I have ordered the items on Oct 22, but still its not delivered yet. when I checked the order status on Oct 26, i found to my shock that its updated as its being delivered to karthick on Oct 25 and 26.

Also the time mentioned is 8.55 pm.Even I was available at the time in home. I dont know to which karthick they have delivered the items.The items were not delivered to me and I dont know why they have updated it was delivered to me. I never expected this kind of service from first cry.I ordered this dress for my baby for this diwali and its disappointing I could not have it

I even contacted their courier partner Xpressbee but in vain.I want the dress to be available to me soon and 72 hrs is a long time to solve a query. AWB no: 2JW[protected] and AWB no: 2JW[protected]

      I am ordering Hugges on 13th October and pay the amount through PayTM (Rs.1272.24). The order cancelled on 14th October (order cancelled by Firstcry only). I am not cancelling the order. Then I approach Firstcry. They could not give proper response. Still not I am not receiving my Money. I am mailing Firstcry for more that 20 times. They replying the Template reply, please find below:

      If I am cancelling the order I may wait, In this case I am not cancelling the order. They Firstcry cancel my order and same time not refund my money till now (more that 4 days).

      I purchased 17 items from this so called website few days back. I had to wait long to get the delivery. Then few of them were of low quality n were of inappropriate size, so request them to pick up, return and refund. Though pick up was done within 2 days but refund is yet to be made back to my bank account. Whenever I call them or shoot any mail .they just say it will take 7-10 working days or there is some technical issues u vl get it soon. It’s been 12 days but still they failed to return back the money to customer. My advice to all either u dnt purchase from them or make sure you dnt expect your money back in case of size mismatch or product low quality.

        I had placed an order on 31st August 2016 at 10.07pm with order no: 2446779PWX4028600. with 4 items in this oreder. I had never received any item till date. Money of two of the items had been refunded to me but The MEE MILD BABY SHAMPOO and the BABY GENIUS AUDIO CD which had been mentioned as delivered in the status, was never delivered to me. I had called the company and also written to them about this issue but till date they have not replied to my complaint. I am bringing this to you for your kind and necessary action. It may be mentioned here that the product was supposed to be shipped by Aramex Couriers.

          I got a coupon in gift hamper of fristcry.com. I went to my nearest store located in D 101, Lehar Apartments, Near Bansi Pan, New Bhopalpura.Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001 on 08-10-16. I purchased a Huggies Wonder Pant of worth rs. 475. Then I handover the coupon to the chashier and she denied to accept the coupon by saying that these is not valid on Diapers. But then I contact to customer care and ask them to check the validity and he replied that the coupon is working and also be redeem on diapers.

              It was a prepaid item worth 625/- and more over i lost a lot of time talking to the customer care guys of both Firstcry as well as XpressBees.

              Nobody could assure the delivery of the product.

              I am so disappointed in FirstCry service.

              Even though i have registered a complaint 3 times against the courier, no action is taken nor any update from Firstcry.

              Please see the attached details which are going to be submitted in the court as some of the proofs.

              First order which i made on 12/9/2016 which is said to be reached here at Trivandrum on 20/9/2016.

              Details of the courier is in the attached picture.

              The courier guys sent it back just updating that they could not connect me on phone at 9.30 PM. I did not receive any further call in the morning. I was there at home on that day. I feel what they have updated is a lie. They have not even tried calling me, i guess.

              So i replaced the order in FirstCry again at 27th Sep 2016, and the delivery was assured on 29th Sep 2016. I again got a message from First cry saying delivery will be late for next 72 hours. I tried to get the local number for the courier service from their callcenter and they said they will not give the number.

              When i tracked the XpressBees site, i understood that the courier has reached at Trivandrum on 30th September 2016. So on 1st i took the local number of xpressbees from google and tried calling. But that guy was showing too much of attitude . He was using bad words as well. He was saying he will do the delivery only at their convenience, above this its their attitude which hurt me.

              Again i called up first cry and tried to track the status of the complaint which i have logged against the delivery, they just ended up in giving me the callcenter number of the Xpress Bees.

                I have placed an order on Firstcry with a full payment in advance with a hope i will get a delivery on time. But forget about the delivery timeline i have never received a product from firstcry.

                Order placed - 12th September
                Delivery Date - 17th Sept

                Since 17th i am calling customer care and dropping multiple emails but never get a proper response. Yesterday, i have received an email that the delivery has been done but i have not received the product yet. I have neither received any call from the FirstCry nor from the delivery team.
                This is completely unacceptable, this is pure case of cheating and unprofessionalism.
                Now when i am trying to reach the customer care i am getting a response that i am not a registered user. I have dropped multiple emails but nobody replied.

                Nobody is responding from FirstCry.

                  I have purchased a GPS Child Tracking watch from FirstCry for Rs. 3990 (Order No. 3619065PNZ0226415). The watch is not working as per specifications. When I sent a mail regarding this, it was informed that the order status will become "DELIVERED" then I can return it. Since last 5 days the status is still "IN TRANSIT". I tried to call their customer care. My call was not answered. I sent mail, but didn't get answer.

                    This is very common for FirstCry.com it seems!!

                    It has happened to be three times now. They have pathetic and very notorious courier partner named XpressBees. They are just ridiculous. Also their customer care is very rude. Sometimes they just enjoy the frustrated customer which haven;t received the product for some days after full payment is done.

                    They sometimes send a SMS saying that your address is incorrect/wrong when you know address is correct and also when they have themselves delivered other items in the same order on the same address.

                    I asked one of delivery guys and he said that they are very under staffed. Also most of the guys are untrained and illiterate so they make a lot of mistakes and also sometimes for fun.

