After shortlisting dresses for my both kiddos, when I was ready to add into the cart suddenly my shortlists got empty and when I called customer care, I get a very offensive response from them that I was going on adding shortlisted items but never shopped them... as it was like I was just adding the items for timepass... and they say to select the items again... is it a joke to select so many dresses after shortlisting them from 2 weeks... and to FYI I brought 8k valued toys from their online market before week and this is the way they take care of customers. At last I figured that there is a glitch in their s/w, when any of their executives see our accounts, that particular accounts shortlisted items get emptied... instead of accepting their glitches in the s/w their executives behave in a very offensive manner...

    Hi,
    On 27th October morning we purchased 2 cucumber brand shorts (size XL) from Firstcry Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560097. Bill No: T1-2295
    Concern 1: There were 2 price tags on both the shorts one from cucumber brand and one from first cry. The MRP mentioned by cucumber on both the shorts is 194. But the price mentioned on first cry tags are different for both the shorts one is 194 and other one shows 475 (almost double the MRP mentioned by the brand). When questioned the store manager, without even looking at the price tags he rudely said that is firstcry cost and he can't do anything. How can you charge more the MRP? There seems to be mistake in the fristcry price tag of one of the shorts, instead of correcting the mistake, firstcry charged almost the double the MRP mentioned by the brand. On questioning he was not courteous enough to check the mistake made and address the concern.
    Concern2: While billing my husband was not willing to give his mobile number as we do not want any promotional ad messages. The store manager was insisting we can give some random number just for billing purpose, my husband refused to do so. Now the store manager has entered some random number himself on the mobile and even a random name on the bill which again is not ethical. I have attached screenshots of bill, price tags and the shorts we bought today.
    I have mailed firstcry customer care also about the same. But have not got any update on action taken(only auto generated mails sent).

      I have ordered luvlap starshine baby walker - blue of rs.1413.46. I have returned the product with shipping charges rs.300 but due to couier unservice in bangalore location to firstcry warehouse it returned back to us. Now totally rs.1700 loss for me. Please look into this issue and refund my amount as soon as possible. Please find below details for your refernce.

        We ordered a cradle online from first cry and when the technician came to assemble, it was damaged. Now they are asking us to take the pics of damaged products and share it and also asking us to courier back the cradle paying 1500rs extra ourselves and company is paying us 100rs for shipping. We lost 6000rs on cradle and now 1500rs for shipping. Firstcry customer service is really bad

          I booked a stroller on firstcry.com on first week of oct 18. The delivery date was 20nd oct. Today is 31st oct. Yet my product not delivered to me even after daily phone calls to customer service. They are not able to give proper answer. Their courier person also not lifting my calls. I am receiving only messages stating that your product will be delivered today. This is happening from last 10 days. This is worst online shopping website i ever seen. I got a large headache by shopping from this site. We all family members are eagerly waiting for the stroller. It also seems that their courierwala is doing something wrong with product. I request people not to purchase feom firstcry.com

            The courier service of first cry is as worst as i have ever face... They did sent me text of delivering the same day... After waiting for whole day when i called the number mentioned in the text, he gave me the bloody excuse of m too far and can't deliver today and will deliver the next day... Today is the 2 nd day of the same, i have no idea that exactly when m going to get my delivery...

            This is the second time, m facing the same issue...

            They really don't value our time... It's the biggest fault i did, to order anything from first cry..

              Every time when i shop in firstcry.com they send product through xpressbees logistics. This is the worst delivery service i have come across in my life. I request to firstcry.com to please change the delivery service provider for your products. I strongly request to provide option to complain about any thing after buying your product. Now it seems you are just selling your product and leaving your value customers without any concern.

                I was assured that delivery of the above said product would be by 26th oct but without informing me it got extended.. I booked the product looking at the maximum time as on 27th means today i am supposed to lv kolkata fr my work

                I informed them the same yesterday but even after so many convincing conversation i have left with harrasment in the name of service.
                Pathetic customercare service they guided me to connect with xpressbees they also same.. Worse service
                It is for my baby and becuse of their unprofessionalism now am in a huge trouble.. I have alrady paid my money

                They don't care about cosumerforum as well.

                I want compensation or atlest my product to deliver on different address so that atlst my uncle can recevd the same

                My baby is suffering am suffering need help and strict action so other customer don't face the trouble

                  I ordered for 76 pieces of diaper. Today mr. Vivek kumar mo.- [protected] delivered my order. Main mostly online shopping hi krti hu. Mr. Vivek kbhi bhi payment k bd bche rs. Nhi dete bolte h bd me adjust kr dunga. Aj bola maine adjust k ly to wo itni gande se misbehave krk gye h. I am very disappointed. Plz do smthng otherwise i'll never shop bcoz of him.

                    Dear team firstcry,

                    On 11th october 2018 i ordered for chicco laundry detergent liquid from your app and it was a prepaid order no. 5582589rq24381420. The image for the same has been attached below. Unfortunately, your product has not delivered because your delivery boy has given false statement on customer behalf that i want an open delivery and my order got cancelled without my information and your team disposed of the same as it was leaked. This particular information was not available to me. On top of that i got a call from your customer service that very same product will be delivered in 48hrs. Surprised!

