I have been a regular customer of flipkart. Whenever there are offers, i do shopping using my cards, but recently my account was deactivated without informing me and i was not able to login. Upon contacting flipkart cust care, they told me that issue will be resolved by tech support team in 2-3 days, but after 3 days i received an email stating that the orders in my purchase not intended for personal use and hence the account is block and i will no longer be able to login to flipkart account. Though i was a plus member at flipkart and in spite of it, they block my account. I had 50 coins in my account which i had to redeemed with a 1000 rs. E-voucher, but before i could redeem by coins, my account was deactivated, i am not able to login. Upon contact customer care again, they told me that my purchase is not intended for personal use and hence the order is cancelled and account block. I dont care about blocking, but i had 50 coins worth rs. 1000 which i want to redeem and once i redeem i dont mind they blocking my account. Can anybody help me out of this.

    I had purchase woderchef romano set induction bottom cookware set in rs. 1079 which was promise to deliver on 19 may 2019 on given address pin code no. 282003 by flipkart but at the day of delivery 19 may 2019 i had receive a sms from ekart saying that your order ready to pickup with tracking no. Fmpp[protected] from flipkart so i had cancelled order.
    I concern is that they haven\’t notify me that they did not deliver in my area or on my pin code but they had deliver one of my order at same address.

    This time they did not deliver the purchased product.

    They can notify me at the time of purchase or before scheduling pickup.

      I have placed an order for three items order id-od[protected] with three items. But i could receive only 1 item that too not what i ordered. Instead of eye tex dazzler eye liner, i received eye tex dazzler eye brow pencil. I paid rs.150/- to the boy, but that pencil i received is not what i ordered. There is mismatch in what i ordered and what i received. Thus i am totally disappointed by the service rendered by such a major e-commerce vendor. May cancel the order. And replace the wrongly dispatched item with correct one which i ordered vide id-od[protected] at the earliest please.

        I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I thought the problem will be fixed in one or two days but till date it shows the same error message.

          I have placed and order of rs.11999 from flipkart on 18th may 2019 and paid through gift card and for some reason i have to cancelled the order. After 4 days also they did not refund the money. And the customer care are not responding properly always making excuse. That i'll get by tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes. Flipkart is trying to fool people and take out the money from student like me. This is very annoying. I want refund immediately

              I had recently ordered samsung galaxy note 8 on the sale from flipkart with the exchange bump up discount given to my old phone xiaomi redmi note 4. Around 6850 was given as exchange rate. At the time of delivery, the delivery guy rejected the exchange after thoroughly inspecting and finding flaws in which he succeeded and found an invisible scratch on the upper right corner of the body which is not visible to naked eye nor is creating any issue in the functionality of the phone. That minor issue is normal usage sign and flipkart should understand that they would not get brand new phones for exchange. Even after escalating the issue and having heated arguments and mails with the customer support, they said that they duly depend upon the decision of the wishmaster (Delivery guy) and they would like to see the photos of the phone on their mail. I mailed them the photos and then got no response until the next 12 hours and again i contacted them and they said that they would rely on the wishmaster's decision only and they can't help me in any other way. The delivery of the product and exchange was attempted once again and when the wishmaster saw the exchange phone today, he took out a video and again sent it to some group of his whatsapp and called his boss and immediately the boss denied of accepting the exchange. Whereas the wishmaster was ready to accept the device as he found it in acceptable condition but he said that he was bound by his boss' decision and couldn't accept the exchange. May i know that how come the boss is making decision by viewing the photos on whatsapp and on calls whereas flipkart relies on the wishmaster's decision. Therefore, it's a complete loss for the customer. Because when the wishmaster handed over the phone to me to talk to his boss he directly said that he is rejecting the exchange and if you want the new device you have to pay the exchange amount and get the device. Otherwise the order would be cancelled. This is surely some kind of sales strategy by making illogical changes to the exchange policies which despite fulfilling is of no use to the customer. I would like to get this resolved and actual things going on behind this scam of exchange. The only thing flipkart knows to do is to trap customers by providing flashy deals and offers which is of loss and no profit to the customer.

              Attaching the photo which shows the dent as per the delivery guy which is not even visible to naked eye . It's a minor scratch which is normal in day to day usage. Flipkart should understand that minor usage signs are available on used phones as the customers won't exchange their new phones.

                I had ordered for saregama caravan on 10 may 19. The product was flipkart assured means fast delivery and was supposed to be delivered on 21 may 19. But the product was not delivered. I called deliveruypartner ekart logistic and he told he will come by 4 pm but he dint come. Then i called him again at 5:30 he said he will come by 7 pm. Finally he told me at 7 pm he will come tomorrow. But i called him his phone number was switch off. I paid the entire amount what flipkart asked but they dint deliver the product on the day they promised. I tracked the product and it was in my city for 4 days and still was not delivered on time. Its a shame on delivery partner that he made me wait for 3 hours at home and finally didnot come and said he wont come and then switch off his phone. Finally he wrote on website that "product not delivered because no response from customer". I mean what the hell is this. How can they even say that. I kept calling him and he is writing i didnot respond. Flipkart is saying they cant help me. I want a response and an apology from the company.

