    I have first time placed an order with FirstCry.com. no. 903607OSS6A5C131 which was placed on 15 July 2015 for 4 (Four) Items / Products having AWB Number: 2GP[protected]Two Products) and AWB No.105GP[protected]rest 2 Product) They shipped order using xpressbees courier via AWB Number: 2GP[protected]Two Products) supposed to be delivered on 21 July 2015. Shipment reached kolkata on 23rd July at 10:25 AM. It could have been delivered by 25th July but they didn't deliver. I wrote the mail to Customer Care FirstCry.com on 27 July 2015 which they didn’t reply and then I wrote to customer care xpressbess which they relied on 29 July 2015 3:41 P.M apologising for delay in delivery. Afterward I again called by phone to customer care xpressbess which they said that the parcel will be delivered in 3-4 days after that I received a call from xpressbess saying that the parcel got damaged and after calling customer care xpressbess they assured me that the same product will be delivered to me from firstcry at same price (by Sweta Mishra Customer Care Team on my mobile from No. [protected] Time 07:56 P.M.) Now I have received a mail from customercare FirstCry.com on 1 Aug 2015 8:33 A.M. that the amount is lying in my account and can be used in my next purchase with first cry. ... what the hell is this? When I had written earlier that I want the same order or I will never order again and delete my account with first cry. Why FirstCry is not using a good courier? This is my 1st order with FirstCry which was supposed to be delivered in two parts. The other part order AWB No.105GP[protected]rest 2 Product) too was delivered late with an excuse message that my home was closed which was not. So what First Cry thinks? Customer should post complaint on various sites, and then only they will deliver the shipment or refund the money? Why should I purchase something new again from First Cry site apart from this they charge Extra if order is below Rs. 500/-. In my case Rs.498.20 is showing in the system and I had used discount coupon for purchase of Rs 578/- (Two Products with one item at discount)

      FirstCry guys are playing with me from 8th Jul, 15 on wards I had so many interactions with customer care regarding these items.

      I was firstly connected to Mr. Suman with respect my Request Number – "1503412" regarding Princess Cozy Coupe Car size, image and description are not proper. He launched a request and told me to I will reply within 24 Hours. Reply yet to come.

      In between I already added my chosen items (Three Product Id – 197144 / 470067 / 232064 ) in my Cart for buying. But customer care executives asked me more and more time to resolve my above Request– 1503412. At last I thought i will buy Product Id – 197144 but all above three items become out of stock from FirstCry. This is too much, one customer care executive asked me to not to buy these from others vendor she will arrange within 2 days and notify me.

      At last successfully delivered ordered at FirstCry and they delivered one box at 25th Jul just one day before my Daughter B’Day.

      FirstCry technician had opened it then I came to know box having completely different item from what I had ordered and this item itself is not new having stretch around him. Even it’s not matching any of the items from my priority list Three Product Id – 197144 / 470067 / 232064.

      So I informed FirstCry and asked him to avail any of the Products out of Product Id – 197144 / 470067 / 232064). Mr. Ashwin confirmed with the Vendor and replied unavailable to arrange my product and all above products are Out of Stock.. Then Mr. Suman/Ashwin insisted me to resolve this issue by compensation and offered me Rs.150 INR amount.
      Firstly, Product Id- 232064 (Little Tikes - Cozy Coupe Anniversary Edition Police Car) is available at FirstCry site and Quantity is showing is THREE. Check it as below

      Secondly, in his view compensation of the emotion of father for her kid is Rs 150 INR only. Because of these guys i can’t able to gift my child on her BirthDay.

      Lastly, Dispatched address that is showing on the Box as below:-

      JK Industries Estate, Near PaperBox, Mahakali caves Raod,
      Andheri East, Mumbai – 400093”

      This address is not belonging to them it’s completely unoccupied since 3-4 month… Owner of this Gala is “Mumbai Glass house” and Numbers are – 022 – 26874008/ 26873971. This is an act of serious contravention of rules – which has affected us.

      So it’s very shameful and shocking that the way you treat you customers. Mr Ashwin was not at all helpful and I am so disappointed with it. So i am not satisfied FirstCry services and executive.

      This is the worst customer support I have ever come across. I would definitely suggest people not to use FirstCry.

      In the light of the above facts/statements, I once again request you to please look into the matter and request the concerned Authority to consider my case to find the facts and compensation me the admissible amount.

      They have really stood by their name. FIRST portal to make me CRY by ordering on same!!

      FirstCry.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I ordered product of 2-3 years and they delivered new born size. On top of it, showing me that in order history it is for new born only. Luckily I tried clicking on it and it first loads 2-3 years as per my selection and then redirect to new born. It clearly shows website issue.

