This is really inconvenient that I have ordered for 4 packs of diapers and the vendor has delivered only 3. He has tried to play smart here and such vendors should be discontinued from first cry. I want the fourth pack for which I called customer care of first cry for which I got the reply that I need to share the images of the packet delivered so that they can further process my complaint. My order has been canceled and money is not refunded. When i asked customer care they are saying previous order return is not received and previous order was 9 months back.

How does it feel when you have to pay extra for somebody else mistake and same thing happened with me when i had to pay 500rs extra for the returned order for which there was part missing. This is called customer service in today's world

I want to escalate the poor customer service of first cry for the return items.
I have initiated return on 27th may but till now no pick up has happened and i only get assurance that it will happen in 1 day or 2 day.
Without pick up i wont get my refund back and without refund i wont be able to place order again for which anyways 600 rs has increased. Don't know what has gone wrong with the customer service and they are totally...

I had placed order for 3 items on may 29, 2018. Till now haven't received any of the product. Delivery person is calling daily and asking for address but nothing is delivered. But getting message as consignee not available.

Added to this i have got message as one of the product is delivered.

Worst experience ever. Customer care says it will take 72 hours to process the request....

The company refused to take the order and didn't arrange for any pick-up for return. Instead asked me to return the package at my own cost.

The company falsely promised easy return option and continuously harassed and refused to co-operate after the return request was raised.

I had ordered couple of items (With some offer) from firstcry.com on 1-may-2018 but not received my order even after 20 days. When followed up with the customer care they said, my order hass lost and they have refunded the amount to my wallet by deducting the delivery charge.
I need to raise a complaint with below concerns.

First cry is a fraud company. Purchased a shirt in december month from firstcry which was dull faded and small in size against which i ordered. I had to return it against cod that i actually paid.
However it has been a pain to regularly follow up with firstcry customer care.
Moreover they falsly state that refund has been processed on 8th jan 2018 and ask for my personal bank details including atm pin and net banking passowrds...

I was told in the store at banjara hills that if i purchase apparels of 2000 rupees, i will get back cash back of 1200 rs. However, after purchasing the apparel of 2000 i received two coupon of 600 each and when i inquired about cash back, now they are saying that i will not get cash back, it is the voucher that i will get of 600 each.
I regret to inform you that i am going to sue against your misguiding....

I bought baby crib from first cry a year back. They sold me happy dino baby crib and sold me saying it as first cry product. They even charged me the first cry rate. I realised it right now when i saw the symbol on the side which said happy dino. And when i searched first cry website for happy dino product i realised that you dont aell happy dino products. This is cheating and your outlet is selling this under your name but selling different...

I ordered a product on 16apr 18 and was promised to deliver by 17 apr 18. But have not received the product even till 19apr 18. When checked with customer care they never respond with proper reason or willing to provide any compensation. I feel cheated and willing to file a case against first cry. They are doing this repeatedly to get orders and does not care about the timeline of delivery....
