That boy how brought my ordered he transferred money from my account twice.
Please send my money back. It is huge amount. For a student 5799 inr is a lot of money that is for month.
Please as soon as possible send my money back today i went bank too.

    I purchased one phone from flipkart which is honor 9 lite and its just been 1 wks and the phone got spoiled and when i went to the service centre they asked to be pay $10000 and said mother board is gone and denied to give me serivce...
    And than flipkart calls and telling me that we are not responsible for all this talk to honor and honor says talk to slipkart they must have send you damaged handset..
    Now i m very poor i cant effort to loose that much money thats my 1 month salary..
    Serivce centre is huawei shivaji nagar asking for so much and took my money and still didnt repair and now not answering my calls

      3 week back i have purchased ifb 7 kg fully automated washing machine in online flipkart web site and at time of delivery it self product has been damaged, from day one i have given the replacement but still no action taken from there end.

      And daily basis i am doing follow up but every day they are keep on postponing there is no proper action taken by them.

      Damages : top-middle and bottom of product.

        We are sorry to let you know that your recent request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
        When I call in Flipkart customers service, service provider rubbish talk in aggersive tone and without confirmation he dropped my call it's totally ridiculous and missbehave he drank or something . Take action and give me feedback
        Please look into the matter.. As I have two return request for the product which I don't want

            My charger and earphone is not working properly. So as per ur guidance i visited service center badarpur. So they do nothing and they are saying that warranty is void because seal above battery is little remove not whole. And my accessories is in warranty now. They are saying that someone tamper with it, but anyone do nothing with the phone i. E. I don't tamper with that. They charging 600 rupees. So kindly help me.

We have interacted with the customer and apologized for the issue. Informed customer that as per the seller's 10 days replacement policy we can not initiate return.             Hi Team,

            I purchase a product (Ear Phone) on flipkart after few days i phase issue with functionality after that i went for warranty but that product people said this is not a genuine product it's a fake product it's not cover under warranty what do now.
            I have purchased lenovo HW01 smart band on 20th december 2017 but after few days it has been given problem to me. means whenever i wear it abruptly the band gets stuck or hang. I have filed complaint before for the same problem but no solution has been found so far...

            I ordered Carrier One 1 ton Air condition on 8th march from Flipakrt and this product is still not delivered.I contacted several times to flipkart and their courier partner GATi they are not responding properly and i have paid the entire amount.order id from flipkart is- OD[protected] .

              During the flash sale of redmi note 5 pro mobile on 04.04.2018 has been added to my cart but immediately before my payment it has shown out of stock.

              I am not at all happy with your service. Because once the item was added to the cart how can it be added to some other one to purchase.

              This is complete cheating of customers.

              They are spamming my inbox sending me OTP I don't know why ?
              Payment Unsuccessful: payment for order ID OD[protected] was unsuccessful.
              But card debited money twice with both times failed transaction. Please look into the issue as soon as possible.
              I hope my issue will be resolved soon or else flipkart is losing another customer.

                It is a poor service or may be cheating by the flipkart
                How can it be a added to someone else cart also, if its already in my cart

                Sir I have booked water purification live pure in flipkart 16 mar 2018 but company not deliver and cheating against this product my contact no.[protected]
                yes it is going out of stock very quickly,
                but why your system added it on my cart and not even allow me 1sec to proceed for the payment.
                Ideally in flash sale when product gets added to your cart you will get at least 5min to do the payment.

                there is a count in every flash sale and the product gets added to only those many cart.

                Either your system is poor and not able to handle the request properly.
                or your staff is messing with it.

                On Mistore.in or even Amazon's flash sale you will not see such type of ambiguity.

                And why should i wait for the next flash sale, I already got it
                but it is your system's error.
                you should accept your mistake and provide the better solution.

                  Sir maine kafi (100) complain dali hai flipkart me me account ki login problem ke bare me. Main mera flipkart account year 2017 ke may month se m use nahi kar paa raha hu. Mujhe koi bhi sahi jankari nahi di jaa rahi hai. Bar bar mails ke jawab me ak hi templates reply bhej rahe hai. Jismekisi unfair use ke bare me btaya ja raha hai. Pichle saal se main regular mails or call se complain dal raha hu. Lekin kuch bhi sahi replu nahi aaya or ye bhi nahi bta rahe h ki kya unfair use kiya hai.

                  Mere flipkart account me rs/- 2500 ka balance hai jo ki 22/may/2018 expire ho jayega.

