I ordered the product of original price 1, 20, 990/- at an offer discount of 81, 990/-. Now, on 11th March when i check the order status, there is a notification saying: shipment undelivered due to damage (See attached images).
I did some searching online on this issue and I found that customers have faced this issue earlier as well, on the exact same laptop and by the exact same seller- retailnet. I am providing few links from other customers further pointing to more customers reporting the same

I then mailed their customer care with my findings and the same resolution was provided to me like all the other customers, to place the order again at a higher price. Now, i am certainly not willing to pay 39, 000/- additional for no fault of mine. So, I asked for a supervisor call to be arranged to which they never called back. I called flipkart again today after their promised 24hrs deadline. The supervisor said the same thing as if reading from a manual. How can the company destroy a 1 lac rupees worth item againn and again and still sustain their business, this clearly is a scam and flipkart is not able to catch the culprit and the customers are facing the harrasment because of this. This clearly seems to be a fraud case
I urge you to look into this matter with utmost urgency and sincerity, as this is extremely fishy and seems like ekart and retailnet together may be deceiving everyone else.
