I have ordered a watch from Flipkart & i received different watch from what i ordered, therefore i requested Flipkart to return the money but they are rejecting since last 10 days. if i complain about it they don't even investigate it they just give me same reply all the time. below there are some proof of product which i have ordered & what i got.Also there are some screenshot of mails which i am getting exact same every time i lodge my request. i have done this 7 to 8 times but this customer service i am getting. i don't want anything else except refund for this order so i please request you Flipkart to stop cheating with people and give them what they have paid for. i ordered this on 25th may. if you cant solve this issue unfortunately i need to find some legal way to sort this out because this is not the way to reject the refund.

But how is the product intact if i have not got the product which i have ordered why you are posting same thing everywhere cant you see that i have posted some screenshots which is exact same with your comments

    I have order Krofty Flip Cover for Oppo F5 from Ekart Logistics-FMPC[protected] on Sunday, 26 May 2019. It was told that the product would reach on June 3, 2019, but it was not delivered yet. Flipkart order tracking shows that the product had arrived at the Flipkart facility, Trivandrum on Sat, June 1, but it is not yet delivered. Someone from [protected] called me on June 6, three days after the actual delivery time regarding the delivery but still it is not delivered. Highly unsatisfied regarding the Flipkart delivery.

      So i got ₹399 refunded to my bank and remaining ₹500 they have not refunded...

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          I had placed Prestige PRM 3.0 rotimaker from Flipkart on June 1, 2019 and was delivered to us on June 3, 2019 and COD was made of INR 1890. However, the product was not functioning well so on June 5, 2019 a return request was placed. Now, the Flipkart is stating that the product was not delivered and they want copy of the invoice with barcode which was never given to us. Along with the product we had received Demo CD, product warranty and tax invoice which was pasted on Flipkart box. I have shared all the pictures of the product received but, they are insisting for Invoice with barcode which was not given to us at the time of delivery. Infact, on the tax invoice it states that "Ordered through Flipkart" and "TTK Prestige Limited Authorized Signature".

          I would kindly request your assistance on this matter and help us return the product which is not functioning nd get refund of our money as stated by Prestige.

            This is Subbarao Kompella, On December18-2018 I have purchased Asus Zenfone Maxpro M2 mobile in Flipkart for INR 14098 including insurance with flipkart Jeeves protection insurance plan. I lost this mobile phone on 5th May2019 while purchasing the vegetables at narsingi vegetables market and lodged a complaint at Narsingi Police station in Hyderabad. I made a call to Flipkart protection customer care and I have submitted all the documents Aadhar ID card, Bank cancel cheque, Non traceable certificate provided by Narsingi police(Mee seva) and police compliant acknowledgement (Mee seva) certificates to the insurance company(Bajaj Allianz). However, the insurance company repeatedly asking for the FIR copy from the police but Telangana Police department is not issuing the FIR copies for mobile theft cases. Instead of FIR, they provided the Non-traceable document and they said this is sufficient to claim the mobile insurance and same document is accepted by other insurance companies like United India insurance.

            I would request your intervention in this matter and help to get the mobile insured amount.

            Please see the attached Non traceable document, compliant acknowledgement and Bank cheque that I have submitted to the insurance company for your reference. Any additional docs if required, will be provided.

              I have order a DSLR Camera (Canon 1300D) on 19th May 2019 with an offered price 18499/-, the product was supposed to be delivered by 27th May 2019. at 27th They have rescheduled the product to be delivered at 4th June 2019, I continuesly followed them to get the status of my product but no was able to provide the same. I have conplained them multiple times but not get proper response. I also send the email to their grievance office at grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com but not recieved any responce from their even.

              Today I recieve a call from their support team who was suggesting me to cancel the order. My EMI has been started . Today the price of same product is 24999. If I need to cancel this product due to their fault then I should get the refund of complete amout I paid + bank intrest + diffrence of amount in price today (18499 + 749 +[protected]/- Or they should deliver my order on time.

                  I have buy an split AC from flipkart.com which is necessary to install by flipkart authorized vendor Jeeves but AC installation is denied by Jeeves as installation on 12ft hight is life threatening to technician.

                  So I have asked for refund from flipkart but matter is still pending even after 5 days.

                  Please do not buy anything from flipkart.

                    I have ordered at Hindware Calisto RO water purifier from Flipkart on 17th may 2019 at price of 6164 Rs, expected delivery date was 25 may 2019 but product not delivered.
                    after that when i have contacted to Flipkart custmer care they have told to wait 72 hrs for resolution (or getting delivered).
                    Today again I have contacted Flipkart custmer care regarding equiry of delivery of product, now they are telling that there is delay in delivery if product is not delivered today order will get cancelled.
                    How they can cancelled my order i have purchased this at discounted price on a sale.

                      I have placed an order of SanDisk 64 GB A1 64 GB Ultra memory card on 21st apr 2019 at proce 792 Rs, then after long waiting time product delivered on 11 May 2019, but it was not 64 GB, it is 32 GB so I have requested for replacement.
                      Then on 21st May 2019 I have got a mail from Flipkart that your order has got canceled due to Product is out of stock.
                      If product was out of stock then how would they have confirmed my order on first time.
                      This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract !

                        I have ordered a panasonic bluetooth party speaker on 16 may and paid for it and the promise date was given is 22 may but then it changed to 27 may...flipkart saying me that seller facing foreseen issues and will we surely delivered..then again changed to 1 june then 6 june...and today again to 11 june..just fooling me by changing the promise dates and many time I raised complaint but just one statement that your product would soon be delivered And I have ordered the product in a Sale...and at same price its been delivered to many customers even then posted reviews regarding the product and its been more than 10 days they have posted their review and even U can see in the screenshots but not delivered to me...Flipkart Service is pathetic no clear resolution...Please Resolve my Issue as soon as possible.

