I would like to highlight an issue with flipkart
I placed the order on 29th august as gift to a kid (Set of colors) products was delivered on 30th august
Order is: od[protected]
30th august i placed refund request for the delivered product bye to its extreme low and damaged quality
Till date i have not received refund status. Contact centre people kept telling me to wait until pick up is done whenever the seller would. Only then i will get my refund in next 9 days (Punjab centre, spoke to mohit sharma)
Flipkart logistic never attempts pickup, but i receive sms staying pickup was unsuccessful
Recently i learnt that refund is cancelled due to delay by customer, whereas i have no such clue
I again called cust service for help, again the same was advices that i have to wait till the pickup is completed (Which they never attemp) only then they will be in position to help with refund
I am extremely pissed and just need my money, i donβt trust flipkart and itβs logistics partner and sellers

The Flip cart company are two time forgery .
looking wise items and delivered items is difference .
and also till date ( ordered product ) this products in site of flip card available with offer
