On 19 th may 2019 i have ordered sony speaker it was damaged now i want ky return policy go refund it i dont need replacement sonce i dnt like the product i cant risk my money anyways. Have issue with the return of the damaged product. Kindly make its return i dnt want a replacement for the cheap product. Its damaged speaker bumps out charging hinder, connectivity isssue... I want rerurn i will not pay for damaged product its a flipkart pay later

I have bought a sony product on 19 may received it on 20 may 2019. I dont like the product because it is damaged its charging pountbis an issue dont connect properly bluethooth connection goes off as well as speraker bumps out.its also a manufacturing damage its not as mentioned on website. Please i want the return in refundd form not in replacement since its flipkart pay later.they are not ready to refund i dnt knw why i have all the tag box everything importanylt. Also the price rate decerses so why would i pay for nt a good and damaged product please make my refubd to flipkart pay later i dnt need a product watso ever. I just want return as of refund flopkart pay later no replacement i cant assure a damaged product seller

would like to get refund of my return request as soon as possible as the product is damaged, speaker bumps out, charging point hinder and cinnectivity issue and even the quality issue i want to return the product with flipkart pay later refund i do not want any replacement to the product because the seller is takinng too much time to replace since i need the product on 24 may 2019 but they are saying to be approved it will be done by 26 may 2019 and then the pickup will be done
But my friends birthday is on 24 th may 2019 so when i will not be able to get the product on time since replacement is delayed i have no use of the product after 24 th of may 2019 so please accept the refund return request and take the product back i dnt need the product any more.before the order the say 1 day replacement now the are taking more than 72 hrs. So will not be able to pay the amount since its of no use to me. So i need the return with refund.please make it urgently.
Infact they are not able to contact seller so its flipkart and seller issue not customer issue so i cant pay please make a refund please.
And please rivert back too.
No rivert made as well as no resolution.

    I have ordered a formal shirt on 14th may which i recieved on 16th. But after opening i have seen that the no brand tag was available there n the colour is also different from what i have ordered! I immediately raised a return request but it was put under awaited approval! I waited for 3 days but it got cancelled! I created return request again by putting it under different category so that if wishmaster come and ignore to take the product too but if he comes i can be able to understand thats whats needed to be done next. But it got cancelled again. I again created under different category but it is still under awaited approval! N i know that it will get cancelled again! The order id is od[protected]. Registered mobile no is [protected]. I don't use this number much so request to contact on [protected] n solve this harassment from the seller n u guys! I want to return the product immediately!       I have placed an order for a mobile through flipkart's exchange offer. When the pickup agent came he rejected my exchange even without switching on my phone. He told there is a scratch on back cover by which it needs a telescope to spot it. He even didnt checked the display, battery, or anything else. He just took the photos of scratches and send that photos to his superior. He told him to refuse the exchange even without diagonising. I have read all the terms and conditions of flipkart and after that i opted for the exchange. The delivery boy told me that their superiors (Ekart superiors) told him that if they got any pphone with complaint they need to pay the fine for it. But i have passed all the conditions flipkart told and the only reason that i was exchanging my phone is upgradation to 4g. Where my samsung a5 was a 3g model. After the refusal i went to ekart warehouse for a clarification on this matter. Met the manager in charge, he examined my phone and did a hardware check, even he told that there is no issue with hard ware, but flipkart insist them to collect new looking phones only.

        I ordered syska bluetooth od[protected]
        From flipkart in may 2019, the product they provided has manufacturing date of 06-2017
        I am not ready to accept 2 year old product, also flipkart never mentioned manufacturing date at the time of sale

        I tried to replace /return, however they are not accepting return/ replacement.

        This is cheating and fraud as pushing a 2 year old product to customer is not acceptable

        How would i know its an old product at the time of purchase.

          I have purchased thomson led tv via flipkart. The tv was 5 months old after that i have issue with thomson tv. One month before i made complaint in the thomson service center through mail. Till now i didn't get any solution to solve the issue. They said wait wait wait. I don't know how long i have to wait till completion of warranty period. Kindly help me to solve the problem.

            I have ordered 'safari angle 76 2w black expandable check-in luggage - 30 inch' on 16th may.

            I talked with flipkart executive on 18th may and informed that my flight is on 23rd may and i want this product on or before evening on 23rd may.

            After that flipkart has not taken any action to deliver this product on time and delaying delivery date.

            Due to this, i am unable to travel my air journey with bag.

            The problem is due to negligency of flipkart only.

            I want the refund for this product as flipkart is not able to deliver it on 23rd.

