Dear Team,
I recently placed an order for Carrier 2.0 Ton 3 Star inverter AC (Model Ester Neo) from flipkart. Order was placed on 26th May 2019 under flipkart. The AC was delivered at my address (c/o Rita Sachan – [protected], 116, Keshav Nagar Sitapur Road Lucknow Opp. Godavari Enclave Lucknow – 226021) on 31st May 2019. Since there was a brand installation offer for installation at 499/- through Flipkart the installation request was placed by flipkart through Carrier Midea Ltd. Sr. No.[protected] since this was taking time I also placed a request for installation through Carrier Midea from my side Sr.No.[protected] as I was informed from flipkart that I can do a standard installation and get a refund from flipkart under the order through authorised company. Regarding the same the installation was carried on 3rd June 2019 through company under the Sr. No.[protected].
However when the installation was complete during testing by the service engineer it was found that the Ac was faulty and was shutting itself down after 5-10 minutes displaying error code P6. The cooling of the unit was also low. The Installation engineer tried rectifying the same but was unable to do so and asked me to register for a service visit through Carrier Midea. For this I contacted flipkart and also from my end raised a request with Carrier Midea Ltd. With Sr No.[protected]Also informed this number to flipkart), the service engineer paid a visit on 7th June 2019 for the same and while testing the Ac was functioning albeit a bit less cooling, but as soon as the service engineer left the Ac again started shutting down automatically after running for 15-20 minutes with an error code P6 displayed on the panel. My mother this time called the engineer on Saturday (the one who visited on 7th June 2019) and was informed that the engineer will again visit on 10th June 2019. Meanwhile I also raised a request from my side on Carrier Midea support and was given a Sr no.[protected] and also informed the flipkart support. After all this today i.e. on 10th June 2019 the service engineer visited in the morning and diagnosed that the outdoor PCB is at fault and he replaced with a new one which he was carrying from Carrier Midea, however even after replacing the Outdoor PCB the Ac was still having the same issue (i.e. Shutting itself off after 15 minutes of operation with P6 error). The engineer communicated to me that the unit is faulty and needs to be replaced as this is a manufacturing defect.
Now I contacted flipkart and carrier both about the same issue and was informed that the dealer is supposed to replace my defective product. i.e Flipkart. However the flipkart team told me that there needs to be a communication in this regards from Carrier Midea limited. Now I don’t know where I was at fault in all of this, and in this peak summer weather I am left with an AC which is not functioning, for which I paid all the amount including installation fee. It is thereby requested to both Carrier Midea and Flipkart to replace the defective product at my premises ASAP as already it has been more than 14 days since I have purchased the product. Getting a faulty product delivered to me is by no means a fault of mine for which I am being unnecessarily punished with continuous follow-ups.
Please requesting both Flipkart and Carrier Midea to follow this up and replace the faulty Ac with a working model. Thanking you in anticipation.

    My product ID OD[protected] and[protected] are still not yet delivered, they were just sending messages of we will deliver in one day like that it's been 10 days since they not yet delivered my products and even they are not responding, is this is the way the company deals with the customers, i dont like it, i am just asking when my products are going to be delivered

        My Flipkart account registered with email id:- [protected]@gmail.com has been blocked by Flipkart on may 4 2019, they said that I am involving in reselling activity. With the same account I have cardless credit emi's.
        Last month I called them and said I need to pay my EMI's so plz open my account and they said It can't be open and provide me a link to pay my EMI of that month.I paid the EMI via that link but I am still receiving the messages/calls/emails to pay the emi with late fee which is disgusting. I called them regarding this issue and they making excuses and didn't gave proper reply. Now I need to pay my emi's of this current month and I don't want to pay the amount via any link.I called them again and they making excuses again someone said your account has been blocked another said it is on hold. One lady told me that your account has been freez another said your account can be open.I want my account back and don't know how to deal with these guys. Need help

