I had bought diapers from firstcry on 19th november to be delivered within 2 days from their website. But it is now 10 days, and they are still to deliver my product. They have admitted the mistake that it was wrongly delivered but are not taking any responsibility in making alternative arrangements. I am frustrated by giving them a call on a daily basis....

But still you people are saying you havnt recieved your service is pathetic we will never buy very bad company...

I bought the babyhug 3 in 1 infact to toddler to rocker from first cry. It didn't even last for a month. The upholstery is tearing and first cry is not ready to service or provide a replacement. I paid a 4500 re for the set and it hardly didn't last for a month. This is as good as day time roberry and there is no response from the customer care of first cry. I just feel cheated by the first cry. Need help....

Every time when i shop in firstcry.com they send product through xpressbees logistics. This is the worst delivery service i have come across in my life. I request to firstcry.com to please change the delivery service provider for your products. I strongly request to provide option to complain about any thing after buying your product. Now it seems you are just selling your product and leaving your value customers without any concern....

We were not informed that the combo products are non refundable while you are we were purchasing the product, what is the logic behind the combo products being non refundable.

I have placed an order in first cry and have cancelled the order. When I contacted the customer care, they informed that there are many accounts associated with my shipping address. We live in a joint family where we have children and sometimes we order diapers or clothes many times to a single address from different accounts. I really don't understand why they need to cancel even if a coupon is used once from one account to the same address....

I have ordered pampers pants on 8th or 9th october and is showing that it will be deliver on 22nd october. Since delivery is taking a very long, so i have to cancel the order as i had to purchase it from retail shop.
Today i came to know that rs.50 will be deducted for shipping charge as it has already been shipped.
