Isse phle bhi ek baar complain kiya thea but koi solve nahi hua, , , details--Dear sir hamne 26 february ko ek cloudwalker led tv50 inch liya thea jo hame 5 feb ko mila jab installation ke liye engineer aaye tho vo led tv ko install karte samay unhone dekha ki led internal damge ho gya thea jike liye hamne ek filpkart me replacement ka order kiya hame schedule date diya gaya ki tech visit hoga, installation hoga, uske baad 20 feb ko cancelled ho gya, uske baad phir se return order place hua tech visit hua uninstall tion hua, kuch dino ke baad phir se cancelled hua phir 5 march, phir 12 march cancelled hua ab phir se date diya gya sir hame bhaut jayda pareshan ho gye hai 21 march ko phir se cancelled hua ab kya sir ab bhaut ho gya

This order my cloudwalker tv ye tv ka replacement me tech visit, uninstall tion 14 feb ko ho chuka hai, lekin pickup abhi se nahi huye hai, replacement order cancel ho raha hai date bhi mil raha hai tech visit ka uninstall ka, kyoki uninstall ho chuka hai tho jeeve's online shoping authority ne cancel kar rahe hai, unka kahna hai ki tech visit ho gya hai, uninstall bhi ho gya tho baarbaar kyo o bola ja raha hai, aap filpkart me tv ko pickup karne ke liyee boliye inka bolna tik hai tho aap please pickup kijye my tv ko jyda pareshan mat kijye,, 😢😢 thanks please pickup the my tv and replacement order me pickup kijye, and problem solve kijye

Dear sir tech visit and uninstall complete by 14 feb and 20 feb, do not repeat a tech visit, uninstall so please pickup a damge tv, , , , , " automatically cancelled by Jeves new uninstall" so Jeves says pickup to tv, jeeves case id 4773704 in this case id to 14 feb 20 feb completed by uninstallion
I gone in nationalconsumer helpline docket number 656093 so trace the id, and i m not happy filpkart behavior 😢, please fast service in week, filpkart me phone lagne se ek answer miltha hai चिंता मत कीजिए ये bhaut ho gya, sir they are not solve problem, 1 month, 10 days i was wait but ab aur nahi please my problem to solve in 2 days

    Anyways, my experience buying ​Coolpad has been a traumatic. I now feel buying COOLPAD ​mobile from FLIPKART was ​my​ biggest ​mistake and should have gone for REDMI or some other ​better ​brand.
    ​​
    I ​wanted to highlight following issues​​:

    1. I purchased the handset last year from Flipkart in July'17 and the instrument with in a months' had technical issues. The speaker phone was not working. Submitted to T Touch, HCL service station at Ahmadabad for repairing the handset. The device was received after 1 and 1/2 month. That too when I had been personally there to inquire about the status.

    2. Again, the device had problem in Dec 2018. Lower portion of touch screen was not working. It was again given to service center for repair on 23 - Jan 2018. After 2 months the device was returned without rectifying the technical error and surprisingly without REASON.

    ​​The job sheet number JS[protected], Neeraj Arora. While on inquiry with you (Mr.Shashank), it was discovered that I have to pay Rs.2500/-​ now​. I still fail to understand that device was with you for 2 months and than you found the problem is with color panel.

    Durgesh, person at service station (T Touch), Ahmedabad (his mobile number [protected]), please note his number for your future reference. I had visited him in Feb'18 to check if the mobile has been repaired, he told that they are not able to get mobile parts and will take some more time. That guy seems was aware of the development.

    3. The service center at Ahmedabad does not have a ​landline to reach out to them. It is 10 km away from my ​residence. For this particular thing you have to reach out to them again and again. Over and above the lady who sits at the center is rude and is blunt with her reply. Last week, she mentioned that the service center is going to get closed and hence you need to collect your device before 20th March 2018. You may approach other service center in SUN TELECOM, Maninagar, Ahmedabad. Which, is 20 km from my home.

    4. The service center (Ahmedabad) mentioned on Coolpad India website are not operational ​ and are wrongly mentioned​. Neither the landlines are working​. These are misguiding facts, and creates bad impression about the company and their partners. Its' sure will never recommend this phone to anyone. ​

    Barely i could able to use th​is handset. More than me, it was with your service station, for nearly 3 and 1/2 month. This has led to harassment, undue stress apart from wastage of time.

