Sir,
My flipkart account blocked, i can't login. I have ₹ 1000 gift card balance and flipkart plus subscription. Please unblock my account.
I received a mail —

"we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."

    I was buy redmi note 6pro on13th jan 2019 at that time i was buy of rs1rupees buyback guaranty plan that time i saw buyback guaranty terms and conditions there was clearly writing, the customer shall receive the buyback gurantee value of purchase of a new phone on same brand 11, 200 rupees discount with returning the old phone before 14 sep 2019, but now i'm trying to buy redmi note 7pro there is not option to claim buyback gurantee. I was calling flipkart customer care support many times upto 3 months. They were always telling wrong information various person give me different information there is purly shame fool support of customer care. I was registered my complaints nd they were called me nd same u can't claim because of seller not given to buyback return option

    I want just say that i don't care about seller.
    I was buy buyback gurantee plan from flipkart not a seller so flipkart giving me buyback gurantee claim as soon as possible

    So please help me flipkart buyback plan is fraud

      On 21/5 I placed an order and it's shows 25/5 as delivery date to Vizag. But still now I haven't received the product. In Flipkart site it's showing on 26/5 product reached to the nearest hub. I'm getting not prompt response the Flipkart Customer care. Everyday they saying "we get back you within 48 hours". Still now the issue is not yet resolved.

        I purchase a laptop from flipkart and it is damaged when i received after that i raised a request of replacement and received same configuration laptop but is slow in performance and i updated issue on same day when laptop is replaced.
        Then i raised return request for laptop and technician visited on 28.05.19 and on dated 30.05.2019 for doa activity and it is from hp side. They declare that performance issueand keyboard is not working properly and advise flipkart to pickup laptop and refund amount to me.

        Flipkart executive had also on conference an dated 01.06.2019 and hp team guide them over the phone and inform them they sent the same mail sent to me on 30.05.2019 but they denied that they hadn't get any update from hp about technician visit.

        You are requested to please take strict action against flipkart team.

        Incident number: incident - in[protected] of flipkart.

        They are not providing me solution.

        Please find enclosed attached as proof of purchase and replacement.

          I have a flipkart affiliate account which is connected via email id birdofpassage. [protected]@gmail.com. According to flipkart affiliate policy the payment should be done when my approved payment reaches rs 5000/- and after 60 days the payment is done. My approved payment is rs 6773/- by the month of march 2019. By may 2019 i should have got the payment in my account. But i have not received the payment till now.

          I have tried to communicate flipkart affiliate team through “contact us” option of their affiliate page. But i have not received any reply so far. They do not reply or contact in any way to resolve my concern.

          I have worked very hard and earned this. It is very unfortunate that flipkart is ignoring their affiliate partners. Please take necessary action to resolve the matter.

            I was having around rs.1300 flipkart balance in the gift card balance, suddenly when i checked it was showing me only rs.100, when i contacted customer care, they informed that it has expired & i wont be able to use it.
            As far as i know, they will be sending email or message notifications before 1 week or so if the wallet balance is going to expire, but i have not received any email or message notifications regarding the same or else i would have utilized it.

            After raising this complain, they took around 12 days & now they are saying that they can not do anything regarding this as the gift card has already expired & i have lost my rs.1300.

            Being a customer this is not at all expected.
            They have to send notification if it is going to expire otherwise how we will remember the dates when it is going to expire.
            Generally for advertisement they send 1000 messages or emails for their promotions and in this case when they should send, they are not sending any such notifications.

            Hoping for some resolution here.

