I bought vivo v 15 phone on 4 may 19 and it has overheating issue so i book a complaint against it in flipkart so they arrange the technical visit but issue is not resolved but issue is not resolved again i book another complain then they arrange a tech visit valid for three days but when the tech engineer came i was busy so i told him to come tomorrow then he didn't come to me and next day my technical visit is cancelled so i call again flipkart customer care for again raising my request for return but they told that now they will not do it as per their policy so i have to visit service centre for further resolution.

The picture i added in my complain is taken after the tech visit of flipkart engineer, and same i informed to flipkart but they still no accepting my return request, and telling me to visit vivo service centre.
So sir plz do the needful action against flipkart as i suffered a lot already for this issue.

Service engineer visited the site but he couldn't resolve the problem
And when i again raise the complain for same issue then they again arrange a tech visit but this time tech visit is not able to complete so they cancelled my return request without notifying me and when i again tried to raise the complain they told me to visit vivo service centre.
So if they delayed the resolution then its not my fault. So why i bear the grievance of their fault. Plz look into the matter.

Plz inform me whether this complain is open or closed...
As there is no remarks updating from flipkart

    Dear sir plz help me as i purchase apple airpods from flipkart on 15th may 2019 and it's delivered on 17th may 2019 but when i opened the packet the found the box empty and only a charging cable is inside when i do request for return or replacement they says your issue will be resolved by 29th of may 2019. And i received a mail from flipkart saying we want your consent regarding lodging an fir i gave them my consent but in few days i received another mail saying your request for return or replacement cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to with the product being intact. What do i do now plz help

      Worst experience with flipkart - i have ordered redmi note 7 pro on 22th may 2019 from flipkart. The expected delivery of the product was on 23rd may as it was shown in flipkart delivery option.
      At 7:45 am in the morning from +91-[protected] by ekart executive that i am coming now, i said i have kept my office address so please come by 10 am as i am not in office, he very rudely said "phir main 2 baje ayga" i said okay come by 2 pm. When he didnt came up at 2 pm i called him ke where are you bhayya he said he will come by 4 pm, at 4 pm he again didnt came up then i called him again and he said ke woh kahin nikal gaya hai ab nai ayga, then i told him i had waited for whole day and now you are saying this, then he said main nai ara ja jo karna hai karle. This is the way these ekart people are talking.

      Today its 28th may and i still didnt get my mobile. I am regularly in touch with customer care every day morning to evening and every time i have to explain to them the whole case. Now the worst thing is that delivery guy has notified them that i had rejected the order. I paid 17000 rs in advance and why would i rejecting the order. Flipkart customer care is also not doing anything and my order is been delayed by 5 days and i want the compensation now. I want my full money return along with the mobile. I have all the records in writing which i had spoken to customer care.

      Ekart tracking is continuously putting fake status of order rejection from my end, however not for a single time i did that.

So i created a return request but it's around a week still now my return request was not accepted and flipkart is just making the people fool and i'm helpless here..             Hello. I bought a wireless joystick from flipkart and after the delivery i can see that joystick is not working and i created a return request but flipkart has blocked my account and cancelled the return request and im helpless here without a proper resolution and my money is totally wasted and flipkart is just making me mad. I want flipkart to take this product back and refund my money.
            Very disappointed with flipkart and without any prior information flipkart blocked my account saying i have cancelled many orders... I want flipkart to take this back and return the money

              I have placed an order for Mobile phone on 16/May.
              Delivery confirmed for 22/May.
              As per the given tracking details, product reached at the last hub(from the last hub to delivery point is 35km only) on 22/May.
              But product had not delivered on 22/May and messaged me that product will deliver on 23/May.
              But Product didn't deliver till 27th May and every day they message me in the morning that 'product is out of delivery and will deliver today' and later in the night says 'due to some issue we could not deliver the product and will do next day'. Nobody has call to my primary number nor secondary.
              So I called every day in the evening to the customer care to understand the reason of non-delivery but shockingly understand that they don't have any data of the logistic office and contact number of the delivery person.
              This is very poor and pathetic service from Flipkart and never expected such experience from them. I was a regular customers of flpkart and bought many products earlier but this is first time I have such experience.

                On 5th may 2019, i have ordered asus zenfone max pro m1.[ order id: 0d[protected] ] on the first 2 days, the mobile is working fine later on problems raised on such as overheating/heat up. I have placed a return request within the policy of flipkart on 12th may 2019. There is no response from flipkart as they stated that call with the executive on mon, 13th may 2019. I haven't received any calls from flipkart. After waiting for some days i decided to contact the service center through online and we have had a conversation about the issue. I am unsatisfied with their support. Please do help me solving the issue regarding the heat up/overheating.

                    We have received a call from flipkart team clearly stating us the delivery of the product on priority by the same day or max by the next day at earliest.                       Disappointing service from Flipkart (product ID: OD[protected].

                      I purchased a "Kurlon convenion 4 inch Queen bonded foam Mattress" on 13th may, it got delivered on time(15th may). All was good until i found out that it was a single bed sized Mattress, but the images on the flipkart website was of a full sized Mattress. I applied for return, as soon as i got the delivary. At first flipkart approved the return and confirmed the refund within 9 business days. Later the Flipkart customer care called me and said that they will not take the product back but only if the product is delivered damaged state.they mentioned that if the product is damaged or not as described, replacement is accepted from their side but it is not happened.
                      If only the product advertised on flipkart was more clear I would have not ordered the product and have to got through such harassment.
                      The packaging is still intact and have not opened the parcel yet as its of no use to me.

                      I already written a post on Facebook, they replied that one of their guy will contact but I didn't get the call till now. Very unprofessional behaviour from Flipkart.

