My awb no.[protected] is still not delivered. As per sms mr. Anjan sarma suppose to deliver the item. But till now he is not delivered. I repeatedly contact with him about my consignment but he telling lie. One he told me that he is not leave and will deliver next day. Today i asked him about my consignment and he is telling me that mr. Deka will deliver item. Again i talk with mr. Deka about my consignee and he is telling me that mr. Sarma is not given him that particular consignment. So please do needful action in this regard and arrange to deliver my consignment.

    I ordered 6-12m baby clothes but that clothes was too short.& damaged. When i am trying to return the product it is showing this is not returnable product. I am complaint to the customer service also but they are trying to convince the customer. And they said we are not reposble for that product and they said we con’t do anything. Please help for this and file a case on firstcry.com

    After placing 9 calls we are still awaiting technician visit from Firstcry to fix manufacturing defect of the baby crib. Absolute pathetic post sales service, horrible customer care, complete arrogance and don’t care attitude. A warning to all buyers - don’t buy expensive products from Firstcry. They are not fit for doing any business.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      Please note that I ordered ( Order No-3848317RNV8240707 dated-16.08.2018) and duly paid Mummy Poko Pants Diaper XXL 22 Counts x 4 (four) Pkts on 16.08.2018 at www.firstcry.com schedule delivery date was 21.08.2018 after reaching the materials in Guwahati due to unknown reason they are unable to deliver the said materials.

      When I contacted their customer care they told me due to heavy rain in Guwahati they are unable to deliver on 21.08.2018 and they will definitely deliver it on next day i.e 22.08.2018 after 22.08.2018 again I contacted with the customer care they told me my cell phone was not reachable so they are unable to delivery and they promise my they will deliver surly on next day i.e 23.08.2018 after 23.08.2018 again I contacted with customer care they told me it will take another 72 hours. On 28.08.2018 again I contacted with the customer care Ms. Gaytri (Floor Manager - Customer Care) told me please give her time upto 4.00 pm today i.e 28.08.2018 she will resolve the issue.

      Such a harassed and disappointment circumstance I write this mail please do the all necessary actions / steps to deliver my products.

        When i open the box i got only the storage box, there is no powder puff in the box
        I request a return for this item as there is of no use of this product to me.
        I tried to return this item but it is allowed on the firstcry app. So please take this item back and give me the fresh item with the powder puff.

          Hello, my name is sachin despite of too many complaints and mails to the xpressbees and the shopping websites that to please do not send anything to pincode 413501, through this courier service ever again, i had worst experiences from them each and every time, and this time from for the order or firstcry.com Order no. 6157545RXW3054092, and the xpressbees Shipment AWB Number:[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on 24th august, and on 25th i received an sms saying out of delivery, but nobody showed up as expected, and their given number was switched off, and today morning i.e on 26th to my surprise i received an sms that the consignee was out of station hence the order wasn't delivered, now thats beyond the limit nasty behavior.

          Just like previous incidents in which these negligent delivery guys never delivered the order and took days and days as per their convenience to deliver it, i had also forwarded the complaints each and every time to xpressbees website, but their action was nothing, but just apologies. But this time i'm done with this.

          I'm totally annoyed, disappointed, frustrated with this Virus, Trojan, Malware named Xpressbees delivery service, and i just want my firstcry order now, and never expect to see this virus again.

          Pathetic experience on delivery.
          Product was not delivered on day. Its been 3 days it still not delivered showing status as out for delivery yet.. cancellation policies are of hell. They are asking us to pay for their faults too.

          I make sure never again purchase from firstcry online..