                  Iska mere pass me aaj hi flipkart mail aaya hai. Kripya mere account ko unblock kare or mujhe mere balance ko use karne de.

                  Sahi galat ka faisla aap kare.
                  M to pareshan ho chuka hu calls or mails karke.

                  maine sir[censored]nko asli accessrioes bhejne ko bola. or FLIPKART SE MILA GIFT CARD USE NAHI KIYA.
                  uske kuch dino bad me flipkart ne mera account ko BLOCK kar diya.

                  maine poore 1 saal sirf yahi pooch raha hu ki mujhe sirf itna bta dijiye ki maine kya UNFAIR USE kiya hai.

                  ab 1 saal bad bhi mujhe koi solusation nahi mila hai. mere account me RS/-2500 ka balance hai jo ki expire hone wala hai. m sirf itna chahta hu mujhe mera balance use karne diya jaye uske bad flipkart account ko delete kar de mujhe koi fark nahi padega.
                  flipkart ne yah saabit bhi kar diya ki online shopping nahi karni chahiye kyuki online chor hote hai.

                  The sale was kind was an illusion since at the first instance the banners showed that the phones will be up for sale. But only 2 products were actually there. Instead of all the ones mentioned in the banner. This is kind of outrageous since those phones are normally out of stock and at the time of a sale. They still are. Really fraudulent
                  I have placed a order of Redmi note 5 pro on flash sale. But while placing order by default three products like buyback garantee, insurance, damage protection are selected. I am not able remove all the three . Atleast one should be there with the product, because of it, i am not able to place order very time. It consumes my time also.
                  Delivery boy ka custemer se behavair itna ganda hai... uske about muje complaint karna hai
                  oo bohot gurur se baat kar raha hai
                  parsol dena uska kaam hai lekin use parsol keliye call kiya to oo office aane ko bol raha hai

                    I was very much disappointed with the seller and flipkart, i ordered 2018 model inverter air conditioner but delivered 2017 model split air conditioner no replacement only refund. I ordered this as my mom's birthday gift i missed that with fake product delivered and moreover no replacement with 2018 model because of out of stock from seller.

                    1. Flipkart is tracking the product for customer.
                    2. Flipkart is delivering the product to the customer but
                    3. Why not flipkart confirm and review the product from the seller before deliver to the customer?

                    Since, the customer ordering the product on flipkart and not able to be in touch with the seller flipkart should take care of customer.

                    Yes, i agree flipkart has customer service centeres but no use they (Customer service team) don't have access to the verification team (The team taking actions on sellers) for a wrong product and at least the customer service doesn't have the direct contact to the seller for a wrong product.

                    In my case, flipkart has blokced all the ways to me no replacment becuase of out of stock from the seller and no benefits for the wrong product delivery. I wasted so much time

                    * i waited till the product get delivered
                    * refund takes 6 to some business days
                    * again i have to find a better deal. And
                    * then i have to wait till it is get delivered.

                    Since it was delivered to me i know it is my bad ordering that on flipkart but still i am good with holding that wrong product and requesting for the price that is showing up on th flipkart for 2017 model that is rs.35, 490 rather than rs.37, 490 that i paid for 2018 model flipkart can't accept my request.

                    At last i am asking for the free installation instead of price reduce for the product that is also not possible from the flipkart

                    I lost my loyalty with the flipkart i prefer to go with amazon or paytm.

                    I written such a long email to the flipkart customer support no response from them and i talk to the flipkart customer serivce they can't get me the write solution except the refund. I written a complaint on twitter as well still no response. Wtf flipkart is taking care of customers, [censored] flipkart such a #.

                      Order id: od[protected]. Rejected my replace request without proper resolution and without replacement. Customer care will say everything is a minor problem and its not a big deal for new phone. Mobile brands better stop selling through flipkart or else provide multiple platforms to buy so that we can avoid flipkart cheap tricks and their fake cc and jeeves services.

                      customer has raised the issue with regards to the logo of the headphone not reflecting on the display as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated to the concerned team and we have arranged for the technician visit twice and as per the report from the technician the issue has been resolved so informed customer to visit Authorize service center
                      Flipkart: I am done and I don't want any services from you anymore. Look into below things.
                      1) You closed my case relying on your technician feedback not on customer confirmation.
                      2) Your technician told he is gonna process the request for replacement and he told to flipkart issue resolved, see you hired a two tongue guy and because of him you lost a customer.
                      3) You are not maintaining a written records just using verbal words. Ex. Samsung phones will handle 50'c heat and Samsung phone won't display earphone icon (Reasons for my replacement reject by technician/Flipkart CC). Please take a written copy from Samsung and provide the same to customer.
                      4) Remember "Customer is your first priority" or else don't do business anymore.

