I ordered 2 bags on order id - od[protected], on 15th may, 2019 from the great website flipkart!
I want those orders as soon as possible, but still due to constraint factors, flipkart promised me the delivery by 21st may, 2019.
I was being continuously poked and being asked by family members, for when will i be receiving my orders.
I have't received my orders yet, (Its 4th june, 2019) wheres the expected delivery date is showing to be 27th may, 2019!!! :p
And now its june 4, and i just received a call from "senior end" of flipkart asking me to cancel that order and make a fresh order on a price which is 1000 rs. More.
Is that fair?
So called great saving days from flipkart are meant to create such issues?
Now, i understand that why people are shifting towards other websites, because flipkart is not able to serve its customers properly.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled due to unforeseen reasons. Hence, we apologize for the convenience caused and requested customer to place a fresh order. Closing the complaint from our end.
