I bought a redmi note 5 pro in february 2019. Along with that i also purchased flipkart's sub brand jeeves mobile protection plan! Now i want to file a claim and when i call jeeves, they don't pick up my call. I have tried both numbers o jeeves and also tried calling flipkart consumer care more than 10 times. None of them are picking up calls and jeeves is getting me to wait on hold for 10 minutes and more yet no one answers! Tired and disturbed with such pathetic service!

      After my got blocked, i'm not able to use my flipkart gift card. So i call customer care and i told them that since my account is blocked how can i get my flipkart balance and they told me that we will send flipkart gift card balance to your account please send your account details on via email and it will be credited on 27th of may.
      But i didn't receive yet.

        Sir i buy tv vu premium android 4k 43 incheson 25/5/19 he installed on 26/5/19 evening tv colours and picture clarity problem. And usb play pad not working. I complaint on 27/5/19 to flipkart
        He told services technician sloved ur problem
        29/5/19 technician came saw tv it manfature defalt he told me tv send to return flipkart
        Flipkart he told any manfature defalt. Return within 10 days still now date 1/5/19 problem not sloved

          मेने की हुई कंप्लेन का मुझे सही १ महीने के बाद भी जवाब नही मिल पाया है आप के जो भी एक्जीक्यूटिव ने हर बार अलग अलग कारण दिए गए है। आपसे निवेदन है कि मुझे उसका सही जवाब मिले।
          और मेरी दूसरी कंप्लेन के मुताबिक जो एसी रिल्पेस करना है वोभी अभी तक नहीं किया गया है जो जलसे जलद कराया जाए ऐसी मेरी आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं।
          आज दोपहर के २:०० बजे के करीब फोन पे बात चित में बताया कि यदि मजे अपके एक्जीक्यूटिव ने बताया कि आपको प्रॉडक्ट का रिफंड
          अगर मेरी दोनो कंप्लेन सॉल्यूशन नही हो सकता हे तो मजे मेरा १००% मनी रीफंड किया जाए

          मेरी ऐ उपरोक्त कंप्लेन के बाद उसके रिगार्डिंग आप के एक्ससीक्यूट के साथ बात चित के बाद ऐसी को रिप्लेसमेंट करने का डिसाइड हुआ था और दिनांक २७/०५/१९ को रिप्लेसमेंट हुआ मगर मुझे जो ac दिया गया है रिप्लेस करके उसका कंपनी शील ओर बॉक्स को पहले खोला गया है और फिरसे पेक करके मुझे दिया गया है इसके अलावा ac का इनडोर पार्ट जो है वो २०१८ का है। ( फोटोस मेने अटैचमेंट किए हैं) ओर मेने fipkart में उस ओडर को रेटिंग भी नही दिया है मगर एप्लिकेशन में 1 स्टार बात रहा है और need help का ओप्शन भी नही आ रहा कि में कोई कंल्पलाईन कर सकु और मुझे 10 दिन की रिप्लेसमेन्ट पोलिसी भी नही मिल रही है। ऊसके बारे में मेने कलही दिनांक २७/०५/१९ को आपके कस्टमर केर को फोन करके कंप्लेन की हु ई है।
          मेरी कंप्लेन को आपके excucative जो फॉलोअप कर रहे थे वो भी अब फॉलोअप नही कर रहे है।
          मुजे ऐसा लग रहा हैकि fipkart मुजे चिट कर रहा है ।
          Sir आपसे विनंती हे कि मेरी प्रोब्लेम का जल्द से जल्द सॉल्यूशन मुजे दिया जाए।
          जो फोटो और स्क्रीन सोर्ट अपलोड नहीं होने के कारण में नहीं भेज पाया हूं सर।

          जब में फ्लिपकार्ट के कॉस्टमोर केर में कॉल करता हूं तो मुझे बताया जाता हे की मेरी कंप्लेन सीनियर के पास है वो आपको कॉल करेगे मगर लास्ट 2 दिन में कॉल भी नहीं आया और नहीं कोई ईमेल आया है ।
          दो बार कॉल आया मगर मेरे रीसिव्ड करने पर सामने से कोई बात नथी करता और थोड़ी देर के बाद कॉल कट हो जाता है

          मेरी उस प्रोडक्ट को रिटर्न्स करने की लास्ट तारीख 6/6/2019 थी तो मुजे तबतक कोई सोलुशन नही मिला तो मेने प्रोडक्ट को रिटर्न्स रिक्वेस्ट की ओर तब मेने उसमे मैन्शन भी किया कि मुजे स्पेसिफिकेशन के मुताबित प्रोडक्ट दिया जाए या मेरा 100% जोभी खर्चा हुआ है इस प्रोडक्ट पे वो रिफण्ड दिया जाए उसके रेगार्डिंग आज फ्लिपकार्ट से इश मेरी रिक्वेस्ट कैन्सल का इस प्रकारका ईमेल आया है।

