There was a fraudulent online purchase happened using my credit card unauthorisedly. Upon receipt of SMS, I have requested Flipkart customer support team immediately not to deliver the product due to the illegal transaction. The Customer support staff has verified my details and acknowledged and also issued a ticket for stopping the delivery. Despite several emails, phone calls from my side to stop, they have delivered the product to the fraud. As a result, I have been harassing by the bank to pay the fraudulent money...I have been following up with the Flipkart staff to close but there was no response from them...Chennai Cybercrime has asked the Flipkart staff for inquiry but there was no response...the Tamilnadu consumer grievance team has asked the Flipkart staff to resolve the issue still there is no response from them..I am helpless and caused a severe mental agony for the past 6 months because of Flipkart's negligence ...anybody can resolve my issue would be very helpful..

      We have interacted with the customer, informed that the payment of Whirlpool 190 L Direct Cool Single Door Refrigerator on 15th December 2017 was unsuccessful as the payment did not go through for Rs.10999/-. Customer may contact bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of customer's card in case further assistance required. If they are unable to help, customer may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

        I order blue colour lunch box with different price tag.. But flipkart provide me same product but red colour.. This red colour lunch box has different price, which is less than blue box..           I have ordered Carrera Rectangular Sunglasses in Flipkart.
          When product got delivered to me, I haven't seen/ found any Price Tag/Warrany card with that product.

          Henec I made a return request. But as there is no price tag & warranty card, Pickup persons are denying it to receive the product.

          I have called to Flipkart customer care number 8 times, but issue not yet resolved. And there was no proper response and solution from Flipkart end.

          So I am concluding that, Flipkart is fake website and don't buy anything on Flipkart. Flipkart is simply cheating customers .

              Dear FLIPKART,
              Duplicate ink for my Epson L 360 was delivered by NS Solution, Govindpura New Delhi through Flipkart.
              This ink damaged my printer's print head which is costs ₹5000. So if you guys don't take interest in this complaint I will take legal action against it.
              I want that as soon as possible flipkart will remove this type of shops & their pure duplicate listings from their websites. So that other people or customers will not get affected by that such type of service providers.
              & don't forget to return my order money with cost damage... 😕

                I did not receive my order and flipkart representative force me to cancel this order. and told me that this product will not be received at your location because of Courier Partner (GATI courier Partner) my location. This is ridiculous services that i never seen.
                I need to register complaint and please take action against it as soon as possible, This is one type of cheating done by courier partner or flipkart is responsible for that. Hope you will resolved it soon.

                  Thanks a lot, but by purpose is not resolved yet.
                  Before placing the order I had called to your customer care department and requested that on invoice title must be as follows ' SBI A/c S B Wasnik GST No.27AAACS8577K2ZO', while changing same in my account the error come as 'Invalid input' so he said please change in name then I change it accordingly and my name is reflecting like above manner.
                  So I placed the order for purchasing Mi note 5 which will deliver by 9th March but get delayed and received by me on 12th March.
                  After receiving I found that invoice not as per request so I again called to customer care but all are helpless.
                  You are requested to please help me and sort out my problem, I hope you can definitely do that.

                    I ordered the product of original price 1, 20, 990/- at an offer discount of 81, 990/-. Now, on 11th March when i check the order status, there is a notification saying: shipment undelivered due to damage (See attached images).

                    I did some searching online on this issue and I found that customers have faced this issue earlier as well, on the exact same laptop and by the exact same seller- retailnet. I am providing few links from other customers further pointing to more customers reporting the same

                    I then mailed their customer care with my findings and the same resolution was provided to me like all the other customers, to place the order again at a higher price. Now, i am certainly not willing to pay 39, 000/- additional for no fault of mine. So, I asked for a supervisor call to be arranged to which they never called back. I called flipkart again today after their promised 24hrs deadline. The supervisor said the same thing as if reading from a manual. How can the company destroy a 1 lac rupees worth item againn and again and still sustain their business, this clearly is a scam and flipkart is not able to catch the culprit and the customers are facing the harrasment because of this. This clearly seems to be a fraud case

                    I urge you to look into this matter with utmost urgency and sincerity, as this is extremely fishy and seems like ekart and retailnet together may be deceiving everyone else.

                      I had given an order on december 20, 2018 payment transaction has completed but order details are not showing in my account and my money has debited. They provided only transaction id's to me. On this issue i have already complained arround 10 times, but no solution has been provided fron end of flipkart till now. The related bank grevience cell / nodal desk also trying to commiunicate with flipkart through email, but flipkart is not responding.
                      Please take any suitable action regarding this. Its been a long time arround 3 months.

