I have purchased baby pram from ur dombivli421201 xperia mall first cry store. But store has shown wrong mrp and said discount which is equivalent to mrp. Now same pdt online available @4140 which we bought yesterday at 5500/-.this is literally fraud behaviour of store I want to return this pdt and refund immediately.need immediate action on this please

    Dear firstcry,
    Can you check your sent email to me here its typed clearly that request was raised on 4th jan 2019, and pickup was supposed to be done within \ to 10 business days, kindly check the email and calendar. Customer care part of first cry is pathetic, how would they help to grow this business? Services could have been better. Everything is good enough in firstcry to be one of the best collection apparels for new borns in terms of e-commerce companies, but customer care part is pathetic. Please help me with the resolution.

      I ordered pampers diaper pants and baby hug wipes. I got the wipes the same day i ordered. I asked the delivery guy when will i get the diapers he said it will be coming. After three days when i checked the status it showed delivered on the same day with wipes i immediately contacted the customer service. It's been 8 days now i didn't get the diapers and don't know the status of it.

        I returned an item to firstcry amounting rs 372. They refunded to my first crycash wallet. There was a option to transfer it to bank account so i requested them to debit in my bank. Waited for more than one month, but the amount didn't received yet. They are now asking for my one month bank statement in a pdf file which is not available in my online banking app. They are really cheating people by giving such transfer option. I requested several times to refund me in firstcry account. They are not ready for anything. Really disappointed. Cheating public and violating the consumer right.

        I have send them my pass book statement but they are not ready refund unless they receive banking statement. Worst online shopping company ever seen. Don't buy anything from first cry they are making consumer fools

          Hi consumercomplaint,

          I have ordered the two products from firstcry as mentioned in subject line and after delivery i got to know the product does not suit my requirement because my baby is not fitting into it. Then i have tried to return the product but firstcry doesn't provide the return pickup facilty.
          And they have mentioned to courier it on there banglore and pune address.
          When i went to dtdc courier shop then i get to know the courier cost are:-
          1) rear facing car seat cum carry cot - red black — 2400 rs.
          2) babyhug cuddle up 3 way baby carrier - black — 800 rs.

          And my product cost is rs.1801.00 (Rear facing car seat) and 1162.23 (Babyhug cuddle) and then i spoke to customer care multiple times and they are saying you will get full refund for your courier. Then i asked them to reply on my same mail but there is no reply stating same.
          In mail they are saying they will provide 100 rs or 10% of product cost as courier charges.
          So my concern is if i courier the products then i will be in loss after the refund as well because 100rs for courier is very less.
          Hope you understand my concern.
          We have ordered from amazon lot more products and returned too. Even they wont have the service but they always ready to pay the courier charges.
          Now i understand why people saying foreign company are good!!!
          Could you please help me to return my product and the charges should bear by the first cry not me..

          Even i have ordered from firstcry almost 20-30k rs of products till now.

            First cry website cheating that you habve not applied coupon code but i have the screen shot for company not giving cashback as per1/1/2019 11:00 pm to 11:11 pm 100% cash back please donbt buy any product by trusting casback codes they will chane plate after buying product

              Disappointed with your services continuously. Today at 11:38 am i placed the order as a guest user and online payment and all done rom my side. After payment done you guys simply cancel my order. After i called customer care[protected] and one of your callback officer picked my call. I have received answer from your callback officer is totally unprofessional. She saying i'm using multiple accounts now i placed order as a guest user, where i create an account? She not able to answer any question. I spoke with your callback officer newly 25 mins but totally useless. I asked for transfer my call to manager/superior but for that also she's ignores. Highly zero professionalism. Is this a business ethics for your guys following. Zero customer satisfaction.

              And also that callback officer says you can't purchase anything from firstcry, then why you guys sending msg and mails?
              Seriously worst service, worst response, worst professionalism,...

              I just want to exchange the baby footwear of rs 400 only as it is not reliable and not of correct size . Showroom person is not doing exchange of it.i am frequent buyer of first cry.

                Disappointed, yesterday at 12:54 pm i got a call from your team[protected] and said to make the payment at the earliest so that your order will be processed, based on his confirmation on availability of the material i had done the payment. Now i get a cancellation mail from your team.. Highly zero professionalism. Is this a business ethics.

                Even though you didn't had the material why you guys have forced me to make the payment.

                Going forward need to think twice or thrice to order on first cry.

