Dear sir/madam,
I had done one transaction on 2nd april 2018 for red tape shoes of rs.1258 and that transaction was failed as message flash on my mobile so again i placed an order for cash on delivery and od no. Generated, when i asked your customer care team regarding same so they confirm that a od no. Which is generated for cash on delivery and confirm they did not recieved any payment, if i again placing an order to automatically order id change.
I had placed one order through net banking and transaction was faild so again placed an order for cash on delivery these two things are different. After that executive was saying your amount will be refunded after 7-8 working days if transaction is not successful, still not refund
I have confirmed with concern merchant payu.in, and they confirm that the amount is deducted and transaction was successful and given transaction refrence no. Kindly find the trail email which i have been recieved from payu.in for the same.
