I ordered a book titled "india and pakistan, why can't be friend" by husain haqqani via flipkart on 26th february, 2018 and it was delivered on 7th march, 2018. Order no, i was away on business for next 12 days, so i could not open the package, i opened the package on 19th march 2018. What i saw was unbelievable, it was a rapid english learning book and that is also one of the south indian language, and secondhand. I immediately called customer service and explained them my problem, but they said because it is already 10 days since its delivery, we can not help you. I would request flipkart to investigate the incidence because it is a matter of integrity not the policy says. Any ways, i am never going to order anything from flipkart but if they don't investigate the incidence and find out the culprits, there will many victims like me and one by one flipkart will loose credibility. My friend circle will also be hesitant to order anything from flipkart after this incident
