First being one of my favourite website, has turned out to be worst.
My 4 return orders pick up has already been done but no refund till date and i am following up with them for last one month but no response till now.

Amount is approx 5000 rs and entire team is just spineless and not at all responsible that customers hard earned money is blocked with you due to your poor services.

I think first cry don not have efficient team to resolve issue.
Never shop with this site.

    I have placed the order for pamper diaper xl on 6th dec. Have made multiple calls to the customer care team to track the shipment as the status was not available online.
    On 11th dec the product status shows delivered while i have not received any order.
    Remarks on the tracking page say that - order is received by vandana while there is no actual delivery.
    Since this is a prepaid order and i just can't keep waiting for the diaper package for so long.
    Need the complete refund here.
    Worst is your customer care team - have spoken to rio marian (Email-rio. [protected]@firstcry.com) on call - instead of calling multiple times your agents are not aware of previous remarks/case.
    Not willing to transfer call to the manager on floor.
    And on top of that asking customer to wait for 4hrs to get a call back from manager.
    Like really are the managers on floor so busy that they make customer wait for 4 hrs to call back.
    Ii seriously doubt that your customer is actually for helping customers or just harassing them.
    Please initiate a refund in my account asap.
    Going forward i will make sure to share my experience with all the near ones and ensure that no body buys from firstcry.com

      I have purchased one tri cycle for my child from your kanpur store at z square mall in the month of may.. Due to poor assembling, the cycle broke down the very next day.
      On several telephonic complaints and personal visit to your store numerous times, one executive visited my residence at anandpuri kanpur today i. E.in the month of december... It took him atleast an hour to find my home and i tried him at least 10 calls whether he reached, has finished his job, but he did not attend the call nor has he done his job properly.           I had ordered for the product online on firstcry.com with order no. 12860qu6569c930 dated : 22.11.17. Today i have recieved the product. But i am unhappy the product what i have received. It is not with for the money i have paid (Rs.654). It's a footpath product. I can get such products on footpath. Now i would like to return the product. But they are not accepting saying that it's not returnable. I would like to know the valid reason. I can get such products on biggest online market amazon with easy returnable policy on all products. I had ordered on firstcry.com as someone had suggested this website. But it's a waste website with so many policies like returnable policies and other t&c which i came to know after getting my order.

            I wanted to order for a Lego creativity set which had return of 7 days. On the product page there was a combo box offer wherein I can order 2 of these kinds at some 20 -30 rs. less per box so I ordered for it. There was no where written on the product page that it can't be returned. After receiving it when I found it not worth at all then I tried to raise a return request which wasn't going thru so I called customer care twice- 1 on the same day and 2 on the next day. Each time I was said it that it is a returnable product and the website will update it after 24 hrs and then you can return. Now on the 3rd day when still I couldn't return it I wrote a mail for the same. On next day over mail I m told that I can't return it as combos aren't acceptable for returns. When I asked why it's not mentioned on product page that it's not returnable then they give an excuse saying though its not mentioned on the product page but it's mentioned someWhere in the return policy that it's not returnable. So they rejected the return for a returnable product giving wrong reasons. They were very rude to me when I called theM for it. Worst reply ever received from a online shopping site.

              Please think 100 times before choosing first cry.
              Worsttttt experience with first cry.
              I ordered some of the sweatshirts/sweaters for my son on 2nd november 2017.. While it was clearly mentioned that order will be delivered on or before 9th november 2017. It is 5:15 pm on 9th november 2017. My last tracking shipment shows it is in maharashtra while i am in noida i am very much sure that it cannot be delivered by today until it comes via flight directly at my terrace.
              We are travelling tomorrow this means i have to rush in the last hour to buy some new stuff for my son and invest more money from my pocket.
              Interestingly, first cry cancelled orders money does not go to your original mode of payment. It goes to their stupid first cry wallet. Which means if you once buy anything from them. You have to exhaust that money with them only.. No other options :)
              They do have an option to transfer that in your bank account but that process takes 15 business days. Ultimately, they will enjoy interest on your money for a month period!
              Also some of my orders have been cancelled due to non availability and the money is there in their wallet, they are earning some interest somewhere using that amount.
              Pathetic company — pathetic services — pathetic experience... No first cry pleaseeee

                      I ordered sebamed baby lotion on 9th sep, 2017 on firstcry.com.
                      Order no was 2504709qny2402542. They shipped it through awb no:108il[protected]. I didn't received the product, but delivery status showing it was delivered on 15th sep, 2017. I checked with all my neighbors and watchmen, response was no delievery from firstcry on 15th sep, 2015 or latter.
                      I ha contacted firstcry customer care on 3rd oct, 2017 to report issue. They promised me they are going to resolve within 72hours, but i didn't received any update. Then again i called on 7th oct, 2017 they told they are escalating issue and again they asked me to wait for me more days, i did and i didn't receive any update. Again i called customer care on 11th oct i asked them i wasnt to talk senior person, then they connected to hema (Team supervisor) there also same story repeated, escalation happed, personally looking, will reslove in 48 hours. But no responce from firstcry till date. It was my money for oredered and time talking with customer care without any resolution. I want to file case on firstcry for not delievering product and not providing any resolution after so many followups. Please help me.