                I ordered 2 jeans from flipkart on 24/5/19 and paid 1777/- from my debit card and 361/-flipkart wallet. And canclled on 25/5/19 i got 361/- back in my flipkart wallet but i didn't get the refund amount in my bank account yet today is 1/6/19. They said it was not withdraw but i am having the statement of deduction of 1777/- please help me out from this issue. Thanks

                  I have ordered for 4 hp pen drives and paid rs. 1560/- to flipkart. I have received one courier on 27.05.2019 which contained only two hp pen drives upon opening the parcel, whereas bill have been supplied for 4 pen drives. Immediately i have contacted the customer care and they have promised to resolve the issue with supply of two pen drives before 1/6/19. On 31/05/2019, customer care mailed to me that they will not supply two pendrives, though i have paid for the same. I have against contacted customer care of flipkart but they have refused to supply the balance item. I am therefore complaining through this portal that flipkart is totally a fraud e-com portal which is supplying wrong/less quantity to customers. I recommend that everyone should take care before ordering through flipkart. The customer care of flipkart was rude and very unparliament even not interested to listen to me.

                  There is no question of replacement of the item. My query was that I have received only two quantity pen drives instead of paid and ordered for 4 numbers. Either the Flipkart or who have supplied the pen drives have packed only two pen drives instead of paid for 4. The reply from Flipkart shows a unimaginable attitude. Therefore now I am interested to put the matter with consumer forum through my legal representative for short supply of ordered quantity.

                    I purchased asus zenfone max pro m1 ordered on 19th may & received on 20th may
                    The day 20th itself found mobiles speakers are not working properly, i immediately made return request.
                    After 3 days technician visited on 23rd may in the road (Not from my house) but given faulty report to seller
                    Again intimated to flipkart return request same day 23rd may after 3 days technician called me but he didn't attend the service
                    Now no refund & no rectification of faulty mobile which is received from flipkart
                    Need help to resolve this issue from flipkart
                    Asus zenfone max pro m2 32g blue variant is out of stock, so can you tell me till what time it will be available .
                    And also i asked from asus help centre about this and they. said its available .

                          I have booked a birthday gift from flipkart. The company promise me that delivery will me on jun 1st. Still yesterday its shown as delivery should me on june 1st. But today it's showm as june 5th. Flipkart says its in cochin as of 31 st. But cochin to perumbavoor have 1 hrs bus travelling.
                          My friend birthday is today. My entire plan is dropped with this delay. Only the dtdc have this issue.

                              I have ordered body weighing machine of granny smith bolt vide order no. Od[protected] dt. 23th may, 2019 through flipkart online website. But the flipkart delivered virgo (Local made) instead of the above company and played mischief and fraud. I have experienced this problem earlier also when i have ordered hanging weighing machine. Thus, the flipkart people plays mischief and fraud upon the gullible persons.

                              I am attaching the photograph of the ordered item and the wrong item delivered for your kind perusal. Since the size is huge i could not attach photograph.

                                I bought a redmi note 5 pro in february 2019. Along with that i also purchased flipkart's sub brand jeeves mobile protection plan! Now i want to file a claim and when i call jeeves, they don't pick up my call. I have tried both numbers o jeeves and also tried calling flipkart consumer care more than 10 times. None of them are picking up calls and jeeves is getting me to wait on hold for 10 minutes and more yet no one answers! Tired and disturbed with such pathetic service!

                                    After my got blocked, i'm not able to use my flipkart gift card. So i call customer care and i told them that since my account is blocked how can i get my flipkart balance and they told me that we will send flipkart gift card balance to your account please send your account details on via email and it will be credited on 27th of may.
                                    But i didn't receive yet.

                                    Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on May 27, 2019. However, if the refund is not reflecting, requested customer to contact the bank with the reference number shared. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                      Sir i buy tv vu premium android 4k 43 incheson 25/5/19 he installed on 26/5/19 evening tv colours and picture clarity problem. And usb play pad not working. I complaint on 27/5/19 to flipkart
                                      He told services technician sloved ur problem
                                      29/5/19 technician came saw tv it manfature defalt he told me tv send to return flipkart
                                      Flipkart he told any manfature defalt. Return within 10 days still now date 1/5/19 problem not sloved
                                      Sir please help me. Next time i don't buy anything in flipkart sir please help me please request take action on flipkart