          तो में बताना चाहता हु की फ्लिपकार्ट पे प्रोडक्ट के बारें में जो स्पेसिफिकेशन दिए गए है वैसा प्रोडक्ट लेने का ओर जो सर्विसेज है जैसे कि इंस्टुलेशन की वो मिलने की या मेरा जो खर्चा इस प्रोडक्ट पे हुआ है वो वापस लेने का मुजे एक कस्टमर के नाते मेरा हक बनता है वो हक दिलाने की आपसे विनंती करता हूँ।
          मेने आज जो फ्लिपकार्ट के ग्रीवन्स ऑफ़सर को पूरी details में आज ईमेल किया है। वो निम्नलिखित है
          मेने दिनांक ६/६/१९ को मेने आपके फ्लिपकार्ट से खरीदा हुआ लग का 1.5 टन के ac
          को रिटर्न्स किया था जिसकी return id हे[protected] और उसके
          रेगार्डिंग आपको उसी तारीख को 6.15 p.m को ईमेल भी किया था उसमें मेने सबकुछ
          लिखा था मगर आज जो email आपको फॉरवर्ड कर रहा हु उस से मुजे बताया गया कि मेने
          बताये कारण मेसे कोई कारण नही हे कि वो ac रिटर्न्स किया जाए
          तो आपको मेने जो कारण बताए थे उसके बारे में आपको details में बताना चाहता
          हूं ।
          1. मुजे जो प्रोडक्ट मिला है वो कंपनी की पैकिंग नही लगती उसके फ़ोटो मेने
          28.5.19 को ईमेल से की शिकायत में भेजे हुुए हे और आज इस ईमेल से दुुुआरा
          भेेेजे हैै।
          2. Ac का इंडोर मुजे bee रेटिंग 2018 है और आपकी ओर से प्रोडक्ट के
          डिस्क्रिप्शन में वो 2019 बताया गया है उसके रीगार्डिग फ़ोटो में फिर से इस
          ईमेल से भेज रहा हु
          3. मेने इस दोनो कारणों की शिकायत 27.5.19 customer केर में फोन करके ओर
          28.5.19 को ईमेल करके बताया और मैने कई बार कस्टमर केर में कॉल भी किया था
          मगर मुजे कई सोलुशन नही मिला
          4. अभी तक कोई इंस्टुलेशन के लिए भी कोई नही आया है।
          5 जब पहले रिप्लेश के दौरान मेने आपके एक्स्क्यूटिव कके साथ जो बात हुई थी उस
          दौरान भी मेने बताया था कि मुजे स्पेसिफिकेशन के बुता बिक100% क्वॉलिटी वाली
          ac रिप्लेसमेन्ट में मिले और आपके एक्ससीक्यूट ने कहाथा की मुजे स्पेसिफिकेशन
          के बुता बिक100% क्वॉलिटी वाली ओरिजिनल ac मिलेगा मगर ऐसा नही हुआ।
          6. मेने रिटर्न्स के दौरान बताया था कि मुजे रिप्लेसमेन्ट के बजाय रिफंड करने
          की बात आये तो मुजे मेने ऑडर के दौरान पे किया था वो और जो 2 EMI का भुगतान
          किया है उसमें जो इंस्ट्रेस्ट पे किया है वो और EMI केंसल करने के लिए बैंक जो
          चार्ज लगाए वो और इंस्टुलेशन चार्ज जो मेने पहले दिया था वो मुजे चुकाया जाए
          क्युकी मेने कोई गलती की नही है ।
          कृपया आपसे मेरी गुजारिश हे की मुजे जल्द से जल्द मुजे रिप्लेसमेन्ट करके
          मुजे स्पेसिफिकेशन के बुता बिक100% क्वॉलिटी वाली ओरिजिनल ac मिले या मुुजे जो
          पॉइंट नो. 6 के मुताबिक रीफण्ड दिया जाए।

              I bought nokia5.1 mobile. Within 10 days i placed replacement because screen display no visible. Technician visit my home and did something in mobile and it's wirking. But again after 4 hours again same problem arised. I again call flipkart and flipkart denied for replacement. Flipkart suggested visit to service center. Really really disappointed from flipkart. I will never ever buy anything from flipkart. I am a flipkart plus customer but from today i signed off from flipkart.

                account blocked without any notice need reactivation

                My account is blocked without any prior notice.
                Need to reactivate it. A prepaid order is going in that account. Very bad action from flipkart. I don't know why they are doing it. No refund issued for the prepaid order. And blocked the same account without any notice of mail. Didn't expect it from such a big ecom company

                    I talked to customer care that I m not available at the place for few days, they know it, and when I opened the product it was damaged. what did it mean by policy, they r delivering damaged product to customer. Is it not their duty to return or replace I got the damaged one? They should solve my problem because I have purchased the product from Flipkart not from dealer directly. And they are saying only one thing that policy has been over. I m feeling very inconvenience and big .loss that they are not recovering.

