My flipkart account is blocked for no reason i conplaint to a customer care that my order is getting auto cancelled they said they will concern to thier team and get back to me after 2 days my flipkart account is blocked by saying that system notices unusual returns í have not return any product since last 1 year then how system detect that i have shopped more than 1 lakh till now nd also a flipkart plus member i also mailed to the flipkart [protected]@flipkart.com but they are forwarding me the same mail customer care are saying they can't help i need my id back my login is blocked by flipkart for no reason if there is a reason then let me understand give me the prove

    Order id -[protected]

    Marq split ac 1 ton, this order was cancelled by the seller giving bogus reason that the courier can not deliver to my address (Which is shocking) without any prior consent or disclosure or consent. As a result i had incurred expenses on the anticipation of the ac is coming which amounts to rs 5000 (Materials and electrician charges).

    The order was set to be delivered by 30th may, 2019. However, the order was cancelled by the seller. On calling the customer care they can only feel sorry for me and nothing else no solution.

    I need a compensation from flipkart. This is not a way to do business, this is cheating.

      I have placed order for samsung gear 3 on 2gud.com order id : od[protected] on
      17 march 2019, product was delivered on 19 march 2019 and when i opened it was insisted of
      Samsung watch i got a intex smart watch (Seal was open but it was full box all accessories)
      Within an hour i have placed a return of this order on 19 march 2019 6.39 pm, on the next day
      I got a message saying that "sorry return request cannot be processed" i didn’t get any call or
      Any information regarding this return they simply cancelled my return request

      Again on 20 march 2019 i have placed request another return request and it was cancelled on
      21 march 2019 without any information. (Screenshot added)
      On 21 march 2019 again placed request for return, again cancelled on 22 march 2019,

      On 24 march 2019 2gud have blocked my account, i was unable to login to my account to make
      Another request. So i contacted them via facebook they told me that they will contact me,
      By evening i got call from 2gud they asked me 24 hrs. For resolving my issue again there was
      No information regarding my order so i contacted again via facebook on 26 march 2019, next day
      On 27 march 2019 they told me seller have sent me a correct product and they will not replace
      Or return this order.

      I have gave all evidence such product photos, package photos etc... But without even calling
      One time 2gud have rejected all request and blocked my account.

      Since the package was not in good condition i took photos before opening the package
      Seal of the package was open and repacked with transparent tape it was barely noticeable.

      Most interesting thing is that 2gud don't have a customer care no or mail even the help
      Section on app or website is not working. There is no way to contact 2gud under any
      Circumstance even if we manage to put a request for call back or mail they will not respond
      To it.

      I purchased from seller named gadgetsclub, in my case seller have done fraud with me,

      He sent me a intex watch insisted of samsung gear, he knows 2gud customer care is crapy.

      So please do needful for the same.

        I have ordered a formal shirt on 14th may which i recieved on 16th. But after opening i have seen that the no brand tag was available there n the colour is also different from what i have ordered! I immediately raised a return request but it was put under awaited approval! I waited for 3 days but it got cancelled! I created return request again by putting it under different category so that if wishmaster come and ignore to take the product too but if he comes i can be able to understand thats whats needed to be done next. But it got cancelled again. I again created under different category but it is still under awaited approval! N i know that it will get cancelled again! The order id is od[protected]. Registered mobile no is [protected]. I don't use this number much so request to contact on [protected] n solve this harassment from the seller n u guys! I want to return the product immediately!               I want to know when i will get unused amount of my gift card. My card got expired just 5 days back on 21st may 2019.                 laptop invoice doesn't contain serial number of the laptop

                Recently (Order date is 14.05.2019) i have purchased a hp 15q apu dual core a9 - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home/2 gb graphics) 15q-by002ax laptop" from flipkart and the seller is retailnet.
                I have got the invoice of my laptop in my registered email address and also got a hardcopy of the same inside the box. But it is o[censored]tmost surprise that the serial number of the laptop has not been mentioned in the invoice. You know serial number...

