Not very convinced by the content where small boys and girls are shown using... Phrases like momma got mad, mamma gone nuts. How can small toddlers be shown using these type of phrases for their mothers. Kindly review the advertisement and change the content as soon as possible... Keeping in view respect parents should get from her kids.
This kind do disrespectful words for parents on national channel is not acceptable., as it has a negative impact on children viewing. They copy what they see.

    Quick dry sheet is not up to d mark. It is not actual baby hug type. It is not quickly absorbing the liquid. It remains wet and hence does not justify the utility. Therefore i request you to replace the quick dry sheet with a better quality. The old that i have of the same company is a better one. It is justifying its utility. Hence request you either to replace or refund.

        As bought a cozy cosmo stroller its back rods are broken as un which that umbrella cloth is stitched when i have received it its has bent but half broken i will share images when i received it but now it is fully broken also its seat donot have any hole or strip connected so that that cloth of safety assembler is to be tied or connected plz reply fast i havw complaint previous also but u didnt reoly

          I bought a stroller and its rods from back side are broken in which umbrella cloth is stitched rods from both sides are broken firstly it has bent and is half broken now it is fully broken when i received iit is broken as shown in image now it 8s fully broken and that seat ghaddi has no hole or strip attached to set an safety assembler so please reply me fast

            Back rods of stroller are broken in which cloth o[censored]mbrella is used back umbrella type cloth can not stand by and that seat ghaddi has no hole or strip to put that safety assembler cloth so please tell us what to do remaining whole product is fine
            That seat is not fixed from bottom due to the hole or strip 2hich is not fixed please reply us fastly

              Back rods of stroller are broken, rods in which that umbrella type cloth is stitched we thought it to be bent but know it 8s fully broken and deattached and seat gaddhi cover has no whole to put safety harness assembly so seat cannot be adjusted properly due to rod break that umbrella cloth cannot be adjusted to stand up properly please suggest us as early as possible

                On june 1st, i ordered goods worth rs 552.95 (Order number - 7314801sro2b28660) paid beforehand. I had to partially cancel the order - rs 205.80 on 6th june. Till today (8th july, 2019) i have not received the money in the account. I have shared my bank account statement on 2nd july, but to no avail. Every time customer care talks of 24-48 hours - there is no follow up. Extremely unsupportive customer care.

                  I ordered a partywear frock for my baby for her birthday on june 13 and now its 25 june ...delivery date is about to pass

                  customer care is making excuses that we have escalated the issue but the product is not shipped yet..i have already paid for the product...please help they are just making fake excuses that it is preorder product but it was not mentioned in product details as well as the delivery date is passed n it is not even shipped...i want my product asap now

                    I am vinti gupta, i ordered baby diaper from first cry. I got the delivery on 24th june, the behaviour of the delivery boy is veey bad unacceptable behaviour. Nd the balance product got the 25 th june, the same delivery boy deliverd the product and the behaviour of the boy is very cheap rude # shameful he said jo ukhadna hei ukhad lo tere jaise 36 so milte hei the boy name is deepak suman nd tge no is [protected] i m very upset from this behavioir, plz raise my complaint no and take action seriously

                      We bought baby hug cradle and mattress in combo offer displayed by first cry site via order I'd order no 3669782SHO01DC571, the delivery was in time but when the assembly person came we got to know that screws were missing and later on it took almost more than 15 days to get the cradle fixed, for this fixing also we had to fight and do so many follow ups.

                      Now after15 days when the cradle got fixed we realised that the mattress was not of the correct size which was being displayed by first cry we site only. We called the first cry care team for exchange of correct size as we were not getting this option from. Our side due to the time frame.
                      The first cry team denied for return or exchange becoz the order was more than 15 days old.

                      Now my question is that due to whose fault this matter got delayed... Had the cradle been fixed at first instance only we would have realised the size issue then and there.

