I have ordered wildcraft sandals which is smaller in size then actual 8 size and shown in size chart. Even size is not mentioned on sandel. And i made return request on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th june 2019 respectively. And ever day i got a message our ekart wish master will pik up product till 9pm keep the product ready. But no one comes here to pick up the product and every evening when i check the status of return it shows return cancelled. Everyday im getting disappointed from you.

Again my return request has been cancelled today for the same product mentioned above with order id OD[protected].. Can i have any other option then consumer court .. I am very upset with flipkart Online. Never experienced this type of poor service from any other shopping site...

We have placed a MI LED tv order which was cancelled without any update.
Compliant number-IN101905290913490437546 is also closed without any notification to customer.
Not sure who can solve this.

    Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
    Demo and installation not done by lg authorized person with in time.
    I have order moto g (3rd generation) mobile phone with order id[protected] and it is deliver on 22-may-2019.There is a problem with mobile charger my phone is not charg with this charger so i request you to please replase my charger.

      I recently ordered a sports accessory from flipkart. The item i received was a fake. I know this for sure because the picture on flipkart was different than the item i received and i have also bought this same product before from the market. I have also had friends who have received bad quality duplicates of other products from different products on ordering from flipkart this website cannot be trusted. They can cheat their own consumers or even worse do not know what is happening on their website.

          Dear team;
          There are 2 serious complaints with flipkart and i am really harassed with the flipkart services:
          1) i had got a fake call from mobile no. [protected] they had all my details of flipkart orders, my shipping address, phone no. And they offers a gift of 5 lacks or a car by simply doing registration of rs6600.. My issue is how my details are shared to such a frauds this is totally company security issue.. I had complaint the same to flipkart but they are unable to resolve..
          2) i had order a shoes of bata blocker shoes (#order no. Od[protected], they delivered different product, size prize and took 17 days to delivery.. And after complaining simply say we will return it..

          Pls help for the same so that these online sites must not cheat..

The seller has confirmed the return has been initiated on 4 Jun 19 and will be completed on 06 Jun 19 and also that any offers appearing anywhere other than on our website (https://www.flipkart.com), Flipkart Lite/mobile site or app are not from sellers on our portal. Also, we have informed the customer that in case of any monetary loss due to fraud by such websites, to file a complaint with the cyber cell for support. Further, informed the customer that the customer can choose to initiate legal action against the spammer/spamming organization too. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
          I bought mi note 7 pro and was delivered on 1sr jun 2019. However when i unboxed the mobile, facebook account is logged in with someone else and also 2 3 application preinstanlled with unknown account. This is a big security breach from the company.

          I tried to order Classic Polyester Adults Net Single bed Mosquito Net (Pink) on 31 May 2019 and i payed through SBI Net banking.Though the payment was successful the order was not placed.I tried to call customer care and they responded that the payment was not reflected.

            I ordered a product with exchange as i have buyback guarantee program opted. At the time of delivery, the delivery guy says that this phone cannot be taken as flipkart policies were changed. You need to raise a complaint and send pictures. Once we get approval, we accept it otherwise we need to pay for the exchange price. He further said, flipkart will take only new phones in mint condition and go for amazon if you need to exchange. Flipkart will deny the product. Accordingly, i raised a complaint and sent pictures. I sent them twice. It's been 4 days, they are not giving any update. I shared pictures on social media and sent them twitter asking what's the reason for denying. They are giving irrelevant replies. I don't know why there are holding the delivery in the name of exchange. The buyback guarantee looks like fraud. They are cheating customers in the name of buyback program making us to pay for it and later denying the product without proper reasons.

                For the past few months, game zone is not functioning on my account.
                I am able to open the game zone but the game just won't start.
                It just says something's wrong here. We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions
                And provides an option to go back to game zone.
                As far as i know and i have read, i have not violated any of the terms and conditions.
                How can this discrepancy be resolved?

                  My brother already got a msg that ur order has been delivered but the item is not in his hands means they haven't delivered in his address till now. The delivery boy called only once and since he is not able to pick up the call at one time he is not calling again and shows that the the item is delivered this is the worst thing i have ever seen and plus the amount has been already paid, i wonder where he has delivered that product. Now who is going to take consideration of this things not able to contact that person even.

But on 2nd june 2019 request was cancelled and i made another return request through customer care on 2nd june which is also cancelled without any reason. And now on 4th june i called on your helpline no. One of the your customer executive told me return was cancelled because due to product mismatched. But no one visit here or even no call has been received by be from courier boy and i how he gave the reason that product is maimatching.

