This is regarding order id - od[protected]. I had requested a return for yonex shoes (Price rs. 2489) from this order on 12th feb and it showed in the app that somebody from flipkart would contact me by 14th feb. But till date no one has contacted me. I have raised complaint twice for this. Both the times customer care executive said someone would contact me within 24-48 hours but no one has contacted me even after complaining twice....

We bought a new Nivea ranger combo kit on 27 jan 2018 and on 18 feb 2018 its string broke. Sir it was a really bad experience with Flipkart.

According to invoice number faaark[protected] order id: od[protected] bought a mobile phone dt 16/10/2017. On the dt 17/02/2017, this mobile phone battery automatically gets hot inside my pocket and the battery became fat.
The number i used to purchase this mobile phone that sim card was damaged hence i cannot get contact with your customer care. This mobile phone is currently in warranty period.

I had order honor 9 lite on 6th feb via orepaid payment and cancle it on 7th feb due to deliver date is not suitable for me and some other issues and they promised me that they will make the payment with 6 days but i am not recived my hard earn money till date as after so many and emails i had write to them but only getting future date fro. Thier cheap call centre peoples even they are not ready to transfer my call to there senior peoples.....

I ordered this item from flipkart website and after few days the above mentioned item showing delivered to corresponding address, but the item was not delivered to the person. Actually the receivers address is a hostel and in the website it is showing like item is delivered to the warden. But person went for collecting the item from warden, they told we are not received the above mentioned item from flipkart. They asked same thing later hours...

The worst seller. It cancels the order without any confirmation from customer. I ordered redmi 5a through flipkart from this seller, and it got cancelled today without any reason. Also flipkart support is the worst. Flipkart is the pulpet of the sellers and does not have any value of their own. They simply waste the time of customer by organizing fake flash sale to gain popularity, without any product.

I just ordered an acer predators helios 300 laptop for ₹94, 999. I paid in full for this at the time of ordering and the order was confirmed. It was supposed to be delivered the next day.

The next day i track my order and it says "undelivered due to shipment damaged" at my nearest hub.

Flipkart is cheating with customers for what you know? They think customer's are fool? Customer will return phone worth rs.10, 999 and pay additional rs.849 then you will provide phone worth rs.4, 999. It's a blunder joke. Od[protected].

I ordered a phone worth rs.4, 999/ using buyback guarantee rs. 4500, but flipkart is saying i need to return my first phone which i bought on rs.10999 before 6 month and additional pay...

I ordered a set of two book of shiva trilogy. First time flipkart only delivered one book. When i asked for replacement flipkart delivered the same one book again. Flipkart is trying to cheat gullible customers. A mistake could have been rectified the second time but flipkart didn't do so and had there been any ignorant person they would have been successfully duped him. Thats cheap business tactics