        I had purchased a lunch box- (Fab N Funky Brown Lunch Box With Spoon And Fork - Circle Shape ), When i wrote a review about product they deleted my review but accepted the rating!! They have only one feedback on that product till now which i think must be fake. They should learn and look on other reliable websites which upload their customer feedback whether its good or bad. This infact help other customers to get a true idea of a product. Now i understood these are all game to fool the customers. Jagoo grahak!!!

            I had ordered four books from Firstcry.com, order number 2183781ORN952E251 on 29th may 2015. First message I got on the same day that one item has been shipped through Indian post AWB number is EM[protected]IN.I got this item on 6th june 2015. On 02/06/2015 i got two messages that other three books has been dispatched through indian post in two different baggages. this does not have a AWB number for tracking. when contact customer care on 6th they are not able to give me the AWB number. Actual they have not dispatched the item by that time. Please look at the today's status of these items. AWB number fro Indian speed post; EM[protected]IN & EM[protected]IN. Why First cry people making people cry. This was my first cry & last cry for this online shopping site. People can take some guidance and may switch to some other sites so that they can avoid crying at latter stage. If management can look at this post just explain the name of your venture; or it is self explanatory that people come here for shopping and experience their first cry.

              Firstcry and its subsidary FRAUD Xpressbees is a fraudster company. Reason: Their website shows that my PREPAID- Order no:116546OUC2010607 with Tracking number#2BB04147229 as DELIVERED on 3rd Feb 2015 which is FALSE I usually don't tend to follow up on my orders, however just because I had to gift this, I did a follow up and found that the website shows as delivered.I called and confirmed the same from Xpressbees fraudster courier also. If Xpressbees fraudster courier company tells that because of a fraudster employee this happened, it doesn't mean that they are not to be blamed, same way, If firstcry says that its not their issue.then this doesn't makes sense. I have logged an Issue Ticket no#1012742, so let us see what happens.Once I get an update, ill update mouthshut also. Lessons learnt as of now:Don't Go for Prepaid order in FRAUD Firscry.com i.e. Never go for Online payment in firstcry because the product order may land in some fraudster Firstcry XpressBees illegal hands. My Findings as to why Fraud Firstcry XpressBees is a failure: 1)We won't get any confirmation sms that order is delivered. 2)SMS would be sent just informing that Order is out for delivery without stating the deliver agent's phone number . 3)For working people they don't have time to follow up for orders placed, they are mostly dependent on sms notifications like other courier companies or at least a call from delivery agent which hasn't happened for my case. Suggestion to Firstcry Xpressbees: It is strange that you are unable to innovate or atleast match upto other courier companies like gojavas, bluedart, delhivery or Amazon Transport services. Your sms doesn't even contain the contact no of the delivery agent. It is quite strange that even startups have 24 x 7 customer care number but you guys are only 10 am to 7 pm IST.

              Inspite of calling many times there is same message of waiting and waiting from firstcry, it seems they are careless for the customer, i felt it a frustating experience,

                I have order product on 29th Jan 2015. On 3rd Feb I got email saying that Your order cancelled & your money added on FirstCry cash. "We regret to inform you that the below item(s) in your Order no. 455553OOB9682860 have been cancelled.We have tried to arrange the product(s) from multiple suppliers but have not been able to confirm its availability" When i call Customer Care Team - They are telling "The quality is not good so your ordered was cancelled." Also its good idea to make customer fool and used their money without any interest till the time customer not asked for refund. This is not the 1st time on my previous Order No - 455553NNV00BC607 they send half of the products. Rest of the products they cancelled and refund section in Firstcry. If they don't have products in stock why they are listing in Website and cheating people.

After making many complaint, the company unable to perform his service. The complain no. is 969539 dated 18.01.2015 and 21.01.2015. Kindly take action for its poorest service.

                    Item missing from order awb no. 408606022250

                    I had ordered 3 item amounting to Rs. 668, but in the package box I received only two items. The strange thing is that the number mentioned(on the box)in the Total Quantity Inside is just scratched so cunningly to cheat us from noticing it. The box delivered is so big that the only 2 items delivered just fills the half part of the box.
                    Please look in to the AWB no. [protected] and help us in delivering the third item as soon as possible....

                    Even after successful payment the order is not delivered. Firstcry is not taking the responsibility to deliver the product because they say its handed over to couriercompany. courier Company (xpressbees) are not able to locate the parcel. No one is ready to refund the money also... NEVER Use FIRSTCRY... Its Complete CRAP and money gulping Company... Worst Online Store...

                      I never seen such a poor service like this company . The customers will die to get the products after placing the order.

