I tried to cancel the product on their website but it says you cant cancel a product when it has been shipped. If its not cancelled then i will

    I had ordered from first cry way back and returned a product and they sent the refund
    Now once again i ordered another product after few tries when finally order got accepted they rejected and from my refund money deducted the amount of first order which i returned and the remaining amount they have kept in firstcry cash account not even sent to my original payment method

      Was supposed to get at 27 november 2019. But i didn't received it till now. I didn't get any messages or phone calls regarding the delivery of the product... This is the second time i am placing the same order... So please make me available at my shipping address...

        This mail i wrote to the first cry person on 18 november 2019, as no one came for pickup tll date.

        I've requested a return request with ID 22881802 & 22880973, reason being " Not satisfied with quality".

        I've called the customer care immediately post raising the return request asking them to arrange the pickup on Saturday or Sunday as nobody will be available at home. But as informed by them is there is no policy for slot booking for return and i should tell the return pickup person when he calls me to come on the convenient day to me. Also, i informed the first cry representative that this should not go for month and then later you people come back saying you cannot refund the amount and return the product, which she agreed

        Return Pickup person called me on Monday and i told him to come on Saturday. He told OK and yesterday and day before yesterday, nobody came to collect the package, also no response from them on calling.

        Now today you logistic person is calling and asking to arrange the pickup on Thursday beyond which he can't hold.

        I am only available on Saturday and Sunday. Kindly arrange the pickup on the coming Saturday or Sunday.

        Kindly " DO NOT ASK TO KEEP THE PACKAGE TO NEIGHBOR OR TO SECURITY ", IF SO, THEN IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST THEN FIRST CRY SHOULD TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY, I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE

        Also i will not be responsible for any payment post the return days are past, as you are not picking up the package in spite of calling and telling both customer care and logistic person to come on Saturday or Sunday and collect.

        They reverted on 18- november - 2019 saying:
        This is in reference to your last email received against the products (Babyoye Cotton Woven Dungaree With Tee - Red Blue) and (ToffyHouse 3 Piece Party Suit With Bow Penguin Print - White Blue) from the order number 5533970SN524A6605, as you want the revers pickup of the products on saturday or sunday and the same you had informed to the pickup boy however, he didn't came to collect the products on the given time.

        As per our telephonic conversation, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

        We would like to inform you that, we do understand your concern however, we do not have time bound reverse pickup service and for the same we can't assure that the products will be picked up on saturday or sunday. However, as per the order we had initiated the reverse pickup against the products on[protected] and within 7-10 days from the date pickup is initiated, the products will be picked up from your shipping address. Hence, we request you to please wait till the given time frame keep the product unused, unwashed along with the original tags, invoice and carton.

        But even after 18th also no call or pickup was arranged and they cancelled the return and it was not reflecting in the system.

        i've been still waiting for them to collect the product and no one is coming yet.

        Now again if i'm ordering they are cancelling my order and adjusting the refund amount with that amount.

        This is grossly firstcry mismanagement and irresponsobility of even after following up they are not willing to come and collect and then charge or other orders.

        Such a irresponsible organisation.

        Also, would point out that
        I've raised a complaint to consumer care of first cry on 18 Nov that no one is coming for pickup and even after doing as was suggested "to tell the pickup person on the day when you're available is what was told by consumer care representative of first cry ". Even after asking him to come on Saturday he did not come

        and the mail reply on Monday from customer care was that "reverse pickup against the products on[protected] and within 7-10 days from the date pickup is initiated" not from 18 Nov, even after knowing the fact that it has not happened and nobody turned up. Also after 18th also no one came or called and they cancelled the return pickup without informing me - No mail or sms was communicated.

        I've attached the screenshots of the website, in that one shows cancelled and one shows refund cancelled.

        I would request to kindly ask them to take back their product and return the amount of Rs 1398 which they deducted

        I'm trying to raise a return request again but they have freeze the return option even though the return is valid till 30 days from day of delivery/order.

          Hello,
          I had purchased the moms co natural body butter for my pregnant wife from firstcry on 19/11/2019 which is worth rs.699. My order number is 5798886sa591a4250.

          We are regular user of this product and we usually buy it from their official website. But due to the non-availability of this product on their website we had to purchase this from firstcry app this time

          When we received the item, the box quality itself did not seem usual. Also when we opened the box there was no thickness in the cream and it was watery which was unusual.

          But we were in dilemma and finally my wife applied it on her body at night. The next morning she got incredible rashes and wounds on that pregnancy area which was a very big shock for us. I condemn firstcry for selling us this product. I have attached the images of the product and the affected area on the body. Kindly take the immediate action and stop them from encouraging to sell this kind of products

            I order two quantity diapers from FirstCry.com. It’s was delay for 20 days. And received only 1 quantity. After lot many times follow up from my end. I had received the product but only 1 quantity. I have called 3 times and I have send mails many times. They have denied the services. I paid for two quantity. I received only 1 quantity after 20 days.

            No status for delivery status . very delay . first i cancelled the order for late delivery they said it is lost during shipment . in 2nd order already 12 days gone no status for delivery saying plz wait 48 hrs.

              My brother mohit choudhary sent a gift which we didn't get (Order no 9651324sn[protected]. But as par the status it is delivered.
              The reason we think is..
              Around 4-5 months ago, we placed two orders online. The sum for both the things was rs 1150.in the morning the courier boy ashish chauhan came and since i was not fully awake so by mistake i paid the amount i had ready for both the things receiving just one. When i really woke up i called ashish chauhan many times to talk but he didn't pick up my call. I remember the name so well because i tried calling him many times that day. Now, again my delivery was assigned to this boy (I got the message on my phone). This time i didn't even get my thing and the status turned 'delivered'. My brother is trying his end but we both are getting nowhere with this.

