Dear flipkart today 31/3/2018 a guy made a fraud call from gaya bihar region and asked for the otp for a purchase worth rupees 51489.00 from your flipkart website. He tricked my dad into it and now this amount will be deducted from my account so kindly cancel this transaction and block this user from flipkart. His name might be dipak.
This bajaj card is linked with mobile no. [protected]

    I had not done any pos transaction of flipkart by using my bank of india debit card on 23rd & 24th march 2018 i got a message that i have done pos transaction of rs.10999/-, rs.13365/- and rs. 6550/- on flip kart by my rupay card no.6069xxxxxxxx5744 which i have not done. Please make refund as per followings transection details -

    Vinod Maurya (my brother) had not done any POS transaction on flipkart by using his bank of india debit card on 23rd & 24th march 2018 but he got message that he had done POS transaction of Rs.10999/-, Rs.13365/- and Rs. 6550/- on flip kart by his rupay card no.6069xxxxxxxx5744 but he had not done any shoping even he is never using his card for any payment.       I om prakash chaturvedi ordered for 2 hitler germany exon. Cords but to my surprise the packet contained 1 unit and the parcel package mentioned amount for 2 units (Witness - delivery boy) now that i purchased 2 havelis extant. Cords just now, please arrange return pickup & refund. I am surprised at such careless handling of customers orders and thereby damaging flipkart ‘a reputation.

        Hi,

        I had bought a nike shoe from flipkart on may 18, 2017. The shoe got torn in less than a year. On contacting the nike support center they said that flipkart is not the authorized seller for nike products. Yet these guys are selling these products on their platform. I am deeply troubled by their actions. It has caused me social embarrassment. Request to take strict action against the company.

          I ordered a duke jacket from flipkart on 06.01.2018 and the mode of payment was net banking. Rs1649

          Order id:- od[protected]

          Jacket was received on 12.01.18

          As it was not upto what i expected for, so i returned the jacket on 16.01.18

          After that they notified me that the refund will be provided on 28.01.18

          But, no refund has been returned till now. When we call them they always say that they have already returned the refund... But no amount of rs.1649 is there in my bank account till today i. E. 31st march.

          They said me that they'll resolve the matter but they did nothing and said me to go to the bank branch and ask them about the refund.

          I went to the bank several times and they always say that they have not got any refund amount on my account no.

          I have also asked flipkart to recheck and tell me that at which bank account no. You have initiated the refund... But then they never tell us and always say that this is confidential and we can't let you know about this.

          Being a costumer i feel that i should be clear about each and every query.

          I am so disappointed with flipkart.

          I need my money back so i request you to please help me out in sorting this matter.

            I have booked camera on flipkart date-18/03/2018. I paid the amount debit
            Card.
            I have cancelled my order but amount is not refund in my account
            Filpkart said to your amount has refund your account,
            You can contact bank.
            I went to bank meet the branch managar all process has been checked
            Branch managar and told me your amount is not refund flipkart and flipkart
            Provide the txn no authorsation code wrong.

            Sony mirrorless camera amount 38, 990 paid the amount debit card.
            Please help me sir. Please any how you can refund my amount sir i face big problem. I will never shopping online in future because i cant trust anyone.

              Ur ekart sublets to p. K. Enterprise for delivering which is very unprofessional. Even after doing card payment and successful transaction, courier boy told print was not coming. He told give me cash and u will get online reversal back. For 600 bucks was demanding in society such a cheap behaviour. We paid him in cash but no online reversal till yet. This is not the first time in our locality. Request u to take strict action against courier company and apology required from them.

                I ordered voltas 1.5 ton air-conditioner 5 star rating model no is. 185jy (White color which is mentioned in the bill) from flipkart. I paid rs. 25999 by bajafinserv on 24 march 2018 at 12.35. Pm.
                I received wrong product: voltas 1.5 ton air-conditioner 5 star rating model no is 185 ey (R) (Red color different model) on 28.03.2018
                I requested flipkart customer care they said they will not replace the product. I got offer price when i place the order. When i place the order, product got confirmed by flipkart. Now without my knowledge how they can send different item. Before place the order they should intimate product is out of stock. Now flipkart is not accept for replacement. I want same product which i had order. Flipkart is responsible for this issue. I am not satisfied.

                I called Flipkart customer care on 1.4.2018 around 7 o clock. The customer care person suresh is speaking very rudely to me for replacement. He said, we are not manufacture of Voltas. I suffered severely due to this Flipkart issue. I want replacement in which I place the order .( pincode 620015). I want compensate also.