                Dear Flipkart, Please update the current status. I have sent a mail on your customer support mail id on 22 May 19. I have not yet got any response to the same. As i can see u are avoiding it, all i want to say is
                "I want a written apology and signed by Head of your organisation sent by courier from ekart to my address. Nothing less than that.
                I will not leave this issue here and take you ti court, if i dont get a written and signed apology for fooling me and making a mockery of customer's time."

                  I have joined flipkart affiliate program in 2017 and in december 2017, they changed their policy that referral fees only be transfer when the total due will be 2500/- or more for gift voucher.

                  I have successfully completed this condition and in 2018 i have earned 2868/- approved payment & amount should be transferred to me as GV in april 2018 (Completion of 60 days). But amount was not transferred in my account in till now.

                  I have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programs contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

                  They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

                  i have tried several times and mailed flipkart about the issue, But nobody there replying to my mail.
                  They are saying account detail not found, get in touch with our customer support. they don't have even toll free number for affiliate users I can login to my affiliate account, can view approved payment but flipkart is not releasing the payment.

                  after every week (massage displays on affiliate window)

                    I ordered a barbie doll on 12th of may 2019 order Id - OD[protected] and the estimated time of delivery was on 21th of May 2019. The flipkart company has no rule and regulation reagrding thier delivery of product on time. I gave my office address for the delivery and it was supposed to get delivered on working days however, i recieved a msg of out of delivery on saturday 18th of may. This regulation of flipkart was fully insane. Secondly the courier man did not called me for the product and i recieved a msg that product was undelivered as person was not available. Frustating
                    Thirdly very next day i recived msg that my address was not locatable. Now u tell me office address that's too with landmark was not locatable? What kind of service does flipkart provide to thier customer.
                    This is not enough next i reced msg that product was delivered. Till then i didn't recved any call from the courier man.
                    I called the customer care that lady on phone did not responded well and paid no attention to my query. Flipkart is only a name and nothing more than that.
                    Additionally, i waited for 21th of may that might my product will come on that day.
                    But still no msg from courier mam rather i recved a msg that product shipment has got failed and asking me to cancel the product.
                    Why would i cancel the product.
                    This unethical service of flipkart is not tolerable.
                    Strict action should be imposed on the company for annoying thier customer.

                      Received an item through Flipkart. Somehow the item was not the same as expected and seen on Internet. Hence requested to take return of the item (Oppo Mobile Phone) and refund the amount. After facing problem in filling the Return Request Form, contacted Customer Care and requested online to take return of this item, as i had already purchased the required Mobile Phone and started using it. As per the request accepted by Customer Care staff...

                      I bought Livpure Air conditioner on 9th may 2019 from flipkart. It was delivered to me on 15th may 2019.I bought this Air conditioner under the offer of free installation. But livpure & flipkart service engineer were asking for the installation charges as they contacted me on phone prior to installation. I contacted flipkart custmor support on 16th may 2018 & raised my issue regarding this. & assured that i wil be called by flipkart concerned team. I recieved a call from flipkart on 17/05/2019, but dont know if it was executive or not as no one was speaking from other side. Phone got disconnected .On 18th may 2019 i got a message showing cancellation of installation. I contacted flipkart immediately after seeing the installation cancellation message. They raised the complaint & got complaint Id & told that some concerned team from flipkart will call me to resolve my issue.. till today 21st may 2019 i havnt recieved any call from flipkart side. Although i am calling flipkart daily but no response from their side. Also the Dead time line for flipkart has passed & still there is no response(call) from flipkart.. Almost a week passed after delivery of product, still not installed & cold response from flipkart.. very much disappointing.. what are they doing since then..Flipkart is doing fraud with people as its showing the offer of free installation but in actual demanding money for it. Please help me out ... resolve the issue as soon as possible..

                          We ordered a Samsung 4 star rated, double door fridge, which is a Flipkart issued product, of worth 23490/-, which was delivered on 6th may 2109. On 8th if may demo guy opened the fridge and fridge and found it to be a Dead Fridge. After this Flipkart has not, till date replaced a new fridge. when ever called to customer care, date is being given, saying a technician will visit, but none came till date. I have been calling them almost daily and they just give me dates of technician visit. Please now I need my money back. It's a pathetic service from Flipkart. Either they change the fridge or give back my money. they just keep sending SMS saying that technician will visit. it's 21 may today and still when called today, they gave a new date of 25 may.