                                        मेने की हुई कंप्लेन का मुझे सही १ महीने के बाद भी जवाब नही मिल पाया है आप के जो भी एक्जीक्यूटिव ने हर बार अलग अलग कारण दिए गए है। आपसे निवेदन है कि मुझे उसका सही जवाब मिले।
                                        और मेरी दूसरी कंप्लेन के मुताबिक जो एसी रिल्पेस करना है वोभी अभी तक नहीं किया गया है जो जलसे जलद कराया जाए ऐसी मेरी आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं।
                                        आज दोपहर के २:०० बजे के करीब फोन पे बात चित में बताया कि यदि मजे अपके एक्जीक्यूटिव ने बताया कि आपको प्रॉडक्ट का रिफंड
                                        अगर मेरी दोनो कंप्लेन सॉल्यूशन नही हो सकता हे तो मजे मेरा १००% मनी रीफंड किया जाए

                                        मेरी ऐ उपरोक्त कंप्लेन के बाद उसके रिगार्डिंग आप के एक्ससीक्यूट के साथ बात चित के बाद ऐसी को रिप्लेसमेंट करने का डिसाइड हुआ था और दिनांक २७/०५/१९ को रिप्लेसमेंट हुआ मगर मुझे जो ac दिया गया है रिप्लेस करके उसका कंपनी शील ओर बॉक्स को पहले खोला गया है और फिरसे पेक करके मुझे दिया गया है इसके अलावा ac का इनडोर पार्ट जो है वो २०१८ का है। ( फोटोस मेने अटैचमेंट किए हैं) ओर मेने fipkart में उस ओडर को रेटिंग भी नही दिया है मगर एप्लिकेशन में 1 स्टार बात रहा है और need help का ओप्शन भी नही आ रहा कि में कोई कंल्पलाईन कर सकु और मुझे 10 दिन की रिप्लेसमेन्ट पोलिसी भी नही मिल रही है। ऊसके बारे में मेने कलही दिनांक २७/०५/१९ को आपके कस्टमर केर को फोन करके कंप्लेन की हु ई है।
                                        मेरी कंप्लेन को आपके excucative जो फॉलोअप कर रहे थे वो भी अब फॉलोअप नही कर रहे है।
                                        मुजे ऐसा लग रहा हैकि fipkart मुजे चिट कर रहा है ।
                                        Sir आपसे विनंती हे कि मेरी प्रोब्लेम का जल्द से जल्द सॉल्यूशन मुजे दिया जाए।
                                        जो फोटो और स्क्रीन सोर्ट अपलोड नहीं होने के कारण में नहीं भेज पाया हूं सर।

                                        और फिपकर्ट से मुझे कोई रेस्नपोंस नहीं मिल रहा है
                                        जब में फ्लिपकार्ट के कॉस्टमोर केर में कॉल करता हूं तो मुझे बताया जाता हे की मेरी कंप्लेन सीनियर के पास है वो आपको कॉल करेगे मगर लास्ट 2 दिन में कॉल भी नहीं आया और नहीं कोई ईमेल आया है ।
                                        दो बार कॉल आया मगर मेरे रीसिव्ड करने पर सामने से कोई बात नथी करता और थोड़ी देर के बाद कॉल कट हो जाता है

                                        मेरी उस प्रोडक्ट को रिटर्न्स करने की लास्ट तारीख 6/6/2019 थी तो मुजे तबतक कोई सोलुशन नही मिला तो मेने प्रोडक्ट को रिटर्न्स रिक्वेस्ट की ओर तब मेने उसमे मैन्शन भी किया कि मुजे स्पेसिफिकेशन के मुताबित प्रोडक्ट दिया जाए या मेरा 100% जोभी खर्चा हुआ है इस प्रोडक्ट पे वो रिफण्ड दिया जाए उसके रेगार्डिंग आज फ्लिपकार्ट से इश मेरी रिक्वेस्ट कैन्सल का इस प्रकारका ईमेल आया है।

