Dear sir/madam
Sir it's me pandey and i had ordered 1 karbon titanium jumboo black 16 gb and i got it on 8th march and using 2 days it have alot of problem regarding sim detection and small signal strength capturing capacity most of the time it shows network but cal connection failed and swith off shows.. And one port sim detection failed... When i contact to customer care and tell about return and refund then they said to me that it can be replaced first time and if issues again in new handest then it can be refunded only.. Then i accept their suggestions and after technician visit it is replaced and i got new handest in 14th march and after using 12-24 hrs it is also behaving like fist product then i had complaints to customer care for refund then they deny their promise and said to me it is required again technician visit i had tell about that i had ordered this product to gift my father who is in varanasi and i am the only son who is in bareilly and my parents are working and they have not time to tech visit and they are not too much aware about android phone but i had requested my father to take a leave for one day finish this work and tach visit on 15th march in 6pm and they gave the phone to technician and tell about the issue but they are only off and on the device and showed right now it's working and prepare their paper work and as soon as he went after some time it's network behaving same as previous then they cal to me and i had connected regularly 2 days in 30 times and technician didn't pick the phone and i had complaints to customer care about this type of take tech visit. They assured me for refund and accelerated my problem to concerned team.. And give me the last time up to 19 on 7pm but it can't and the main problem arrises when the concerned team give me 3 miss cal when mob in my hand then i had lost my patience and talk to customer care about all these then they give the time up to 21march...
Sir i want to say you that this is your policy and customer satisfaction... I had bought this phone on 5th march and gifted to my father.. And now it's 19th and i could not talk to my father on that mobile most of the time it said not reachale and swith off.. And my father is lawyer and there client also said about there phone that it can't be connected most of the time... This your policy this type

Sir i had to much stress regarding this issue pleasure provide me solution as soon as possible.. When you know your product is defected and customer is in problem in last 15 days why you r not return your product and give my refund why you are behaving like this so that no one can trust on your flipcard... When some one gifted any product and after the problem you are behaving like this it's horrible to sustain this problem it's gives mentally stressed to me and i had also spend more time to concern to your executive.. So please refund my money and return your product please..

    Hi team, thanks for this complaint portal.

    My orderid: od[protected]
    Size which we ordered was "m", it does not fit to me. I complaint that please return it as stuff is very low quality and does not fit.
    They said, they can not do any thing as "no return" mentioned.
    I said, when this cloth does not fit to me than for me there is no use, so please exchange it, they denied for that as well.

    I am fine when clothe materiel is not good, i can compromise with that. But when size is not fit to me, i can not wear it, right.

    I just want to exchange size from "m" to "l", so that at least i can wear that.
    Please help me out.

    I did not get solution till now. very disappoint to hear that you can not exchange my product when it will be waste for me. At least clothes should be exchange the size as every brand has different sizes, you can not select correct size every time when buying online.

      I have order honor lite on March 8th .They have ensured that they will deliver the product within 2 days fro. Date of purchase . I have been waiting for 12 days still the order is not placed . There customer care service is proving poor service . It utter waste of time and if I cancel the order i have to wait for the product for unforseen date .

        Hi,
        I have purchased bosch washing machine order id - od[protected]
        Of rs28299 from flipkart on 6th march and flipkart delivered it on 10th march. Flipkart gave me 14th march as a date of free installation/demo. But it disnt happened. I called and raised a complaint to flipkart. Flipkart told me to wait for 24-48 hours, techincal person will come and install washing machine. On 16th march technical person called me and asked me for rs 1200 installation charges which i denied by saying that flipkart mentioned its free. Then technical person told me to talk to flipkart only i will not install machine for free. Then i again called flipkart custome care and ask them to return product and refund my money asap. Then they suddenly blocked my account and told me that due to high number of returns my account has been blocked and i will not be able to login again in future.
        Continuously i am callung flipkart every day to unblock my account and provide me free installation and demo as promised on there site and they are sating that they cannot do anything, talk to concern team by mail only. When i dropped them mail they are replying same thing again and again that my account has been blocked by them due to high bumber of return request.
        Tipl now i have raise many complaints to flipkart but no response from flipkart team.

              I ordered a lg 6.5 kg fully automatic front loading washing machine white on 9/03/2018 through flipkart & seller omni tech delivered washing machine imei/serial no wscs710pfef017300in on 14/03/2018, washing machine have damage right side and base, scratches, dents on body. Packing was open by demo service engneer. Request for replacement is placed through toll free, online replacement is not possible due to tech error. Lot o[censored]nconvinced due to supply of defected/damage item supplied to customer at etwah city. Since so many request send but speedy replacement is not feasible till date.
              I would like to provide compensation for unsatisfactory service and lot o[censored]nconvinced.

                I have purchased kelvinator washing machine from Flipkart 29dec2015. I have enclosed with attachment for purchase screen shot. During warranty​ period I made complaint regarding program board. It was approved from customer care executive for free service for replacement. But service centre people not ready to do. They are keep on extend the days, but initially they told me that pending for items. Now they closed the ticket without​my knowledge. They just closed with out of station. But I was here only. I have escalated till high level Manager ( sathya Narayanan, Rohit, Balaji). But nobody is solved my problem. I am not able to use now this kelvinator washing machine.

