd of Jan, but till now the amount is not credited in our bank account.

            I have try to connect with Frist Cry team but they are giving in appropriate reply rather than close my issue.

                  I have ordered huggies dry diapers on jan 25 2020 for my 7month old baby but i received duplicate product. I was cheated and every diaper in the package was duplicate. Please dont cheat your customers on baby products. Dont give duplicate products in the name of offer. I believe that company will take my complaint and resolve it because this complaint is regarding babies health so please take severe action and dont repeat it again in the future. We as a customer want to continue shopping in your company please solve the problem asap.

                        This is complaint regarding firstcry.com which has failed to refund the amount since 3 months i have returned
                        Enfance core flower print sleeveless dress.

                        On november 29th 2019, i received a message that return request has been generated. A guy called me from
                        Delivery.com bangalore. I gave the dress to the guy who came from delivery.com (+[protected],[protected]

                        When the refund did not happen even after week, i contacted first cry, they say wait 72 hours. I contacted the
                        Guy who picked up, he said i have left job, i have given the dress to delivery.com office triveni road, yeswanthpur bangalore.

                        I went to that office, the manager there say that guy left job, he will talk to delivery.com customer care.

                        I kept calling first cry customer care, they keep saying case has been escalated and wait 3 days more.

                        This is going on since 3 months.

                        The worst customercare of firstcry. They have no power to resolve the queries and for small refund they are taking 3 months and still no resolution.

                          I ordered baby diaper package from firstcry on 6th jan/20, it was supposed to be delivered on or before 11th, but due to some reasons (As per them) it didn't got delivered and got further delayed.
                          I firstly raised a complaint on firstcry site under "track your package".
                          I waited for any update from firstcry, but to my surprise there was not update or call from firstcry for delayed package.
                          Finally i called them on 15th, as it had been 9 days and asked them why is my package not being delivered and why no response is there for my complaint raised for delay.
                          To that they answered that their van had been under police verification etc etc (Which should be not my concern). And further said that we cannot update on when you will recieve your package.
                          I do not have any option for cancellation or refund of this order.
                          I raised an escalation as there was no resolution or any compensation from them, neither they could provide me with some other diaper package within 3-4 days... Great!!!
                          I waited next whole day (16th) for any update call or delivery guy, and none happened.
                          I again called them and shred my anger and frustation to atleast update, even if it still delayed.
                          Today (17th) i again waited whole day and there was no delivery, neither any call from them for any update (Despite of telling them to keep me updated for whatsoever happens). So i called them again and and politely explained everything to their representative, to which he had no words, so i asked for a supervisor or team lead or any available manager on floor to have a word with me - to which again as they say everytime "our all supervisors and tl's are busy".
                          I asked where are the managers?
                          He said they have left.
                          And to my surprise it was just 7:30 when i called.
                          I asked what time do they officially have to be at their workstations/office - and the guy said "till 8".
                          So after going through all this harasment and their a class service, i am now here.
                          I have every call recorded with me, in which you can also listen how professional they are!
                          Which made me go nuts assuming firstcry as a bigshot in online services and to that what they actually stand.

                            I gave a return request of my babyhug symphony stroller on 30th december 2019. As per firstcry policy it should be picked up between 7 to 10 days . Still nobody came to pick my order and whenever i am calling to firstcry customer care i m not getting exact information also . They r just saying at d earliest dey will resolve and as dey are not picking the order so i m not getting the refund.

                              delay in refund

                              I had returned a product worth Rs. 1304 for which I was supposed to receive a refund. Due to their system issues, firstcry initiated the refund in 5 separate amount which should be in total 1304, however I received only 628 from them. Now they are asking me for a statement and when I contacted the bank, they asked me to get ARN number from firstcry but they failed to provide that. They should not only refund me the remaining balance but pay...

                              Dear Team,

                              I am a regular customer of Firstcry. Yesterday morning I got a msg that the delivery boy is attempted to deliver my ordered item. He didn't even contacted me and I called him. He didn't pickup my call and sent a message that cannot talk now, what's up. I replied him that to call back to me.

                              But he didn't make a call to me. At 1:50pm again called him and told him to deliver the item before office hour of 5:30pm. And he replied me that the item will deliver within 30 mints. But nothing happened. Then around 6:00 pm he called me and requested to wait 10 mints. I again waited 1 hour and I got a message from Firstcry that:

                              Xpressbees has held Delivery of your FirstCry.com Order AWB:[protected], as you requested a future delivery. We will reattempt delivery in next 24-48Hrs

                              When I got this message I called him and he behaved me very shame fully and harassed me over the phone.

                              This is happened the 3rd time from the same delivery boy. I here by given his details and requested you to take necessary action.

                                Irrespective of so many phone calls and complains through email and proper channel firstcry.com is not at all interested in solving my issue and delivering my product.

                                The below given are the order details
                                Xpressbees has not delivered the product to me and updated the same that the product is delivered. When contact the delivery boy he didn't reply and updated the fake delivery message. And its not the first time they are doing this for every order

                                  I am trying to call expressbees contact they are not receiving it...

                                    This is chandrasekhar seela and i purchased a dress for my baby on 17th of november 2019and when baby trying to wear, it was bit tight so i given call to store people to inform that the dress we purchased got bit tight and i want to return it and they said it was week end can you please visit us in weekday so i visited store on wednesday i. E., 27th of nov and after the discussion they rejected to take back or exchange as it has small stain which can be gone by spaying some water so i got frustrated and left the dress came out from store but no one try to stop me and its almost 2 month but i didn't get any info from store (Even they got my number).