                                        तो में बताना चाहता हु की फ्लिपकार्ट पे प्रोडक्ट के बारें में जो स्पेसिफिकेशन दिए गए है वैसा प्रोडक्ट लेने का ओर जो सर्विसेज है जैसे कि इंस्टुलेशन की वो मिलने की या मेरा जो खर्चा इस प्रोडक्ट पे हुआ है वो वापस लेने का मुजे एक कस्टमर के नाते मेरा हक बनता है वो हक दिलाने की आपसे विनंती करता हूँ।
                                        मेने आज जो फ्लिपकार्ट के ग्रीवन्स ऑफ़सर को पूरी details में आज ईमेल किया है। वो निम्नलिखित है
                                        मेने दिनांक ६/६/१९ को मेने आपके फ्लिपकार्ट से खरीदा हुआ लग का 1.5 टन के ac
                                        को रिटर्न्स किया था जिसकी return id हे[protected] और उसके
                                        रेगार्डिंग आपको उसी तारीख को 6.15 p.m को ईमेल भी किया था उसमें मेने सबकुछ
                                        लिखा था मगर आज जो email आपको फॉरवर्ड कर रहा हु उस से मुजे बताया गया कि मेने
                                        बताये कारण मेसे कोई कारण नही हे कि वो ac रिटर्न्स किया जाए
                                        तो आपको मेने जो कारण बताए थे उसके बारे में आपको details में बताना चाहता
                                        हूं ।
                                        1. मुजे जो प्रोडक्ट मिला है वो कंपनी की पैकिंग नही लगती उसके फ़ोटो मेने
                                        28.5.19 को ईमेल से की शिकायत में भेजे हुुए हे और आज इस ईमेल से दुुुआरा
                                        भेेेजे हैै।
                                        2. Ac का इंडोर मुजे bee रेटिंग 2018 है और आपकी ओर से प्रोडक्ट के
                                        डिस्क्रिप्शन में वो 2019 बताया गया है उसके रीगार्डिग फ़ोटो में फिर से इस
                                        ईमेल से भेज रहा हु
                                        3. मेने इस दोनो कारणों की शिकायत 27.5.19 customer केर में फोन करके ओर
                                        28.5.19 को ईमेल करके बताया और मैने कई बार कस्टमर केर में कॉल भी किया था
                                        मगर मुजे कई सोलुशन नही मिला
                                        4. अभी तक कोई इंस्टुलेशन के लिए भी कोई नही आया है।
                                        5 जब पहले रिप्लेश के दौरान मेने आपके एक्स्क्यूटिव कके साथ जो बात हुई थी उस
                                        दौरान भी मेने बताया था कि मुजे स्पेसिफिकेशन के बुता बिक100% क्वॉलिटी वाली
                                        ac रिप्लेसमेन्ट में मिले और आपके एक्ससीक्यूट ने कहाथा की मुजे स्पेसिफिकेशन
                                        के बुता बिक100% क्वॉलिटी वाली ओरिजिनल ac मिलेगा मगर ऐसा नही हुआ।
                                        6. मेने रिटर्न्स के दौरान बताया था कि मुजे रिप्लेसमेन्ट के बजाय रिफंड करने
                                        की बात आये तो मुजे मेने ऑडर के दौरान पे किया था वो और जो 2 EMI का भुगतान
                                        किया है उसमें जो इंस्ट्रेस्ट पे किया है वो और EMI केंसल करने के लिए बैंक जो
                                        चार्ज लगाए वो और इंस्टुलेशन चार्ज जो मेने पहले दिया था वो मुजे चुकाया जाए
                                        क्युकी मेने कोई गलती की नही है ।
                                        कृपया आपसे मेरी गुजारिश हे की मुजे जल्द से जल्द मुजे रिप्लेसमेन्ट करके
                                        मुजे स्पेसिफिकेशन के बुता बिक100% क्वॉलिटी वाली ओरिजिनल ac मिले या मुुजे जो
                                        पॉइंट नो. 6 के मुताबिक रीफण्ड दिया जाए।
