I ordered a redmi 7a matte blue 2 gb. After the payment options, amount had been deducted from my bank but there is not any confirmation message or mail from flipkart. And also order is not available in my orders on flipkart account. My registered number is [protected]. It is now 15 hours after my payment. I even called three times to rhe costumer care but they told me to wait 2 hours then. But till now it's not showing. What should i do? Where should i complaint?

    As per flipkart order id:od[protected], i have already order a product on 9th september and payed an amount of 2996 online to flipkart. They said they will deliver the product by 13th september which they failed in doing. After my constant effort i got to speak to the concerned team and they said the product will be delivered on 18th september. That is 9 days after the day of ordering and paying. They are intentionally delaying the delivery to promote one day delivery option. On 17th september i received a message saying that my product will be delivered today. And i called the delivery boy and he didnt keep the word. Product was not delivered and the status of the product is still out for delivery. There is no option even for cancelling the prypduct now. Now when i called their customer service they are saying i have to wait for 24-48hours. I find the ridiculous and i need compensation for this kind of behaviour towards consumers.

      I ordered a denim jacket from flipkart, for which I wanted a bigger size. I ordered S size but I raised a exchange for size M. Plus, I received a product on which brand name was different from what is mentioned on flipkart site. So, the wishmaster denied to exchange the product and asked me to raise a request again mentioning both the issues ( i.e size and brand). So, I raised the request and called customer care hundreds of time. Since the I haven't received any solution from flipkart. I am so disappointed.

        I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number 920* few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

          I have ordered redmi note 7s on 09-sep-2019. The expected mobile delivery date 11-sep-2019. But i have received delivered message on 10-sep-2019 10.46 pm.             I have been a loyal customer of flipkart since 2013, having purchased products worth several lakhs. Flipkart has been my primary mode of online purchase till date. But recently, fallen prey to buyback scheme where flipkart assured rs 15, 300 buyback, i[censored]pgraded to a more expensive oppo mobile on flipkart by october 16, 2019. Hence, i purchased an oppo k1 delivered on february 14, 2019. I used it carefully until 10th september 2019 when i placed an order for oppo reno 10x zoom (Rs 39, 990) in exchange for my oppo k1, with effective price of 22, 790 after buyback exchange. As scheduled the wishmaster arrived with the product to be delivered on september 15, 2019. He was polite in speech. He then thoroughly inspected my oppo k1 with his mobile flashlight, then found a small scratch on lower part of display (Cracks generally extend from edge to edge of display). Confused, he forwarded pic of that scratch (Image attached below) to his superior who instructed him outright to not accept my oppo k1. He then lured me to accept oppo reno 10x zoom by paying the difference amount of 17, 300 but i abstained. He left with out delivering the package. I was upset. To add more salt to the wound, order section in my app reflects that seller cancelled my order as per my request.
            Then i lodged a complaint over flipkart help centre whose official assured me that the technical team will contact me in 24 hours by call or email and rectify my concern but neither happened. I lodged another followup complaint but got no response as promised in next 24 hours. Today, i lodged my final complaint but flipkart customer care official tells me to place another fresh order and when wishmaster comes to deliver the product, to contact customer care support who will escalate the issue. Joke is every time you complain, you speak to a new customer care official whom you have to repeat the story from the scratch.
            The summery of my experience is that stay away from these fradualant buyback offers. Because the wishmaster will reject your old phone siting a small scratch which he will find, because an used phone is bound to have minor scratches. Then he will convince you to accept the product to be delivered by paying the difference amount. 9 out of 10 people will accept the new phone because they need it. If you dont accept new phone still they have nothing to loose. This way they are selling lot of phones fooling loyal customers like me. Firstly they shouldn't assured buyback. There are hidden terms & conditions which is differ in the app & wishmasters inspection protocol. Already my lenovo k3 note was refused in exchange (Exchange price=rs 1550) for when i purchased oppo k1 siting a small scratch. I then sold it to my friend for same price.
            I feel cheated, but i am totally helpless after lost money, time & forced not to upgrade my phone. Hope my story saves consumers like me from being cheated. I will update this post if my concerned is addressed & resolved.