                      Hi,

                      Flipkart is cheating with their customer by locking their account, seizing their flipkart plus coins and blocking their purchase details. Because when i called customer care they are saying that only technical team can help. I logged ticket to technical team (In[protected], team closed incident by replying auto generated response too many returns from this account, when i reply back to that mail, no response came from them. Now i have multiple queries from this response:

                      1: how you come to conclusion that returns are too much as compared to successful purchase history, because success orders frequency is much more than cancelled or return products?
                      2: if flipkart want to block account, theycan block it. Who will provide me the flipkart plus membership amount and flipkart plus coins value?
                      3: if customer is not satisfied with order like multiple times i received fake product, who will be responsible of it?
                      4: if flipkart team want to block customer account on the basis of return without any warning, why they are giving return facility?

                      I hope this platform can resolve my issue.
                      Otherwise i have no other way except to file official complaint against flipkart for cheating their customers and seize the online assets which are available in their flipkart account.

                          I had ordered moto one power (64gb, black) on flipkarrt on 27/05/2019 and received next day. Order number-od[protected]. When i switched on it and connected to wifi apps were not getting installed. Neither the android was setting up. I forced disabled playstore and tried again, thereafter other apps like whatsapp started getting installed, but android set up was not working. I forcefully closed the app and asked for replacement. Yesterday i received a call from their executive who asked my problem and abruptly disconnected the call after listening to my problem. No one came to my door, i just received a message that they tried to connect multiple times but i missed their call once only with me but were unable to do so and thus replacement request has been cancelled

                          I received the call from someone from flipkart named Yashaswi.I received promises of problem will be resolved with a text with the number of technician who will visit and resolve it.That person has not visited me yet.I called him yesterday, picked my call and when I asked him about visiting me he said he is busy in a meeting and will visit today.Today I called to ask when will he visit, he didn't pick my call, I called again after 30 min. his number was busy, I called him again he murmured something which I couldn.t hear put my call on hold nd after 1 min disconnects it.After all this I called him again to which he rudely saus'sir, phone rakhie aap".I told him to mind his ways to which he says again phone rakhie aapka kam ho jaega abhi mai so raha hun.I tried to rach yashasvi and that number doesn't seem valid.It appears as flipkart is a bogus company which has set standard operating procedures like return policy jut for show, when costumers ask for replacement they just keep doing time pass keeping him in delusion till that return date lapses after which they will say sorry sir the date has lapsed now.To, me I am being fooled and seems I am a victim of frauds.I ordered here after 2 years to repent .You deliver the item in 30 hrs but replacement can't be done even in 6 days.Such a shameless organisation.Now, replace my phone by tomorrow or else I will take the legal route.

                            I received the product from flipkart daikin ac on 29th may with order :od[protected], i'm not satisfied with the installation team. I called almost 3 times flip kart customer care informed the same to them, they are not responded properly, they simply disconnected call after 15 -45 mins of discussion. One support team member mentioned that we can submit installation bill and refund the installation amount, i asked him to send a mail for confirmation same, they said he don't have provision,
                            At the time of booking it was mentioned that free installation, but from installation team jeevas very very worst service, unprofessional guys, not well trained for installation are asking around 2000/- for installation.

                            Please take it further and do the needful..,

                                I purchase samsung 1.5 ton 5 star split dual inverter ac which costed around 43000 on 5 may with odrer id od[protected] is still undeliverd. My date of deivery was 24 may but unfornate reason it could not be deliverd. I contracted several time but they are giving date by date lastly it was 31 may. Now i got message to cancel the order inspite it is been to my nearest hub. Flipkart generally attempt 3 time to deliver the product was now they are saying to cancel the order even having to reattempt the delivery

                                  I ordered an acer predator laptop on 27-05-19 and paid 91, 990 using my debit card. Got the delivery on 30-05-19 and inside the package it turned out to be an hp laptop. I immediately raised complaint to return the product but they haven't contacted me yet. Either i need my money back or the product replaced. Anyway strict action must be taken against this failed department

                                  I habe orders 1liter of seaweed extract.i got only half liter.when i asked for remaining half, they r not accept ing to deliver remaining half or give tenang money...
                                  I have placed the order for rs 640 for buying loreal products. My payment was done successfully but order not placed.

                                    I ordered an item with flipkart. The product was packed and parceled at a fast rate, but as usual it got stuchbin flipkart facility aluva, kerala. I am very disappointed that after complaining a no. Of times to flipkart, it is still stuck in aluva, kerala. Flipkart mentioned that i’ll receive a call from aluva office but still didn’t get any. I saw in google complaints that these people return the product without even calling us once. I really want them to call us in the given which will solve all the problem.
