I have made several calls and written numerous emails to FirstCry since April 17th, 2019 regarding the damaged product that was sent to me. Had I known that the FirstCry Customer Service was this abysmal, I would not have shopped on the website. This has been the most harrowing shopping experience for our family thus far. What’s worse is, every time I speak to a customer service representative, they sound as clueless as the previous one and make promises to treat the issue as “high priority” and have it resolved within 24 hours. It has been 4 days and we are still waiting for a resolution or even a semblance of a positive response.

The FirstCry installation person even commented on the carelessness with which the product was shipped to us! Surely, there had to be a quality check performed before dispatching the product. IT IS FOR A BABY. Don’t you think that warrants a strict quality control from your end, FirstCry?

I have also realised that the website does not allow negative product/service feedback to be posted by genuine customers. So, basically it is all a farce to lure customers to buy products that are below-par in terms of quality. My feedback was never posted!

Please do not harass customers this way, FirstCry. Have this order picked up ASAP as we have no room in our house to store these packages. We have a baby on the way and we cannot believe that we are being tortured this way by FirstCry. We wish to put this incident behind us and move on.

    I have received products with defects many times before and I have been charged shipping for all products every time even if I return it. This time again there is a problem in school bag and bag quality is poor. And sandals I received looks old and missing whistle. Kindly make procedure to compensate consumers in case they receive damaged products from seller against shipping .

      Yesterday i spoke to a customer care of first cry named noor she was pathetic and doesn't have manners to speak to a customer while i was connecting my phone to internet and asking her to wait politely, she rudely said i cannot wait for more than 1 minute hence my reply too was rude... Why the hell you have such a criteria and you cannot ask customer to hurry up as if your time is precious and not our why you have customer care who can't even wait for few minutes to resolve the issue if i were in charge i could have fired such people.

      I have taken a product but first cry is not taking the product though I mentioned it is unsafe and even after falling under return policy kindly note this incident and take action.
      No proper response from the first cry team and they way they treated me is too harsh.

        These seo people are the worst guys, these are mainly 4 people, i don't know about the main manager because he always remains absent & came late & go early
        But there is one self-proclaimed ceo of firstcry his name is laxman gadak, he did not know anything about seo just follow neil patel blog & claim like he is boss of seo, i stayed for 8 months there he & his chamcha sachin, dheeraj are worst of all, they all are only man by their name but they attitude is like girls, # politics, if you are into digital marketing, don't go near this losers, because they are self-proclaimed hero earning nothing but eating money from management, they don't even have good seo tools because they eat all that money

          Against my firstcry order number :746754sph165c626, i have received used and very old products. The quality of the product is very poor, 2 items are looked very old. Even the boxes damaged and chipped, that is tattered looks in very bad condition. I have request fristcry for return but they are forcing me to take the product because these are compo product and not damaged. The quality of the product is very poor. Outer and inner of the product you can see from your eyes are old and used. I have tried many times to customer care no. But cc. No not respond. This whole details which i got that side but now... It's phone number are not responding from anywhere.... Firstcry are selling cheap and used products to the customer, after taking money in advance, now forcing to the customer to take the product. His is also a fake site like all other fake sites cheating people. Its a fradulent website please dont buy from firstcry.

          I have purchased baby sleeping bed 3 months back and I used for 10 days and the zip was totally gone.now I can't use that sleeping bag because zip was not working and I would like to return it or replace it. I trusted firstcry and i used but I product quality was not up to the mark.

            I have purchased a product from first cry by paying the amount online.i haven't recieved the product tge reason they are telling i was not available on the phone. i have clearly written the address and i was available on the address. And on 27th march i called the firstcry team the reason for not delivering and told them to deliver.They told the product will be delivered within the next day.The next day i recived the message that the product has been cancelled and they deducted rs 50 for shipping without informing me.The customer care person was very rude.

              I have placed an order on the 3rd of march and yet to receive the products, but it's been marked as delivered. I am in touch with your highly abled customer care team who have done absolutely nothing to get this fixed. Order number 4449842srf2d5c695. First cry customer are told me that they're checking with the courier xpressbees, i called the courier company and was informed that they have not received any complaint about this. Will someone fix this?

                Hello,
                I have ordered pampers small and pampers xl on 26th of february 2019, each two in quantity. The item were delivered on 28th february 2019 and were received with full payment i. E. 2503 by one of the family members as i was out. When i checked the products pampers s were two in quantity but pampers xl was one in number though 2 is mentioned on the receipt.
                I havent opened any of the packets. They are the same as they came from the company. I dont want any reimbursement but the missing product should be given.

                  I am extremely disappointed from your organisation as my parcel that i had ordered has not been delivered till date. As last date of delivery was 2nd of march and it is 4th. This shows lackadaisical approach of yours towards delivering my parcel. Furthermore i tracked my parcel on so called fedex it is shows that parcel has reached srinagar but now it is showing that it is in jammu. Let me know whether i will receive my parcel or not as soon as possible. From nowonwards i won't buy a single product from firstcry even i would suggest the same to my friends and everyone.

