I ordered pampers pant style diapers 86 no. And baby hug baby wipes with 17 pieces mamy poko pants on 28 march on firstcry.com but they sent only baby wipes and mamy poko pants diapers. They did not send pampers pants style diapers 86 no. I am still waiting. I called them but their contact no. Seems not working. It is requested to you to please help me in completing my order.

I purchased a 240 ml feeding bottle for my baby from www.firstcry.com on 26th mar 2018 at rs 395/-, order no :4921137rsh514a372, process id : w4921137rsh514a3722. Order date : 26 mar, 2018. Invoice date : 27 mar 2018.
But when i received the bottle i found the following:-
1. The seal was broken
2. The manufacturing date is jan 2016 which is pretty old and unfit for use for a new born baby.
3. The cap of the bottle is loose and scratches found. Seemed to be used one.

When i tried to return the product, the policy does not allow me to return. These is a clear case of cheating as a defective, un-sealed, old product has been delivered and the firstcry is not returning / exchanging the same.

I bought a baby walker ref no.7093 dated 21/3/18but the wlker is not safe as the seat button are pulling out itself and making the baby to fall time and again this is very unsafe for my baby of 9 months i am regular customer of firstcry i never expect such kind o[censored]nauthenticated product from elite company which is exclusively meant for babies and kids... Kindly replace or do the need ful at your end so that my baby can be in safe hands while using walker and learn to walk. Thanks

I have ordered 3 items of babyhug half sleeves tops pack of 3 and paid for 3 items i. E. Item no 1845828 (Red green yellow 5-6 years), item no 1845834 (Sky blue grey red 4-5 years) and item no 1845827 (Red green yellow 4-5 years).. Btt received only two items... Item no.1845834 (Sky blue grey red 4-5 years) is missing... Kindly resolve d issue and please send me my missing item for which i have prepaid.

Baby toothbrushes and teethers and pacifiers were ordered and they came very dirty. It cannot be given to the baby as they are so unhygienic. The customercare team said its non returnable which might be true but my money needs to be fully refunded in my wallet as the mistake is from company side. There is no responsible answer and solution given yet.

I placed order for 4 items on firstcry.com. Because of quality issues i placed return for 4 of them. They collected those 2 items separately and i cancelled the return for other two as i have to travel. But still they refunded the amount for all 4items.
This i noticed when i’m trying to place another order later. Because these was cash refund available, payment happened using cash refund. I called and complained about it to firstcry.com, but no action was taken. I continued using firstcry.com.
Later after 2 months they started cancelling my orders without any notice and not refunding the amount used to place the order. I called them to ask, they said they are recovering the refund give 2 months back. I said okay. They recovered more amount than the refund given and still cancelling the orders getting placed without any notice.
Also the history in my login on firstcry.com is showing wrong and they don’t have answer for it.

Please resolve my issue with firstcry.com and help me to place an order successfully.

I placed the item on firstcry website on 15th march 2018. But, i wrongly select my item instead of the correct one. I don't find any cancel option after the item gets confirmed. Can you please cancel my order before the delivery.

While placing the order there was an error in payment gateway and the order got cancelled. On speaking to the bank (Hdfc) from which the amount got deducted they directed me to merchant as it is a payment gateway issue. The merchant has denied taking any accountability on the resolution and has informed me that i have to solve it myself.
This company has no ethics whatsoever and doesnot care about its customers. Request you to take this matter up on priority

I had ordered for pampers pant style diapers large - 68 pieces which has mrp of rs 949. I have used a coupon to get discount of rs 500. Now this retailer has charged me 12% gst on rs 449 which i believe is not right.
Fisrt cry invoice # : 29cs[protected].
Also, firstcry website shows free delivery for orders above rs 449. But still i was charged rs 50 for delivery.
This has happened in the past as well and only on firstcry.
I need the refund of rs 103 (Gst rs 53 + delivery charges 50) back in my bank account.
I have attached the invoice for reference.

Dear sir, i book 2nos merit virgin coconut oil and paid for 2qty but received 1 against order no 5302788rmd45b1595 on dtd 13/2/18 but time of delivery i paid 638/- on dtd 19/2/18 for 2nos bottles. When i open the box oil qty was one. Vdo is already attached for cheating of first cry. I never expect such type of cheap behaviour with reputed site. Kindly send me one bottle of merit virgin coconut oil which payment you have already received.

I have purchased diaper of rs 1399 on 11-feb-2018 when offer is running 100% cash back and we have selected clothes 40 % as per offer given by company that time and store incharge submit our clothes in his own locker he said you can come any time in our store and show your offer message and you can take your clothes package. When i visited the store and talk to the concerned person for my carry bag he said that is sold out now. You can again purchase for clothes in new arrival when i said where is your manager she is not in store when i called to her she is misbehaving she said that was big mistake my employee which is offer is given to you on diapers 100 % cash back.

I ordered a product luusa falcon tricycle to gift for my daughter birthday on 15/02/2018, it reached the nearest delivery hub on 10/02/2018 but still not delivered when i checked the status in xpressbees tracking it say out of delivery and we all are available at home they didn't try any attempt to deliver. Instead they put wrong information that residence/office closed : can't deliver

Recently purchased dove baby lotion one from local market (As i was running out of stock). Meanwhile ordered 2 (As it was in combo) from firstcry.com and that is then i realized something fishy the one ordered from firstcry.com. Attached snapshots for the reference. I could see that there was one sticker was sticked over another one on the back side of the lotion bottle. When peeled i could see another sticker which mentions made in europe. I don't think this is a genuine products of dove. Please look in this matter as it's a serious issue.. Spoke with firstcry.com customer support team they are saying that they don't have a quality check team. How can a baby product e-commerce company not having a qc team. Serious action needs to be taken as they are playing and doing r&d's with babies and infants skin.
