Flipkart concern team first you have to understand what's problem i am facing...
I didn't anything wrong, i got some technical error from flipkart app, i wasn't return high number of products, i am valuable customer as you said i was purchased lot of high value products, i recently purchased "fossil wristwatch" it was dead on arrival when i received so that's why i try to raise a return request, that time i got some technical error because of poor internet connection suddenly i got a error message "login unsuccessful please try after some minute" i don't know why it happened, i had sent lot of emails to you but you not provided exact solution. Please understand my situation bcoz that product is10000rs worthy, it dead on arrival when i received so i need to return or replacement it has only 10 days left for return period, i just asking only for raise a return request of that product. I need to return last purchased product bcoz it was damaged when i received, that is10000rs worthy product "fossil dark brown watch" order placed on may 07, 2019 order id od[protected], i got a unexpected error with flipkart app i unable to login i don't know why it came i didn't anything wrongly just understand my situation, i contacted to customer support team, they said please revert on this mail we will surely solved your problem, that's why i mailed to you, one more thing i only need to just return or replacement the purchased product that's all otherwise i not expect unnecessary statements from you. Just understand what's my exact problem.
Note: i have attached product invoice check it and one thing the product return time is only 10 days left so i need a quick resolution.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.

what kind of reply you sent..? i think flipkart customer teams are uneducated peoples.
your sent damaged item that why i raise a return request but what you did.. ? you just block my account without any information, the purchased product price is 10780rs, who will provide this money to me for that damaged product..?

poor customer service and cheating flipkart, i never seen this before.
No solution or resolution is given by Flipkart, i have paid 17000 in advance and it was promised to get the delivery on 23th may. Till now no information is available about my order.
I request consumer forum to take some action on it otherwise their is no point of doing complaint here.
I want my order with full money return due to delay without any reason.
