I got this mobile honor9n on 15th may, 2019. I've been trying to return my phone from the next day i got this phone, it's givin me tremendous headache with so much issues.. On the first day when i entered my sim, i wasn't able to call, text or receive any calls from my airtel sim. I used the same sim on another mob and it wasn't havin any issue. Contacted the airtel customer care (May 16) they had no network prob as well.. Contacted flipkart they told me about few troubleshooting after a lot of safe mode test, reboots, reset and factory reset i was able to fix that issue but not completely i'm still not able to send sms. But i ignored that prob. Next day i came across another issue i. E. Power consumption even while charging when i was doin excel work the battery was draining. Again contacted flipkart (May 18th) done all the troubleshooting - safe mode, uninstalling apps (If there was any power consumption app), again did reset, factory reset still not solved. Then i'd a technician visit (May 20th) and afterwards a wrong report was submitted. Side by side i got a message that your phone has been picked up and refund has been done, which wasn't true at all. And then i again contacted the flipkart for the complaint of the technician and another technician came by (23 may), he checked the phone and in front of me he wrote in the report "power consumption problem, overheating, and power draining quickly". And that action will be taken by 28th may. And today (27th may) i'm getting a call from flipkart that thanks for your valuable time and apologies for the problems you've faced, we're glad we could help you. And i said that my problem isn't solved, then she said that technician reported that the problem was solved.
It's been like a week or so i'm just tired of contacting flipkart again and again everyday, and all i'm getting is that "your complaint has been forwarded to technician or some other person". I'm just so done with flipkart and the service, i just want this mobile to be gone and get my money back. I saved 12, 000 for past 7-8 years, and i'm not wastimg that money on such a problematic phone.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product being defective. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the service engineer has confirmed that the issue has been resolved in customer device. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
And when i again raise the complain for same issue then they again arrange a tech visit but this time tech visit is not able to complete so they cancelled my return request without notifying me and when i again tried to raise the complain they told me to visit vivo service centre.
So if they delayed the resolution then its not my fault. So why i bear the grievance of their fault. Plz look into the matter.
