Hi,
I have purchased ac on flipkart on 27-apr-2018, with expected delivery date of 5-apr-2018.
When the product was not delivered on agreed date, have contacted flipkart customer care, they assured to deliver the product by 10-apr-2018.
When the product was not delivered on 10-apr, their executive again assured to wait till 13-apr.
When contacted on 13 - apr, they are asking to wait another 24-48 working hours or cancel the order from my end. For which my response was as below.
1) i will not accept the product delivered after 13-apr-2018.
2) i will not cancel the order from my end, cancellation has to be done from flipkart, as they are not able to keep their delivery assurance.
3) refund of the product along with the interest to be paid (For which they denied).
I want to launch a complaint against flipkart, they cannot utilise customer money for so long and at last ask customer to cancel the order and take the product amount back. They are liable to pay back the interest on not meeting the promise s and assurances made to customer.

Updated by Pankaj Nimje I can see the order is cancelled, whenin I have not requested for cancellation. So I am assuming order is cancelled by Flipkart.
Moreover I do not accept only the refund of the product amount, refund along with the interest on the product amount must be paid by Flipkart as it is at fault for not delivering the product on agreed and assured timelines.
No refund to be made unless it is paid with interest.

Updated by Pankaj Nimje Received below message today, which is not acceptable. Refund with interest is the minimum requirement.
Refund Processed: The refund of Rs. 35490.0 for your order OD[protected] is successfully transferred to your card and it will be credited by Apr 25, 2018.

Flipkart Customer Care's response customer has raised the issue with regards to delay in delivery as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue tot he relevant team and customer has cancelled the order and seller has provided the refund to customer but customer was asking for compensation so politely denied hence closing the case from our end