                            Myself Gyan Dev Dubey I have a issue regarding refrigerator LG 215 L which is still pending no reply got from flipcart.
                            I made requet for return regarding reecived delivery of refrigerator LG 215 L which is defected declared by LG technician on saturday 19th May-2019. Since saturday I made call to customer support he told that it will replace with same model dont worry. Sunday I called same reply your request is on process dont worry it will resolve after report submission by LG tecnician. Now tell me tecnician visited on saturday how much time he takes for submission.
                            I called to cutomer care every time he makes me ignoring that it will resolve sir.

                            Tecnician told your compressor is defected and flipcart says customer is happy mentioned in report. Finally returned request cancelled. Again requested again same story will be hapend.
                            No one is listioning what customer says no care of customer in flipcart. Report mentioned by technician team is fake no one is there to take care.
                            I mailed complain to flipcart no reply got.
                            I am trying to say why dont you guys promise i[censored] cant fulfill.
                            I know this mail also will be delted but its worst care of customer.
                            Cant trust to flipcart. fake customer support only can talk sweetly over the phone. Make sure m not hearting someone.

This has happend at 2.00am and i can see a email notification with otp has been received at my email. Next day i called the flipkart executives and told them to cancel the refund requests and same was cancelled by executive. And i asked them to identify how this happened.

                              Two days later when i tried to login, identified they have just blocked my account. I called the customer support and they told me will be resolved. And being after a month there is no resolution.

                                Sir, i bought air conditioner from flipkart on 09th may 2019, got delivered on 15th may 2019. I bought livpure air conditioner under offer of free installation. Livpure people were asking for the money so i complaint about it on flipkart. Same day i recieved a call but no one is speaking from flipkart side, & then after some time i recieved a message showing installation got cancelled. Again i raised issue to flipkart on very next day, but got no response till date. So i have raised complain twice but issue persist. Customer care people dont know any thing about it & no call from authorized executive since then. I am sharing my recent complaint id :in[protected]
                                Hrlp me out as soon as possible. Its just frustrating to wait for installation for 10days.
                                Just think about it, clarify & resolve the issue as soon as possible..

                                I came to know from flipkart that the product has been cancelled by the seller due to limited stock on 20th may 2019. But on the next day 21st may the flipkart inform me that the product has been picked up by courier partner. How is it possible?. Please explain the matter clearly

                                Bought a android phone on no cost EMI, initially flipkart shows some amout for 6 months, but now they charges extra than they showed.i felt sad on flipkart.

                                  This is in reference to my recent purchase of xiaomi phone note 7 pro, which i was denied to deliver to me by ekart, stating that the phone that i am exchanging i. E. Redmi note 4 has scratch on its back and we can't accept it as per our policy and at the same time i called the customer care and also got the same revert.

                                  As per your policy:

                                  By participating in the exchange i confirm that i am the sole and absolute owner and/or user of the product mentioned above (Device).

                                  I understand that the following checks will be conducted by the delivery personnel who will be delivering the new device and picking up the old device:

                                  A. Brand and model of the old device matches the declaration provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device.

                                  B. The phone switches on and should be in switch on mode for a minimum of 30 seconds without connecting to charger.

                                  C. The imei of the old device, provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device, is correct and there is no mismatch.

                                  D. Screen should not have any cracks and it should not be coming out from edges. Body of phone should not have any crack and there should not be any button missing from the phone

                                  E. For all phones, the screen lock should not be active (All forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc needs to be de — activated).

                                  F. For apple iphones, i-cloud account is unlocked.
                                  E. I understand that agreeing to the condition assessment program will allow flipkart and its third party service providers access to my device, solely in relation to conducting the assessment of the quality parameters of my device.in the event my device is eligible for condition assessment and i choose for the condition assessment, i hereby agree to flipkart and its service providers accessing my device for the purposes of conducting the condition assessment.

                                  I have attached your complete policy also, where no where is no where is mentioned that the phone should not have scratch on its back. There is a difference between crack and a scratch.

                                  Scratch:to rub a surface with a sharp object, especially by a living creature to remove itching with nails, claws, etc.
                                  Crack:to break apart under pressure.

                                  The outcome, i got is i didn't received the new phone.

                                  I am really disappointed by your service and will have to post this in various social media so that you should learn not to repeat this to any other customer.

                                  Attached are the image of the phone (Redmi note4) which i wanted to exchange with display intact and minor scratched.

We would like to inform that as per the images shared by the customer, the exchange product is damaged.                                   I have not received the details of gift card for rupees 2074/-through my email.while adding the card value to my wallet card ID and pin is to be mentioned

                                    I have made a order on March and I canceled the product and the flipkart side they mentioned money is initiated but i didnt get the money in my bank acount. I already raised dispute in bank and they are saying flipkart didnt send money to them. What can i do, flipkart is not responding very bad I have struck with around 8k of amount.
