I have palced order on 8th may 2019, at the time placing order it was shown it will be delivered on 10th may 2019. I made it as a scheduled delivery and scheduled it to 12th may 2019. They haven't delivered the product yet (16th may 2019). If i call them they are not responsing.
I raised complaint on 12th may 2019 by calling to one of their executive they said ill provide a resolution on or brfore 15th may 2019. But till today i didn't recieve any response from them..
I paid money to them they are not responsing at all. Promised delivery date crossed 5 days back, still didn't receive any update from them. I would like to take alegal action on them.

    Whenever i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' please retry in a minute

      Such a horrified customer care executives seriously.. Ppl do not understand the issue, and they are just repeating the whole script they have learned. I have sent an issue with transaction no., bank statement and message from bank that amount is been settled to marchant but still flip kart is not able to refund amount.

      Not get placed. I have checked with sbi and confirm that amonunt is been

        Flipkart is the worst e commerce site
        They take money from the customer and then bound the customer to keep the product even if they not liked

        The product was supposed to be delivered on 16th Apr but got delayed messages 4 times and it is 8th May. Will the product ever be delivered. Order number OD[protected].

          I ordered a mi note 7 pro in flipkart flash sale on 8th may 2019. The expected delivery was 10th may 2019. But it was not delivered on that day. Next day when i called there customer care the told that the concerned team is working and created an incident. After that i called them many times but there was no update i was given the same answere. Even when i called on 15th they told to wait till 9pm. But still there was no call. On 16th when i called them, they told that the team is working and could not tell me the resolution date. Also now the incident details are not reflecting in their app.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I am not at all happy with the service the way my packages are getting delivered in pieces.

                The person who is appointed for this delivery was very rude and didn't come to deliver the parcel as he was not able to find the address and was shouting as if he is giving it for free. And telling me to get it collected which is ridiculous.

                Other two parcels were delivered without issue do not know what is the issue with this guy. Instead of delivering it can you people club the parcels and send to avoid these kinds of situation.

                Very disappointed.

                    I had ordered redmi note 7 pro (6gb 128gb) from flipkart. While making the payment the popup came to my screen saying the payment failed and the order was not placed but the amount was deducted. According to flipkart executive, they asked me to wait for 24 hours and nothing happened. Then i tried to contact them and it took me nearly 3 days and 600+ calls and yey i couldn't reach there executive. Then i finally used the feature live chat which was displayed by the site 3 days after i was trying my head out. And then they said that your order number 'od[protected] has been canceled and asked me to wait for a few days. No repayment has been made till now and it has been 9 days. Moreover, when i looked into this matter deeply, it was not only my concern. They have been canceling orders like this for a while now and selling the units in the black market at a higher price. My order was canceled despite the fact that i ordered at 12 pm exact. They are making lame excuses and are gaining extra profits by deceiving customers. I demand appropriate to look out into this matter. I wanted to get a phone and for now, i neither have the money with me nor the phone and they are asking me to consult the bank, which is absurd.

When i called and raised a complaint, i was assured that the issue will be resolved by 15th may, but still i have not received the product., though payment is already done. When ever i call the customer care they repeat the same thing that the concerned team is working on it. No other update. I bought the mobile in a flash sale, this is really frustrating and depressing.

                        My flipkart account is not working suddenly. I bought a mobile last month. Its speaker is having problem. Next day of the delivery we checked in service centre, they confirmed on it. Hence placed replacement. They sent technician and without any notification they rejected the replacement.. however technician informed us about the a defect.. like this twice it happened. Now they completely blocked my account.

                              I am unable to login in my flipkart account. All that it is showing is login unsuccessful please try again later. I have tried changing the password so that i can login but as of now nothing is working. It just happened by itself, suddenly i was logged out of my account and when i try to login again thinking that it might be an software issue, i was unable to login.                                 I ordered a pendrive [ ORDER ID : OD[protected] ] on Big shopping day festival on 14th may and the product also shipped on the next day morning .

                                The afternoon i received a mail from flipkart ''your order was cancelled''

                                Reason : Due to limited stock, the seller has cancelled this product.

                                if you dont have product than how you shipped the product ?

                                you provided fake shipping tracking id ?

                                After that i searched consumercomplaints many peoples faced the same issue .

                                Now the product price increased so you will resend the product or tell me a solution to get my product in same price

                                    I had order two luggage bags on cod. When i received the package i found that bill on it was for 2 bags and i had made payment. When i opened the package, there was only one bag in it. It has been a month, inspite of several follow ups my issue was not resolved. One of the representative had attended my query and instead of resolving the issue, she has made it complicated by requesting for return of product. Its really disappointing. Probably flipkart is not trustworthy!

                                    Customer raised a complaint stating that only one bag was delivered instead of two. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller shall provide the amount of Rs.519/- as an E-gift voucher to customer Flipkart account towards the refund of the bag which was delivered. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                      The message was com by flipkart that they said they will talk to concerned team we will resolve problem by 15may 12:30pm and you will get call from a number starting with +9180679 but we waited the phone call not come

                                      1 one pillow delivered it's material is also not good it's very poor if I order pack of 5 pillow it's material also comes bad I request you to complain flipkart said to concerned team and resolve your problem but problem didn't solve

                                        My name is Rahul and my 2 id has been block.

                                        Both id has been block.
                                        Flipkart is not giving valid reason also for blocking my account. And in both might have gift card balance. They cannot block customer ids without any proper valid reason. I want flipkart should unblock my both id so that i can use same id in future.
                                        In both id i did flipkart plus membership