            I am ready to take this product after 23rd but i have to travel without my bag, so i want 50 % refund of my order value.

            Now I received call from Flipkart. Further they have delayed delivery date from 23 to 24 May, now 26th May.

            Due to Flipkart, I have to travel without a carry bag and I am suffering a lot due to Flipkart only.

            I want 50 % reimbursement of the order value against this order.

            Flipkart executive was very rigid and saying his common sentences.

            Provide me 50% of order value and bag both as Flipkart has not delivered this product on 23rd which was original promise date.

            I want this product on the same rate.
            I order redmi note 7 pro on 17 may but i cancel it for some reason but they did not refund my money i call them many times but they always says contact to your bank i am very helpful to you pls help me my order id OD[protected] please help me

              Hi, I have ordered Mi Note Pro7 on 22/05/2019 in the Flash sale and my order id is OD[protected]. The order was successful.
              After 3 to 4 hours status updated as cancelled in the Flipkart portal. When I checked the status it is mentioned that "Due to limited stock the seller has cancelled this product". I booked this product with a lot of difficulties. I need this product at any cost. Can you please help me in resolving this issue?

              We didnt believe in the seller. We trusted the Flipkart. How can you push the blame on seller and escape. I want the order at any cost. I tried 3 times, after several efforts i got that product. Please Make sure to consider that order.

                When i try to make return request for refund then every time they arrenge technician for phone which is new and the technician came at my address two times and rejected the application saying this phone is already slow by default
                And there is no hardware issue every time this stupid technician make my application rejected

                Dont know who resolve my issue and make my application approve for refund

                This is the stupid thing i heard now bcz i talked to flipkart executive in morning and they told me that mail us again from registered mail id which i already send today and now flipkart said that technician comment

                This is serious fraud done by flipkart bcz seller message me that he dont want to refund me i attached screen shot here now

                And no complaint is resolved yet bcz shruti priyadarshni who called me today from flipkart said that mail us from registered mail id which i already sended today

                So how can they said problm is resolved they are making fools us that it

                Please reaolve my issue and refund me
                Becz flipkart said in description that honor 7s is fast and efficient and everything is perfect in description showing on flipkart about honor 7s

                But I received slow performance phone in every manner so plaese refund me as soon ass possible befor 10days replacement time period lapse

                Bcz earlier they appoint 2 time technician and wasted 3days then wasted 1more days by rejecting 3rd request and now 4 request also they are giving argue or comment that it

                Hopefully my problm understand by consumer complaint officers and flipkart officer too

                This is another level of joke of flipkart that he block receiving mails from my registered mail id

                They said [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use and i already mailed on this mail yesterday and this [protected]@flipkart working well

                Now not working wow flipkart fraud with its customer
                Smartly doing fraud they are now that blocking mails from customer and saying mail id not working

                Well done flipkart this is such a serious fraud

                Everytime they are giving false statements that it

                Hopefully consumer complaints take serious action now against flipkart and all its executive who dealing with me like this also that stupid technician who rejected 2times request

                    I bought a product from flipkart they have sent me irrelevant product and that is not fitting to my vehicle so i have returned then they picked up the item and they said some silly reasons and returned that product to me again, now they are telling that your return time is over

                        Dear sir
                        I have ordered a smartphone on may 3rd in flipkart.com and i have paid that through my wife's credit card. I ordered this for my wife and she is now residing in mumbai. The next day the flipkart team send me a mail that they have cancelled my order because the seller have limited quantity. They will initiate my refund with in 3 days. After 3 day i have contacted them by chat facility in their application and they said me that they will solve my problem with 11th may. At 11th may i have contacted them again i have asked them about my problem and they said they will solve the issue in 13 th may.i have send complaint emails to them they said seller already initiated refund on 16 th may 2019 and i will get the money with in 5 days But today 22th may the date they promised me that they wiil refund with in this date. but until now i did not get my refund. they disabled my flipkart account and i will not be able to login that account. I tried to login but failed. Sir how can they know that the items i have ordered not for my use and i never make an agreement with them like that and until now i did not get my refund
                        I here request you to consider my application and advice me the solution before also i complained here about the same issue but my problem not solved so decided to go through the court and i want to file complaint against them in consumer court. could you please advice me what steps i have to follow

                          Flipkart is the worst now a days.on 20th of may I ordered infinix smart 2 I was unhappy with the mobile and want refund for this piece of ### instead a engineer from flipkart came and looked into my device and said its all good just some heating problems and I was frustrated, never in my life I will buy product from flipkart, the battery drain fast in this piece of ### the games lags even it has 3GB and tools forever to charge.
                          Never buy mobile from flipkart, I have another time requested replacement tomorrow the engineer will come let's see what happens.

