It was a prepaid item worth 625/- and more over i lost a lot of time talking to the customer care guys of both Firstcry as well as XpressBees.
Nobody could assure the delivery of the product.
I am so disappointed in FirstCry service.
Even though i have registered a complaint 3 times against the courier, no action is taken nor any update from Firstcry.
Please see the attached details which are going to be submitted in the court as some of the proofs.
First order which i made on 12/9/2016 which is said to be reached here at Trivandrum on 20/9/2016.
Details of the courier is in the attached picture.
The courier guys sent it back just updating that they could not connect me on phone at 9.30 PM. I did not receive any further call in the morning. I was there at home on that day. I feel what they have updated is a lie. They have not even tried calling me, i guess.
So i replaced the order in FirstCry again at 27th Sep 2016, and the delivery was assured on 29th Sep 2016. I again got a message from First cry saying delivery will be late for next 72 hours. I tried to get the local number for the courier service from their callcenter and they said they will not give the number.
When i tracked the XpressBees site, i understood that the courier has reached at Trivandrum on 30th September 2016. So on 1st i took the local number of xpressbees from google and tried calling. But that guy was showing too much of attitude . He was using bad words as well. He was saying he will do the delivery only at their convenience, above this its their attitude which hurt me.
Again i called up first cry and tried to track the status of the complaint which i have logged against the delivery, they just ended up in giving me the callcenter number of the Xpress Bees.
