    I ordered an item on 13th of august 2017. It is reached on the hub 23rd of august 2017. But the courier people not ready to deliver the item. They ask me to collect the item from their hub. It is far away from my house. I cant able to go their and collect the item from their hub. That is why i called the firstcry customer care and raise a complaint on 24th of august 2017 itself. I called three more times in the customer care to know the status of my complaint. But their is no updation from customer care regarding this. According to you, the complaint will rectify with in 72 hours from initiating complaint. But i initiated my complaint on 24th of this month. Now 5 days. Their is no updation from your end.

    I have order 1 item on Order Number:3734951QWX05A0792 on 28th August, 2017. Till now the product shipping is not started. I have called many time you customer care and logged a complaint. Complaint no- 6159441 is given to me 3 days back.

    Till now I did not got any response. I am frustrated with the customer care service. All the time they say they have escalated the case. But I did not see any progress.

    I had very good trust in firstcry service, but I have started losing that interest now. If this will continue I will not purchase any product from firstcry.com and spread the same words of internet and to my friends and colleagues as well. I am very disappointed with the service of customer care members over the phone.

    Please help me to resolve this issue ASAP.

      The receptionists/cashiers are very much unprofessional in firstcry.com store, located in behala. Address:national tailoring house, 492, diamond harbour road, behala, jele para, behala, kolkata, west bengal 700034.
      They made commitment to deliver my product to a given address, but after getting the whole amount paid, they refused to deliver the item to the said address. After harassing us for more than an hour, they told us that within 24 hours they will let us know via telephone if they can deliver the item to the said venue. I didn't receive any call from the. We had to rush there again as it was a gift and it should have been delivered on the mentioned date. When we went there, the receptionist treated us like we were forcing her to get us a free product from that store.
      The lady receptionist here. She is too unprofessional, always chatting with storekeepers and talking rubbish. She takes a minimum time of 15-20 minutes to prepare a bill. I was very excited to shop from here, but now i won't recommend anyone to shop anything from here. I will definitely shop from their online portal but not from this store in behala ever again.

      I would also recommend not to visit the aforesaid store at Behala. They really make false commitment and the treatment of the staff are really bad. I bought a tub from them which was defective when I went to return their behaviour was extremely bad. It is better to go for online shopping rather than visiting their store.

          Recently i made the purchase of a construction toy by using my cash back amount and an additional amount, but the toy is not up to the specifications and i returned it for refund.. I have only received my additional amount and didn't receive the cash back amount. I called the care team and the respeonse always really bad and they are trying to convenience me instead of taking care of the defect.

            On 7th aug there was an offer rs1 store. Pick any one item at rs 1 but total order amount must be more than rs150. So i take the offer and order toy (Rs170) and a johnson shampoo (Rs1 in offer) through order no[protected]. Though the cost of toy was much more than other online store, due to this offer average price of these were better, so i ordered.
            Surprisingly on 8th aug they shipped only the toy informing that shampoo will be shipped later. On 10th aug evening i recieved the toy. And they informed me at 11.50pm that order of shampoo is cancelled due to unavailability!!
            Now i asking you few question...
            1. I ordered two items in a single order no (U guys also make shipping for one pack), then why you send me one item?
            2. Why you guys not take my confirmation that one product is unavailable before sending the second one.
            3. Johnson shampoo is unavailable!!! Are you crazy? Are we the customers are too fool?

            Simply refund the mrp of shampoo or else send the same one.

              Its very worst experience with first cry as well as his courier partner.

              I have ordered 2 small things and still i am not getting any single call from courier guys as status shown as issue was from our side.

              Its very bad thing, please try to understand the importance of order and customer, please deliver my things on my place by today itself.

                I have ordered diapers from first cry inspite of the issues i had face with their last order, trusting this site once again. But today i got mail saying that my order has been delivered. These people lie openly along with their courier guys. My order has not been delivered even after one week of calling them. Very pathetic service from established company.

                  I had ordered for mamy poko pants diapers on 18th july 2017. I was supposed to get the next day delivery. Today its 24th july 2017 and still have not received the ordered items. When i track down my order, new estimated delivery time is shown as 28th july which is totally unacceptable. I had called the customer care on 21st and informed him that i am shifting my house on 25th, so should get the delivery no later than 24th july. Please cancel my order and refund the whole amount.

