Imei/srno: [] | lj205-38". I have returned for exchange in size. I received a message as well as shown in flipkart "my order" that the above product has been delivered in 9th april. But till now i din't received my above product. This type of miscommunication i din't expect from flipkart.in future i will have to think before keeping in touch with flipkart.
I am waiting for your immediate action.

    Hi,

    I have purchased ac on flipkart on 27-apr-2018, with expected delivery date of 5-apr-2018.
    When the product was not delivered on agreed date, have contacted flipkart customer care, they assured to deliver the product by 10-apr-2018.
    When the product was not delivered on 10-apr, their executive again assured to wait till 13-apr.
    When contacted on 13 - apr, they are asking to wait another 24-48 working hours or cancel the order from my end. For which my response was as below.

    1) i will not accept the product delivered after 13-apr-2018.
    2) i will not cancel the order from my end, cancellation has to be done from flipkart, as they are not able to keep their delivery assurance.
    3) refund of the product along with the interest to be paid (For which they denied).

    I want to launch a complaint against flipkart, they cannot utilise customer money for so long and at last ask customer to cancel the order and take the product amount back. They are liable to pay back the interest on not meeting the promise s and assurances made to customer.

    I can see the order is cancelled, whenin I have not requested for cancellation. So I am assuming order is cancelled by Flipkart.

    Moreover I do not accept only the refund of the product amount, refund along with the interest on the product amount must be paid by Flipkart as it is at fault for not delivering the product on agreed and assured timelines.

    No refund to be made unless it is paid with interest.

    Received below message today, which is not acceptable. Refund with interest is the minimum requirement.

    Refund Processed: The refund of Rs. 35490.0 for your order OD[protected] is successfully transferred to your card and it will be credited by Apr 25, 2018.

    customer has raised the issue with regards to delay in delivery as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue tot he relevant team and customer has cancelled the order and seller has provided the refund to customer but customer was asking for compensation so politely denied hence closing the case from our end

      Battery looks to be swollen suddenly and moreover its running out of charge even though battery status says 90%. Can flipkart rectify the problem with my mobile?

      Customer was facing battery problem. We informed the customer that the product is out of 10 days replacement policy, hence seller will not be able to help and requested the customer to visit authorized service center.

        Such a # service! I ordered for several items before and always getting delay and cancellation due to your bloody services.
        Now i ordered item manbhari lovely hear.. From flipkart.com & i got a message that if i need the item i.. Need to go to pickup at pick up hub - aluva. Location: WWW.google.co.in/maps/place/10.1125, 76.3768 timings: 08:30:00 to 19:30:00.

        Why should i need to came to aluva??

          I got faulty washing machine - intex 6.2 kg semi automatic order id fmpp[protected]) delivered on the 26th of march and had some missing parts which i reported immediately. Subsequent to that when i checked the spinner was not working and reported the same as well.
          They arranged several technical visit that used to just get cancelled and finally two visits were conducted. The technician said there are multiple parts replacement required in it.

          I am neither getting the replacement nor getting my money refunded

            I tried to order redmi note 5 pro on 21/03/2018 but some how the order canceled and the money deducted from my account. I got a message from flipkart saying 'we have received a request for your order with txn id:tx[protected] and are trying to confirm the payment with your bank. If your amount has already been deducted, your order will be confirmed shortly.in case we are not able to confirm your payment, we will refund the entire amount to your account/wallet automatically.' its already 24 days passed but no money has refunded to my account.

            After 36 days later the issue atlast resolved. I received my refund today. For 28 days I waited but the issue did not resolved, on 13th april I raised a complain regarding this issue in this complaint forum. After 14 days of complain I got my refund today.

            I posted this complaint 13 days ago. Still no refund credited to my account. Today i received a call from flipkart team saying me to contact my bank as i have raised a complain against punjab national bank also because flipkart customer service suggested me to do so ( In email). I asked the executive if they had refunded my money or not he said 'no' . He said please contact with your bank because you have raised a complaint against bank also.
            Please take some action .

            Customer raised a complaint about amount was debited but did receive the refund amount back, we interacted with the customer apologies for the issue and escalated the issue to the concerned team, cx confirm have receive the amount hence closing the complaint from our end.

            I was making the payment online the amount was deducted from my account but not added with product so when the courier boy had come, money was again paid to him . I want my money refund back to my account 539/-. As I already paid to the courier boy .

