​One of my colleague's wife got cheated of Rs 68, 900.00 on Flipkart purchase on 31-May, 2019.

Here are the details of the transaction

I inform you that unauthorized purchasing on your site using my Canara Bank debit card without my information deduct amount Rs. 68900/- from my Canara Bank a/c

31-May 2019 21:05 by debit card (Ref:[protected]

I want to cancel this order & refund payment in my a/c

Also, want to know the details of this order as this was not ordered from my side and the contact number given in this order as someone very known to

Transaction date - 07/06/2019
Transaction time - 9.05 P. M

Kindly help us in identifying this as the complainee is very poor and the amount was from the PF of the deceased husband.

      Dear Team,

      I placed and order of washing machine on 18 may 2019 for Mussoorie address and machine reached dehradun on 28 May by ekart logistics which is the third party vendor of the India’s best shopping website flipkart, and the promise delivery date is 1st of Jun 2019. So when I observes that there is no movement in my order, I called your cust care no. where Poonam answers me and advise to place new order...woow what a answer, when I asked her that I need my parcel anyhow she cut off my call.
      Now again I called cust care where palak answers me and she also advise to place new order, that we can’t do anything in this case.So I agree to place the same order with her but I asked her to plz give that product on that same on that she also denies. Wow!!!
      Now see when my packet receives at dehradun then isn’t this duty of ekart team to call me that we can not deliver your order because of out of service area what they are doing with that product for 5 days even they don’t call me I called to flipkart for the follow up of my machine. I need answer why they don’t revert me on the same day of after One day why I take follow up .Is this the way how you treat with your premium customers.
      Why you guys take the order if it is undeliverable why flipkart not gave me popup that this is undeliverable area even though if you cross check my account plenty of products I received on the same pincode.
      I am really upset with this kind of service from such a big brand. I need to gift that product to my cousin but you guys broke my heart.

      PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

        My name is rajendra singh negi and i bought one mobile phone by flipkart and I received 23rd of May 2019 and when I opened its totly defoult and I call customer care and rasied complet about damage display and panal and still thay are giving me only date to date pickup but your courier partner is saying without flipkart mail receive he will not come to pic
        Sir I am mantily very distrub about this matter and I am a heart pesent and if some miss happening with me tham my family member will do some thing to INDIAN CONSUMER COURT AND INDIAN GOVT. about this type of fraud and customer face problam too long time 23rd May to 7th Jun 2019 still they are not resolve my problam. And same issue I have exclate many time but flipkart back-end tern don't understand. I don't know how they guys working.

                I Ordered a Antivirus on Flipkart on 30th May from the Seller Retail Net. I Ordered it on 30th and they took 10 days to deliver the product, the worstest service by them, the product was delivered to me today itself and when i opened the product the product box was tampered and the seal of the Antivirus was broken already, means they sent me an used product after knowing also that this is used product the shipped that product to me.

                they must have checked the product and they knew that this is used product but then also they shipped it.

                i seriously want a complaint to be registered regarding them they have repeated same thing again, according to the reviews of this product many users have complained regarding the same issue and then also they have done the same thing.

                      I have ordered Samsung washing machine and it was delivered 3 weeks back but the installation is still pending.
                      I have raised a complaint regarding pending installation they tried and when they failed to deliver the installation and demo as promised in the website they closed the complaint fraudulently with comments as issue resolved. Please tell me without installation how can issue be resolved.
                      They should not deliver if they could not provide the services, installation and demo service was part of order as per their website. Mere delivery of product doesn't complete our order
                      The washing machine is still sealed and intact as I have not removed any clamps.

                          आपने खराब टूटा4 फूटा एयर कंडीशनर भेजे थे इसीलिए सभी लोग इंस्टॉलेशन में टाल मटोल कर समय पास कर रहे थे
                          इसीलिए आपने संपर्क के सारे रास्ते बंद कर के रखे थे
                          टूटा हुआ कि शिकायत जब सर्विस सेंटर वाले संदीप जी को बोले तो बोले कि ट्रांसपोर्टेशन में टूटा होगा क्योंकि चढ़ाव उतार करने में
                          खराब समान ग्राहकों के यहां बेचना फ्लिपकार्ट वाले लोगों की आदत है और बेचने के बाद संपर्क के सारे रास्ते को बंद कर देना
                          इसका शिकायत सर्विस सेंटर वाले संदीप जी से किया था जिसका मेरे पास प्रूफ है

                              I purchased sd card from flipkart which was not working, i did not pay attention on this when i had received it after one month i had realized that it is fake, when i contact to sandisk to check the originality of the card they confirmed that the card is not original, so please arrange to refund my amount or provide original card.
                              Reffer images i attached, please find attached images for references, i want my money back, if flipkart selling duplicate items like this they will loose all customers.

                                I have ordered a watch from Flipkart & i received different watch from what i ordered, therefore i requested Flipkart to return the money but they are rejecting since last 10 days. if i complain about it they don't even investigate it they just give me same reply all the time. below there are some proof of product which i have ordered & what i got.Also there are some screenshot of mails which i am getting exact same every time i lodge my request. i have done this 7 to 8 times but this customer service i am getting. i don't want anything else except refund for this order so i please request you Flipkart to stop cheating with people and give them what they have paid for. i ordered this on 25th may. if you cant solve this issue unfortunately i need to find some legal way to sort this out because this is not the way to reject the refund.

                                But how is the product intact if i have not got the product which i have ordered why you are posting same thing everywhere cant you see that i have posted some screenshots which is exact same with your comments

                                  I have order Krofty Flip Cover for Oppo F5 from Ekart Logistics-FMPC[protected] on Sunday, 26 May 2019. It was told that the product would reach on June 3, 2019, but it was not delivered yet. Flipkart order tracking shows that the product had arrived at the Flipkart facility, Trivandrum on Sat, June 1, but it is not yet delivered. Someone from [protected] called me on June 6, three days after the actual delivery time regarding the delivery but still it is not delivered. Highly unsatisfied regarding the Flipkart delivery.

                                    I have ordered a dress for Rs 899 and paid ₹500 through my gift card And remaining ₹399 from my card..
                                    So i got ₹399 refunded to my bank and remaining ₹500 they have not refunded...

                                        Respected Sir/Madam,

                                        I had placed Prestige PRM 3.0 rotimaker from Flipkart on June 1, 2019 and was delivered to us on June 3, 2019 and COD was made of INR 1890. However, the product was not functioning well so on June 5, 2019 a return request was placed. Now, the Flipkart is stating that the product was not delivered and they want copy of the invoice with barcode which was never given to us. Along with the product we had received Demo CD, product warranty and tax invoice which was pasted on Flipkart box. I have shared all the pictures of the product received but, they are insisting for Invoice with barcode which was not given to us at the time of delivery. Infact, on the tax invoice it states that "Ordered through Flipkart" and "TTK Prestige Limited Authorized Signature".

                                        I would kindly request your assistance on this matter and help us return the product which is not functioning nd get refund of our money as stated by Prestige.