                      I ordered 2 bags on order id - od[protected], on 15th may, 2019 from the great website flipkart!
                      I want those orders as soon as possible, but still due to constraint factors, flipkart promised me the delivery by 21st may, 2019.
                      I was being continuously poked and being asked by family members, for when will i be receiving my orders.
                      I have't received my orders yet, (Its 4th june, 2019) wheres the expected delivery date is showing to be 27th may, 2019!!! :p
                      And now its june 4, and i just received a call from "senior end" of flipkart asking me to cancel that order and make a fresh order on a price which is 1000 rs. More.
                      Is that fair?
                      So called great saving days from flipkart are meant to create such issues?
                      Now, i understand that why people are shifting towards other websites, because flipkart is not able to serve its customers properly.

                      I have purchased Pureit Advanced Germkit 1500L for Rs800 plus delivery charge. The MRP printed on the above mentioned item is only Rs599. The seller Hyderabad sales have charged Rs.200 more than the MRP and issued aTax Invoice.

                        I have bought the realme 3 pro mobile with mobile protection plan. As per the condition i suppose to receive the policy number within 24 hours of mobile delivery. But after 4 days i get the message that protection policy has been cancelled and amount has been refunded. I bought this mobile because of the warranty benifits. Without informing policy has been cancelled after buying the mobile. This is completly scam/fraud. Please provide me the mobile protection policy.

                        Hello Flipkart. Thank you for the honest effort to provide the solution. But i contacted the seller and asked then about the mobile protection policy. They are not helping. They kept my on hold for more than 15 minutes and offered me call back. Which i never got. Please let me know what we can do next.

                        I ordered for VLCC Anti Tan Facial kit( 60 g) and VlCC Party Glow Facial kit(60 g). But I received only Anti Tan Facial kit(60 g) at the same price. On the outside of pack there is details about two products but inside of the pack only one product is there.

                          Dear sir,
                          I had ordered for a flipkart smartbuy breeze personal air cooler worth rs 4, 699 on 16 th june 2019 and made online payment of the product. My order id is od[protected].

                          Then i had cancelled the product on the same date. They had inform me that i would get my refund by 21 june, 2019. Even after that also i have not received my refund. On 25th june, i called the customer care and lodged my complaint. They assured me that i would get my refund by 29th june, and a senior officer would contact me. None contacted me. I did not receive my refund by 29 june. Then i again called them on 30th june, they assured me they are looking in to the matter and would do my refund by 24 hour. That same night my order status became refund completed, and they had provided me a transaction number. On seeing that no money has entered my account, i again called them. They told me to go to the bnk and show them the reference number. I went the bank personel informed me that no such transaction has occured, and thats a false transaction id. I again called them, this continued. They have send me to the bank 3 times, and i have not recieve my refund nor any call from their senior officer.
                          I would request you to look into the matter and take serious action against them, and issue my refund asap.

                              I got a call from person introduced as job consultant and he used my card details to make online shopping on flipkart amount rs 29990/- through my debit card. I have been blocked my debit card now. Please cancelled the order and return money to my account. I really regret my mistake and i will ensure this will not happened in future.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    On 28th of May 2019, I had booked a phone (Poco F1) and opted exhange offer with my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7). On 31st of May, Flipkart's delivery executive came to deliver the Poco F1 phone and did not accept my Galaxy S7 as the S7 has scratches and dents on its metal rim. The front and back glass are as good as new. When I called Flipkart Customer care, the executive started calling me 'Giridhar'. When I told him that my name is 'Amarendra Bandla', he said that he called me Giridhar as Giridhar booked my phone and gave my address as delivery address. I told him that I booked the phone using my own account, he said okay. He also said that the issue will be checked and I will get a resolution in 48 hours time. He told me that I will get an email and I have to reply to the Email with photos of my current phone (Galaxy S7).
                                    When I checked the mail, it was address to Giridhar, with his personal ID in 'To' and my mail ID in 'CC'. When I replied to that email, I got bounced email that the id ([protected]@flipkart.com) cannot receive emails.

                                    I called customer care again and again for last three days asking why my personal mail id is shared with another and why another person's personal mail ID is shared with me. Also, Flipkart's social media team (Twitter) asked me share images vai direct messages and I did the same. Once that is done, they acknowledged that they got the images. This was on 31st of May.

                                    Since then I am following up with Flipkart for resolution and there is no update.

                                    Issue 1 : Sharing personal details to another person.
                                    Issue 2 : Holding product and not providing a resolution.
                                    Issue 3 : Causing loss of interest as I opted credit card EMI.

                                      No, they cannot close this complaint like this. I just raised my voice against Flipkart delivery because they canceled my items without notification after that they blocked my account. I have purchased these items for personal use. I had never ever used these items for reselling. This is the worst service from Flipkart how can they block my account. I was a regular customer of Flipkart but they cheat me.