                      Please do help here one of my friend told that consumer complaints people will help in these kind of problems

                        Hi, i had registered my flipkart account a few years back a mobile number which was used at that time, but i am no longer using the same number since i lost the sim card and i think the sim card is deactivated. So i tried to update the number to which i am currently using. But each time i try to update the number flipkart is sending an otp to the old number so i am not able update my mobile number. I have already raised the issue via mail to flipkart but no response still. Can you please help me out

                          I purchased a jacket using paylatter, then i payed the amount of paylatter using my debit card. After that i returned the product, then i received a message like amount will be refunded to my bank account but it's been more than 30days there is no proper response or no proper answer from customer side. All executive are saying different different reasons. Am really tired of these types of problems. Now flipkart executive is saying to contact to bank or bank manager to recover the money. The bank is saying amount in not transferred to my account

For past 3 months i can't able to login my account i think it's blocked and while asking to customer care they not responding properly i am a valuable customer for flipkart and they cheating us and supporting properly..                               Below is the detailed mail i sent to flipkart, please help me.

                              Even i after all this trouble, i got a mail saying that my order has been cancelled.
                              I would you request you to give me solid resolution for this.

                              Why cancelled, because multiple delivery attempts failed.
                              Let me explain this.

                              First delivery attempt:
                              Wishmaster refused to take my old phone as there is a dent.

                              I immediately spoke to flipkart support and they asked me to share the image in all possible corner. I shared all expected.

                              After a couple of days, i got sms saying order is out for delivery.

                              Second delivery attempt:
                              Again wishmaster refused to take as the reason is the same. I said i have already shared the image with flipkart and they accepted so they sent you to get is delivered.
                              But he refused, then i spoke to wishmaster senior about this and that guy asked wishmaster to share image by taking some clicks with his phone. Wishmaster had done that and said, i will get back to you tomorrow.
                              Though he said tomorrow and i would be available at that location tomorrow, i immediately contact flipkart support and asked him to change the delivery address for tomorrow. That support guy accepted my request and i have given him the home address to update. He confirmed the updated location. (Screenshots are attached).

                              Third delivery attempts:
                              I got a call from the wishmaster who came for delivery on 2nd time and he said i am outside of your office. I was like you are there and i have already asked to change the address. Then he said i am ready to accept your old phone and i can come on monday (27th may) to pick up.

                              And, today i got mail its cancelled.

                              Please note, first-time delivery wishmaster and second-time delivery wishmaster are different, so i believe there is a communication lag.

                              There is a huge communication gap, lack of info to wishmaster are happening around flipkart.

                              I can reorder it today but the exchange bonus 3000 rupees is not available now.
                              I would like to request you this concern on priority and get back to me fruitful resolution.

                              Either initiate the delivery from your end or get me a gift card of 3000 which i can apply only on same pixel 3a order.

                                I ordered a refrigerator few days ago worth 19000 and then few watches as well along with an led bulb (Order id od[protected]
                                . When i received led bulb it was not working so i thought it to return. I requested for return and then i got refund amount as well. But when i was trying to return purse and then i found after putting request that from all platforms my flipkart account was logged out and i was not able to login again with old password, even when i was trying to reset it always says unable to reset try again. My flipkart account was having more than rupees 1000 gift voucher as well.
                                After contacting to customer care, i received a message (May 26th, 2019) saying that due to unexpected return you will be no longer to login your flipkart account.
                                However i do purchase items from flikart frequently atleast 5-10000 item every month, and i never ever received any warning/alert from flipkart team that this is certain number of return you can do
                                I simply asked the customer care team to unlock my account and share details about same but so far no response

                                  I got this mobile honor9n on 15th may, 2019. I've been trying to return my phone from the next day i got this phone, it's givin me tremendous headache with so much issues.. On the first day when i entered my sim, i wasn't able to call, text or receive any calls from my airtel sim. I used the same sim on another mob and it wasn't havin any issue. Contacted the airtel customer care (May 16) they had no network prob as well.. Contacted flipkart they told me about few troubleshooting after a lot of safe mode test, reboots, reset and factory reset i was able to fix that issue but not completely i'm still not able to send sms. But i ignored that prob. Next day i came across another issue i. E. Power consumption even while charging when i was doin excel work the battery was draining. Again contacted flipkart (May 18th) done all the troubleshooting - safe mode, uninstalling apps (If there was any power consumption app), again did reset, factory reset still not solved. Then i'd a technician visit (May 20th) and afterwards a wrong report was submitted. Side by side i got a message that your phone has been picked up and refund has been done, which wasn't true at all. And then i again contacted the flipkart for the complaint of the technician and another technician came by (23 may), he checked the phone and in front of me he wrote in the report "power consumption problem, overheating, and power draining quickly". And that action will be taken by 28th may. And today (27th may) i'm getting a call from flipkart that thanks for your valuable time and apologies for the problems you've faced, we're glad we could help you. And i said that my problem isn't solved, then she said that technician reported that the problem was solved.

                                  It's been like a week or so i'm just tired of contacting flipkart again and again everyday, and all i'm getting is that "your complaint has been forwarded to technician or some other person". I'm just so done with flipkart and the service, i just want this mobile to be gone and get my money back. I saved 12, 000 for past 7-8 years, and i'm not wastimg that money on such a problematic phone.

                                    I ordered the aristocat photon strolly 65 360 tbl luggage check in 25 inch product from flipcart as cash on delevery but delivery boy not ready to give the home delivery and ask to come to another location and pick up the same product now flipcart saying the they cancel the delivery due to failed delivery attempt, there is no way to understand this because delivery boy never came on my delivery address ask to came another location which is 30 km long from my town, i called to flip cart multiple time and they also commit delivery up to monday 27 may 2019. I want compression for this type of mental harassment.
