Hi Despite continuous follow up on my orders, first cry has failed to deliver the product in time and with no further update till date. The logistic team and the customer service team does. It have any firm updates and can only sound helpless by stating " your stuff will be delivered asap". Full amount has been paid for the products already.     I made a purchase of Figaro Olive Oil - 1 Liter/916 gm Order No . 2684511OT62330149 has been shipped via FIRST FLIGHT Shipment AWB Number: F991Q2836429 by first cry .The order has not deliverd to me by the courier showing address insufficient and returned back to the firstcry hub .I made this order on 18th november and lot of time passed but the first cry has not refund me my money back to my account . i contact to their customer so many but they every time they are giving excuses . very very poor customer support of firstcry. I request you everyone please do not buy any product from firstcry as they are looting customers, as they do a cheat with me .

        Hi Sir, I had ordered one product online from firstcry on 7th November and the estimated delivery date for the same was 15th November. But till now they are not deliver the product. I can see the status as "Out for delivery" from 17th November till now but not deliver. I already written mails to them but they are not responding to me. I already called them 4 times and each time their executive telling that we will deliver within next 24 hours but that is never happened. So writing here the complaint. Still it is taking a long time. xpressbees customer service is very rude and am not getting a proper reply from any of the service executives. Delivery person called me yesterday and informed that the order would b delivered by today 22 nov. But it has not happened, also manager Suman promised me to deliver it by 19th. When I asked for a compensation since the product...

          I am frequent purchaser from firstcry, so they issued me free product but they mentioned wrong address which was no exist.After several mails, calls from me they proceed for investigation but still i didnt get any product from them.After mails to [protected]@firstcry.com and after frequent reminder also, they did not bother to solve customer query.

            We always buy product form amazon or eBay ...WE DEAL with this company last week in November 2015 and order some fountain pen ..before we order we also call customer care for product they say you will get same product which is shown on our website so we Order Camlin Fountain pen But send wrong product and one funny thing instead of correct product they send one measuring tape (what is foolish owner mind someone one tell me what we measure with this tape ...!!!...) Fraud company, customer care very bad behavior, , , they are given false commitment to customer ... we when we ask to refund amount they say please buy some other prodcut form our website we will transfer your amount in first cry wallet
            we say no ... and this my last cry to this company totally i say fraud company ... simple in words a BIG Chu company

                  I had ordered farlin waterproof diaper pants from firstcry on 27/08/15 with order no. 2266314OLW9524708 which was shipped via expressbess with shipment id 3H[protected]. The estimated delivery date was 22/09/15. While tracking the order it shows the product has been delivered whereas I haven't received it. I complained many times to firstcry and xpressbees only to get false assurances that they will take action. I have already paid fr the product. Please help.

                    There was cashbcak offer on Sep 22nd 2015 at 11PM for 11 min and I made a purchase with this offer which got delivered on Sep 23rd. As per the initial intimation, cashback was supposed to be delivered to my Email ID winthin 10 days post delivery. But till now it has not been delivered. Every time I contact, customer support guy keeps telling me that it would get delivered in 24-48 hours but nothing happen after that. Every time I contact, it's the same old story stating that there was some problem in generating the code. Today I received call from support team twice after I sent an email about the status and each time they said that it would be emailed to me in 5 mins. But nothing happens even after waiting for couple of hours.

I have ordered 9 items through firstcry website, they have sent it as 2 parcels having AWB Numbers EM[protected]IN and EM[protected]IN.I have received the first parcel but not the second one, which is a Venus Pure Veg Green House Kitchen Set. I have been chasing the customer care through calls and mails, but it's of no use at all. The postman has also confirmed that he didn't deliver such a product but the tracking status shows it as delivered. This cannot be accepted; Even after several complaints made, i am getting the same update "this will be addressed in 24 hrs" ..But its almost 4 months now. Pls deliver the order or refund the money. Called them up and they keep insisting that they will call back with updates within 24hrs and yet no reply.                           I am regular consumer of FirstCry.com, I am very disappointed with the recent order made on 16th August 2015, my order no. 1170250OQV8126362. I have received all other products but my main order was a Tricycle AWB No.: 2HQ05868157. I have been chasing the customer care through mails, calls but the end result in call getting disconnected several times while interacting. The delivery boy has also confirmed that he didnt delver such product but the Tracking status shows as delivered. This cannot be accepted even after several complaints made but same updates that "this will be addressed in 24 hrs" but its almost been 96 hrs. Pls deliver the order or refund the money Rs.Rs. 2914.43.

                            I had ordered couple of gifts 422803OUU5930601for my friend's newborn from FirstCry on 3rd Aug 2015. One of the lower priced item was delivered and the other higher priced item was shipped and is showing to be in a warehouse close to my friends house, but no one is either delivering them or finding the item as well. 1) When complained I was given a logistics department number[protected], I have called them at least twice. They hear the whole story once start looking for info and disconnect the call. 2) I called the Frist cry number and asked for a refund. They are saying they cannot refund items shipped. The trouble is it has been at least now 2+ weeks since the item is showing shipped but not delivered. Company is refusing to help deliver it or to refund it What is the course of action for this irresponsible and completely unethical behavior by the company.

