I ordered below mobile from fllipkart and it was received with display issues.

Left hand image a50 - poorvika shop mobile.
Right hand image a50 - flipkart online purchase.

See the attached image and solve the issue

Display is not clearely shows the images and it's have some blur issue itself.

I have called to your executives and told them about this issues and expect for support

But i didn't get any support from flipkart also
Customer care people doesn't provide exact solution while called.

So kindly i request you to take back your mobile and provide replacement and refund.

I am fully disappointed about your service and support.

        Amount deducted from bank account but no comfirmation message or email received from flipkart regarding my order. Specific order was not even appeared in order section. And no notification regarding the order status.. The items continued to appear in cart even after the payment deducted.           15th may i have ordered lgxboom ok45 payment also done from my credit card but today i got a email seller cancelled my order and reason out of stock however my brother also ordered same item after my order and his order got shipped if his order got shipped so how possible my order out of stock now the same seller increased the price of the same item earlier price was 6999 now price 12999 its a major complaint i spoke to flip kart people nobody able to help in this complaint they just have a answer will speak to the seller and u can place a new order i asked who is responsible for the difference amount they said we can only refund 1000 rupees for the new order if price difference more than 1000 then we cant help horrible exp with flip kart. My order id od[protected]. Flipkart previous reply customer raised complaint regarding order get cancelled, as we interacted with the customer and assist customer that seller has agreed to provide the difference amount of the new order placed to your bank account which will be equal or less than to rs. 1000/-. The refund of the amount will be processed once the fresh order is delivered. Please replay in the mail thread once you are able to successfully place new order. Hence, we are closing this case. I dont understand if i place a new order now price for the same item is 14699 and my order price was 6462 who is responsible for the 8237 higher difference amount. My previous grievance number: 1323570 on your website it got closed by flipkart.

            I have previously posted 2 complaint where in first complaint flipkart told me that
            "account is blocked due to technical error but now this error has fixed" .
            But still my account is blocked then i posted second complaint about my account not activated yet and they replied me that there system observe that I am reselling the product. I don't know in what basis they are deciding.
            I just help my uncle to order item for him, he don't know how to do order online, since he is not educated.
            Now my uncle is afraid of buying things from online.
            This incident discourage him to make purchases from online.
            If things happen like this how can we say our country is digitalis.
            I have try to reach them all possible way but they never told me in what basis they observe that I'm reselling, if i know then i can make u clear but they didn't clearfy me.. Being a plus member this is how i suffering.
            Seriously never expected from flipkart .
            And also flipkart told me that my flipkart gift card will be transferred to my account on 27th May but i didn't received yet.

              Hi! I am Bivas Mondal, my email : bivas.[protected]@gmail.com. I am a regular buyer at Flipkart till last two weeks. I am not able to log into my account for 2 weeks now. I have tried to change my password as well. But whenever I try to change it, it sends verification mail containing otp but doesn't let me change it. I have tried to contact Flipkart but they didn't provide much help. They kept uttering that they will send an e-mail from which I will be able to do so. But after 2 weeks of waiting, I am disappointed. So, my request is to you of you kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue ASAP.

                    Flipkart concern team first you have to understand what's problem i am facing...
                    I didn't anything wrong, i got some technical error from flipkart app, i wasn't return high number of products, i am valuable customer as you said i was purchased lot of high value products, i recently purchased "fossil wristwatch" it was dead on arrival when i received so that's why i try to raise a return request, that time i got some technical error because of poor internet connection suddenly i got a error message "login unsuccessful please try after some minute" i don't know why it happened, i had sent lot of emails to you but you not provided exact solution. Please understand my situation bcoz that product is10000rs worthy, it dead on arrival when i received so i need to return or replacement it has only 10 days left for return period, i just asking only for raise a return request of that product. I need to return last purchased product bcoz it was damaged when i received, that is10000rs worthy product "fossil dark brown watch" order placed on may 07, 2019 order id od[protected], i got a unexpected error with flipkart app i unable to login i don't know why it came i didn't anything wrongly just understand my situation, i contacted to customer support team, they said please revert on this mail we will surely solved your problem, that's why i mailed to you, one more thing i only need to just return or replacement the purchased product that's all otherwise i not expect unnecessary statements from you. Just understand what's my exact problem.

                    Note: i have attached product invoice check it and one thing the product return time is only 10 days left so i need a quick resolution.

                      Its 8th day now and this is my second complaint regarding my order, nobody is helping me in this regard.
                      Worst experience with flipkart - i have ordered redmi note 7 pro on 22th may 2019 from flipkart. The expected delivery of the product was on 23rd may as it was shown in flipkart delivery option.
                      At 7:45 am in the morning from +91-[protected] by ekart executive that i am coming now, i said i have kept my office address so please come by 10 am as i am not in office, he very rudely said "phir main 2 baje ayga" i said okay come by 2 pm. When he didnt came up at 2 pm i called him ke where are you bhayya he said he will come by 4 pm, at 4 pm he again didnt came up then i called him again and he said ke woh kahin nikal gaya hai ab nai ayga, then i told him i had waited for whole day and now you are saying this, then he said main nai ara ja jo karna hai karle. This is the way these ekart people are talking.