                        I had purchased luv lap baby stroller with mosquito net orange and black - 18154 from first cry before 1 month at my wife house in south as gift. Of baby born.
                        I stay in mumbai after a month yesterday night i had open the box as my baby is coming to mumbai in next weak so i had install the stroller while checking on you tube. Yesterday i come to knw that footrest is missing.
                        I had paid full amount of 3500/- and they send me a defect product i am shocked. Then i had complain to first cry email id. Rather then take a action against the seller they teach us rule and regulations. I told them i don't need a replacement just repair it. They not agreed. I felt i had waste 3500/- bcz first cry is not care about there buyers and do care of sellers. It's cheating with me. I have proof of damaged stroller please coordinate me.

                            I have placed a return request and the pick up boy has picked up a dress worth 5000 rupees that i was supposed to return to myntra. When i call their cust care, they ask me to wait indefinitely for a confirmation from their warehouse that they have received or not that item.

                            When i ask them for a time frame atleast, they say that they cannot provide any. I can see in the return tracking that the return has been accepted. Even when i inform them the same, they don’t even bother to check once.

                              I am very upset of first cry deliver services. I order 4 items of this apps and the delivery estimate time will be 10 days. The products which i used for my new born baby. So please take action against of bad apps and closed this apps as early as possible. This is not good for indian culture.                                   This is in regards to the return of the product (Toyhouse two wheeled metal folding skate scooter - black) from the order 419077qju108c121. I had ordered a black scooter for my nephew and he received a pink girly scooter. Since i was travelling and am currently based out of india i could not request a return within 7 days as per policy. Now the firstcry team is saying they cannot initiate refund or take the product back as the 7 days return policy has been lapsed. Does this give them right to harass the consumers like this. Why dont they at their end have any control mechanisms which can stop them from making such obvious mistakes.

                                  I need my money back as its my hard earned money and would not let any online site cheat us like this.

                                  I will go to any level to get my refund.

                                    First issue:
                                    I have placed a order 4648594qwy1bcd182 on 08th sep around 11 pm through first cry app by login through my account. After making the order i checked later my address was improper as which has to be picked automatically. It was just mentioning my name and gurgaon city. I tried calling to customer care but it was shut that time. I tried making instant complaint but that to was not working. So i thought of contacting customer care the next morning. Around 09:30 when i called to update my proper address the representative told me that there is no such option to update the address after making the order. Only option was to get the order cancel. As per there policy my delivery charged will be deducted from refund amount. There is no option left for me now.

                                    Second issue:

                                    My order 4648594quy2204362 got cancelled as my transaction has been cancelled by the authorising bank. This is all fake. I think you must not have the proper stock or update regarding your products. This is the second time what about my refund and delivery charges now. You want to make money on delivery charges i think so.

                                      I have ordered marketch ride on fancy red car from your firstcry.com on dated[protected], awb no 7hp[protected] and estimated delivery date is[protected] as u mentioned. But i have received same product (Defect product) on 25.08.2017. I have returned the same product on 28.08.2017. Till now i have not received any refund amount from your end as you mentioned that maximum 7 days return policy. I want purchase another product from your site. I have called your customer center but till now issue has been not resolved. Very worst service providing from first cry.com.

                                      Once again i am requesting you please refund my money so that i can purchase further product which is already in my first cry cart. Please do the needful

                                        Hi team,

                                        I gaurav jain (Also on behalf of shruti jain), we ordered diapers for our new born baby on 30th aug'17 evening with the notification that the order will be delivered on next day only. But today is 2nd sep'17 and still i am waiting for my order. When i contacted customer care they said the order would be deliver by 5th sep'17 which is not at all acceptable. I am now off with the diaper, when my wife asked me for diapers and i had to purchase order from market on mrp by visiting there, which is hope you understand a financial loss of mine. It is very least expected from such a big organization like you. It is not a toy for which i can wait, but a necessity for a baby. I want to know how you guys can make it good and assure me that it has a valid reason.

                                        Its a very very irritating when you are expecting something on 31st aug and you will get this one on 5th sep, which is very essential thing for me currently.