                            I have been ordered for jbl ear phones on 19th may and at the supposed day of delivery, they notified me that due to limited stock the product is returned. I got product it in sale now the price is hiked by 150 rs. What kind of service this is? A new way to make people. I was cash on delivery.                               I had ordered go india store regular men black jeans with the waist size of 32 and i got the order on 11 may 2019 when i tried it the size was not fit because the jeans had waist size of 30. So i initiated my on 13 may 2019 and i got the confirmation message "the seller has accepted your return request and it will be picked up by 14 may 2019" when i checked my return had been cancelled without notifying me so i contacted the flipkart team and they told me it was some technical defect and apologized for the inconvenience caused and assured me that it won't happen again so i initiated my return again on 14 may 2019 and the pick up was by 16 may 2019. On 16 may 2019 i saw that my request has again been cancelled without notifying so i again called flipkart and they told me the same thing again and this time they initiated the return by themselves and gave some reasons which where not convincing at all and assured the pickup by 18 may 2019 and then the same thing happened again and again like 6 times till now and still no one is even answering my question why is it happening...

                                I did not send anything I ordered, after which I sent a few more when I returned, took account details from me and my money has not returned to me yet. Deleivery boy has picking the order I'm feeling I have to take some legal action I'm feeling I have to take some legal action How many times have I called but my number does not get the number from my phone. I am so worried if my money does not come back or I will take a big legal action

                                  I have ordered aecone aecone auto mixing self stirring coffee on 17 may.. As pay later option. Order id: od[protected]. I got package on 22 may 19.. But there is nothing in the package. A cardboard wrappef ith tape only.. And no package seal is there.. That is package can be opened easily.. As i am hearing impaired i am unable to call to the support.. Please mail me anything to reply soon.. I have requested return option that time itself. Empty pack..                                     I purchased a symphony air cooler as on[protected] from e com flipkart, same day i raise a request for replace a product with other model as product is received in damage condition and also not meet with my need. But still no any refund or replacement initiated by e com flipkart. They always give me long appointment. I bought his product due to hot weather but flipkart giving replacement date is too long. I want to replace this product to other model on priority, now i'm harassed by company.

                                      I had purchased a vivo v15 mobile phone in 15th may the phone was out for delivery on 17th may. The person who came for delivery rejected the exchange mobile phone - mi redmi 4 even though the conditions written on the flipkart website were meeting. I escalated the matter to flipkart customer care and i was promised a resolution time of 19th may. I did not receive any resolution and again got a new promise time of 20th may. On 17th may, i was called at the rudrapur centre for recheck of my handset and again it was not approved. I had got my handset checked from mi store and the person told that the phone is absolutely fine. I again raised a mail to the ceo of the organisation on 18th may but received no response on my escalation. On 19th again my product was out for delivery and the delivery person contacted me but i was out of station and phone was in a low network area. I called back the delivery person and he told me that he has reached his office and i need to visit the office. My sister again visited the office and and again the pickup was denied. The hub manager abused my sister and closed down the shutter and humiliated her. I raised this complaint to the ceo again but he again remain silent. The delivery person again came to my delivery address on 20th and requested me to take back the complaint and told me to take the backup of my exchange phone. He did not came to deliver back the phone and i got a call from escalation desk mr. Sunny from ceo office assuring that he will look into the matter. On 21st morning at 1:36 i see that my order is cancelled and the reason mentioned is that courier partner was unabl to reach me. I have been following up with the top officials of flipkart but people are silent on this matter. Also there is a policy of flipkart even if the return pickup fails, the agent has to offer the product without exchange. Everyone is silent even on this. Flipkart had deliberately cancelled the order and even my loan is booked and due to intentional cancellation i am at a loss.

                                      The people sitting in the customer care are so illiterate that they cannot even read the complaint properly. Forget about resolution.

                                      The complaint made here is about the delivery process and cancellation of the order by flipkart themselves.

                                      Misbehavior complaint is different for which i have already taken ahead my complaint in ministry of women and child development

                                        Highly unethical!!!.
                                        I have ordered an "crompton optimus 100- litre desert cooler" from flipkart on 16 may 2019, through order no od[protected] of rs 12600. It was placed successfully and scheduled to be delivered on may 21 2019. However on may 21 flipkart cancelled it and when contacted they told that seller cancelled it want us to place the same order again at higher price of rs 14000.
                                        Highly unethical!!!.

                                        I have wasted hours in selecting the product.