                          everybody knows how much money has to be spent to accumulate 50 coins
                          I have also bought mobiles and washing machines worth of thousands of rupees and they are seeing the returns of 500-600 rupees

                          Are you all people dumb are you even reading what I am typing in the queries you all are just copy and pasting the same reply from 2 months
                          Just read my query and unblock my account accordingly
                          You need to understand the thing very clearly I won't stop untill and unless my account is unblocked
                          I won't stop at any cost
                          I am not even talking about the return I just want my flipkart accoount back that's it
                          in future I will make sure to make as least as possible returns and refunds from my side
                          I hope flipkart can understand according to my order history that I use flipkart very frequently and som orders like the washing machine and the mobile phone with the insurance will be needed in future for warranty purposes and records and still I need to use flipkart in future
                          So in future I will be very careful and request you to provide me my account back

                            We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. "

                            He said I have order things which is not personal user. Can you please confirm is "BP machine is not for Personal use?"

                            Even seller has cancel my order.

                              Hello I ordered a redmi 6 which i received yesterday. After unboxing the phone when i tried to start the phone it was dead not starting. after 15 min from delivery i call flipkart. And register the complain now they are saying that a technician will visit and check and will repair. Now what is this i bought this in exchange with my old phone. now i dont have any phone to use thank to flipkart for selling a dead phone. than means, i will have to use this repaired phone for which i paid full price, and why should i do so?, now i don't belive in brand itself i want my old phone back which was way better than you given phone. and return my money back... i don't want this Chinese brand phone... from starting its giving trouble who its going to work for years..

                              Flipkart has been frauding A LOT of people like this . They are doing it to me too.

                              They sent me a DEAD LAPTOP. This is almost RS 1 LAKH and they are frauding me out of my refund.

                              They kept saying "Technician will visit" and kept delaying and delaying and delaying. And now they are saying "10 days refund policy over" and they sending me in circles.

                              It's been almost 3 weeks since they sent me the Dead Laptop and no resolution. They took my money, sent me a broken laptop and don't care anymore.

                                Already I contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said I used different account in same IP, so they blocked game zone . After 2 or 3 days it will be work again. But till dated it does not work. Also I have a question, In same IP I can't access different accounts for game zone but how they accept orders through same IP used by different accounts?

                                  I ordered a Voltas AC which is supposed to be delivered on June 3rd 2019. But it is not yet delivered till June 6th 2019. When contacted Flipkart, they gave their standard answer ‘Sorry’ and told someone will contact me. No one has contacted me and it is very painful for us in this summer without an AC. They should be fined for not taking care of the customer. This is also a learning for all that to save some money from not buying directly from the shop, how painful it can be. Worst service.

                                    It's been second time i'm being harassed on delivery ground. I have follow up with the team severally not to repeat the issue and to follow up with Ekart, flipkart's own logistics chain. Nothing has been done to help me in this situation.

                                    The case is very simple i ordered a TV on 19May.promised delivery date 24 may.. Delivery Doesnot happened so on 25 th may i Cancelled the same.. Post a apology mail and a telephonic conversation with Samantha R she said sorry and assured me it is not going to Repeat itself and insisted to Order the same. But Second time i ordered on 31may Promised Delivery Date was 4June. I'm writing the mail on 5thJune over not getting the product. If again same continues i'll forcefully cancel the order and close all the relationship with you guys of several years.

                                    What is the issue is If ekart will try to deliver me the product also they will not able to do that because i'm going to Out of town for 15/17days..

                                    Hope You will help in sorting the Issue Out.

                                    The Grievance Team worked very efficiently to crumb down the issue. The Have follow up vigourously with Courier partner and now they Assured me of not closing the cases till the tv installs and I am happy with their service. Good Job.. Mail id [email protected]

                                    Its More than 10days Delay in delivery.. Also still they didn't gave me a particular reason instead asking me to cancel the Order??? Do check on this...

                                      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recently purchase flipkart . I have recently purchased Hercules roadeo bicycle from your website, my order ID is OD[protected]. My parcel is arrived too late, and the product I received is faulty.

                                      I have requested for replacement of products, but after failure of replacement schedule date I have called to customer care and I got to known that my order was cancelled due to non availability of product.the customer care executive gave me many dates of product pickup schedule but could fulfill any of the commitments.from 1 month the product is at my home.

                                      I think this matter deserve your urgent attention. I would like you to respond quickly by either giving my full refund or by sending the Hercules roadeo bicycle as I order.

                                      Still the faulty product is not picked up. There is no any help from flipkart.they only give pick dates but doesn’t fulfill the product pick commitments. Flipkart is not giving me my refund amount nor giving me my product. It’s have been 40 days Since they have not solve my problem after so many calls to customer care.

                                        There was a delivery which was to happen at my home today of Nokia 5.1 plus phone and my iPhone se was to be exchanged for it. The delivery guy who came to deliver my item did not have a I’d card on him secondly he did not know English so automatically he did not understand what he has to check in a product which has to be exchanged. Now he rejected my phone since he did not think it was eligible for exchange all the rules which were there for inspection were satisfied by my phone yet he did not like it and he also could not tell me that why was he rejecting it. My name is Panshul Sharma and I am a flip kart plus member being a plus member we did not expect this kind of delivery experience. My registered email id is panshul.[protected]@gmail.com. Please hereby there is request that make sure your delivery guy carries a id on himself and he is properly versed in what he is expected to follow. Very sad experience.
