[Resolved]  Flipkart — 2nd hand mobile phone sold

I ordered moto e4 plus in aug 2018.. I received in working condition.. Problem started from beginning..in may 19 charging issue in my phone... I visited serv. Cen.. By entering my imei no. Serv centre told me that it is old phone ur warranty is expired... Since in nov 2017 this phone has been purchased n warranty expired in nov 18.. This is 2nd hand phone supplied.. What should i do??
