I am a regular customer of first cry. But Under order no 425226PUR2118955, I was suppose to receive ordered four items from firstcry.com and out of four item 1 item is missing. After opening i have seen one Huggies (50 piece) is missing. But on bill all 4 item are mentioned.

This is a big cheating and carelessness towards the customer.

Hope they will make some action against this.

FirstCry is not doing a fair business. They offer cashback - I cashback coupon is used, they will send the defective products or will send the wrong size. they will take the return but give 15% as refund. (their USP is try and buy). when contacted "customer support". they will offer 30% discount coupon on MRP. which you already have in Spam box....