                  On march 19 i had ordered this product and i received the package on 21st march
                  Issue : there was only 1 tshirt in the package instead of 3

                  I complained in flipkart customer care and the female i was speaking to took a return request and told that i will receive the replacement by 23rd. The guy will give a new package and take back the old one

                  The guy came on 22nd itself and says a wrong return request has been placed, you have to place missing item return request.

                  I called flipkart they said wrong missing complaint was placed by mistake by their agent and it will take 48 hours to cancel the return request then i can place a new request in missing item category

                  In 48 hours return request was not cancelled. Called them again and issue was escalated to the concern team and issue will be resolved by 28th march.
                  On 28th march i got a message we are sorry for taking longer than expected we will resolve your issue by 29th march 2.30 pm

                  Received no call from them. Return request was cancelled, and then when i placed a new request in correct category i got a new message with text "we have escalated your issue to the concern team and will resolve your issue by 10th april"!

                  Disgusting.
                  1) their agent places wrong request
                  2) they had reduced the price of the product after i purchased i will attached screenshot below
                  3) they send wrong product, then they place a wrong return request by their end, its their mistake, still it takes 8 days to cancel.
                  4) will attach screenshot of this that i was promised my issue will be resolved by 29th march but now they are asking time till 10th april.
                  5) in the product return status screen, i can see that approx date for my product return request to be accepted is 30th march, today is 31st still its not approved! Even after they know the issue from such a long while.

                  I want to accuse flipkart of
                  1) wrong product delivery
                  2) providing fake resolution promises and then keep on extending the time
                  3) causing me mental stress by blocking my money with a wrong product
                  4) causing waste of my time:
                  21st march - 29th march for promising to resolve the issue but not resolving and now asking for 11 more days of time

                  Today in the morning approx 10.00 am i received call from flipkart which i was not able to take because i was asleep, i was not able to call that number back
                  i received an email from them where they asked me to leave time for contacting and alternate number if any
                  i sent them mail twice to call me back today only, i also called their customer service spent 16 minutes on call, the customer service representative wanted me to elaborate the entire issue which i did, she offered me to transfer the call to the senior when i asked her that is it the same person who called me in the morning and i had missed she said "yes" but after getting connected to him discussed a lot and at the end even he said to wait till 10th april

                  as already show in the screenshots i have shown i was asked to wait max by 29th march which i did but they are still making me wait more
                  plus the customer service is not responding properly

                  they have wasted a lot of time of min i demand 5% price of the order total as per day compensation from the date they had promised my issue will be resolved (29th march) and they failed to resolve that.

                  HAHA they will never notify about the actual things that happened!
                  they will never mention that they forced me to tell them that I don't want the refund,
                  First they made me wait 10 days and said it will be resolved, then they gave me date for 10 more days in order to resolve the complaint and after 5 days they rejected my return request twice.

                  After that they called again to take the request and at that time I was so angry and frustrated by the amount of time they wasted, I said "keep the money, I don't want it back!"

                  until now also the issue is not completely resolved!

                      I bought a sandisc 64 gb pen drive but flipkart send a hp company pendrive whose not availevel memory

                      I send the replacement request in 03 time but not recieve the resolution by flipkart team

                      So i thaught flipkart is a blonder, fraud, robbered, company whose does not given the best sarvice own costumers

                        What is your problem with the consumers why you are not selling this mobile phone properly i am trying to buy this phone since 2 months but still not getting any chance to buy it everytime it's sold out and out of stock i mean what the hell is happening i am really getting angry and just like me many customers are getting angry it's just a last warning next time if we won't get this phone then we all will complain against you and that redmi company also be careful

                          I had ordered honor 9 lite from flipkart which was delivered to me on 19th march 2018, after 3 days i requested for a replacement because i was not satisfied with the performance of the device. Since then till the date they are just making me fool and not giving any replacement even though they have mentioned it very clearly that product can be replaced within 10 days from delivery if i am satisfied with the performance. My order id is od[protected]. Now when i am calling to customer care they are putting my call on hold for more than 30 minutes just to ignore me.

                          apart from the poor performance of the product, it is taking 3 to 4 hours for full charging, which was not mentioned in the product description. Obviously it is way too much time when every mobile company is providing fast charging now a days, and even if there is no fast charging then also it take maximum 2 hours for a normal mobile phone. screen sharpness is also very poor.. small texts appears blurred.