                                I have first time placed an order with FirstCry.com. no. 903607OSS6A5C131 which was placed on 15 July 2015 for 4 (Four) Items / Products having AWB Number: 2GP[protected]Two Products) and AWB No.105GP[protected]rest 2 Product) They shipped order using xpressbees courier via AWB Number: 2GP[protected]Two Products) supposed to be delivered on 21 July 2015. Shipment reached kolkata on 23rd July at 10:25 AM. It could have been delivered by 25th July but they didn't deliver. I wrote the mail to Customer Care FirstCry.com on 27 July 2015 which they didn’t reply and then I wrote to customer care xpressbess which they relied on 29 July 2015 3:41 P.M apologising for delay in delivery. Afterward I again called by phone to customer care xpressbess which they said that the parcel will be delivered in 3-4 days after that I received a call from xpressbess saying that the parcel got damaged and after calling customer care xpressbess they assured me that the same product will be delivered to me from firstcry at same price (by Sweta Mishra Customer Care Team on my mobile from No. [protected] Time 07:56 P.M.) Now I have received a mail from customercare FirstCry.com on 1 Aug 2015 8:33 A.M. that the amount is lying in my account and can be used in my next purchase with first cry. ... what the hell is this? When I had written earlier that I want the same order or I will never order again and delete my account with first cry. Why FirstCry is not using a good courier? This is my 1st order with FirstCry which was supposed to be delivered in two parts. The other part order AWB No.105GP[protected]rest 2 Product) too was delivered late with an excuse message that my home was closed which was not. So what First Cry thinks? Customer should post complaint on various sites, and then only they will deliver the shipment or refund the money? Why should I purchase something new again from First Cry site apart from this they charge Extra if order is below Rs. 500/-. In my case Rs.498.20 is showing in the system and I had used discount coupon for purchase of Rs 578/- (Two Products with one item at discount)

                                  FirstCry guys are playing with me from 8th Jul, 15 on wards I had so many interactions with customer care regarding these items.

                                  I was firstly connected to Mr. Suman with respect my Request Number – "1503412" regarding Princess Cozy Coupe Car size, image and description are not proper. He launched a request and told me to I will reply within 24 Hours. Reply yet to come.

                                  In between I already added my chosen items (Three Product Id – 197144 / 470067 / 232064 ) in my Cart for buying. But customer care executives asked me more and more time to resolve my above Request– 1503412. At last I thought i will buy Product Id – 197144 but all above three items become out of stock from FirstCry. This is too much, one customer care executive asked me to not to buy these from others vendor she will arrange within 2 days and notify me.

                                  At last successfully delivered ordered at FirstCry and they delivered one box at 25th Jul just one day before my Daughter B’Day.

                                  FirstCry technician had opened it then I came to know box having completely different item from what I had ordered and this item itself is not new having stretch around him. Even it’s not matching any of the items from my priority list Three Product Id – 197144 / 470067 / 232064.

                                  So I informed FirstCry and asked him to avail any of the Products out of Product Id – 197144 / 470067 / 232064). Mr. Ashwin confirmed with the Vendor and replied unavailable to arrange my product and all above products are Out of Stock.. Then Mr. Suman/Ashwin insisted me to resolve this issue by compensation and offered me Rs.150 INR amount.
                                  Firstly, Product Id- 232064 (Little Tikes - Cozy Coupe Anniversary Edition Police Car) is available at FirstCry site and Quantity is showing is THREE. Check it as below

                                  Secondly, in his view compensation of the emotion of father for her kid is Rs 150 INR only. Because of these guys i can’t able to gift my child on her BirthDay.

                                  Lastly, Dispatched address that is showing on the Box as below:-
                                  “DIGITAL AGE RETAILPvt. Ltd., Gala No. -5,
                                  JK Industries Estate, Near PaperBox, Mahakali caves Raod,
                                  Andheri East, Mumbai – 400093”

                                  This address is not belonging to them it’s completely unoccupied since 3-4 month… Owner of this Gala is “Mumbai Glass house” and Numbers are – 022 – 26874008/ 26873971. This is an act of serious contravention of rules – which has affected us.

                                  So it’s very shameful and shocking that the way you treat you customers. Mr Ashwin was not at all helpful and I am so disappointed with it. So i am not satisfied FirstCry services and executive.

                                  This is the worst customer support I have ever come across. I would definitely suggest people not to use FirstCry.

                                  In the light of the above facts/statements, I once again request you to please look into the matter and request the concerned Authority to consider my case to find the facts and compensation me the admissible amount.

                                  They have really stood by their name. FIRST portal to make me CRY by ordering on same!!

                                  Consumer court notice sent at your Pune Head Office Address against FirstCry!!!
                                  FirstCry.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I ordered product of 2-3 years and they delivered new born size. On top of it, showing me that in order history it is for new born only. Luckily I tried clicking on it and it first loads 2-3 years as per my selection and then redirect to new born. It clearly shows website issue.

                                    I had purchased a lunch box- (Fab N Funky Brown Lunch Box With Spoon And Fork - Circle Shape ), When i wrote a review about product they deleted my review but accepted the rating!! They have only one feedback on that product till now which i think must be fake. They should learn and look on other reliable websites which upload their customer feedback whether its good or bad. This infact help other customers to get a true idea of a product. Now i understood these are all game to fool the customers. Jagoo grahak!!!