                    This is the second time i am facing out the same issue with the same product that you can see in my database available with you.

                    To know the exact reason and to solve the problem, i called up your customer care no. And i had a word with miss. Superia and miss. Shweta napani for about 37min. The call log for the same has been attached for your information. She had gone through all my database and accepted the fault, later on she gave me a complaint no. 12105993 as i was very much annoyed. She also told me that she is not sure about the same product for its delivery this time as well.

                    I don’t understand why your company do not look into the services given to the customer. I am one of your high premium generating customer all my orders are prepaid then also i have to face such issues, this is ridiculous.

                    I look forward to your quick and strong action for the same and a resolution to my problem. I will wait for your response.

                      We were not informed that the combo products are non refundable while you are we were purchasing the product, what is the logic behind the combo products being non refundable.
                      We are not satisfied with the product as it is very time taking and not easy to use it. I have talk to your customer care executive but not satisfied with that perponse i am getting from them,
                      I have asked their contacts number of there boss or higher officer but they denied saying they don't have any authority for this, who should i contact from my problem and who is the responsible person from your side consider this issue. I feel cheated by your company regarding this deal. And i want to return this product.

                        Who on earth permit you to cancel my order and forfeit my money for a product that was wrongly delivered to me and on requested return no body from your side came to pick it up.

                        And now when i ordered a new items the order was cancelled from your side and my money forfeited.

                        I want a reason in written how you can forfeit customers money for a mistake committed by you and that too after 2 months

                          I have placed an order in first cry and have cancelled the order. When I contacted the customer care, they informed that there are many accounts associated with my shipping address. We live in a joint family where we have children and sometimes we order diapers or clothes many times to a single address from different accounts. I really don't understand why they need to cancel even if a coupon is used once from one account to the same address. This needs to be rectified and a solution needs to be given. We are not reselling the products and are using them for personal use.

                          Every time I m purchasing diapers - Pampers through first cry since 2 years and this is the first time which I ordered are not good, their lastic is so soft and it leaks. I have ordered larger size mega pack . please change

                            I have ordered pampers pants on 8th or 9th october and is showing that it will be deliver on 22nd october. Since delivery is taking a very long, so i have to cancel the order as i had to purchase it from retail shop.
                            Today i came to know that rs.50 will be deducted for shipping charge as it has already been shipped.
                            Now my point is why this charge will be taken when the problem is from your side. I have ordered pampers for my baby and if get delayed in delivering the product then i have to go for alternative.
                            I would make sure from now onwards i will never buy anything from firstcry and will also suggest everyone not to purchase anything from here as it would cheat you.

                              Can you guys explain me the calculations done??? This makes me wonder how many times had i already paid extra for the various things order.. It jus made me wonder how even after applying coupon code the amt of total payment actually increased.. For i always used to order in bulk, never bothered about the final payment.. But now i think i should be re checking all the previous orders... Seems like some scam hidden beneath..

                                I bought infant baby bed which will be usable to fold and carry. But the artificial cotton made of nylon stuffed inside the bed is always coming out and going inside baby mouth and sticked every where. I will return the bed to shop or throw the same in garbage. Not expected this much waste quality of product from an mahindra group company.

                                Don't we have any quality control on these products since this is not the only shop and all are selling this cheap quality products for infant which is very harm to children as they are swallowing this.

                                  This is in reference with on going talks. I had ordered Toy house sporty rechargeable battery ride on car which was delivered on 27 Aug 2018. On 29 Aug 2018, Mr. Kiran came for assembly of the car. When he opened parcel, he found that power wheel has not been sent which makes car unusable. He had informed same to you.
                                  Next day I contacted customer care. He informed that item will not be picked up for return by them but should be returned by me. I had to spend Rs 800 to make parcel accepted by India post. I sent back the item on 01 sep 18. I was constantly tracking the consignment and talking to customer care.
                                  Item was delivered on 24 Sep and customer care staff informed that refund is processed. Since I did not get refund, again I called up customer care. He informed that item is not yet delivered till 10 Oct 18.
                                  When I spoke to Mr Yogesh at head office, he informed that item is delivered and he processed refund.
                                  It seems that staff at customer care have failed to execute proper reply.
                                  You may reopen the conversation and verify that there is a delay on your part for refund.
                                  This has caused lot of harassment and inconvenience since two months.
                                  You may get back to me with feed back.

                                    My order is being delayed from last 3 days. The order contains diapers which were to be delivered the very next day of delivery. Every time i call customer care they say we understand. There "we understand" is not getting my order still because they need to do something about this. Few consoling words can cheer up a kid i am big enough for this i know that without first cry providing a solution for this nothing will happen. I can not be stuck always with such things. U should provide a solution.

                                      Hi i have order from first cry out of 11 item from one parcel 3 item was missing order no 5281883rmz6070605 flexible digital thermometer, cotton booties leggings 2 piece is missing and baby bed protector from different parcel which was not received but status shows delivered.                                         I have ordered 4 items on 18th of sep. On first cry.com they show estimated delivery on 26 sep. The items is not delivered to my given address after tracking by awb no. On india speed post items is delivered to mumbai. My delivery address is camp no.3 kotma colliery bhalumada pin code-484336. I made online payment of rs.1501 via upi pls fix my problem. I urgently need of that items.