                      When the phone is delivered to me ? I saw the this product is not same .                               Flipkart call me you can wait 72 hours after the 120 hours spend i will comments the flipkart online page facebook, instagram after we comment and we recieved a call from flipkart coustmer care deepavthi madam call me and tell me you can wait 24-48 hour
                              I wait 48 hours but no reponse flipkart mail recieve me flipkart tell me seller can compliant a fir ok i tell i have no problem you can compliant to the police after 48 hours flipkart mail recieved and tell me

                                  This indiflasmart seller also rejected 4th times my refund request and dont know flipkart 10days policy is where working

                                  This is like flipkart own franchise who done fraud with all customer and after receiving payment in advance give worse product or defective product

                                  And when we make return application this seller alwsy reject refund request all time

                                  That means he done fraud all time to all customer and still if he is in flipkart site as seller that means its flipkart own seller or franchise of flipkart

                                  Hopefully consumer complaint help me regarding my order

                                  Bcz i hv made 2 request of complaints here about this seller of flipkart site and flipkart replies that problm resolved here in revert but actualyy no refund issued yet they are lapses time frame of 10days only in my case 4days by technician 3days by seller and now only 3 days lapse dont know flipkart resolving this or not within these days but im sure if no refund is made i file appeal to court about flipkart for compensation about this and make sure seller shop permanently closed by my lawyers

                                    I have lost my phone number that is registered with my flipkart account and hence that number is pretty much inaccessible to me, now as i'm trying to update my new phone number with flipkart, it keeps sending otp's to the old number & so i'm unable to update my phone number.
                                    I need some immediate assistance with this issue as not only is this thing hampering my orders but it is also a threat to my account. I tried to reach flipkart's customer team but i'm yet to receive any resolution. I hope i'm provided with the resolution now as soon as possible.

                                      Dear flipkart team

                                      I was ordered an item of red mi note 7 pro on the date of 8th may 2019 at 11:59 am with od[protected] and it was delivered to me on the date of 10th may 2019 and after few days by using i came to know that the speaker is not working properly so i have raised a complaint for the replacement of same product and it was accepted with replacement id:[protected] but the issue is i have not received the same product i. E. Red mi note 7 pro rather than that i have received some different product i. E. Asus and also i have attached the snapshots of the product and the box which inside the box seal was broken i need an immediate action on this by taking your product back and refund the amount and i don’t know that where this product was stolen/exchanged, surely i can say that the product was not delivered with intact to me kindly make an inquiry on this and refund the amount by taking your product back otherwise i will go through the consumer court by charging a notice to the seller and flip-kart i hope you guys will not take up to the court.

                                      This clearly shows that FLIPKART is cheating the people's by giving a bloody different product and then if you riase a query they will close your account and they will put the mail that, you will be no longer to login to your account, when i was recieved a different product i immediately called the executive and explained the issue and raised a return request and also i was shared the details still also they are closed my account by not clearing my issue, i have ordered only one product in my new account and they are saying that High no of return i think flipkart people's have lost their bloody mind and doing nonsense things like this i need immediate action on this.

                                      I'm not believing that flipkart is trustworthy because this type of incidents are happened lot of times and that all are seen in this CONSUMER COMPLAINT only and then I'm trying to reach the flipkart executive but the call was not getting connected this is all FRAUD flipkart, i have ordered only one product that to also i have recieved a different product and they are telling you have High no of return in your purchase history this is clearly shows that how Chester they are l, if the flipkart team is got my complaint call me immediately on the mentioned no i need solutions that's it otherwise I'll not sitting simply I'll take upto SUPREME COURT surely,

                                      Intentionally they putting the call on hold and not resolving the problem, I'm using the AMAZON shopping also and this was never happened with AMAZON this is the only online shopping that doing FRAUD sales and cheating the people's i don't hope so this will survive for a long time, when I'm having all the proofs for not recieving the proper PRODUCT and even they blocked ny account.

                                      You are not supposed to close the account without resolving the problem and for your kind information i have only one order in my purchase history then how it comes High no of return tell me that first after that I'll come to my issue??
