Hii.. I dnt have any issues with firstcry bt their delivery associate are just #... I got d msg that my product will be delivered on 9th nov bt till now (10th nov) i havent got it... I contacted delivery boy he said i dnt know n tomorrow i'll be on leave n i dnt care n know abt office who will deliver or not... The boy is of xpressbees and named chulbul... I want my product to be delivered tomorrow asap... Till 9 am

    They have the worst delivery service ever. I have ordered a product from firstcry.com and it was shipped through xpressbees. My order reached my city on november 2, 2019, but it was held by delivery team for 6 days. On 7th day it was out for delivery, but the agent denied to deliver the order. Called firstcry as well as xpressbees customer support many times, but no proper resolution was given. Again on 8th november it was out for delivery by the same delivery agent and the same issue happened. The agent didn't even pick my call inspite of calling multiple times. Finally he updated as consignee was not available, without even attempting delivery. They have wasted my time and have stolen my order. My order awb:[protected] and the agent name is rakesh, his number is [protected]. I am getting only automated calls from firstcry for delivery, but no delivery happened. Calling xpressbees is totally waste of time as they don't even treating us as customers and agents speaking rudely. I want my order at the earliest.

      All the three products are too small as i have already sent a complaint yesterday and today one of the same product that i had returned was sent back to me. Kindly arrange refund if the proper size is not available for all three items. I want the size for all three to be from 18 months to 24 months for a girl. Kindly make arrangements. Thank you.         I have been provided two coupon code from first cry of rs 600 each on shopping of rs 2500 above to be redemable from 01. Nov to 15. Nov and 15. Nov to 30. Nov. I visited shop and purchased t shirt worth rs 600 and biller asked me to call on particular number to make payment and that number was saying invalid when i called from my registered number and from other numbers call is connecting this mean that they have blocked my number so that this scheme cant be reedemed. This is an fradaulent act woth the customers.

          Dear sir,

          I have initiated refund of amount to my first cry wallet to my account on 1st october 2019, an amount of rs.447.11. The first cry team said that it will reflect in your account but till date it was not credited to my account. Many times i had called to customer care team but i did not get any response. Recently the first cry team asked to send account statement before 3 days i have sent the statement to the team, after receiving they told you will get reply from 24 to 48 hours but till date i did not get any reply. Today also i had called once again but today also they told the same thing 24 to 48 hours you will get reply, please take it as priority basis and help me in getting the amount to my account

          I placed an order on Fristcry.com for the baby Pampers, it was showing next day delivery, Free and Guaranteed but I didn't received the product on 9th November. I called up customer care multiple times on 10th and received no information on the delivery as well.

            Order id 7262921su44348306 which was done on 31 oct 2019. Order shows canceled without informing customer and no refund was provided and in queue. I was waiting for delivery and when logged in got surprised that you guys have cancelled order without any updates and adjusted that amount with any past refund. I called customer care where they are telling of some past pending return while there is no such case. Every one knows that ecommerce company will not initiate refund without return.

                I did not get my amount of rs.447.11/- to my account. I contacted their customer care team many times they told u will get money with in 10 to 15 days from oct.1.2019. But till date i did not get any money. I contacted today also but i did not get any response from them. Every time when i called they told me please wait 24 to 48 hours. Today i am vexed i am lodging complaint against you in consumer complaints department.

                Firstcry is taking more than 1 week to deliver products within the city, there is no response from the customer care they simply say to wait 48hours aswell, no escallation matrix

                  Your order no.3945614sp183de363 dated 05th oct.19 & shipment no.[protected] dated 06th oct.19.
                  As per the shipment cited above the item sent by you arrived at the delivery point on 10th oct. 19. But the agency informed the matter by sms only on the morning of 14th the delivery will be done by syrilsabu-[protected]. Accordingly a call was received in the contact number provided about the receipt of the item by 7 pm and i asked him about the deelay of thesupply. He replied that the item was big in size, and disconnected the call. I have tried to contact him at once but he did attended the call. Afterwards a sms was received stating that the consignee was not available and so held the delivery. This was a false reason reported to you. I have complaint several times regarding the non delivery of the item and i was informed from your part that the item will be delivered within 48 hours. There after the same both the sms's were received by me. No information has been received by me regarding the delivery the delivery of items after 14th oct.
                  Hence, i once again request you to take immediate steps to redress my grievance, failing which i have no other go except taking further steps including legal remedies.
                  Awaiting your kind co-operation and immediate delivery of the item.