                    I have also written emails to the company but they are unable to do anything about it. They say simply they will look into it and escalate it etc. but when all they is do is nothing,

                    First You send a notice on available address & ask for relief's you want. Don't forget to mention that if they fails to comply then you will be constrained to file consumer complaint. Send notice by speed post. Keep track of Postal receipt. If Opponent failed to comply then you can move to consumer court where opponent has office. In case you have done transaction online then you can file your complaint in your areas district forum if yours demand is below 20 Lacs. If above 20 Lacs you need to file the same complaint before State Commission. For Further guidance please contact me. [protected].

Raised a return request (No option from app; you have to use their website) with all details and pictures as requested. But still it is not processed. The status always says "under review". Simply my money is blocked for so many days. I think it is way to raise money without anything. They should return the money with interest.

                        I would like to draw your attention to the incident wherein i ordered for diapers and wet tissues for my 7 month old child. The company confirmed me via a mail in my registered mail id and i waited for the delivery. I ordered on 31st july and i never received the order. Today is 9th of august and i am yet to receive the order. No assurance is provided by the customer care dept, and post innumerable calls, no solution is provided.

                          Please help in getting my money back of which is ignored to give back by the care team members instead of calling several times, saying that a cash back coupon is used only once but here i want to ask till what extent it is right i cant reuse the coupon even i get a faulty n very cheap quality product delivered.
                          the used cash back coupon is of amount 500/- which i recieved on a purchase of above 1000/-.
                          i have contacted many times the care people but no satisfactory response i get & also requested for call back but not call back from a particular executive. here i feel i have been cheated like something by firstcry people the product which got delivered is of no use .

                          so request to help in this matter below is my order no. & product detail which i want to return & get the cash back to reuse it for a next purchase as its of very cheap quality n faulty product.
                          here it also may be that firstcry delivers the bad condition products in under offer to the customers.
                          & If this is not solved soon they should also pay for my mental stress n call charges taken for this.

                            I purchased 1 Mee Mee Breast pump of Rs. 3300 in month of Feb 2016 & I received it in the month of March 2016. but I found that the motor is damaged. so after 4 days on 12th March 2016 I made a return request. I called them & emailed them so many times but they only say we will look into this matter. sometimes they say Mee Mee company will call you & will replace this product. till date I am waiting that they will collect this defective piece & will return my money back.

                              I have ordered baby bag on 4th july 2016. estimated to deliver product on or before 11th july 2016. but they started to transportation process on 11th july 2016, product was in delhi. after that there was no update for 2 days. on13 july still it was in delhi airport. so i called firstcry customer care asked for status. i told them to cancel order if they can't delivery product. they told need 72 hours to respond to my request whether they can cancel order or not. i called on 14th july 2016 products status shows it was transported to bangalore. again i called customer care asked for update. they told processing for cancellation but it will take 72 hours and to refund again 72 hours it will take, i asked why. they told we need to transport product back to vendor then only they can refund money.
                              Why i should wait to get my money back. they delayed it's thier mistake. why customer has to suffer. to get my money i don't know how many 72 hours i need to wait. i have purchased product on so many websites like flipkart and amazon they never take 72 hours to response to customers request or problems. but firstcry play with customer money and time. they don't value for customer money and time. i had really very very bad experience from firstcry. please don't buy anything from firstcry because after sales service is very very bad. they don't response to our problem.

                                I am a regular customer of first cry. But Under order no 425226PUR2118955, I was suppose to receive ordered four items from firstcry.com and out of four item 1 item is missing. After opening i have seen one Huggies (50 piece) is missing. But on bill all 4 item are mentioned.

                                This is a big cheating and carelessness towards the customer.

                                Hope they will make some action against this.

                                Other wise I will face 600 rs loss.

                                  I have given the order through firstcry online portal with the value of 16100 in a first week of june 2016. I did not received the product from them but how they have updated the order status as delivered the product. I spoke 3-4 times over the phone and also 4 times mail to them but they did not turn up to reply in a proper way to understand the refund status. So please initiate the complain against them and let me know to do the further go ahead process for the same to get refund back my amount.

                                    When i called to the customer care and they are asking to call pampers manufacturers for this issue. This happened repeatedly second time and they are not responsible for this defect products itseems.

                                    I purchased product from firstcry under offer 100% cashback and i received product as well.. After that i received coupon code of 509 rs on email (Firstcry. Jpg). When i placed order for product of rs 499 (Couponorder. Jpg) and applied coupon code of 509.. It says product total amount should be 149 rs excluding shipping charge..In the email which i had received in that no where mentioned for minimum purchase 149 rs mandatory under terms and conditions... I spoke to arun valmik (Tl) and sunny girme (Srcsa) about this but very bad response from the team.. Fraud company.. Please take strong action.

                                      I had ordered for a baby walker for my kid on 29th May which was supposed to be delivered on 4th June latest but inspite of repeated esclations I got the product delivered on 7th June at 11 pm. And to my utter frustration the product was badly damaged.
                                      I am really surprised the company gets adverstisements done by Firstcry and don't even maintain the quality of the products.
                                      Please arrange for a quick reverse pickup and deliver my product asap.

                                      The complaint is against firstcry and their shipping partners xpressbees. i had placed for my order on 29th May which had an Expected Delivery Date of 4th Jun which has still not been delivered. The executives are giving false promises that the consignment is getting misrouted...the worst part is they have already taken the money and is causing this delay.

                                      After regular follow-ups I got my baby walker delivered on 7th June at night 11pm to realise that the product is broken. What a service...they get their as done through BIGB and don't even maintain the quality of the product .
                                      Kindly arrange for reverse pickup and delivery of the new product asap.