                    I ordered mammypoko diaper pants and baby hug wipes combo. I got the wipes that i ordered. I asked the delivery guy when will i get the diapers he said it will be coming. Later when i checked the status it showed delivered on the same day with wipes i immediately contacted the customer service. It's been more than a week now i didn't get the diapers and don't know the status of it. Ever time i call customer care, they say that they are working on it... I need the diapers that i paid money for...

                    i have baught pampers baby dry pants small 86 nos last week.. and used one forth of it already..but unfortunately most of it has low qlty and had soiled my cloths many times already.. it leaks backwards as well as its whole body is leaking...hence i compared it with the product i baught from bazaar and its thichness varies a lot.. even though iam disappointed with your product i still have to use it since i dont know how to return and my loss of money..what should i do?? should i bear the consequence of your fault and continue or will you help me resolve it... plss with this i am lacking confidence in ordering from your site... plss cherish and support our trust for you for us to continue to keep our trust..pls

                      This is with reference to the order placed online on feb 4 with firstcry for huggies diaper for a total amount of Rs.1610.11
                      Screenshot of the order has been attached for your reference.
                      In spite of repeated follow ups and reminders for almost 2 weeks, no action has been taken by the vendor. Everytime an assurance of prompt delivery within 24 hours is provided, however no further updates are given.
                      My fund has been blocked for more than 2 weeks with no guarantee of delivery or refund.
                      I request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action against the vendor.

But my amount is debited from my icici card my order is not delivered this is very shameful firstcry. I[censored] can' delivered the orders y u make the people fool nd i m waiting for my order... But u dont think at all... I want my ans i[censored] dont deleivered my item so y u debit my amount. It means firstcry name changes it becomes fraud

                          I have ordered some items in first cry. These items are supposed to be delivered on 11 th. I waited till 13th and called to customer care they told updated the status that delivery person is not allowed in premises which is wrong. There is a courier point in tech park where all online order deliveries happen mean while I received one of the ordered item from same first cry itself. Again on 14th feb I got a message that it is out for delivery. I tried to call that person from morning he switched off his mobile. Afternoon it started ringing but he is not picking calls..It is either busy/disconnects call.
                          I am wasting my valuable time in tracking this issue. First cry is very poor is delivering items on time and tracking once the items are out for delivery

                            I have ordered few products for my kid from firstcry and returned all the products. Almost 2 months are over and they not refunding the amount. Almost every alternate day i am calling them and they are saying it will be done today. They asked me for my bank statement and i shared the same on jan 29, 2019. Then they said it will be done within 3-4days, when it was not done i called them again and they said it will be done within 24 working hours. Still it was not done. Whenever i am calling them they are saying it will be done today or tomorrow but i am not getting my refund.

                            Amount - rs 2576.66

                            I dont have that much of time to call them again and again and ask them for my refund. Please lodge a complaint against them and take necessary actions.

                              These company provide lot of discounts for products it is true lie because, i purchase the pampers new pant style diapers xxl to my baby in the first-cry mobile app. It is showing actual mrp price rs.699.00 (Mrp incl. All taxes) he is giving 28% off discount (Disc. Price rs. 195.72) and free shipping charges. Totally is collected to customer 563.67, actually he is announcing the product price is rs.503.28 totally he is giving discount price is 135.33, totally variation price is rs.60.39. Actually he is collect gst amount to mrp price and another time also collected to pubilc what a flower putting in ear to pubilc. Friends be-careful don't trust any discounts because money is not easy earn. Share to govt.

                                  Can you check your sent email to me here its typed clearly that request was raised on 4th jan 2019, and pickup was supposed to be done within \ to 10 business days, kindly check the email and calendar. Customer care part of first cry is pathetic, how would they help to grow this business? Services could have been better. Everything is good enough in firstcry to be one of the best collection apparels for new borns in terms of e-commerce companies, but customer care part is pathetic. Please help me with the resolution.

                                      I returned an item to firstcry amounting rs 372. They refunded to my first crycash wallet. There was a option to transfer it to bank account so i requested them to debit in my bank. Waited for more than one month, but the amount didn't received yet. They are now asking for my one month bank statement in a pdf file which is not available in my online banking app. They are really cheating people by giving such transfer option. I requested several times to refund me in firstcry account. They are not ready for anything. Really disappointed. Cheating public and violating the consumer right.

                                      I have send them my pass book statement but they are not ready refund unless they receive banking statement. Worst online shopping company ever seen. Don't buy anything from first cry they are making consumer fools

                                        Hi consumercomplaint,

                                        I have ordered the two products from firstcry as mentioned in subject line and after delivery i got to know the product does not suit my requirement because my baby is not fitting into it. Then i have tried to return the product but firstcry doesn't provide the return pickup facilty.
                                        And they have mentioned to courier it on there banglore and pune address.
                                        When i went to dtdc courier shop then i get to know the courier cost are:-
                                        1) rear facing car seat cum carry cot - red black — 2400 rs.
                                        2) babyhug cuddle up 3 way baby carrier - black — 800 rs.

                                        And my product cost is rs.1801.00 (Rear facing car seat) and 1162.23 (Babyhug cuddle) and then i spoke to customer care multiple times and they are saying you will get full refund for your courier. Then i asked them to reply on my same mail but there is no reply stating same.
                                        In mail they are saying they will provide 100 rs or 10% of product cost as courier charges.
                                        So my concern is if i courier the products then i will be in loss after the refund as well because 100rs for courier is very less.
                                        Hope you understand my concern.
                                        We have ordered from amazon lot more products and returned too. Even they wont have the service but they always ready to pay the courier charges.
                                        Now i understand why people saying foreign company are good!!!
                                        Could you please help me to return my product and the charges should bear by the first cry not me..

                                        Even i have ordered from firstcry almost 20-30k rs of products till now.
