Sir, my name is anshul saini. I had taken subscription for 1 year from fitso seals on 30/9/2019. And paid rs. 30, 000. They promised me that you will get the pool heated from 1st october 2019 but after some days they told me that the pool will be heated from 15th oct but nothing has been done till date.
At present neither of the representative taking any responsibility for the same. They neither provide heated pool nor refunding my amount. Please help me to refund the above amount. However, they were promised me in black and white if pool will not heated then whole subscription fee will be refunded. Subscription slip is being enclosed for reference.