                          Sir i placed and order for a mobile phone mi note-5 vide order id od[protected] on 08/03/2018 and received a piece with defective battery as battery is draining even on standby mode.
                          I placed complaint for replacement of the above-mentioned mobile phone but the representative of the company contacted and tricked me to factory reset the mobile, update it and disable the applications consuming the battery at the most, accordingly i performed all the steps/tricks as advised by the representative of the company but the problem persist as it was, therefore i again request/order to replace the device at the earliest on priority bases as the mobile has very significant role in the daily life or business of every one and i also suffering a lot of monetary loss due to defect in my newly purchased mobile phone. I also want to mention here that i will prove my monetary loss on the appropriate platform if required and the flipkart company shall lible for it.

                            I have order the moblie phone on flipkart, which was support to be delivery on 10th march 2018. but still now it not delivery. also if i call the customer care. these are not giving or support with the proper information. also these are cutting the call saying that we are transferring the call to senior. also these are saying that some problem with Ekart logistics. but i do know who is Ekart. what is the link with Customer. i have made the payment to flipkart. flipkart has to solve the issue. where flipkart is not taking the responsibility. instead of flipkart backend team is call me and asking me to cancel the order and place a new order. which i have done for first order. on second order also i am facing the same.

                              I ordered a lenovo ideapad 110 (80tj00bnih)
                              With amd a8 6th gen, 8gb ram, 2gb amd radeon r5
                              Having price 29k but i got *used* 80tj00d9ih with 4gb ram, amd a8 6th gen, no graphic card 2 days left for warranty
                              I ordered a replacement but again i got 80tj00d9ih
                              Finally i decided for refund
                              In this whole process i missed my lectures and my attendance is 61% now i want penelty from flipkart for my loss
                              Worst experience from flipkart don't buy

                              We had interacted with the customer informed that the seller has refunded the complete amount and informed the TAT. Customer may contact bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of customer's card in case further assistance required. If they are unable to help, customer may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
                              Sir, you give discount so much, why do you ask for so much delivery charges. I want a book that has been set in my cart but you are asking for so much delivery charge. I will be obliged if you despatch it without delivery charges.

                                  Received one smartwatch[hsn:85176290], order id:od[protected], order date:[protected]. The product that i had ordered was quite different from the one that i had seen on ad. The product does not have sim card slot and an adjustable knob. Still i thought its ok but on charging the battery does not charge at all. I therefore would like it to be replaced with a better and more look alike apple watch.

                                  I would order redmi 5A on 8th march and delivery on 17 th march but it automatic cancelled on 11th march...Why my order is cancelled...I also contact flipcart customer care.But he said that the seller has limited stock..Sir I requested, Plz confirm my order.I need this product.

                                    I bought one product netgear orbi router on 25th jan of 2018 order id : od[protected]. Got the product on 31st and when i opened the box it was completely empty like there was main brown box packaging and then the blue product box only there was literally nothing else in the whole package!! I filled return of the same product od[protected]. I waited almost 12 days i was calling and emailing the customer care or say "support" each day and i was told that it will be sorted within 24 or 48 hrs! Your so-called support team promised me that we have rule that within 12 business days it will be sorted out but nothing happened so i kept calling and emailing you but still nothing happened so finally i complained on twitter and luckily got a response and promised that the issue will be sorted within 24 hrs.in the morning today got sms and mail saying that the seller has cancelled your refund request and also saying that we have seen many return requests so we are unable to process any return request so on and on. There was also stated that you are also banned to login to your account and shop from flipkart! If anyone has done shopping with flipkart than it should mean that they cannot return the product even if the product is defective or damaged! Od[protected] this order when i am getting empty box than any normal human will surely react by returning it obviously! I also demand refund with additional amount for the stress from which i am going through... I won't accept refund only. These online shopping sites does consider us like customers fools. Doing such cheap tricks to block account and does not respond to respected customer forum complaints also... Please i request you to please look into this matter and consider...

                                      I bought nika magic hose for bike and car wash, flipkart offered 15 m hose lenght at rs 594 including delivery charge by cod option, i got different color it offers and also hose lenght only 5m. So i request replace the product or give my amount as soon as possible. They said nika magic but no name in tha box. Its pressure also less not force for wash.

                                        This is venu gopal, and my registered mobile number and email id is [protected], [protected]@gmail.com. As i want to inform you that i have ordered an product (Shoes) on 23 of feb from then till date i did not received the product. When i called to them they says that they have taken the complaint told to wait but till now there is no resolution from them. 2 times i have registered an complaint but there is no resolution. Some times they will give an message that my order is out of delivery and when on that day when ever i call to the delivery boy he is disconnecting my call.
                                        . At first i have order an saree but it is also delay delivery and from them they have called me and request me to cancel the product. I'm totally irate with the service.

                                        Kindly do the needfull on this issue.