                      That's all from my end.

                        I ordered redmi note 5 with flipkart on 14th march 2018. I got delivery on 16th march 2018. On opening the package i found that mobile phones cam is not working properly and the images are not up to the mark. Immediately within 2 days i requested for a replacement/refund on 18th or 19th. Then they told me that tech visit has been conducted will come on or before 25th. Now tech came on 22nd he did something and went away without letting me know the report or result. After that no response from flipkart till 29th. Now when i called up flipkart they were having no idea about the technician visit. Then they told me that your replacement/refund is cancelled. On the other hand on 27th i got an email from flipkart that your replacement is in process. You will get your delivery by 30th. I was like what the hell is this. 1 side i am getting an email from flipkart and other side when i followed up on 29th they cancelled my replacement/refund for no reason. I want either a replacement or refund for my product.

                            Ordered product on flipkart order no-OD[protected] on March 22nd, 2018 and i got a used product from them.i have reported issue to flipkart support on march 23rd, 2018 but still there is no resolution from them.They keep on pushing dates and it's really frustrating with their support.Today is april 03rd but still they need more time and they are working which is insane.And the response from support team is same template email format...only email signature changes in their emails.No escalation point of contact and don't know who is working on this issue.It is the worst customer care support process and if you hire me...i would have defined far more better support process than your existing stupid customer care service..

                              I ordered watch in flipkart I got order today but it was damaged I made a call to flipkart customer care and told I want to return the product and I need my money back they told that i[censored] want the money u have to call with registered mobile number but iam not having that number . I don’t want that product and I need my money back . Now when iam trying to sign to dlipkart

                                I added mi 43 in tv in my cart on 03 april sale. Product was added to cart successfully. When i clicked on place order, suddenly order became out of stock. I am very disappointed with flipkart on this. Atleast you should give us some time after adding it to the cart. If the product was not added to the cart and it goes out of stock, i can understand, but this is not acceptable. My registered email address is [protected]@gmail.com

                                Due to overwhelming response from our customers the product got out of stock real quick. Please try placing the order in the upcoming sale on 05th April at 05:00PM.
                                During flash sale of redmi note 5 blue today, i added the item in my cart, but while making the payment it got failed and item went out of order. However flipkart says once the item added to customers cart, the customer have 8 mins to go for payment, but this seems not true. This is cheating to customer, and annoying even.

                                  So many complaints raised on flipkart and its head along with owner. Flipkart team and it's owner not able to help me. Flipkart doing fraud with customers.

                                    Flipkart doing the fake flash sale for the mi tv 4. Mi tv 4 will become out of stock within second start of the sale. When you contact the customer care they are not aware about is there any seller available for them to sell the mi tv 4.

                                    This is completely fake sell to buf[censored]p the customer. I have been trying to book the tv more then a month now but the stock become unavailable within the seconds.

                                    Flipkart should maintain there reputation and brand name rather then fooling the customer

                                      I have purchased and acer laptop (Oder id: od[protected] from flipkart on 14 march 2018. But the laptop had serious display related issue with it. So i requested for a replacement laptop which was delivered to me on 24th march 2018.

                                      The replacement laptop was also faulty having same display issue and now the sound on this replacement laptop also starting crackling. I dont understand how flipkart is shipping this faulty laptops to customers with out any quality control.

                                      Anyhow this time i decided to apply for a refund. So i raised a refund request on 24th march 2018.

                                      Flipkart said account to their return policy a technicial visit will be don at my place to confirm the issue by 31st march 2018. So i had been waiting for technician visit which did not happen. So i complained to flipkart about the technicial visit being breached. They said they will get back me within 3 days, which they didnt did. So i request please help me to return my laptop to flipkart. I am stuck with a faulty laptop.

                                        I bought new laptop, lenovo ideapad 310 from flipkart before 1 month. After 2 days it s screen was not coming, so i exchanged, and new one was working properly. Suddenly now showing that, microsoft office expired. I don't know what will be the reason, may be trial version or not. Anyway, am a regular user of word.
                                        So please consider this and give a solution as soon as possible.
