Anyways, my experience buying Coolpad has been a traumatic. I now feel buying COOLPAD mobile from FLIPKART was my biggest mistake and should have gone for REDMI or some other better brand.
I wanted to highlight following issues:
1. I purchased the handset last year from Flipkart in July'17 and the instrument with in a months' had technical issues. The speaker phone was not working. Submitted to T Touch, HCL service station at Ahmadabad for repairing the handset. The device was received after 1 and 1/2 month. That too when I had been personally there to inquire about the status.

2. Again, the device had problem in Dec 2018. Lower portion of touch screen was not working. It was again given to service center for repair on 23 - Jan 2018. After 2 months the device was returned without rectifying the technical error and surprisingly without REASON.
The job sheet number JS[protected], Neeraj Arora. While on inquiry with you (Mr.Shashank), it was discovered that I have to pay Rs.2500/- now. I still fail to understand that device was with you for 2 months and than you found the problem is with color panel.
Durgesh, person at service station (T Touch), Ahmedabad (his mobile number [protected]), please note his number for your future reference. I had visited him in Feb'18 to check if the mobile has been repaired, he told that they are not able to get mobile parts and will take some more time. That guy seems was aware of the development.
3. The service center at Ahmedabad does not have a landline to reach out to them. It is 10 km away from my residence. For this particular thing you have to reach out to them again and again. Over and above the lady who sits at the center is rude and is blunt with her reply. Last week, she mentioned that the service center is going to get closed and hence you need to collect your device before 20th March 2018. You may approach other service center in SUN TELECOM, Maninagar, Ahmedabad. Which, is 20 km from my home.
4. The service center (Ahmedabad) mentioned on Coolpad India website are not operational and are wrongly mentioned. Neither the landlines are working. These are misguiding facts, and creates bad impression about the company and their partners. Its' sure will never recommend this phone to anyone.
Barely i could able to use this handset. More than me, it was with your service station, for nearly 3 and 1/2 month. This has led to harassment, undue stress apart from wastage of time.
The E_COMMERCE SITES MUST also CHECK ALL THIS ISSUES BEFORE SELLING BRANDS.
My request is to get my HANDSET REPLACED WITH NEW ONE...IRRESPECTIVE OF ANY REASON.