                      All are irresponsible in the firstcry and xpressbees.

                      Worst service worst delivery time.

                      Till now I never get the product properly from your bloody firstcry. There is no firstcry for baby, there is always cry for ordered customer.

                        I placed an order dated :09-dec-2014 with firstcry.com, order was supposed to be delivered by 10-dec-2014, Today is 22-dec-2014, in between I made several calls to them regarding the order and finally I asked them to cancel and refund my money, they said they'll do it, but still now they have not done anything and every time they are simply saying sorry. Order no:27303NL8351f448, Complain raised in firstcry.com: 868345 & 875175. Current status: not resolved, Complaint date: 22-dec-2014. Crap & cheap cheat by firstcry.com.

                          Order no, 1807611NU41018018 dated 28/11/2014. Order was partially shipped by firstcry.com, and then they themselves cancelled same order and informed that they will refund. But after few weeks I was informed by by courier service to collect a torn and ruptured cartoon having partial items of said order. In addition few items from shipped items were missing too. Earlier Reason for cancellation was mentioned by firstcry than only few of ordered items have been shipped, so they have cancelled it. Now from few weeks I am requesting them through mail and phone to refund my remaining amount, but they are in no way replying to my mails. Please help in refund of my remaining money. Regards.

                            Hi, I ordered some baby diapers based on the combo offer from First Cry.com (Order No: 474005NT745A4141) on 30th Nov 2014 expecting to get it maximum by 5th Dec. On 3rd I receive an intimation that it will take them additional 48 hrs to ship the goods. When I tell them to cancel my order, immediately I receiver a mail that your order has been shipped on 3rd itself through their logistic partner Xpressbees ( AWB: 101LC[protected]. After a couple of days when I try to track the shipment, I find that the item has not been delivered due to reason stating that the address is incomplete and the mob ph is getting unanswered. However, thats not the true case. I didnt receive any call from the courier company asking for delivery and clarifying my exact house location. Also there is nothing wrong with my address also. I also ways provide the same address for all dealings, bank accounts etc. This proves that they are just lying and don't want to deliver. Till day inspite of calling the call centre of firstcry I have not received any satisfactory reply on the delivery. I just want an accountability that when the money is being paid upfront, the shopping company also should show some responsibility in delivering the goods on time. I understand FIRSTCRY.COM and XPRESSBEES are just fooling customers by taking in the money and not delivering the goods. THEY ARE CHEATERS !!! My money is lost because of them. They should be banned from carrying out their business in India. And nobody should ever shop from FIRSTCRY.COM and send any delivery through XPRESSBEES courier. BOTH ARE THE WORST !!! BELIEVE ME !!!

                            Same issue...delivery boy told me that he is not able to deliver the shipment at doorstep...he had an argument with me ..and threatened me that he won't deliver any shipment in future too...and now he is giving fake reasons for nondelivery...first he gave that cod was not available...and now the reason given was that the person is not reachable on phone and given address...even I have proofs against him...I have recordings of conversation with him...awb[protected]...delivery executive of express bees...is intentionally giving fake reasons for non delivery...even he had not made a single delivery attempt...even I had call with him...but he is saying me not call again...

                              Sir/Mam, I have order Mamypoko Pants diaper on www.firstcry.com website online on 29th Oct 2014.Even after 20 days, they haven't delivered my product and no response to my mails and consequent complaints.Even I asked to cancel my order and refund my money back but no response yet.The order Number with firstcry.com is 770954NV42540887 and courier Xpressbees AW is 101J[protected].No response even after raising the complaint with reference number 794185 & 802723.                                   I ordered sweater for my sister kids to chennai and the Ordered reached Chennai on 3rd November and the status was out for delivery and ultimately it was not delivered on that day. I was thinking that it will get delivered on the next day, but i haven't. I tried their pathetic customer care by email but there was no reply from them. I called them on 4th November regarding the delivery and customer care replied that it will be delivered by 5th, but it wasn't. Then subsequently i started mailed them and calling daily till 7th November. Everyday i get the same answer it will get delivered by next day. To listen this repetitive answer i have to be in queue for 15 to 20 mins. On November 7th, I asked them to cancel the order and start the refund process and they are not ready to do that. They are asking to me not to take the courier very funny and strange, if they come for delivery i can ask them to return back, if they are not coming for the delivery, how can i do that. Whenever i called your customer care i have to wait on Queue for 15 to 20 mins to listen the repetitive answer very worst and pathetic customer service. Please start the refund and give my money soon.. I have attached all the screenshot and not able to attached the recorder voice with the customer care executive. I request you to start refund process soon. By Frustrated Customer.