              Bought maternity shara. Was very uncomfortable so wanted to return. I bought from model town shop. Now they r saying k return option is on d same store. Y so?? Is it a roadside brand that ur other outlets r not allowed to exchange. Infact d piece i bought was in fresh. Then y dis stupid policy which can b uncomfortable for pregnat women to travel all the way to that store from where she purchased not nearby store.. Pathetic stores selling # on huge amount which can never b a comfort 4 maternity

                I ordered a beautiful white flower clip for my lil girl from this company but when the box was delivered to me and i opened it, a rakhi came out instead of a hair clip which is so shocking. Now i want to return it but no return pick up for the same item. If i courier it myself, i'll have to pay extra money for that. Such a waste of money and i got nothing. I m very very upset. Pls tell the company to refund my money.

                  Hi team,

                  One my first cry prepaid order with awb[protected] is supposed to be delivered on 24th july, 2018 as per the committed timelines.

                  From last 3-4 days delivery executive is not responding to our calls and looks like intentionally making its delayed (When we see tracking page, its saying # time constraint) from last 3 days.

                  We tried to reach out support on facebook and they keep on enjoying by sending the copy pasted message (Trying our best to delivery by eod today)

                  Tried calling first cry support on call, support poc is disconnected the call on face (Freaking attitude guy)

                  Tried calling delivery executive, he is keep on used to say that he will deliver today but end of day message will be updated as time constraint.

                    I had this bad experiance with the first cry coimbatore avinashi road store. Bought a luvlap pram for my baby and after 2weeks had a problem with it.the sitting position would suddenly slip to sleeping position while my baby was in the pram. When i went to the store with the problem as it kept on recurring and it was dangerous for my baby as the stroller itself would fall back coz its sudden. The store to my surprise just tried to send us back saying some small nut was loose and they have tightened it. The same day the problem recurred and when i contacted the store to my surprise they said they cant do anything about it, it is the customer who has to file a complaint to the luvlap customer service and since then i have been having the ordeal of dealing with the customer care back to back mails. When i went to the store they just kept saying we cant repair it or replace or refund it coz we have no service people who know what the issue is. It is utter irresponsibility from first cry store. Coz u need to know all this before getting down to business ..not anywhere in your store it is mentioned u guys wont take up responsibility for the faulty product u sold. It is not the customers duty to run behind the pram company. Then why dont we buy it from an online store? Why should we come to first cry? Even the first cry manager Mr Roy also was so unprofessional . He just said we cant do anything about it. Please contact luvlap. This was the worst experiance ever. Never again will go to this store. Will definitely take this matter to the consumer court. You guys need to know the value of time and money.

                      I sent the below mail complaining about the defective product 2 weeks back to their mail id. But i haven't heard anything back from them. Need your help for the same. Thanks in advance.

                      I recently ordered pigeon strawberry baby toothpaste (Totally 4 tooth paste) as part of order number 1925688rmr3492685 and got it delivered on thursday last week. Today morning i opened the tooth paste and to my horror the tooth paste looks very bad or may be from fake pigeon company. I have been using the same brand over the last few years and have ordered regularly through first cry for the last 3 years at least. I am writing this mail after doing the checks from my end as

                      1. My son vomited during brush today morning complaining the paste is bad and smells differently! I consoled n tried with him again but then he vomited again for second time!!

                      2. I daily baby keep him during the brushing n his reaction today made me suspicious on the product. Even my son complained saying the strawberry toothpaste comes in light pink colour with strawberry flavor but this is sort of cream colour (Half white!!) n different cosmetic smell.

                      3. Just to cross check, i tried personally brushing with small amount of pigeon toothpaste but even i felt something wrong with the product. It smells very bad n can't brush.

                      If you see my order history, i order all my baby products in bulk n even here i have ordered 4 toothpaste. I tried to return it on firstcry app but i couldn't do!! Need your help in getting this order of fake product returned and also get this tested in laboratory as i don't want other babies suffer like my kid did!! Need your help here. Hope to see positive reply at the earliest. Thanks in advance.

                        They have cancelled my order and not refunded my money. When I asked reason they told because your return item was not been picked. They have not come to pick the item and we forgot after long time they detucted money as you have not done follow-up to make this pickup. By this way they take our money.
                        When we told them why you have now detucted the money so they told because you have not returned item.