        Yeah I know why my account has been blocked. My concern is how do I pay my EMI?? If you have any suggestion then contact me and stop copy pasting the same answer as you send me in emails.I will pay it only when my account activate otherwise will not pay any emi.             I have ordered an online LG AC of 1 ton 5 star dual split AC on 6th June, 2019 and the delivery was supposed to be on 10 June, 2019. When I have tried to contact Flipkart customer service only one thing I hear wait for 72 hours till the resolution and that too delivery date is still in confusion... . Just asking you all, when you people accept an
            order online and the delivery date is already being provided, by seeing that we customers order it sooner and our credit card gets immediately charged... First of all you all block the money thru seller and because of that our credit interest charge starts... Secondly you people take so much time of 72 hours to provide resolution by saying that you all are contacting sellers and so on... One thing I would like to say I purchase all expensive things from Flipkart and I know the procedure to reach to the top level... Don't harass customers by go round ... I don't need resolution I want you all to resolve and deliver the product as soon as possible... And you all playing so tricky not allowing us to directly contact seller, that interface is not been added for customers so that we get in touch with seller n ask what's the reason behind order delay??? It's flipkart lack of transparency... If this continues will take some serious major step ...I want you all to resolve by delivering the product sooner...

              I had ordered pixel 3a on Flipkarts exhange offer.
              Nowhere has Flipkart given any criteria of the phones condition other than scratchless screen, fully functional phone.

              The wishmaster (delivery boy) rejected my to be exchanged phone over a very very minor dent. He called his superior and they both rejected my phone. I asked what can I do as my phone is in a good condition and I found the rejection unfair.

              They advised me to contact Flipkart customer care, who sent over a email demanding picturesof my phone from various angles. I sent every picture asked the corners, sides, screen with white background etc.

              I recieved an email from Flipkart saying my delivery will be scheduled today[protected] soon I got a call from the delivery boy and his superior who told me they can't deliver me the phone as they have got no aknowledgement from Flipkart. I was frustrated at this point what's the point of me sending over pictures and Flipkart approving them if the delivery guys are rejecting my delivery. I called Flipkart customer care again, they assured to get back to me Inan hour but I didn't get any calls or emails.
              I have done all I can and my phone is really in good condition and ekart and Flipkart is cheating me with this exchange scheme and say rather pay the exchange amount which is unfair.
              I am attaching the picture of the dent they are referring to, it's hard to see it's just above the headphone jack.

                Hello,

                So I had placed an order of two boat headphones and flipkart packed and shipped it but later sent a message that order is cancelled because of limited stock, later they deactivated my account saying

                "We'd like to let you know that your recent order ( OD[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. "

                Order Placed: 3rd June 2019
                Order Cancelled: 4th June
                Account Blocked: 4th June

                Till today that is 11th June no resolution provided! My account had Flipkart Plus subscription and 22 credit coins with gift card that I won from their contest worth 100rs, all they do is escalate the case and nothing happens! FAKE!

                  and the seller is retailnet
                  i want to complain this thing about flipkart and their seller retail net that i ordered this product on 3 june 2019 and it was written that it will be delieverd by 7 june 2019 but then they increase the time it was written that the order will be delievered by 9 june then again it increase date by 2 days it was written that it will be delivered by 11 june 2019 now today 10 june its written that it will be delieverd by 13 june 2019. this seller is again again increasing the date by 2 days again and again. 10 days has past seller has not packed even item and not shipped too. from my thinking that what i feel why seller is not shipping this and extending day by day time that now seller has increase the product price after i orderd this. i ordered this product of 9990 but after i ordered seller increase the price by 3000 thats why i think he/she is not sending me but this not fair once i ordered i should recieve my product as my particular time give to me or before that time but here seller or flipkart increasing my time again and again and he does not want to ship. i will attached image of tracking you can see its increase my time and 10 days has past its not even packed it clearly means seller does not want to ship but i want to ask why??? thats not fair. not giving product one main reason is prodcut no available or sellerr is away but product is available and its cost also increased by seller and he is taking order i dont know why he is not giving me. i talk with flipkart customer care team 2 times but i did not satisfied they are not giving me exact solution.

                  We were trying to sort this out with the courier service provider, however, however, the courier service provider will not be able to deliver the product so please cancel the order from your side.

                  This is not something which we would want you to experience and have shared feedback with the seller so they can put additional measures in place to ensure on-time deliveries of orders.

                  If you like, you can place a new order for the desired product and the seller will try and make sure that it reaches you on time.

                      I have purchased the product on 31st May 2019 and payment the total amount. that time it was showing delivered date 7th Jun 2019 but still it was showing processing your order and today is 10Jun 2019 end of day. I have called lot of time to FlipKart Customer support and they told me wait another 1 or 2 working days. but today now the delivered date changes to 21st Jun 2019
                      is it possible product will deliver after 1month from the purchased date.