                  The packaging was at its worst. The product was damaged. And it isn't steel, it's plastic. I don't any replacement for this product. And why is the site not showing any option for return. I want my money back and that's it. Stop fooling people who trust you.                     It has been a traumatic experience buying COOLPAD COOL 1. I purchased it last year in July. The instrument within a months' had technical glitches. The micro phone was not working. Submitted to T Touch, HCL service station at Ahmadabad for repair, the handset was received after 1 and 1/2 month.

                    Again, the device had a problem in Jan 2018. Lower body of touch pad was not working. It was again given to service center for repair on 23 - Jan 2018. After 2 months the device was returned without rectifying the technical error. The job sheet number JS[protected], you may please check.

                    Barely i could able to use the handset. More than me, it was with your service station, for nearly 3 and 1/2 month. This has led to mental harassment, undue stress apart from investment of time and money.

                    Today i called your customer care number [protected], the reply was as cool as COOLPAD COOL 1. Saying your handset has been returned with out repair. OMG !! after 2 months the hand set was returned without repair. Mr.Shashank told he will call after one hour, its more than an hour.

                    Please get the handset repair or replace it with a new one (in working condition).

                      You are really cheating people by providing defective products and looting us. I have ordered motorola turbo original charger but i got a ### defecitve piece. I spent 840 INR not for defecitve piece or duplicate product. You people are selling duplicate products and charging us more for original product range.That duplicate I can get it from normal road side shops also I dont have to order it from Flipkart, and your support person naina and she cant even understand what I am saying. I dint request for replacement someone from your company have automatiaclly done it and she is saying I did that. Seriously you Flipkart guys are dumb, you people are not user friendly. I will never ever again in my life order it from Flipkart. Amazon service is far better from you people.

                      I am asking you people for refund and now you guys says its not possible . You are cheaters seriously and I will tell everyone not to prefer flipkart

                        I want to warn you about the most worthless seller on flipkart 'visionstar'. Just read it's reviews before buying a motorola phone. Even flipkart is so pathetic. I ordered a moto g4 from flipkart through my bajaj emi card. They shipped it and while it was in my area they cancelled it and gave me lame excuse. The refund is still not reflecting in my account. And the harassment is over the top with lame excuses and stupid answers. Flipkart is going to hit rock bottom with this type of service and these types of sellers.

                          Customer raised a complaint as he had received less quantity, we interacted with the customer apologies for the issue and escalated the issue to the concerned team an provided refund to customer hence closing the complaint from our end.
                          I ordered redmi 5a from flipkart but haven't received it yet. In my orders section it is showing as delivered. Price of 5a increased by 1000 now so that should be the reason of fraud.

                            I recently bought a moto e4 plus from flipkart i was not satisfied with performance and besides having 5000 mah it is getting drained over like in just 1-2 hrs due to network instability. The phone is not suitable for me to use. I just want to return the phone and technicans rejected the replacement twice and telling that i have no option to return or replace now. I can't keep the wrong product because i have payed 8, 999.

                            I ordered one mobile and full payment done. I received a mail your order was processed and it's deliver on time. But my order was cancelled stating that my mobile is not reachable.
                            Rs.617/- has been debited from my bank account through my debit card no.-[protected] of POS Flipkart on 11.03.2018.I have not purchased anything from Flipkart nor have I shared my debit card pin or OTP with anyone.Someone has tried to mjsuse my card.Please decline the transaction and reverse the money back in my account as soon as possible.
                            We are ordered 32 GB Sandisk pendrive but we received 500 MB Pendrive i am not in delhi due to i am not able to check. Today i have checked its 500MB pen drive. Please help and resolve this issue asap and exchange my pendrive.

                              My name is buddhadev santra. I buy a hunuman challisa on 2/3/2018 through flipkart. Within 10 days of delivery, according to the rules of replacement, ie 14/3/2018, i do the replacement oder. Delivery of 18/3/2018 come on. But he did not take the item back and take him back. I have to go back to the return option and to complete the formalities. I will get the item. Like my oder go see my return option but there is no work. Call the helpline again to call the helpline.                               My name is buddhadev swim. I purchased a hunuman challisa from your flipkart. I would like to see the picture but i do replace it for not getting the item. Replacement issue is the quality issue of the issue. Similar request has been acceptedpacked: your craftsells gold plated... With order id od[protected] has been packed by the seller and will be shipped soon. The products came to me. But the item was not handed over to me. It has been said that because of the issue i showed, the item can not be foundas an issue, i have to show the issues again by going back to the return option. This is nothing from my phone.                                 Dear sir, my name is sukhendu debbarma i am a flipkart customer. I request to you please inquiry my refund status because i order in 4 items women's kurta in your flipkart shop app online and i have paid this amount in my debit card. But unfortunately this item send a blue dart courier services. But sir the blue dart courier service office is not available in my area there's office is in twon area and twon area is long distance to me. Why a send this item in blue dart courier service i don't know because i order this item flipkart online shop app. Why a send you this item this is your business. Now i cancelled one iten in 7th march and other three item i cancelled 12th march today is 18th march and i have not received my refund.
                                So dear sir i request to you please inquiry my refund status and solve this problem.
                                And dear sir one item first i cancelled in 7th march this refund is already send my debit card in 14th march but i have not received this amount. So i request to you please do this needfull.