                          I have ordered diapers and wipes from firstcry.com on 8th July 2018 and estimated delivery date is 12th July and 13th July. There was an attempt made by firstcry to deliver the diapers on 11july. But the product was not delivered. When I contacted the customer care they said the address is correct however the phone number is not reachable. When the address is correct them why was the product delivered? Since 11th July I have been calling First cry thay say that they raised a complaint in high priority and keep changing the TAT from 24 hrs to 48 hrs to 72 hrs of resolution. And I haven't got any response from them. They are doing a fake business. When the delivery date is 12 the July and by 15 the July i did not get the product what complaint are they still raising I'm not understanding. I even warned them I will raise a complaint on Consumer court. Still no response. I hope at least this platform I get a justice and faster resolution.

                            I purchased babyhug cocoon baby stroller for my baby and when asked.how much was the price, they mentioned it as 3505 Rs but when billing the product they mentioned it as 4505.when.i questioned them why that was quoted for a lesser amount earlier they convinced me by saying that that was the price for another stroller and not this one .once when I reached home and checked the product online in first cry.com website it's clearly mentioned as 3505 .I'm highly disappointed with the store and it's workers for fooling me..I want a solution for it. Why should I have to pay extra 500rs for no good reason.

                              This is really inconvenient that I have ordered for 4 packs of diapers and the vendor has delivered only 3. He has tried to play smart here and such vendors should be discontinued from first cry. I want the fourth pack for which I called customer care of first cry for which I got the reply that I need to share the images of the packet delivered so that they can further process my complaint. Instead of checking with the vendor these people are asking me for proofs?????

                              What type of customer service is this???

                              It is first cry's responsibility to check the package before it is delivered to the customer. On arguing the customer service representative tells that this is the process which we follow and nothing can be changed or altered. Can I ask if they have Robots sitting at your CS team who act only as per the commands feeded in them and not use their common sense???????

                              I will strongly recommend that This is not at All customer centric behaviour!!!

                              They should learn this from Amazon. For future I will take care that I order from a more customer friendly website rather than these Robot driven app..

                              These guys didn't even came back to me on this

                                  My order has been canceled and money is not refunded. When i asked customer care they are saying previous order return is not received and previous order was 9 months back.
                                  Whom should i reach out to such a pathetic service
                                  Please understand when we order something we need it urgently and hence has ordered but this behavior is really disappointing i have to travel and so had ordered the stuff its been three days and no response.
                                  I am saying customer care to reorder my stuff and lets parallel check as why was the return pick up not picked up.
                                  But no response.

                                    I have returned ur product on[protected] but till[protected] i didn't received my refund amount... But ur customer care executive also did not responded properly and the order id is 5462814rno06b4019... Though it was nearly 20 days over i didn't get any refund... I request you to solve this problem as early as possible... Hope atleast you can solve...

                                      How does it feel when you have to pay extra for somebody else mistake and same thing happened with me when i had to pay 500rs extra for the returned order for which there was part missing. This is called customer service in today's world

                                        Around 6-7 months before i ordered a product, since quality of the product was not good, i returned the same. I got the money in wallet which i transferred to bank.in june when a placed another 2 orders, i cancelled one order myself and they cancelled my 2nd order and they have not refunded me anything. When asked, they are saying that they have recovered the amount of my last order as they have not received the product back. They are asking me whether i have return receipt for last 7 months before order for proving. But, why will i keep such a long returned product receipt and i dont have it. I have nothing to prove that i returned it back.

                                        Meanwhile if they have not received the product back, they have never called me or emailed me regarding the same and i was not aware about the fact that they have not received it yet.

                                        Thats a policy gap in there system, has to why the refund amount w/o receiving the product or why they never turned up in 7 months for the same to me. How they can recover money w/o my concern!!

                                        Please help me on this. As the amount for which they are trying to recover is arnd 2200rs.