    The E_COMMERCE SITES MUST also CHECK ALL THIS ISSUES BEFORE SELLING BRANDS.

    ​​My request is to get my HANDSET REPLACED WITH NEW ONE...IRRESPECTIVE OF ANY REASON.

        My product was to be delivered 3 days earlier and still i have not received. I have also contacted the courier service customer care number but there number is switch off even i call up the delivery man even he didn't pick up the call. Thus i am very upset with the delivery service of flipkart. And i hope to get my product soon i have added a screenshot of the delivery status.

        My product has not been delivered to me it was supposed to be be delivered yesterday but still now I have not received my product. I have tried to call the courier service customer care number but they didn't pick up the call even i tried to call the delivery person even he didn't pick the call. Thus I never expected the inconvenience delivery service by flipkart. And I hope to get my ordered product soon I have added my order delivery status.

        Flipkart flash sale seems to for only promotional and advertising purpose I have tried in last five flash sales and able to add product into cart for two times the only question is how the product which is already added to cart can be out of stock ?

          I purchased a syska power bank through flipcart on 24-oct-18 - order no-od[protected]. I got and using upto 16-feb-18 then it is out of order. Regarding this i lodge a complain to flip cart authorities but till day nothing has been done from them. As per supply it is under warranty but till day no action. It is not working since 16-feb-18 despite my complain nothing has been done so far - need immediate solution-

            I ordered redmi note 5 pro from flipkart on 21/03/2018 12:20 pm. They asked for otp for confirmation i submit the otp. Next it show page unable or some like error. I got a sms from my bank punjab national bank that 13999 has been debited from my account. But flipkart says that no order has been placed, order has failed. Then still did not refunded my money.

                Got delivered a moto x4 on 12th march-18 (Order id: od[protected], and complained the very next day for replacement as it has network issues leading to call drops. Technician visits 2 days later and in-spite of seeing a very visible issue, yet tells the company that "customer is happy/issue resolved". What kind of service is this? No way was i happy, neither did he resolve anything. You guys are cheating the customers openly. I even raised a complaint regarding the same but till date no update/follow-up regarding it. I again raised a replacement request, the technician assigned calls and tells me that he will come according to his convenience. Are you serious??? It's been a week of me complaining, calling flipkart yet till now i am being forced to use this faulty handset and till now i have no updates regarding my complaints, my issue or anything at all. You guys are cheats and really have disgusting customer service. You deserve to be reported to the police for such harassment.

                Before sale is On at 12.00 noon, all products of MI Note 5 Pro out of stock. This product is get selled by local seller at higher cost of the product. I think, flipkart supplies all the product to local vendors in black.

                    Dear sir/madam on 13th march 2018 1 purchase 1 android phone worth of rs. 12, 147 through credit card easy monthly instalment (Emi) at time of ordered emi statement shows the sum of amount 12, 147 is blocked and after 3-4 days it converted to emi. On 16th or 17th march one of the flipkart customer care executive explained after the 1st emi the remaining blocked amount released. The first emi also deducted we received that deducted sms also. Still the credit card remaining amount not released. Now 21st march the flipkart customer care executive told different the credit card amount not released it is blocked.

                      I have ordered crocs with size 11 but i have received 10 size and the quality is duplicate and the seller is tvesa he is the worst seller on the flipkart and he is telling he will arrange a pickup bit i have been not got any update and now i am leaving country so that's why i will be unable to return the product now please issue a refund on my bank account which is saved on flipkart ends with 15

                      Hi myself captain waleed and I have ordered huawei honor 9 lite I ordered it on 20th of march and the expected shipping date was 20th of March then it changed to 21st of march then it turned to 22nd of march the seller is omni tech retil please issue a complaint against omni tech retail and ship the package as soon as possible so that is I'll be comfortable..

                        Myself Wasimkhan Pathan is one of your registered customer.
                        On March 14 sale I purchased a Honor 9 lite. The original delivery date was
                        18th March.
                        Last update was in March 15 which says as packed but the product never got
                        shipped till today.

                        On 17th I requested a call back and talked to customer care who assured me
                        that product will be delivered by the deadline of 18th March. I sent an
                        email also but till today there is no response sent to me on my email. Only
                        acknowledgement email was sent but no response was given to my query.

