The refund policy is the worst and very messy compared to other e-commerce vendors. I had a very bad experience recently. I initiated a refund and didn’t receive the money for 15days. After 15 days when i called customer care they asked me to send an email and they respond to emails only after 24hrs. They are saying they have transferred the amount but i never received it. Even after sharing the bank statement twice with the team they keep asking for bank statements in d following emails and all the team members are not in sync. There is no update even after a month n every time different person respond to emails and receive calls and ask for the same thing again and again. The worst thing is when i tried to call them recently they intentionally disconnected the phone 4-5times after interacting for 5minutes. Also there is no hierarchy to escalate problems.. Its really frustrating to follow up with customer care. I won’t recommend anyone to order online from their site.. Few of my other friends also faced same issue with the refund.

    Placed the return for the above orders on 7th of September.
    its been nearly a month, product has not been picked up nad amount has not been refunded.

    Multiple executive has been assigned for the return pickup, however no one turns up.
    Every time i used to get calls from executive that they are arriving to pick the return, however no executive cam. Even they are not picking the calls also.

      I have ordered multiple items for my niece birthday. All the products i ordered was not as expected. One of the item i ordered was toyshine battery operated kitchen set - pink. This item was delivered with missing parts.
      I called first cry customer support and was asked to raise online return request. While raising online request i selected product missing option and the request was cancelled mentioning wrong reason. I raised another request and it was cancelled asking to raise request as parts missing instead of product missing.

      When i am trying to raise another request with correct reason, it does not allow me to upload photos or raise request. If i don't return in next 2 days, first will not allow me to return and my

        Dear team

        We had procured a cot mobile from first cry and they sent us a damaged product. We even shared the pictures of the damage and they have conveniently replied saying that they will not take the return and is putting the blame of the damage on us. There is no way they can prove that we have damaged the product since the moment we opened the packet we reported the damage. I am exrmetely shocked as without proper investigation they are blaming the customer and does not want to take accountability of the problem

          I have raised the return request under the category 'product (S) missing item (S) not received' as you have ordered for 2 qty but received 1 qty.

          I tried to convey my concern to their team regarding it but they clearly told they are not going to refund my extra amount and not accept return request too.

          Regarding my concern i want to share some facts with you which will help you out to realize the fact.
          1. Please check the attached video for kind ref to identified the size of the product and box which i have received from first cry logistic. It shows that box is not suitable to carry two quantity.
          2. Please refer dispatch sticker on package which states that qty:02 and weight of the shipment is 2.99 kg and value2826.92; hereby i request you to refer next picture where it is quite clear that one tricycle weight is 2.99 kg. It clearly states that i have received one tricycle inspite of two.

            Have realised for the last two transactions first cry is charging more than the mrp (Not sure how many times i have paid in excess).

            Instance 2 : order number :2602748sxy019e903
            The mrp of the product (Chico tooth paste) is 279 rupees. I had ordered for 3 of them. So 3*279= 837 and i had a coupon code of 320. So 837 - 320 =517 however the amount i was asked to pay is 563.53. I am really wondering why first cry is charging more as taxes. If we buy the same product is a shop the product is sold at 279 but first cry is charging 279+ tax which is no whoever mentioned in the product.

            When i wrote to the customer care, they are saying gst is applicable. I am wondering from where the gst comes into picture.

            So now i got a call from the cusomer care and they say that they have given me a discount and for discount they will charge me gst which is totally not acceptable. They are giving me a 9% discount and finally, i end up paying more than the mrp which is definitely not correct.

            When already oru product price contains taxes etc, i do not want to pay more money than the mrp.

            Instance 1 (Disney product) : mrp of the product is 259 and first cry mrp tag is 319. Looks like they missed to remove the company mrp.. So when raised this complaint, after several follow ups they refund the 60 rupees.

I'm still not understanding how did that happen...Please do check what has happened

              Had requested for a return of an item which never happened. I got multiple calls scheduling the return but no one showed. Have multiple call records of over 3 minutes where i have complained about this.

              On placing another order, without my permission, they have unceremoniously cancelled the order and adjusted the amount against the item to be returned. I am stuck paying for an item i have no use for, for the mistake of the reverse logistics.

              I am sure such incidents happen but on calling them for resolution, they tell me they have called me three times and have not received a response which is completely untrue.

                I have placed order for baby walker with firstcry.com (2063737sou8178823.)
                I received the product on 13 aug but it was damaged so i raised a return request on the same day. The person comes and says he doesn’t have proper logistics and so refuses to collect it back.
                I have raised many complaints but to no use. Still it has not been picked up
                But now on 29 the august the site shows as refund successful but i have not receive it. They placed the amount in my wallet and immediately removed it and updated the status as refund successful.
                I didnot expect such a cheating from reputed company like firstcry
                Highly disappointed!!!

