What is your problem with the consumers why you are not selling this mobile phone properly i am trying to buy this phone since 2 months but still not getting any chance to buy it everytime it's sold out and out of stock i mean what the hell is happening i am really getting angry and just like me many customers are getting angry it's just a last warning next time if we won't get this phone then we all will complain against you and that redmi company also be careful

    I had ordered honor 9 lite from flipkart which was delivered to me on 19th march 2018, after 3 days i requested for a replacement because i was not satisfied with the performance of the device. Since then till the date they are just making me fool and not giving any replacement even though they have mentioned it very clearly that product can be replaced within 10 days from delivery if i am satisfied with the performance. My order id is od[protected]. Now when i am calling to customer care they are putting my call on hold for more than 30 minutes just to ignore me.

    apart from the poor performance of the product, it is taking 3 to 4 hours for full charging, which was not mentioned in the product description. Obviously it is way too much time when every mobile company is providing fast charging now a days, and even if there is no fast charging then also it take maximum 2 hours for a normal mobile phone. screen sharpness is also very poor.. small texts appears blurred.

        Ordered headphone-jbl which was dead on arrival.. Delivered on march 30 2018... I tried placing return.. Within a second i glt logged out.. And couldn't even open my account.. They assure 30 days guaranteed return.. Then wat is this.. If can't entertain customer grievances then wat's the point of such huge claims and simultaneously using such fraudulent measures.. Shopping sites like amazon are even better

        Paid using swipe machine... Worth 1700 rs.. Delivery boy rejected returns escalating different issue and asked to place fresh request.. Within seconds i got automatically logged out.. Tried using forgot password option but in vain.. All the 3-4 returns were rejected at doorstep by ekart.. And they asked to place fresh request.. And they had no valid reasons for this.. I want to ask flipkart is there any fraudulent engagement between their delivery agemcy and the shopping app.. They rejected and within seconds they logged me out.. I[censored] cant entertain customer grievances.. Then wat the point of making false eyecatching claims like 30 days easy returns.. Just pit there just shop and no returns applicable.. Atleast dont use such fradulent means to befool innocent people by whose money u nurtured ur fraud dream into a giant now.. Even mncs like amazon are better than this homegrown venom.. I want flipkart to address my grievances asap

        It happening to me for the 2nd time...wen I contacted customer care in place of addressing grievances they logged me out...also the way the customer care executives speak it's too harsh especially the female ones..a person who has already faced all discomfort and trauma...is handled in such inhumane way..please help me return this..I want my money back...I much needed it..to meet my other essential requirements..
        During the SECOND flash sale of redmi note 5 pro mobile has been added to my cart but immediately before my payment it has shown out of stock.

        I am not at all happy with your service. Because once the item was added to the cart how can it be added to some other one to purchase.

          I was trying to buy mi tv 4 55" tv from ecom giant flipkart. I have added the item to my cart during the sale and proceeding with the payment but thw item went out of stock while payment. Hope they are analysing the customer based on pincode and reallocate the item as per their convenience. If so is the case someday they are going to be screwed by the law for being partial towards their custimer on a open sale. Just felt a bit relaxed after sharing my experience. Comment if you have felt the same.

          Account details in snapshot below: Check from your end with the user detail provided. If you cannot have stock stop the sale and have minimum stock for sale then proceed woth flash sale. Having 50 units for country like India will not work as sale. If you having issue with supply chain stop the sale.

          I've been trying my luck to buy this phone since first flash sale but thanks to flipkart's poor services I've failed.
          Got the phone in my cart finally in today's flash sale (30th march 2018) but the product is out of stock!
          Please help me, I genuinely want this phone.

            Flipkart arrange these flash sale for mobile phones but within 10 seconds product goes out of stock.. As a human being how can i book a mobile in 10 seconds??
            And at some shop these shopkeepers are selling those mobile phones at extra cost.
            I visited one mobile shop today, in that mobile shop i saw 10 pieces of redmi note 5 pro and his selling that mobile 3000
            Rs extra than original price.. I told him i am ready to purchase but he
            Said that bill will come on his name.. I said why,, then he replied because
            I purchased from my flipkart account, so bill will get with my name only.
            So what do you want to reply on this, because he buy 10 pieces & we are not

            That's not because of overhelming response, , that's because of black market of your product..And Flipkart don't disclose how many pieces they sell..
            My simple question for you which I have asked so many times to Flipkart customer support but they don't have answer..
            The question is, to book a mobile or product in flash sale how much time required??
            According to me at least 30 seconds are required.
            But your product in 10 seconds goes out of stock.
            So how you can say, due to overhelming response product goes out of stock???
            In 10 seconds goes out of stock means there is definitely a black market.
            As you say Flipkart is India's No 1 shopping app then why we normal people can't buy these product?? And some mobile shopkeepers are selling your product 3000 Rs extra than original price, and those shopkeepers easily buy a product from Flipkart.
            How they buy easily??
            Does Flipkart have proper answer on this??

              Redmi note 5 pro sales started at 12:00 noon but every time at 11:59 AM it's display coming soon and at 12:00 noon it's display out of stock. How it is possible! Is there any connection with merchant or shopkeeper, ? axcept that this type of situation is not possible to rise. Please clarify about this.

                Flipkart is always testing it's loyalty by delivering fake products all the times.

                This is the third time i'm experiencing this with flipkart.

                I have placed an order of worth 1949 which is a new balance tc-550 english willow cricket bat, but i just received a popular willow bat worth 500 rupees.

                Which is completely a fake product, last time also i have experienced the same.

                Please take actions against these fake online sellers.

