Good day my self Aman Mahajan had requested the replacement of product on 6th of september as the product was not working properly. After lodging the request With flipkart they are not helping with all this things as i have to leave the country which was mentioned to flipkart supervisor team and its urgent to get replaced . There was no positive reply so i decided to head to consumer forum and i finally visited to national consumer

    Sir i want to buy a mobile from flipkart through my voucher, when i am trying to buy its automatically canceled. Shipment is cancelled by seller. I take the voucher with zest money to buy a mobile but i don't able to buy the mobile and i also called flipkart customer care and i am not satisfied with them they were telling me that you buy different product accept mobile. And i want to buy a mobile that's why i take a lone. Please kindly help me regarding this issue

      Recently i bought jbl t160 earphone after 5 days left ear bud stop working. So i raised a complaint against order no. Od[protected] dated 02 sep 2019 an then flipkart locked my account and telling me that due to high number of return is the reason. But i have bought many thing from them. There is no service center of jbl in my city.

      Thomson smart Tv b9 pro 43 incb. Is under warranty as informed and mentioned on it's exclusive seller Flipkart.

      Thomson's customer care is joke as well as the product turned off within 3 months.

      Flipkart is promoting Thomson but cheating customers. Fake promotion of guarantee when there is no customer care.
      I ordered one acer aspire 5750z battery but they sent some other series which is not compatible with my laptop. I want to return that product. I am trying from last one week but company is not providing any solution. Kindly help me to return that product as soon as possible.

        I have ordered fuhrende flip cover for oppo neo 3 r831k (Black) from flipkart. Today a delivery boy contact no [protected] stated that he will not deliver my product at my address because it is not in to his delivery area.
        This thing is happening from last 6 months.
        If you can not deliver the product at the address then don't charge delivery charge.
        This is a clear fraud case.

          On 30th july i booked a powerbank on 1sep they blocked me saying that the product is not available. I called customers care they promise me to reactivate my account on/before 3 sep.. Till now i cannot login my account.. I got mail from flipkart "we'd like to let you know that your recent order (Od[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."
          What should i do.. I have flipkart balance in it please help me. It would be great help... I will be thankful to you if you help me to reactivate my account

              I had purchase dell laptop from flipkart but when i had placed replacement for that product due to slowness. I had received totally different laptop with other specifications and instead of 15.2 inches i got less than 14.5 inches it's been more then 2 months m following but no response whatsoever.

              Here my concern is not about product was intact or not.
              I have received different laptop and moreover I have all details to prove that and am keeping complaining almost 2 months and you people are least bother about it.

              As you have mentioned that seller had confirmed with delivery partners product was being intact.

              It's clear that product what I had received is different laptop then which I had order.

              Look either you can refund, replace the product

              I had requested many times that send your technician to cross verify products .

              Looking forward with positive solution for this issue.

                I placed order of mobile for my friend's son on flipkart, i placed the same order three time and the payment was also debited from credit card, but without any reason it was canceled by the seller. Flipkart block my account saying that i am not buying this for personal use. I mailed him many time that i ordered all type of things for my group friends and relatives but they are not checking the reality and giving the same reply. Please take strict action and active my account.

                  I accumulated flipkart plus points from my purchases, and i redeemed altbalaji 1 year subscription coupon code. When i tried that code in their website it said invalid code in my mobile and laptop, and i contacted flipkart to notify the error, they said they'll resolve the issue and they said they'll call to my registered mobile number within 2-3 days, i informed them i'm living in uae and i told them i can't answer the call because of roaming charges and i told them to call my uae number, but they called me again and again in my india number and they told i'm not answering the call in my uae number when i didn't received any call in my uae number.

                  I contacted them again to solve the problem, but they started to say i can only avail that subscription if i live in india. I told them two of my friends using the same subscription in my accommodation while sharing the same wi-fi. And they said they'll escalate the issue to technical team, but still no hope.

                      We have received the order on saturday morning dt. 7.9.2019, after giving the delivery the boy stolen my husband shoes. I have noticed in the cctv camera when we are not able to find the shoes.
                      This is really scary because we believe the fliftcart, and think the boys come for delivery they are under abservation of fliftcart and we can believe easily.
                      If this happens a question raises weather online purchase is safe or not because the delivery boys may be dangerous to the life and property o[censored]s.
                      This issue made us to think twise for next purchase.

I called 70-75 times and wasted approx 25-30hrs on it but no issue ressloved just they say to wait 24-48 hrs always. It is a scam by flipkart to steal money from customers.                           I have been trying to make a purchase using debit and credit cards o[censored]nion bank of india and hdfc bank. These cards i have used with flipkart many times before and am using with other vendors (Eg amazon) regularly. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks". This problem does not arise when i use the same cards on a different flipkart account. I do not wish to switch accounts as i have considerably high number of supercoins in that account.
                          Please advise how to clear this, so that i can make payments as before.
                          I wish to make a purchase. I tried contacting their customer care and i have subsequently received one standard response after another promising this issue will be resolved in 24 hours, 48 hours... It's now 1 month later!! Appalling response from customer care. No response from anyone with any sensible information. Just the same standard responses. Seems impossible to get to someone who can resolve the problem. Does flipkart want customers???

                            My flipkart account has been deactivate by saying that i have purchased many products under same category. If i have purchased many mobiles. Whats wrong with that.in my area many people dnt knw to order from online so they insist me to buy mobile for them. I have 2000 amount as gift cards in my accouny which i cant use because of login error. Also i have many coins ready to reedem now. Almost 5000 of amount has been locked into this account. Earlier also when i was about to reedem my coin for gift card from another flipkart account they locked my account. When they are not allowing us to use such coins then whats the use of giving plus title to us.

                                    Actually i have ordered sunglasses and it is not fitted to my face so i have raised return but due to their system error it is not updated as delivered and they called me and asked the picture and i have sent the invoice and product pictures and i continuously called them and they were asking for time only and they gave me mail saying that the issue will be resolved by 7th september 2019 but it is not resolved yet and today also i called them and again they are asking me for 24-48 hrs time to get back to me.
                                    They are not acting on this and continuously asking for 24-48 hours to pick the product and return my money.

                                    If there is a problem with their system why should i be the victim. My money got stuck and i cant keep the product which is not fit for me.

                                      My flipkart account got deactivated on 07 september 2019 and it contained 2000 worth of gift vouchers in it. I am not able to login to my account since then and it every time says "login unsuccessful please retry in a minute". Please resolve this problem as it is my hard earned money and 2000 inr is not a small amount for me, i want my money back.

                                        About poco f1 trouble
                                        1. From day 1 phone not working properly.
                                        2. Complained with in 10 days replaced guarantee date
                                        3. Rejected replacement guarantee without communicated me.
                                        4. With in 45 days the phone (Poco f1) was died automatically.
                                        5. Flipcart denied to give replacement.
                                        6. Harrased by the service center and ask to deposit the phone.
                                        About extra interest on poco f1
                                        1. Bought this product on no cost emi.
                                        2. After purchase sailer charged extra around rs.1500 for 6 months interest on emi.
                                        3. Provide low cost invoice bill instead purchase price.