                      Today its 28th may and i still didnt get my mobile. I am regularly in touch with customer care every day morning to evening and every time i have to explain to them the whole case. Now the worst thing is that delivery guy has notified them that i had rejected the order. I paid 17000 rs in advance and why would i rejecting the order. Flipkart customer care is also not doing anything and my order is been delayed by 5 days and i want the compensation now. I want my full money return along with the mobile. I have all the records in writing which i had spoken to customer care

                      Today is 12th day of placing the order and 10 days of continuous following up with Flipkart customer care.
                      No solution is been given as of now, i still didn't receive my order which was placed on 22 may 2019 and promised to deliver on 23rd may.
                      Tired of following up with flipkart customer care since last 7 days. I am highly dis-appointed with this behavior of flipkart. they are not even telling when i will receive my order...
                      Ekart tracking is continuously putting fake status of order rejection from my end, however not for a single time i did that.

                      Its 12th day of placing the order of redmi mobile and i still don't get my order.
                      No solution or resolution is given by Flipkart, i have paid 17000 in advance and it was promised to get the delivery on 23th may. Till now no information is available about my order.
                      I request consumer forum to take some action on it otherwise their is no point of doing complaint here.

                      I want my order with full money return due to delay without any reason.

                            As per flipkart policy installation might complete within two working days from delivery.

                              I have purchased only one product that to redmi not 7 pro and when i have recieved this product on 10th may after a few days i have noticed that speaker was not working properly so i asked for replacement and the replacement was accepted but after receiving the product on the date of 25th and box seal was broken and tye product was not an redmi note 7 pro so immediately i spoken with the executive shivani and raised a return request and next day ie 26th may it was rejected by the seller and again same day i have contacted the executive and explained the same issue and he raised a complaint at same day evening i have recieved a mail from customer support naveen kumar saying that your account had been blocked bcz of high no return in your purchase history but i have purchased only one product in my account that to received a different product and they are saying high no of return this is shown that they are cheating the people's and after if they're raised any queries without informing they will block tha account if tried calling they will not answer.

                                Another issue going on from 19th may with flipkart is tracked under reference incident: in[protected]

                                Flipkart is not providing proper information to customer and every representative is telling new story. They are not believing the customer but blindly believes their supplier. They claimed that they refunded the amount for the cancelled item on 19th may itself and forced me to check with bank. I did all possible things that they asked me to do and also proved now that the refund is not initiated. Earlier they mentioned refund is completed and today they mentioned that they did not even charge for the cancelled product but i proved that all are wrong statement by showing my card statement. Why are they not able to find the refund status. Is there no process in place. Before even contacting me they can check from their side itself that how much amount charged for that order in dispute. They simply trying to force the customer to contact bank wasting all of our time. Flipkart wasted their time, i wasted my time and bank wasted their time. If we have proper process in place we all could have saved our valuable time here.

                                I have the complete mail thread and i can attach it here if you guys want it. I am not doing that now as it has my bank statement as well.

                                I just checked my SMS and also the amount charged as per statement. It seems they have not charged it. I sent a mail to Flipkart as well. I am withdrawing this complaint.

                                  I received my dektron led tv order 17 may 2019 and installation date fixed by flipkart on 20th may, but till date 29 may 2019 installation pending, i complaint already 5-7 time everyday. But still not responding and also flipkart customer excutive told me if i done my led tv installation personally or outside than guarantee and warranty not applicable on led tv.

                                  I am very upset and very angry, i want to claim 5 times of my original value please suggest me how can i do that.

                                  i wait already 10 days more for installation date which fixed by flipkart. My time is my Money so i need my Time Back, if flipkart could that, if its is possible please return my time.or if it's not possible than i need money 5 times of order value.

                                  Flipkart are delaying my request, already its about 12 days and they are delaying more and there is no proper response from the flipkart side.
                                  One thing I Want to make clear that I want 5 time compensation for the delay and ignorance of there customer so casually. Kindly take suitable action.

                                  It has been 16 days since installation date but there is no proper action on my complaint, I request consumer forum to take strict action against flipkart on my loss. I want compensation against the delay for 16 days on wasting my valuable time on listening to the flipkart team without any proper solution. This is unbearable from such a irresponsible behavior of such a big firm, kindly take suitable action not only for me but customer like me who are suffering from this kind of situation. My complete hopes lies with you all kindly bring some action imposed on my request.

                                    I placed a return request for the product name as maniac
                                    Striped men round or crew dark green, black t-shirt with order id :od[protected] and replacement id was[protected]. After 4 days waiting yesterday replacement product is delivered.

                                    Once again you successfully delivered a wrong product. What i seen in the website that is completely different the product which is delivered to me.

                                    I have attached a images from website and the product delivered. I disappointed again. Please deliver the product what i shown in the website otherwise refund my money. Please don't waste my time again and again.

                                    Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the return has been initiated on May 29, 2019 and once the product is picked the refund shall be completed in 2 business days. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

                                      Has been more than 18 days and still i haven't received a refund which i
                                      Should got for free installation of my livpure air conditioner. It was
                                      Advertised as free installation but technician refused to do so. Hence
                                      Called flipkart and was advised by a rep that i need to give money and get
                                      Invoice. If i would forward that i'll be getting a refund which i've done
                                      Before 16 days still i didn't receive a refund. People here don't provide
                                      Resolution but fake promiss and sometimes they're too rude and i'm still
                                      Attached here without money. Not sure why it had been this much delay. The
                                      Worst here is they keep on postponing the resolution date more than 5 times
                                      And its going to be month end. The due amount is 1599. Now i regret i
                                      Should not have gone for flipkart since they use bait and switch
                                      Tactics.. Need your help to get refund i've all the email threads where
                                      Flipkart provided fake promises saying that i'd be receiving a refund

                                        I have ordered a kurti, which it displayed as get by tomorrow morning 11am, but after i order, the delivery date has changed to 1st of june, but i need it for 31st may, i have ordered the package on 28/5/19 at 4.45pm so request to send the parcel before 31sty May.there is a function on 1st june so wanted immediately