                  I bought a moto m on 1st march however it keeps going on silent. Initially when i missed some called i thought i just didnt hear it but after a while a realised its a faulty device. I am in conversation with motorola for a week and all what they have done is, reset factry seeting. It is still not working. Clearly its leas than a month and the device came broken. Now i am looking for a replacement device but no one is helping me. They want me to go to the service center. It is 15 kms from my house. 2 trips wastes 2 days of mine. Also i do not have a phone to use. I think i deserve a replacement phone. I am not even looking for a return or refund. But no help from any one.

                          I have ordered one hitachi 1.5 tin 4 star inverter a. C 2018 model on 8th march 2018. Order id is : od[protected]. One week after, flipkart send installation people and they found it was faulty one. Replacement request made and replacement has been done on 25th match. March 28th is installation date was given. It is not done. I have called them and they said it will be done on or before 3rd april. No responsible person to handle the issue. They say the matter is escalated and it will be done by back-end team. Pathetic service. I want to cancel my order now, but cannot be done, they say. Money is taken but service is not done.

                          Installation done on 31st march.. The same day night, it was giving continous clicking sound... One more defective product by Flipkart... Complained and technician visit happened on 2nd April.. He repaired and said it is fine... The same day night, same problem surfaced and informed to technician.. he said once again I will repair.. I rejected.. Today Flipkart called me and requested me to allow the technician visit.. Still now no call from technician... The bloody worst service.. This is really harassment and torturing from Flipkart...

                          The replacement was also faulty one. Flipkart took back and refunded the price of the item. But, at the time of installation I paid 1600/- towards installation charges and 2700/- for extra 3 meters cable.. Because they delivered the product, I incurred these charges.. I demanded these back, and Flipkart says it is not our policy.. is their police means "If customer suffers financially because of our fault, we don't bother"... Finally, they gave back installation charges. I demand the 2700/- extra I spent in the extra cable back.. they can rack back this extra cable which I can't use for any other purpose...

                            I ordered 2 products (Oppo F3 Plus Black & Oppo F3 Plus White) on[protected] through FLIPKART.COM and i paid Rs.34, 518/-. They offered Rs.11, 760/- for exchange of my old mobiles. So Totally i paid Rs.46278. The white mobile is good and no problem on this. But my black phone has battery and heating issue. So, i requested for return on 26-03-18. They arranged some technician from JEEVES for troubleshoot my mobile. He came and checked my mobile about 15 minutes and said it is in average condition. So flipkart cancelled my return request. Again i requested for return on 26-03-18 evening. Again flipkart arranged some technician on 28-03-18 and he came and checked my mobile for 20 minutes. He said it is high performance display and processor so the battery will drain faster but it is not an issue. So flipkart rejected my return again. I called flipkart call centre for several times they simply telling we can't do anything you have to go for oppo service centre because of 2 times technician visit. Flipkart having 10 days replacement policy but i completed only 8 days. Now they are not giving replacement or refund or response. I disappoint with flipkart.

                              On 25th of march'18 i ordered moto g5s plus and wanted to gift it to my friend... Ur site says that it will be delivered to us by 26th march'18, but they couldn't make it possible instead they send me it to 27th of march due to which the person whom i need to give the gift went back to his home town and now just because of your mistake my 15k are wasted... When asked for product return ur men said that it doesn't come under ur policy... Sir if it is so then you should mention these thing in the front page only not in the deep core inside such that people never buy any products from your company... Its quite disappointing... I have never face such kind of problems of delivery and refunds... I have orderd from many online shopping site but they always refund our money back to us and always delivers on that time which they mention only... Please either return my product or else give some compensation to me.

                                Can i know what's my fault or
                                Do u take bribe for doing such ###?
                                U are degrading the image of flipkart also ...

                                  I ordered my redmi 5a today in flash sale on Flipkart.It showed your order is placed but then after few minutes it was showing order cancelled without any region.This is unexpected from Flipkart.I was waiting for this phone since last week.Flipkart should not do like this to their customers.From now i am never going to buy anything from Flipkart neither gonna refer it to some one.

                                    I placed an order on flipkart on 28th march 2018 and today I got a message from flipkart that my request for cancellation has been approved but I didn't requested any cancellation and thus I want my order on the given time.I had paid the amount for product online. My order was OD[protected].
                                    Please help and take proper and required step against this cheap activity of flipkart.

                                      I am the regular customer of flipkart. But this time i'm really getting disappointed with flipkart service. I am a student and bought a redmi note 4 online flipkart on thu, mar 22nd '18. And after 2 days suddenly redmi note 4 is heating when i plugin for charging then off after immediately i apply for replacing my product and they send the technician for checking the product and he verifies that the product has to replace but still they never take any action on my replacement and also canceled my order.

                                      So, now the point comes if i am buying a new product then i should not be asked for any service, i should receive the product in working condition. This is the thing happened that i have to run the redmi note 4 for 2 days and pay rs.10, 999 this is not a joke i want my replacement

                                      So please replace my phone as soon as possible.

                                      I don't care whether it is hardware or software issue i know the only one thing that my newly purchased redmi note 4 was not working and want the replacement from flipkart.

                                        fake hp pen drive product

                                        Ordered a hpfd750w - 32 gb usb 3.0 utility pendrive, instead got a hpv210w -32 gb usb 2.0 pendrive.
                                        After a few days experienced problems with it. So took it o nearest hp service centre. They told it is a fake product.
                                        Reported the same to flipkart. Flipkart says that the return period is only 10 days. Since it is more than 10 days, now they cannot do anything....