                Babyhug candy 2 in 1 high chair with safety harness - grey orange delivered from the order no:- 4828031sxt9267226

                I had recently ordered a high chair from first cry. The chair looked good and it costed around 4.5k rs. My daughter who is 11kg ane has started using this chair recently. Within few weeks the screws are getting loose. Some of them have also started breaking. This product is of very bad quality. When i raised this complain i was told that there is no replacement available and they offered me simply 5% amount as compenation. This is unfair i feel because they are selling a very bad product and expect customer to not raise any issues.

                  Placed the order order no 8104529st540a2885/8104529su54534377 but it was cancelled from there end and i didn't get my amount refunded. When i am trying speck with customer care they are telling the amount used on previous cancelled order. I have send multiple mails to them to take the product but they did't came. Now they are illegally playing with us.

                  Hope i can get justice.

                    As per the trail mail still haven't received my order. Your system is saying delivery has been attempted however this is not truth. Incase it was attempted then my building tower guard would have kept that in any case. Infact i tried to reach delivery guy twice and he never bothered to pick call. Highly sad and disappointed with the service. No solution from your end except for waiting. Now in anycase i will cancel my order and buy from amazon on a lower rate as, my priority was to get on 14th as it was my daughter's bday gift. Today is her bday. And beyond that if i will receive the order then, priority will be money. Thanks for not considering your customer as priority. Your guys are asking to wait for 72hrs which is funny.

                      Dear sir,

                      I had ordered from first cry 5 items it was showing to deliver on 7th nov in status its showing out for delivery but still i did't receive my order. I tried to contact customer care but 1st number always come busy and 2nd number no one is picking the call. What to do i am helpless i had done the payment also but not received my order. First cry should close their online business if they are not able to manage and at least customer number should be on active mode.
                      Very worst experience. Please suggest what to do now.

                          They have the worst delivery service ever. I have ordered a product from firstcry.com and it was shipped through xpressbees. My order reached my city on november 2, 2019, but it was held by delivery team for 6 days. On 7th day it was out for delivery, but the agent denied to deliver the order. Called firstcry as well as xpressbees customer support many times, but no proper resolution was given. Again on 8th november it was out for delivery by the same delivery agent and the same issue happened. The agent didn't even pick my call inspite of calling multiple times. Finally he updated as consignee was not available, without even attempting delivery. They have wasted my time and have stolen my order. My order awb:[protected] and the agent name is rakesh, his number is [protected]. I am getting only automated calls from firstcry for delivery, but no delivery happened. Calling xpressbees is totally waste of time as they don't even treating us as customers and agents speaking rudely. I want my order at the earliest.

                              I have been provided two coupon code from first cry of rs 600 each on shopping of rs 2500 above to be redemable from 01. Nov to 15. Nov and 15. Nov to 30. Nov. I visited shop and purchased t shirt worth rs 600 and biller asked me to call on particular number to make payment and that number was saying invalid when i called from my registered number and from other numbers call is connecting this mean that they have blocked my number so that this scheme cant be reedemed. This is an fradaulent act woth the customers.

                                I have initiated refund of amount to my first cry wallet to my account on 1st october 2019, an amount of rs.447.11. The first cry team said that it will reflect in your account but till date it was not credited to my account. Many times i had called to customer care team but i did not get any response. Recently the first cry team asked to send account statement before 3 days i have sent the statement to the team, after receiving they told you will get reply from 24 to 48 hours but till date i did not get any reply. Today also i had called once again but today also they told the same thing 24 to 48 hours you will get reply, please take it as priority basis and help me in getting the amount to my account

                                I placed an order on Fristcry.com for the baby Pampers, it was showing next day delivery, Free and Guaranteed but I didn't received the product on 9th November. I called up customer care multiple times on 10th and received no information on the delivery as well.

                                  Order id 7262921su44348306 which was done on 31 oct 2019. Order shows canceled without informing customer and no refund was provided and in queue. I was waiting for delivery and when logged in got surprised that you guys have cancelled order without any updates and adjusted that amount with any past refund. I called customer care where they are telling of some past pending return while there is no such case. Every one knows that ecommerce company will not initiate refund without return.

                                      I did not get my amount of rs.447.11/- to my account. I contacted their customer care team many times they told u will get money with in 10 to 15 days from oct.1.2019. But till date i did not get any money. I contacted today also but i did not get any response from them. Every time when i called they told me please wait 24 to 48 hours. Today i am vexed i am lodging complaint against you in consumer complaints department.

                                        Your order no.3945614sp183de363 dated 05th oct.19 & shipment no.[protected] dated 06th oct.19.
                                        As per the shipment cited above the item sent by you arrived at the delivery point on 10th oct. 19. But the agency informed the matter by sms only on the morning of 14th the delivery will be done by syrilsabu-[protected]. Accordingly a call was received in the contact number provided about the receipt of the item by 7 pm and i asked him about the deelay of thesupply. He replied that the item was big in size, and disconnected the call. I have tried to contact him at once but he did attended the call. Afterwards a sms was received stating that the consignee was not available and so held the delivery. This was a false reason reported to you. I have complaint several times regarding the non delivery of the item and i was informed from your part that the item will be delivered within 48 hours. There after the same both the sms's were received by me. No information has been received by me regarding the delivery the delivery of items after 14th oct.
                                        Hence, i once again request you to take immediate steps to redress my grievance, failing which i have no other go except taking further steps including legal remedies.
                                        Awaiting your kind co-operation and immediate delivery of the item.