                              Ordered headphone-jbl which was dead on arrival.. Delivered on march 30 2018... I tried placing return.. Within a second i glt logged out.. And couldn't even open my account.. They assure 30 days guaranteed return.. Then wat is this.. If can't entertain customer grievances then wat's the point of such huge claims and simultaneously using such fraudulent measures.. Shopping sites like amazon are even better

                              Paid using swipe machine... Worth 1700 rs.. Delivery boy rejected returns escalating different issue and asked to place fresh request.. Within seconds i got automatically logged out.. Tried using forgot password option but in vain.. All the 3-4 returns were rejected at doorstep by ekart.. And they asked to place fresh request.. And they had no valid reasons for this.. I want to ask flipkart is there any fraudulent engagement between their delivery agemcy and the shopping app.. They rejected and within seconds they logged me out.. I[censored] cant entertain customer grievances.. Then wat the point of making false eyecatching claims like 30 days easy returns.. Just pit there just shop and no returns applicable.. Atleast dont use such fradulent means to befool innocent people by whose money u nurtured ur fraud dream into a giant now.. Even mncs like amazon are better than this homegrown venom.. I want flipkart to address my grievances asap

                              It happening to me for the 2nd time...wen I contacted customer care in place of addressing grievances they logged me out...also the way the customer care executives speak it's too harsh especially the female ones..a person who has already faced all discomfort and trauma...is handled in such inhumane way..please help me return this..I want my money back...I much needed it..to meet my other essential requirements..
                              During the SECOND flash sale of redmi note 5 pro mobile has been added to my cart but immediately before my payment it has shown out of stock.

                              I am not at all happy with your service. Because once the item was added to the cart how can it be added to some other one to purchase.

                                I was trying to buy mi tv 4 55" tv from ecom giant flipkart. I have added the item to my cart during the sale and proceeding with the payment but thw item went out of stock while payment. Hope they are analysing the customer based on pincode and reallocate the item as per their convenience. If so is the case someday they are going to be screwed by the law for being partial towards their custimer on a open sale. Just felt a bit relaxed after sharing my experience. Comment if you have felt the same.

                                Account details in snapshot below: Check from your end with the user detail provided. If you cannot have stock stop the sale and have minimum stock for sale then proceed woth flash sale. Having 50 units for country like India will not work as sale. If you having issue with supply chain stop the sale.

                                I've been trying my luck to buy this phone since first flash sale but thanks to flipkart's poor services I've failed.
                                Got the phone in my cart finally in today's flash sale (30th march 2018) but the product is out of stock!

                                  Flipkart arrange these flash sale for mobile phones but within 10 seconds product goes out of stock.. As a human being how can i book a mobile in 10 seconds??
                                  And at some shop these shopkeepers are selling those mobile phones at extra cost.
                                  I visited one mobile shop today, in that mobile shop i saw 10 pieces of redmi note 5 pro and his selling that mobile 3000
                                  Rs extra than original price.. I told him i am ready to purchase but he
                                  Said that bill will come on his name.. I said why,, then he replied because
                                  I purchased from my flipkart account, so bill will get with my name only.
                                  So what do you want to reply on this, because he buy 10 pieces & we are not

                                  That's not because of overhelming response, , that's because of black market of your product..And Flipkart don't disclose how many pieces they sell..
                                  My simple question for you which I have asked so many times to Flipkart customer support but they don't have answer..
                                  The question is, to book a mobile or product in flash sale how much time required??
                                  According to me at least 30 seconds are required.
                                  But your product in 10 seconds goes out of stock.
                                  So how you can say, due to overhelming response product goes out of stock???
                                  In 10 seconds goes out of stock means there is definitely a black market.
                                  As you say Flipkart is India's No 1 shopping app then why we normal people can't buy these product?? And some mobile shopkeepers are selling your product 3000 Rs extra than original price, and those shopkeepers easily buy a product from Flipkart.
                                  How they buy easily??
                                  Does Flipkart have proper answer on this??

                                      Flipkart is always testing it's loyalty by delivering fake products all the times.

                                      This is the third time i'm experiencing this with flipkart.

                                      I have placed an order of worth 1949 which is a new balance tc-550 english willow cricket bat, but i just received a popular willow bat worth 500 rupees.

                                      Which is completely a fake product, last time also i have experienced the same.

                                      Please take actions against these fake online sellers.

                                        I bought a moto m on 1st march however it keeps going on silent. Initially when i missed some called i thought i just didnt hear it but after a while a realised its a faulty device. I am in conversation with motorola for a week and all what they have done is, reset factry seeting. It is still not working. Clearly its leas than a month and the device came broken. Now i am looking for a replacement device but no one is helping me. They want me to go to the service center. It is 15 kms from my house. 2 trips wastes 2 days of mine. Also i do not have a phone to use. I think i deserve a replacement phone. I am not even looking for a return or refund. But no help from any one.