                  I ordered a pink avent soother/pacifier but I received a blue one. I mailed them regarding the error. After 4 days they realized they don't have a replacement policy so they on their own returned my item and credited Inr 180 in my first cry account. At the time of ordering the same item was available at INR 295 due to a one time coupon which I applied the selling price was reduced. I also gave them alternative that you credit the same amount as the price on their website or send me the pink one which I ordered but they refused . I have been mailing them for the past 4 days but I didn't get any satisfactory response. They even don't have escalation matrix. They are pathetic at customer service and refused to do anything.

                  I have ordered a product on 30th Dec 2018 and till date the product is not delivered. When i called customer care they not replying properly very bad response. They are now asking me to cancel the order. For which i will be charged cancellation fee. Very bad service.

                    I have been using pampers since my baby was born. But the recent diaper pack is giving her really bad diaper allergy. I had to visit the pediatrician so many times and my baby underwent so much of pain.

                    I had ordered for 2 packs with 74 pieces each. One pack i used. I want replacement for another pack which is unused. But they want me to talk to pampers customer care. How can pampers help with refund of replacement when i had bought the product from firstcry?... Ridiculous!!!

                      Dear firstcry team,

                      This is now high time... It's being more than 2.5 weeks yet i haven't recieved my refund?

                      Between you guys and india post i am being trapped.

                      Is this actually the services you all guys provide? More than 20 trail mails for the follow up.

                      India post say they cannot deliver the product and firstcry say they cannot receive it or make a pick up from the saravali office so where the hell i should go... How do i clear this message and white created by you guys?

                      This this what we expect from a company?

                      Appreciate your soonest revert against this mail as this is really very very high time and i have invested lot of my time in following up.

                        I have ordered one (Little kangaroos full sleeves hooded sweat jacket - olive green). They gave a response that "was removed from the order due to unavailability. We tried arranging for the product from multiple suppliers before removing the product from the order." while because i purchased through discount price. After the cancellation, i have checked the website and saw the product is available.

                          I have ordered one baby sleeping bag and it was asking for shipping charge so again i ordered one mora baby diaper. The intension is like next day they delivered the baby diaper and after 2 hour they cancelled the other product (Baby sleeping bag) because i purchased through discount price. After cancelled my product i checked in website and saw the product is available.
                          So the firstcry is cheating with customer like this.

                          I want solution for this. Either they cancelled my both product else they should deliver the both.

                            First cry cries if you want to return anything. It's happened so often, only shop here if you don't want to return anything. This time, they delivered 14 items 2 weeks late but when you want to return 4 cos of a sizing issue, they'll say we can't pick up, courier the return back to us, making it more inconvenient for returns. And their csr someone call abhijeet will put you on hold for a long time just to get back and say 'you'll have to return it yourself and it's just one address you'll have to courier it to?!' like that's some solace

                              I have ordered for 3 items and i ha e been paid for all 3 but i received only one which is the least amount.. Huge amount quantity is missing. How bad it is.. This big website is cheating peoples... How bad it is and i am your regular customer but i have been cheated.. Paid rs 1200 but i have received order only for rs 200. I will never use this website anymore and i don't recommend anyone too

                                I have ordered 2 quantity but only one quantity is delivered.
                                I am a regular customer at firstcry and this is really disappointing that order is not correctly delivered.

                                I have raised customer query and they said that it will get resolved in 2 days and 2 days are over now but still there is no response.

                                Very very bad service. I am not going to order anything from first cry now.

                                    I had purchased four baby carrying bags from firstcry.com with intentions to keep one and return the rest. This i did because company at that time had 30 days return and refund policy on 26 november. After 14 days on 10th december when i tried to make the return, i was shocked to see that the return policy had been changed to 7 days instead of the earlier 30 days, making my product ineligible for return!
                                    I am now struck with financial burden due to the company's wrong doing. My products had specific policy at time of purchase which i am entitled exercise and they liable to comply to and the company should respect that and refund my money for the products i intend to return to them.

                                        I've ordered 5 items in total of which 1 item is missing. When I lodged a complaint on the same, the customer care stated that all 5 items have been packed and delivered which is not the case. Now they are not refunding the money not they r delivering the missing item. When I asked them to send me the screen shot of the total weight of packing, they are reluctant in sending that. Approximately the weight is 900 gms. How can the weight of the final product be approximate one, are you measuring the weight with hand. Why can't you give me the exact weight with decimal points. Don't u think that I'll just let it go. I'll keep following up how much ever it takes time until my complaint is resolved.