                    Every time if i order for a huge product, (Ie not easy to carry) the product will not be delivered but the status will be updated as delivered. This is the third time happening for me. Though i will get my product after a few days from the delivery date, i can get the product after repeated complaints and followups.

                    When i order a smaller size product it is delivered at correct time. But i order a huge size product the xpress bees coriour says your product is huge we can't carry it in the bike, and makes too long to delivery, we pay for delivery also. Also if we ask him he behaves rudely to us. He is xpress bees courier boy from madurai, colony area. Name is jegan.

                    After numerous complaints on xpress bees courier to firistcry, no steps taken from them. Please talk to me.

                      Issue: along with baby bathrobe firstcry executive took non firstcry product (Hushpuppies women shoes) with him. Firstcry is not agreeing to ship the product back. They asking to self pick up the product at my expense from bangalore warehouse whereas i stay in delhi. When i requested them to share the contact person number from their courier partner so that the person knows their process and the product can be shipped back to me at my expense they are denying that as well. It seems they do not want to return the product which they took by mistake.

                        I have brought two chicco bottles in the first cry showroom siripuram Visakhapatnam ...after going home tested the bottle nipple with water ..flow was extremely high that an infant cannot feed on that extreme flow even they chock of the huge flow..so I want to return them to the showroom..but they refused of replacing it..please do a good service if not happend by you then don’t dare to make experiments with the newborn and infants they highly incapable of taking to that flow...and the service girls were too rude along with the branch owner too

                          Customer care is worst in first cry. I am still tracking my order since oct 1st, they say that they are working on the order. Will be closed in 24-48 hours. They have already crossed the time line. Order no 9052608sm1350f267.

                          Can you help me resolve the issue? I would need the money to be refunded or first cry vouchers to get credited to my account

                            The refund policy is the worst and very messy compared to other e-commerce vendors. I had a very bad experience recently. I initiated a refund and didn’t receive the money for 15days. After 15 days when i called customer care they asked me to send an email and they respond to emails only after 24hrs. They are saying they have transferred the money but i never received it. Even after sharing the bank statement twice with the team they keep asking for bank statements in d following emails and all the team members are not in sync. There is no update even after a month n every time different person respond to emails and receive calls and ask for the same thing again and again. The worst thing is when i tried to call them recently they intentionally disconnected the phone 4-5times after interacting for 5minutes. Also there is no hierarchy to escalate problems.. Its really frustrating to follow up with customer care. I won’t recommend anyone to order online from their site.. Few of my other friends also faced same issue with the refund. They cheat people n keep money with them or transfer to their accounts as they don’t share the bank detail to which they have transferred the amount.

                                Placed the return for the above orders on 7th of September.
                                its been nearly a month, product has not been picked up nad amount has not been refunded.

                                Multiple executive has been assigned for the return pickup, however no one turns up.
                                Every time i used to get calls from executive that they are arriving to pick the return, however no executive cam. Even they are not picking the calls also.

                                  I have ordered multiple items for my niece birthday. All the products i ordered was not as expected. One of the item i ordered was toyshine battery operated kitchen set - pink. This item was delivered with missing parts.
                                  I called first cry customer support and was asked to raise online return request. While raising online request i selected product missing option and the request was cancelled mentioning wrong reason. I raised another request and it was cancelled asking to raise request as parts missing instead of product missing.

                                  When i am trying to raise another request with correct reason, it does not allow me to upload photos or raise request. If i don't return in next 2 days, first will not allow me to return and my

                                    We had procured a cot mobile from first cry and they sent us a damaged product. We even shared the pictures of the damage and they have conveniently replied saying that they will not take the return and is putting the blame of the damage on us. There is no way they can prove that we have damaged the product since the moment we opened the packet we reported the damage. I am exrmetely shocked as without proper investigation they are blaming the customer and does not want to take accountability of the problem

                                      I have raised the return request under the category 'product (S) missing item (S) not received' as you have ordered for 2 qty but received 1 qty.

                                      I tried to convey my concern to their team regarding it but they clearly told they are not going to refund my extra amount and not accept return request too.

                                      Regarding my concern i want to share some facts with you which will help you out to realize the fact.
                                      1. Please check the attached video for kind ref to identified the size of the product and box which i have received from first cry logistic. It shows that box is not suitable to carry two quantity.
                                      2. Please refer dispatch sticker on package which states that qty:02 and weight of the shipment is 2.99 kg and value2826.92; hereby i request you to refer next picture where it is quite clear that one tricycle weight is 2.99 kg. It clearly states that i have received one tricycle inspite of two.