            My order # OD[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 15 September 2019. But until today the order is not delivered and no commitment from Flipkart end. I want someone to attend on this asap
            Paid Rs. 3950 for Flipkart Cardless Credit Payment but after payment on 14th Sept, the remaining amount showing wrong. I've requested to flipkart team to look into this, but no positive response till now.

            Flipkart Misusing the name of Cardless Credit.

            Avl Balance was Rs. 26618, and Paid Rs 3950 as EMI for Sept. so Avl bal should be Rs. 22668, but its showing Rs 23222. Hows this possible? Rs. 554 extra amount showing

              Flipkart has delivered a refurbished model in place of a brand new one and they are not responding to return request for the same. Highly unethical behaviour from such an established company.
              The grievance officers number which they have provided is out of service. Their senior management is indifferent.

              The model number which was ordered by me and delivered to me is still showing available on flipkart.
              Obviously you cannot have 2 iphone of same model number.
              Flipkart is committing fraud as it is still in connivance with the seller who sent me the phone.
              Flipkart needs to be banned if it follows such practices.

                    My flipkart registered account number is [protected] and flipkart registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. Flipkart has blocked my account, in which a gift card of rs 1096 was added.
                    I am a reputed it engineer and can take action against flipkart because of its nonsense policy, but i have complained to flipkart many times about this, but they are not helping me, they are saying that i'm a reseller and resell mobile if they think i was doing something wrong
                    So an information mail should be sent by him but i did not get a notification email or message from flipkart. And suddenly they have blocked my account, when asked they copy-paste the same mail and email, please help me to get my gift card back and get my account unblocked.

                      I bought samsung a50 model via flipkart which was delivered on 31st aug. After using it for one day only, i had observed heating issue, slow charging, slow processing etc.
                      I raised the replacement request on 2nd sept and technician visit was planned by flipkart to check my mobile. Technician visited me on 2nd sept itself and tool 45 minutes to check my mobile including updating the device software. After thorough checking, technician informed me that phone is indeed having heating issue and all other issues are byproduct of heating problem. So my phone should be replaced. On being asked to share report stating same, technician told that same will be shared within 4 hours. After few hours when i checked the status of my replacement, to my surprise, my request was cancelled. After checking with customer care, they suggested to reschedule the technician visit. On 3rd sept, technician didn’t visited my place and just asked me to share screenshot of latest software version of phone and assured me that correct report will be submitted. But again same thing happened and my replacement requested was rejected second time. On enquiring with multiple customer care individuals, i got to know the real issue that technician had submitted false report stating my issue was resolved with software upgrade.
                      Since then, i have been following up with customer care and they are not taking any action. Instead of asking technician the reason for submitting a false report, they kept asking me more time to resolve the issue, which never happened. With all this to and from movement, flipkart successfully wasted days and replacement window got over. Now they are asking me to check my phone with samsung service center.
                      No one at flipkart is ready to help, when i had bought a new phone and got a faulty phone, it should be returned/replaced by flipkart. Visit to service center is only done when phone has some issues after some days o[censored]sage, not for a faulty phone.

                        Flipkart is cheating customers with fake delivery dates and trying to increase sales!! 4 out of 5 orders from flipkart were failed to delivery on the promised delivery date!! Worst of all when i have reached out to customer service, they read out a line"due to unavoidable circumstances logistics team couldn't deliver, we have escalated this issue" well how many times this happens?? Why it keeps happening why no action taken against logistics team??
                        Flipkart is doing this on purpose and i would like to complaint against fraud from flipkart and claim compensation for causing me inconvenience and wasting my time!! Customer service agents dont have basic knowledge and keep reading same line again n again!! I want flipkart to stop this malpractice of selling with fake delivery dates, promise of faster delivery when even after a week product is not delivered! Proof attached delivery date promised 5th sep 2019, even on 12 sep 2019 product was not delivered n no reason provided for delay!!
                        There are 5 orders that got delayed, give me proper explanation else expect formal legal complaint being made for fraud!! Flipkart cannot keep cheating on and on!! Excuses are not accepted i need proper answer why flipkart is not delivering on mentioned dates!