                      Please take required action against this unprofessional behaviour of the first cry team

                        I have ordered a high chair product from Firstcry.com. (Order ID: 5794999SXP017C449) for Rs 7500. The product was to be delivered before 11 Jun.
                        As this was a gift I have already paid for it. Now they are not delivering the product. everyday I call them, they say it is out for delivery and no one comes for delivery neither they have given the option for cancellation before delivery. Every day they are giving false statement that it is out for delivery and order was refused by client. however no one comes to deliver.

                          I have ordered Babyhug Jungle Safari Foot To Floor Ride -On Grey and Green. Instead of that I have received Pampers diapers and baby wet wipes.Though outside of the product sahasra i.e my name and address was there but inside the receipt was mentioned that related to anusha . You should correct the mistake by delivering my product within a short period else I will go to file a case on your company

                              Do not buy products in (Link: http://FirstCry.com) firstcry.com and its fake site.. And not having proper customer support.. We have ordered couple of kids products and almost 2 weeks to deliver the products but still they have cancelled.

                              In addition to that, they have worst courier service where they never communicate and they will update the status behalf of you stating that, as you requested we will deliver the product after 48rs... They never call customer only... Waste service and worst company...

                              I had spoken with 6 customer care associates and 3 supervisors but no use...always they were trying to convince the customer instead of working with respective team..finally no use and they cancelled my products with the reason...GROUND LEVEL LOGISTIC ISSUES...so we are unable to deliver your product..

                              Please note that, i have ordered 6 items, out of 2 products they delivered after 10days but remaining products they are having Logistic issues...which is the same address...simply they are making customers as fools...

                              If its valid reason the we will definitely agree...but all are fake promises and jaffa reasons...

                                I have a refund which is pending from first cry since march 2019. I am calling almost 3-4times a week and also been talking to the floor supervisor (Amardeep) but there is no solution to it till date.
                                I just get a reply that their department is working on the issue. Also i have submitted my bank off copy for their reference but still my refund is not given.
                                Horrible experience.

                                  I ordered two products on 18th may, 2019. I received one product and the other product got cancelled automatically. When i communicated with customer care they are explaining the issue to be happened from logistics end due to which it got cancelled. The representative advised me to re-order the product. Initially i ordered the product in a very good price (50% discount), if i re-order again i won't be getting the offer. So how is it justified from company's end to cancel the order for which the consumer has to suffer. The company should re-ship the product rather than cancelling.

                                    I ordered for three items on 14/5/19 for rs1761. 80 few days back it reflected cash refund available and i will get the cash in my account once i feed bank details. But now refund amount is zero. I have not received any refund. I raised complaint as delivery date is too far but i didnt got any solution. Neither amount is received not the order. If this is the service u guys provide, must say it's pathetic. It's been many days but no response from your side. Is this the way u guys handle complaints...

                                      Last month i have booked a crack, but due to late delivery i was returned the produt, but still i have not received the refund amount, they have mention amount credit to our account in 10 to 15 working days, but still not. Regards the same i had sent 2 mail, and i spoken with customer care, still not yet received.

                                      I ordered for diapers on may 2nd. After a week, the delivery status was marked as delivered but I haven't received the product. I called the customer care for four times and they keep asking me to wait for 24-72 hours. I haven't received any call from the logistics team.

                                        I had order for a kid top and skirt set of value 596 rs on 6th of May, as per communication received it was out for delivery on 11th and 14th but no one came to my place for delivery and later without taking my confirmation they cancelled the order and charged me rs 75 for COD and shipping and as per details given by them order value is less than 499 so i have to pay 50 shipping and 25 COD charges non-refundable charges from my wallet on firstcry .

                                        Firstly i never asked to cancel the order and nor they took any confirmation before cancelling the same .Also order value is more than 500 so ideally 75 rs charges should not be charged for cancellation but they charged and now they are saying charges are non-refundable . Please help to get my 75 rs back.