                What should i do now

                  I have received babyhug baby cot on 26th of august 2019, which was ordered through firstcry.com. After receving it i found small crack in upper side section & in some places unfinished paint which is looking like it has covered the damaged area through paint. My only concern is could it be replaced atleast the damaged part waiting for the response with this i have attched some pictures of the cot.

                    I have purchased baby hug craddle from the store vidyranyapura, now the craddle portion rod is broken, contacted customercare of baby craddle, they told to contact the first cry store, then i have contacted the store they told its not under warranty & i agreed for to repair or service at my own cost, even though they have not responding.

                    I don't know how much ppor quality they are producing the baby products even the service is not available. So i need to repair the craddle iam ready to pay the service cost

                      Helloo. I have recently purchased baby wear from one of the firstcry store. Located in jalandhar punjab. India.. I asked them if they have any discount on those items. They said theres. No discount. Those are fresh items. Came home and checked on firstcry web online. Items i purchased they were on discount online. I called the store manager to talk about this. Manager said our system doesnt show any discount on those items. I dont know hows that possible. Firstcry stores have same system everywhere in india. Either its online or in store. And i dont know why they charge us mrp of the items. That were on discount and not even new or fresh arrival items. So they just lie to us or something else.

                        Haven't faced such pitiful incident where delivery agent takes wrongful item (Jabong) rather than picking up my firstcry. The problem is one single person handles return for both and we had just handed it over to the security since timing always seems to be off (Security has all the returns put in single box mentioning our flat number) your delivery guy picked up the wrong item and filled up even without checking and has sent it back. Now when i talk to your customer care executive we are blamed saying it was our mistake giving it to security (Trying to find out logic). Are you trying to tell us that your return taking agent has zero responsibility? In picking up item and that he will pick even a rock and send it to your warehouse and you won't blame them?

                        Why am i being asked to pick it from bangalore. I live at chennai are you guys out of your mind? I don't see why i am being blamed here and asked to collect it myself when it was clearly your fault in picking the wrong item without even checking. Have spoken with a lot of customer care executives none this bad and unprofessional.

                        I have your acknowledgement slip and other details. If you guys really think its my fault when there is none. I am sure to post it all over social media along with details and phone conversations and ask the people whose fault it is and also mention your answer of asking me to pick it up from bangalore warehouse.

                        Problems you've caused :
                        1) taken wrong item. Now my other item to be returned cannot be returned since returning item has a time limit.
                        2) blaming the customer saying its their fault. Not every customer is expected to be home and we didn't force him to take the wrong item. And your agent is supposed to check what item he is taking.

                              I ordered for teddybar soaps through Firstcry Order No.: 7112220SUU11EF782..it has to be delivered on 2nd Aug but not delivered but claiming as delivered, hence I raised a complaint nd called customer care people..they said me to wait 48 to 72 hours.. I waited for 4 days but there is no response, again I called they said query is closed plz raise a complaint again which is not acceptable from their app..uploading the screenshot too..am very unhappy with their services

                                I live in noida and buy a pram from first cry store in great india palace noida. The invoice number-025655. At the time of purchasing shopkeeper insure us there is 2 piece of that particular model of pram. Actually the pram we bought its handle were slightly loose that we noticed. We asked for second piece but then they said second piece is of another model they will provide handle of defetive piece we agreed and came back home but now they are making excuses its about 2 months is going to complete. We are facing issue in using pram. Please provide any solution asap.

                                  Pathetic …never ever used this site again. I ordered one *babyhug ionia wooden cradle with mosquito net - natural finish. Which i cancelled for safety issue. Later on you tube i find its not safe so i cancelled. As per first cry policy they will deduct some amount as delivery charges and initiate refund process. But they will refund whole amount in first cry wallet not in your bank a/c. If you argue with customer care then they will tell you you have to cash in this amount to your bank which will take 20 days for all process it will take 23 days. Never ever buy anything from first cry. One more thing all rates in site are without gst. So please don't fall for any false promise [ discount offer ]

                                    I had Puchase one frock for my daughter on 26.05.2019 from first cry Kothrud branch. It's found badly burst with its first usage on 28.05.2019

                                      I had purchased the chhota bheem school bag wide order no 3371642sxr4348814 which was delivered on 03 jul 19.

                                      Will like to your notice that within 15 days the bag got torn on left strap.

                                      As the bag is cover under 6 month warranty.

                                      When spoke with first cry they told to speak with manufacture. They are not ready to replace the bag even after having warranty. And why should i speak with manufacture when i had purchase it from first cry site.

                                      Request you to pls help me.

                                        I ordered pampers premium pant on 18th july on app, when i checked recently i come to know that product is fake and customer care team says they can’t do anything i have to talk to manufacturer. They take no responsibility of the product then why they are selling fake products? I request you to take action on this as on urgent basis so that babies are safe.
