I am praveen kumar, purchased a washing machine which was delivered on 10.03.2018 with order no. Od[protected]. When immediately i realized, there is some problem in this product at its leg part, then same day with in 15 minutes, i raised upon my request for replacement. Flipkart updated me on 14.03.2018 that engineer would visit & on 15.03.2018 new product would be delivered. But instead of 14th, service engineer visited me on 12th. Even service engineer (Mr. Deepak, [protected]) had confirmed that it was a manufacturing damage, but that crook mind set company had not updated technical advice & on 16th, when i called customer care, same day flipkart had internally closed my request of replacement by saying that there was no issue & again tried some mischief deeds to exhaust my 10 days replacement period. This is really most un-trusted brand. Now, instead of getting a replacement of my said product, i want my money paid for this product to be refunded back.
What all possible ways are left for me, other than consumer court for returning my rightful money?

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed that the product has been delivered on (25 Mar 18). Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