                          I had 3 flipkart accounts, which were opened with my family members number, out of those 3 are blocked, stating reason i resale, one number [protected] got blocked, when i added 2 gift cards of 500 each, which i got from sbi and axis card rewards, they didn't allowed me to use the money, whenever i used it, the payment failed, so i called customer care,. They didnt solve the problem, instead blocked the account, and now i have no access to the gift card i added. I need the gift cards money back. And another account [protected] also been blocked by flipkart, where they called me for refund of money which was added to the account, i even provided them with my account details, they told they will refund the money within 5 working days, but they didnot, and now whenever i am calling they are talking rudely and not providing any details and status, and i didnt recieve thr money in my bank, i provided them my number [protected] to contact and alternate email [protected]@gmail.com, but they never contacted me, so total 2500, 1500 of the last account which is already initiated for the last 3 weeks but i didnt recieve it and the 1000 in the gift card of the first account, i want it back, asap

                            Inspite of proper address details given for delivery with door no. House no., the delivery person was asking me to come at some different address.

                            What is the point of door delivery promises from flipkart if your delivery executives won't read the addresses given by customers and harrass them unnecessarily?

                              I had made a purchase in flipkart on 8-september and had paid ₹59990 through my debit card.
                              Its been 7 days and till date, i've never got my refund. I had contacted them multiple times but they don't seem to help. They are saying that they had refunded the amount on monday itself. I also consulted my bank and they said that they hadn't got any amount on my referral id. I don't know what to do. I hope that my issue will be resolved

                                Fake link- http://flikart.top/in/ is shared on whats app which when opened gives flipkart page and some electronic gadgets with 1/10th price.

                                There are heavy chances people can pay the amount from bank and then they won't get the product.

                                This should be stopped by flipkarts IT team or would damage the brand value.

                                  I ordered tcl 65 inch tv.
                                  But when it diliverd 21 august it's dameged product. I raised refund and replacement request they called my request without any reason.

                                  I raised many complaint s regard the sane to flipkart costomer care but till now not replaced product.

                                  I am very frusted on this service.
                                  Want to complaint againts service provider.

                                  Please help me on this issue.

                                    I order boat headphones from flipkart order id od[protected]. I received product that looks like used for almost a year. Also product color is different than i ordered. But customer care cancelled my return request saying you have to select multiple options in return request. I had selected option of "received different product". Flipkart has no option of "received used product". Now my return request got cancelled by them, and i not able to raise a return request.

                                    Thanks to flipkart. I returned the product, and money is refunded within 26 hours of transaction. Just an advice to flipkart, please have some quality check before product packing.

                                      I ordered tv unit from flipkart and was delivered on aug 7 with a commitment of installation within 4 days of delivery. Payment was done through flipkart pay later which will be due next month of purchase. The installation has not happened till date and i have raised this issue several time to flip team. They have scheduled 3 dates and i kept my family members at home itself thinking they will come for installation but never turned back. Finally they made fake installation update aug 22 and closed their task. I have informed the same with time stamp image as a proof o[censored]nopened box and informed flipkart about the fraudulent thing and told them the payment would be only done for this particular product once the installation is complete. Now they have charged fine for my due amount inspite of having regular follow up on the case. I request authority to take necessary action on this as i have not utilised the product its still in uninstalled stage.
                                      The return policy is also taken off after 10 days of installation ie on aug 22 fake update has made for installation.

                                      Please help in this regard.

                                        I had placed an order for introductory microeconomics for class xi by cb sachadeva 2018 edition on the 9th of september. As per the website the delivery date was 14 th september - saturday. This book was needed for my sons midterm economics exam on the 18th of september. He would have had 4 days of preparation. I was also charged a delivery fee for the same. However there was no delivery on the 14th. I called customer care to ask them why it hasn’t been delivered, i was told there is some problem with the courier partner and i would receive it on the 19th. I repeatedly told them it would not solve the purpose and i need delivery by today. Flipkart customer care said they cannot guarantee it and only try. I told them i’ll not accept the delivery on 19th. It has caused lot of stress in the house and instead of studying my son and me are trying to arrange for the book. It’s not available in my local book stores. It’s a cause of major anxiety as my son is worried he’ll not do well in his exams because of flipkart’ s fault my son should not have to go through. He should have been focusing on his studies but now he’s worried and anxious that he’ll fail.
