    I had ordered a gyro car from firstcry on 19th december. Money was paid at the time of order. The order was promised to be delivered by 26th december. However, on 26th december, i received an email saying it will be delivered by 30th december. I called up firstcry and requested to cancel the order. The order was cancelled and i received an email about the same. However, on 27th, fedex updated the delivery status as delivered on 22nd and firstcry also updated the status as delivered.
    I have raised multiple complaints for refund were accepted but no action.
    I have neither received the product not the refund.

                Firstcry.com really bad customer service and pathetic refund experience for my order# 329389qw81132123 & 329389qx852ac271. Over 15 days, the product has been picked up from mumbai, and as per firstcry.com it has not reached their warehouse yet, which is located in pune. They are waiting for the product to reach the warehouse so that the refund can be processed. Firstly, i am not using your product, i don't have it with me, it is with your courier, and you are holding my refund, cos it did not reach your warehouse yet. What kind of ridiculous policy is this. I am shopping from your website from past 1 and half years, but you have no respect for your long term and loyal customers, no proper response on email. Very sad state, anyways i have already found an alternative and wouldn't come back to your website again for shopping. Try to retain your customer's, else they have multiple alternatives outside of firstcry..

                  We had ordered r for rabbit chocolate ride the designer pram rainbow on 12/12/2017 and received delayed incomplete product on 19/12/2017. We raised the return request on the same day and requested to ship the remaining products rather than the complete product return. The cs told me that the resolution would happen in 24-48 hours and today on 27/12/2017 they came back stating that they could not find the remaining parts and i have to do a product return to which the refund would be initiated in 8-10 days. We have almost waited a months time to get a pram. This is not the first case that they have shipped a incomplete product and had become a regular thing. We are at a complete loss of time and money and the agony we have to go through to keep chasing the customer care. We need a compensation for the hassle we have to go through and the trouble we have to bear.

                    I have found that no one within the team is respecting the tat's as per the policy
                    I had ordered a chiccoo massage oil, which came in bad condition and was leaking and after discussing with the customer care team on call i dropped a mail on 15-dec-17 with pictures and invoice and was informed that i will receive a reply on mail on concern within 24-48 hours. However, to my dismay i only had to repeatedly call and ensure that someone replies to the mail, which was finally done on 19-dec-17. The return request was submitted on 19-dec-17 and i was credited the refund for the product, which at the next hour got debited for no reason explained. Till date from the return request date, 8 days have passed by and no one has picked up the shoddy product nor has refunded me for same.

                    2. I ordered booties, but when delivered i returned since i did not like the color. The product was returned on 19-dec-17, wherein again i had been constantly misguided by your team on refund amount saying following things:
                    Refund will get generated once the prodcut is picked up
                    Refund gets generated once the product reaches warehouse.
                    Refund gets generated withing few days of product pick up.
                    As on date, again its been 8 days past and till date i am given answers like product must have not reached warehouse and surprisingly no one checks and answers lamely. I have reached out to floor supervisors and mangers but no one has been able to address my concern.in fact i was promised that my concern on refund will be picked up on priority and someone would call and let me know once they check with logistics team on 26-dec-17 and i am still kept in dark.

                    I have noticed that firstcry service team has been
                    Unprofessional throughout,
                    Negligent and ignorant to the customers complaint and issue
                    Provided mundane and stereotyped answers from agent level to manager level.
                    Busting their tats mentioned as per policy at each time.

                    Lastly, i am writing this mail to you with some hope of having a definite answer and put a timeline to the issues, cause dealing with your customer care team is painful and has all capabilities of making a healthy person sick.

                      Our baby turned 1, one of our invited guests bought a huge baby toy from first cry store (Alkapuri arcarde, vadodara) and gifted us. It is very likely to receive multiple products of similar kind and same thing happened here, we got 2 similar gifts. We had already opened 1 toy and used it, so decided to request our guest to provide the bill so that we could exchange it with another toy. I went to the store and asked for an exchange, wasted 40 minutes arguing with the person but he wasn't ready to exchange it. We had all the required receipts and the toy in as-is condition but he isn't ready to exchange it. Could anybody help here on what needs to be done?

But the issue is that courier agency (Dtdc courier agency) told me that we are not deliver the iteam. Why they are telling me that they will not deliver the iteam.                               Till today, i have made 4 orders on first cry in last month. Out of these four, i got only one order number 4877122qv47288431 delivered and that too was delivered late. After that i placed an order 4877122qm72d20294 worth rs 350 for which i had to pay rs50 shipping charges. I din't get that package and i got only rs350 in refund. I beared rs 50 shipping charges without any fault. After that i again made 2 orders 4877122qr8002e163, 4877122qn836cb089. I haven't received these yet. These are again cancelled without even notifying me. I got refund for one and that too excluding shipping charges. This is really annoying, that i have to bear the shipping charges without any fault of mine.

                                First being one of my favourite website, has turned out to be worst.
                                My 4 return orders pick up has already been done but no refund till date and i am following up with them for last one month but no response till now.

                                Amount is approx 5000 rs and entire team is just spineless and not at all responsible that customers hard earned money is blocked with you due to your poor services.

                                I think first cry don not have efficient team to resolve issue.
                                Never shop with this site.

                                  I have placed the order for pamper diaper xl on 6th dec. Have made multiple calls to the customer care team to track the shipment as the status was not available online.
                                  On 11th dec the product status shows delivered while i have not received any order.
                                  Remarks on the tracking page say that - order is received by vandana while there is no actual delivery.
                                  Since this is a prepaid order and i just can't keep waiting for the diaper package for so long.
                                  Need the complete refund here.
                                  Worst is your customer care team - have spoken to rio marian (Email-rio. [protected]@firstcry.com) on call - instead of calling multiple times your agents are not aware of previous remarks/case.
                                  Not willing to transfer call to the manager on floor.
                                  And on top of that asking customer to wait for 4hrs to get a call back from manager.
                                  Like really are the managers on floor so busy that they make customer wait for 4 hrs to call back.
                                  Ii seriously doubt that your customer is actually for helping customers or just harassing them.
                                  Please initiate a refund in my account asap.
                                  Going forward i will make sure to share my experience with all the near ones and ensure that no body buys from firstcry.com

                                    I have purchased one tri cycle for my child from your kanpur store at z square mall in the month of may.. Due to poor assembling, the cycle broke down the very next day.
                                    On several telephonic complaints and personal visit to your store numerous times, one executive visited my residence at anandpuri kanpur today i. E.in the month of december... It took him atleast an hour to find my home and i tried him at least 10 calls whether he reached, has finished his job, but he did not attend the call nor has he done his job properly.                                         I had ordered for the product online on firstcry.com with order no. 12860qu6569c930 dated : 22.11.17. Today i have recieved the product. But i am unhappy the product what i have received. It is not with for the money i have paid (Rs.654). It's a footpath product. I can get such products on footpath. Now i would like to return the product. But they are not accepting saying that it's not returnable. I would like to know the valid reason. I can get such products on biggest online market amazon with easy returnable policy on all products. I had ordered on firstcry.com as someone had suggested this website. But it's a waste website with so many policies like returnable policies and other t&c which i came to know after getting my order.