                    I want to bring to the notice of firstcry.com i have been ordering from you guys regularly.in my recent order, the kind of mess i have gone through, i am sorry but i will never buy again from firstcry.com
                    I placed an order on 14th july order no 2541607qas52cb541 which was supposed to be delivered by 20th july i have made repeated calls from the past 2 days to customer care requesting to deliver it before 23rd. Today i got a message that it is out for delivery but xpressbee delivery guy without even calling or trying to deliver the order updated that door was locked and customer not reachable
                    Would be great i[censored] follow up n provide delivery atleast today

                      I have ordered "barbie" brand inner wear from my daughter but i have received product of "red rose" brand.

                      In website under product description, brand information is written clearly as "barbie". No where it is mentioned brand as "red rose".

                      When i called customer care they said that i have received correct product because "barbie" is printed over the product.

                      Now first cry is not accepting return also and saying that red rose brand had collaboration with barbie and they can sell their product under barbie brand.
                      Which is not true.

                      And also one product i ordered is from "hello kitty" brand and that also came as "red rose" brand.

                        Hi,

                        I am a regular customer of first cry both offline (New colony store) & online.

                        Yesterday while shopping, one of the product fall down by mistake from the shelf by my 1 yr old baby and store manager started misbehaving and asked me to either cancel billing of all my shopped products or need to buy the himalaya moisturiser.

                        He behaved very rudely, misbehaved and told that he will through my products in dustbin if i'll not buy and even charged mrp on the discounted merchandise which he corrected in the second bill.

                        Such a behaviour will not be accepted at all.

                        I need wave of that forced billing product and apology mail from store manager (Might be he is owner).

Firstcry is not refunding full amount of courier services, they have set rules and guidelines that they will refund a particular amount only, this is just a way to take money from people. If this is the case then they should arrange for reverse pickup also . If not then at least refund the courier charges.we do online shopping because it is convenient, but such issues are becoming painful. I don't understand if delivery is possible at a place then why reverse pickup can not be arranged.
                          and if a customer is returning product himself at least refund the amount.

                            Please friends dont buy any product from firstcry.com. I ordered a trampoline and received after 2 months and product is not original (Not a company product). Between the 2 months i received many sms from firstcry. Sometimes received a sms stating order is cancelled and order is on the way. They cheated me and there is no refund option available. Firstrycry.com is a fraud company.

                              Ordered diapers and talc. They came in one package. The outer package and the diaper cover both were tampered. Clicked a pic informed the customer care. Executive came and picked the entire package without checking. I did not open it as they might have refused to take the open packet.
                              Refund started inly for diapers and not talc. Followed up multiple times with the team and they have audacity to mention that they never received the talc. Who the hell took it then. A smart executive even mentioned that the pic did not have talc visible. How stupid is that.
                              No resolution.

                                  I am regularly booking product from this site for my kid.. Recently i ordered 4 product, amongs which 1 was wrongly got booked..
                                  On 15th june when i called customer service number, one of the reprentative have told me that they dont have return policy.
                                  Product which is worth 1000rs... Which is completely in packed condition, why cant they take return.
                                  I even not asked them to return money.. I requested them to give me credit note, which i will used for my feature booking, that also they rejected.
                                  Please take some action on this & get my issue resolve.

                                    Would like to bring your attention to some bitter experiences i met with your company. I have returned product on dtd 11may 2017. It's being more than 25 days i have not received my cash of rs 1287of order i'd 3213067qxk900e420, kindly credit money in my a/c no. It's being told from ur side that u placed cheque on 12may2017. I didn't understand how can this take so much time. It's very unethical and cheating to customer. U are testing patience o[censored]r customer. Once the order is processed, the shipment and courier details will be sent on sms and email.) 8.29am but after 20 minutes i got the text (Your firstcry order no.4184873qin9022777 has been cancelled, as transaction has been cancelled by authorizing bank click https://goo.gl/QZJhzn to retry payment) at 8.50am how they can cancelled the product after reviving payment from bank worst service and they are charging vat+shipping charges extra approx 95 rupees extra on 400 or 500 product.

                                        Yesterday was delivery date. Order placed on apr 21st. Called on apr 24th bcoz it is required on apr 27 as i am flying out of country on apr 27 night. You assured me that it would be delivered on apr 26th. Again on 26th to tell them i can't see shipping detail. I was assured it would reach me on april 27. Called again this morning they assured delivery by evening 6 clock. I now get a call that it has not been shipped yet.
                                        Was i fool to call u and inform on april 24th when u said it had been shipped but details have not been uploaded.
                                        Was i fool to call again apr 26, apr 27. Have a evening flight, sitting in office and my son doesn't have shoes.