                          The transaction which was unsuccessful doesn't have an order id...I have called the team several times...But they couldn't help me out...

                                I ordered vu led tv 50' model QDV from flipkart on 05.06.19 received on 09.06.19. after receiving the product i find some very handy discrepancies in the tv. First and foremost thing is that its picture quality is very poor. On further getting into the matter i just crossed checked the website of both vu and Flipkart. As per both the websites tv made is califonia/japan respectively. To my utter surprise during verifying the same from the box i received from flipkart i found it is a Chinese product. Futhermore as displayed on website it is a uhd hdr10 tv but when i checked the hdmi setting in the tv i found that its 1920*1080 50hz resolution. I further want to check it from youtube video. The maximum resolution in youtube too, it is 1080p only wherein in my sony 4k tv the maximum resolution in youtube videos are 2160p. I request you to kind look into the matter seriously. I doubt either of the platform is cheating with the customers. And not to mention that i have informed flipkart about the same within 30 min of the installation of thia tv.
                                All the attachment in respect of problem mentioned above are here for your reference.
                                The attachments in respect of Chinese product verification, bills and claim regarding made in japan is wirh me.

                                  I was sent faulty laptop from Flipkart with a lot of issue. They said it will take 72 hrs to process the request. Now when the initial 72 hrs has passed. They are saying that they need another 48hrs to process the request. The seller name is Retail Net. They are committing fraud here. They give a 10 days replacement window. They have already consumed 3 days . Total 5 days has passed since I received the order. But now they need 2 more days to process the order.
                                  I orderedAcer Aspire 3 Ryzen 5 Quad Core - (4 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home) A315-41 / A315-41G / A315-41-R45R Laptop
                                  Color: Black . I have attached the bill .
                                  The return request has not been processed yet, . It was better I had purchased from a shop. I would have reviewed the product properly rather than this kind of fraud from flipkart.

                                  I was not reverted until now. It had been more than 4 days . You asked for 3 days to resolved the query . One should never buy these items from FLIPKART specially costly one. They do such frauds.

                                      This is the worst experience with Flipkart support team from past 2014 .

                                      Recently I have ordered ( OD[protected] a Asus Pro M2 on 15th May but unfortunately the product performance was not meet my expectation ( facing over heating issues ) and decided to return back to Flipkart and so I have decided and place Replacement WRT ID :[protected]

                                      After make the return request on 27th May I got the call from Flipkart executive and suggested few troubleshooting steps over the call but still issue is persists. They got escalated to next level and informed me to wait till 3rd June and Technical Team will contact for further advise.

                                      On 3rd June no one has contacted me moreover I have contacted the support, they are helpless and not even ready to escalate to next level. Keep on saying wait for few more days and out team will get back to you.

                                      On 4th June also same as above .. NO Action was Taken

                                      On 5th June, when I called to support they were keep on saying same thing. When I asked to get next level online / talk to me .. for that also they were helpless and saying our seniors / managers are busy .. Flipkart representative / management is always busy they don’t want to talk to the customers and MAKING CUSTOMER FOOLS.

                                      At last they confirmed to give the call back but surprisingly I have got an email saying “tried to contact the customer but unable to reach” . Don’t know why am not reachable, all my mobiles are on and working condition. After seeing this message I called to support and asked to arrange call back immediately but no one tried to contact till this time.

                                      I got call on 6th June after escalating via Twitter saying Technician will visit on or before 9th June. Today is 9th and business timings also over but no action was taken. I called multiple times today for speed up the process but unfortunately am listing same Flipkart Anthem “Apologies for delay … wait for 24 to 48 hrs and we will get back to you shortly”

                                      I don’t know what’s happening ? Why flipkart is unable to REFUND the money after escalation from customer end ? Why multiple teams wants to contact customer instead of taking the item back and refund the money ?

                                      This will show clearly your internal team communication gap and your inability in the work you are doing the business only in the brand name but your services is very poor in this kind of the cases.

                                      You are only capable to do the work if everything go’s smooth and you are incapable to handle this kind of problems.

                                      WILL YOU ABLE TO LOOK INTO IT ASAP ?
