Baby toothbrushes and teethers and pacifiers were ordered and they came very dirty. It cannot be given to the baby as they are so unhygienic. The customercare team said its non returnable which might be true but my money needs to be fully refunded in my wallet as the mistake is from company side. There is no responsible answer and solution given yet.
FirstCry.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My order number is 5355364RRH05CD534. i would like to cancel before shipped, there is no any option to cancel this order.
I had bought a nebulizer with all assesories, delivered today.
But the mouse piece in the set was as damaged one.

    I placed order for 4 items on firstcry.com. Because of quality issues i placed return for 4 of them. They collected those 2 items separately and i cancelled the return for other two as i have to travel. But still they refunded the amount for all 4items.
    This i noticed when i’m trying to place another order later. Because these was cash refund available, payment happened using cash refund. I called and complained about it to firstcry.com, but no action was taken. I continued using firstcry.com.
    Later after 2 months they started cancelling my orders without any notice and not refunding the amount used to place the order. I called them to ask, they said they are recovering the refund give 2 months back. I said okay. They recovered more amount than the refund given and still cancelling the orders getting placed without any notice.
    Also the history in my login on firstcry.com is showing wrong and they don’t have answer for it.

    Please resolve my issue with firstcry.com and help me to place an order successfully.

        While placing the order there was an error in payment gateway and the order got cancelled. On speaking to the bank (Hdfc) from which the amount got deducted they directed me to merchant as it is a payment gateway issue. The merchant has denied taking any accountability on the resolution and has informed me that i have to solve it myself.
        This company has no ethics whatsoever and doesnot care about its customers. Request you to take this matter up on priority

          I made purchse of INR 16328.77 on Firstcry bt still didn’t receive refund.My pet Tuffy passes away aft accidently consumg 1 of d item sent by Firstcry
          Wnt u 2 imagine, wht cud have been, if my kid wud have done d mistake, my pet did.Firstcry emlps and Founders are RUDE & FEARLESS.They don’t care 4 anythg even aft sendg d prd which can end ur life.

              I had ordered for pampers pant style diapers large - 68 pieces which has mrp of rs 949. I have used a coupon to get discount of rs 500. Now this retailer has charged me 12% gst on rs 449 which i believe is not right.
              Fisrt cry invoice # : 29cs[protected].
              Also, firstcry website shows free delivery for orders above rs 449. But still i was charged rs 50 for delivery.
              This has happened in the past as well and only on firstcry.
              I need the refund of rs 103 (Gst rs 53 + delivery charges 50) back in my bank account.

                    I have purchased diaper of rs 1399 on 11-feb-2018 when offer is running 100% cash back and we have selected clothes 40 % as per offer given by company that time and store incharge submit our clothes in his own locker he said you can come any time in our store and show your offer message and you can take your clothes package. When i visited the store and talk to the concerned person for my carry bag he said that is sold out now. You can again purchase for clothes in new arrival when i said where is your manager she is not in store when i called to her she is misbehaving she said that was big mistake my employee which is offer is given to you on diapers 100 % cash back.

                            Recently purchased dove baby lotion one from local market (As i was running out of stock). Meanwhile ordered 2 (As it was in combo) from firstcry.com and that is then i realized something fishy the one ordered from firstcry.com. Attached snapshots for the reference. I could see that there was one sticker was sticked over another one on the back side of the lotion bottle. When peeled i could see another sticker which mentions made in europe. I don't think this is a genuine products of dove. Please look in this matter as it's a serious issue.. Spoke with firstcry.com customer support team they are saying that they don't have a quality check team. How can a baby product e-commerce company not having a qc team. Serious action needs to be taken as they are playing and doing r&d's with babies and infants skin.

                            This product is overpriced I'm not interested anymore
                            I ordered a Tricycle on20th of December and they sent a old cycle.
                            You can easliy make out by looking at the packing that its used one.
                            Packed very badly and parts missing. Its around 2 months and refund is not issued and nobody coming to pickkup.
                            Pathetic service. Dont go for it.

                              I received this message because i refused to go to there service center to collect order myself which is 15km away from kolhapur city.

                              Xpressbee service center employees were rude and they were cruelty laughing on our helpless situation.

                              It was shocking experience from a brand endorsed by amitabh bachchan! So sad!

                                  I had requested return for a product and 15 days have passed, i daily call at the customer service no for the reverse pick up but no body comes for the same and call centre people just keep on giving false assurances that the same will be done asap. And their is no definite timeline being given by them. I think they are trying to force the customer to use the product by not doing the reverse pick up. This is their strategy. Very poor service. Please never buy products from firstcry

                                    Hi i ordered a stroller pram on 12 dec 2017 which i recived in 2 days and as i didnt like the quality i reuested a return. My requested was submitted and i was told pick up will be done within 10 days its been a month nobody has come to pick up and my money has not been refunded i have called customer care so many times everyone says pick up will be done on priority and it has not been done its been one month.