                        On 18th there was no change in status, I again talked to your CSR and then
                        was told by 21 I will get my product. I requested to transfer the call to
                        manager but was disconnected.

                        Today again there was no change in status from packing. I talked to your
                        CSR and was told that will get the product by 23. Upon my request to talk
                        to manager I was told to hold which I did and the hold time was 1 hour and
                        20 odd minutes and the call was disconnected, I talked just 15 mins earlier
                        and was assured to transfer the call to manager but after 20 mins I
                        disconnected the call.

                        I am asking some questions if you could give me a response that would be
                        great.

                        1). Is this the policy of Flipkart to let the customer do all the follow
                        ups with regards to if there is a delay from your end. Won't you think this
                        is your responsibility to inform customer upfront.

                        2). Customer care is just like a show piece to show the world that yes we
                        have these many no of associates taking calls but the truth is no one is
                        helping the customers but making mockery of your services thus tarnishing
                        Flipkart brand image. This way you will end up losing customers to your
                        competitors.

                        3). Will I get my product or I should wright off. I am not going to cancel
                        the order that's for sure. In fact if you delay further I will gift this to
                        your owners congratulating them for this wonderful experience which they
                        gave me for buying a product from their dream venture.

                        4). Strict disciplinary action should be taken against all the customer
                        care agent who are just doing time pass than solving problem of customers
                        therefore wasting the valuable money of Flipkart.

                        I hope I will get a positive response.

                          I ordered for a tracks pants of maniaclife and it was worth rs 512. When proceeded to checkout with my phonepe wallet . connecting with flipkart. Flipkart withdrawn 512 Two times from my phonepe wallet rs1024 .
                          There order was placed for a single products of rs 512.
                          To get my 512 back I canceled the order and tried. Only 512 have been refunded . and also 1024 They first taken from my wallet. I lost my 512 in the payment.

                            Problem:seller cancellation of product

                            My loss:

                            1. Lost that offer on that product, i purchased
                            2. 10 to 15 days my money are with you

                            My early shocking is, flip cart did not take my confirmation about cancellation and refund. They just mail me regarding cancellation and refund status. I don't know the value you people are giving to consumers.

And mera product cancel kar diya. Quirrer service partner sms kiya out for delivery ka.. Lekin mujhko call vi nehi kiya. Me usko bola usne bola next day delivery hogi.                                 Wrong product delivered
                                Hi,

                                I had ordered pureit classic 5 l ro + uv water purifier from flipkart on 1st jan 2018. But yousent me wrong product.
                                Even after complaining lots of time, youare not responding to my request.
                                Every time, since last 3 months, you people are only saying just give us 2 days, we will definately fix issue.
                                And every time cancelling the request.

                                  I added Mi LED Smart TV 4 138.8 cm (55) to my cart in the flash sale and the second I tried to make the payment it went out of stock, I feel let down by Flipkart and i have been trying to get this product from the first sale, the product should be blocked if someone has added it to the cart especially during flash sales.

                                    My name sajda khatoon, i beg to say that my card is used by other person i don't who but i received 2 transaction messages and debit from my account for using pos-flipkart, the date of both transaction is (1) transaction 15.03.2018 time 11:46 amount 10, 999/- (2) 15.03.2018 time 02.57 amount 10, 999/-, both transaction not done by me so i requested you please cancel that transaction and refund me my debited amount. Give me information booking was order to deliver which name and address. I already complain file to bank.

                                    give me the number, I tried to many time flipkart toll free number but no cant't connect always on waiting, I gota call from this number- [protected], [protected], they asking about my transaction and they asking another atm detail is this call from flipkart or other, any company never request for card details

                                      Hi. I purchased google pixel 2 xl dated 10th march 2018 and suddenly the phone started misbehaving and my all data got wiped out automatically including malfunctioning of the sensors. I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care for replacement of the same but no one is resolving the problem. There is a 10 days replacement policy but flipkart is saying that policy started from midnight of 10th march 2018 even when the product got delivered on evening of 10th march. I have called 6-7 time to speak to their seniors but no one is available.

                                      Please help me in resolving the same as its just 10th day of my phone and flipkart is not replacing the device.

So informed about the seller's policy i.e. If the customer contacted within Policy period and we have redirected him to Brand Service center for any defective reason: So guided to brand authorized service.