              Dear sir/madam

              My name chandrakant from hassan karnataka. I was purchase meizu m5 black 32gb mobile from flipkart on dated 6 april 2018 that mobile found display problems i m not used single bit just taken delivery and open that box and turn on the mobile found display problem that here i attached some images. Immediately i called customers care executive over this and they said await for 24 hours to update there delivery status even though complete 24hours not updated and called same thing they told after two days finally updated lots of called and requested to update delivery status. Then flipkart app provide me to replacement request after my request they taken one day hole to take necessary action they assigned one service man and given date 11april 2018 within this period service man will be visiting us but 12april gone nobody is visit. Then my replacement request canceled, in this activities i talk several time over this issue with flipkart they were telling only one word sorry will help you but they supporting sellers not buyers. Flipkart may be wanting to be complete ten days replacement policy without any help to us. Dated 12april 2018 today also i again request to replacement but still they not taken processor.
              Please guide me what will i do now

                I had bought a product of xioami from flipkart on 29/3/2018 with order id od[protected] and the product was delivered on 31/3/2018 and when i filed return for the product they denied me to return as well as replacement of the product within the replacement policy of 10 days. I also filed a complaint but i don't get any response of the complaint also. There is issue in its battery its battery gets dead within few minutes of the charging. Now they are not solving my problem and not ready to replace my product. Plz help me and solve my issue.

                  I placed an order from flipkart for split ac having order id as od[protected]. After receiving the product. Flipkart child company jeeves came for installation. They told me that ac is dead and its doesnt contains gas in it.

                  Then i requested for refund from flipkart but they are saying that they can only replace this item. I want refund because the seller of ac omni tech retail is having bad reviews and can not be trusted now.

                  Kindly ask flipkart to refund my money..

                    There was a republic day offer between 21st to 23rd january. 2018 on flipkart... The offer was 10 percent cashback on citibank cards... It was a republic day offer... I purchased the phone during the offer period as it says 10 percent cashback on citibank cards... So i opt for it and used my citi bank credit card during the payment process... The maximum cashback time was April 8 2018... Still now i havnt got the cashback... The flipkart customer service is pathetic... Everyday they calling me and telling that they are forwarding my complain... Everytime they telling me the same thing... But still now no solution from there end... They are not taking any serious steps to solve my problem... I also given my card number to them and they told me that the card number matches will the bill number... Everything is matching...But still no solution from there end... I am really frustrated now...

The republic day offer started at 12 a.m on 21st january... And i have placed the order at 12 p.m on 21st january... The offer was valid till 23 rd january... It is still in warranty period i'm continuosly trying to get in touch with flipkart for my problem to be solved but flipkart customer care is continuously ignoring my problem. Now they do not even give a response to my complain. Its providing extremely pathetic services to its customers. Customer care is just taking it lightly and it seems like they don't give a damn about their customer's concerns and satisfaction.

                          I ordered for amway face wash but wrongly delivered amway scurb, i talked to your executive they said i have to place replacement order within 10 days. But i opened the product only on 12th day and trying to place replacment ordered on 13th day. They said that my request for replacement time period has expired.

                          This is a mistake at your end first and inspite of help me out... Your executive had said that my time period is expired... This is pathetic... I am regular online buyer and have placed many order on various website but never faced such an issue... Where mistake committed by seller and consequence have to be faced by buyer.

                                Above mentioned ordered fx jeans co men's solid casual denim blue shirt was returned due to small size and due to non availability of the bigger size, ordered placed for returned the product as per your message dated 11.04.2018 and the carrier person fixed to pick up the product as per schedule but unfortunately a message is received from bz-ekart dt. 11.04.2028 pick up cancellation.in the message, it was written that pick up cancelled as you decided to keep the product. Practically, till 6 pm, non receiving any phone from the currier side, i teliphoned in the number provided in the message to pick up the product by 12th april as i will not be available in the station due to bibu festival. I am frustrated and anguished at the lie of the message and condemned and urged immediate action to collect the product by 12th april/18 and to cause for this type of irregularities may not be occurred in future.

                                  This incident happened on 11 april 2018. I purchased a cell phone cover online, the delivery which came carried a product (Cell phone cover) which was utterly and devastatingly torn. I called the customer center on the same day for an exchange. The person who was talking to me did not adhere to my request so i told him to give me a refund, he in return told me that there was no such policy as a refund to customers in this company. He was clearly lying as it was clearly stated in the product information that a refund and an exchange of the product was acceptable within ten days of its purchase. Despite arguing with him he did not listen to me. I told him to give me the number of his senior, he told that his senior was talking on his phone. This took place for over an hour. Not the kind of behaviour expected from the customer care of flipkart. Utterly disappointed. One customer lost

                                    Flipkart is doing fraud very bad behavior, poor service, and changing the dates of resolving the issue, i'm tired, i'm frustrated, the team is not giving any response, now they are saying me to wait 24-48 hours everyday i call, and behavior is very bad
                                    I ordered a dslr and received stones inside it.
                                    Really flipkart is fraud. Don't purchase anything from flipkart.

                                    We have checked with our investigation department. They have stated that the shipment was never delivered to the customer. It has been marked as returned by the courier service provider and also there is no signature of the customer in the courier service provider's receipt. We have also informed the same to the customer and closing the case from our end.

                                      I ordered samsung 28l convection microwave oven, against order id od[protected], on dated 26th march 2018. They promised me to delivery expected in 4th april 2018 but still now they didn't ship my product at today on 11th april. When i called customer support they are saying they don't know when product shipped but order show out of delivered. I already paid such amount of my product. My payment mode is through debit card. Flipkart service is very poor. It is my very worst experience.
