Hi,

I have ordered redmi k20 phone from flipkart and got it on 21st of july. After few days i noticed that the phone is restarting automatically. I complaint to flipkart for replacement with a new phone but they are denying. I got a faulty phone and i dont want to keep on using a phone which is continuously restarting by itself. Please change the phone.

    When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' (On pc) and 'something went wrong' (On app).
    I am facing this issue since 2 months. After many complaints on customer care or via mail issue still not solved. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and also tell me the reason, why my account not logged on flipkart?

      Dear sir,
      I had ordered vivo z1 pro by prepaid mode (Debit card) order id - od[protected] date on 08/aug/2019 their courier partner ekart delivered this product on 14/08/2019 after that flipkart cancel this order on approx 23/aug/2019 by their technical fault and initiated refund the courier boy came and he demanded money 13508. Because order had canceled but i payed him by phonepay because product already delivered me on 14/08/2019. It this case i complained so many times to flipkart to update the status but no response i feced two issue in this case 1-i loosed rs1000 by bank offer debit card and 2- i loosed 42 super coins because being order cancelled

        Flipkart order id (Od[protected] i ordered a macbook air on exchange and the order got cancelled because of a very nominal scratch in the corner, how can flipkart expect an old laptop without even a single scratch? I am sure flipkart is cheating with this program as the delivery boy was desperately looking to get something, and when i said i would talk to customer care he was very confidant that they won't accept my request and would ask to pay the additional amount. It's a clear case of cheating, that they are showing good exchange amount on the product and them simply rejecting it and asking for more money.

          I ordered realme 5 pro on 4th sep, and it was supposed to be delivered on 5th sep which not yet delivered till 7th sep, although it reached to nearest hub station on 5th sep. Flipkart is clueless about the product where it is and denied to share any details of seller / courier service.

          I have raised concern to flipkart but flipkart is not ready to share any details of seller /courier.

          Its not resolved yet but still flipkart is making this as resolve.

            My flipkart marq ac bought 6 months back stopped working suddenly. Complaint was raised with marq customer care on 2nd sept. An executive from jeeves visited on 3rd evening (Without proper equipment) and identifed a burnt capacitor, i was told it would be replaced in 4 days. Today 7th sept i got a sms from jeeves confirming that executive will visit today. I called the executive and he is like i have no idea.. I told him to provide an exact date and he declined to confirm and asked to call marq directly.

            Marq as usual says give us 48 hours and we will resolve without commiting to anything.

              The most thirdclass service via flikart. I have ordered one bpl 32 inch led tv on 1st sept 2019 which was supposed to be packed on 4th sept and delivered by 5th sept... But no progeess on my order yet.. I have contacting flipkart since 4th but no one can provide me whats the status of my update.. They just simply block my money... I m just wasting my time by calling them and no proper resolution... This is not the first time which is happeninhlg... The most thirdclass unproffesiinal service by flipkart... Till today i have no clue where my order is... I guess flipkart dont steal my money... I dont have so much time to follow up daily and talk to persons who also have no clue... Who will compensate this thing...

                    Actually i bought a fridge of electrolux in feb 2015 and now our fridge's
                    Compressor is not working and compressor is still in warranty period but problem is this to whom i ll call to change the compressor as service provider's number is not working. Flipkart is not taking any responsibility. Now i want to ask where i have to and ask to change the compressor. From now i ll not purchase any product online. I stuck to bought this fridge. This is the big problem to purchase online. We can not complain anywhere...

                        I have created flipkart account three years back with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number. This no is deactivated now.

                        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                          Hello,
                          I would like to highlight an issue with flipkart
                          I placed the order on 29th august as gift to a kid (Set of colors) products was delivered on 30th august

                          30th august i placed refund request for the delivered product bye to its extreme low and damaged quality
                          Till date i have not received refund status. Contact centre people kept telling me to wait until pick up is done whenever the seller would. Only then i will get my refund in next 9 days (Punjab centre, spoke to mohit sharma)
                          Flipkart logistic never attempts pickup, but i receive sms staying pickup was unsuccessful
                          Recently i learnt that refund is cancelled due to delay by customer, whereas i have no such clue
                          I again called cust service for help, again the same was advices that i have to wait till the pickup is completed (Which they never attemp) only then they will be in position to help with refund
                          I am extremely pissed and just need my money, i don’t trust flipkart and it’s logistics partner and sellers

                              Order not delivered and flipkart asking to pay. Over 1 week and no solution, flipkart giving a run around. Neither cancelling order nor delivering. Customer care supervisors asking more time everyday. It's not they need to deliver items to moon, for God's sake it's grocery. Raised issue on social media as well but no response.

                                I ordered teddy bear on flipkart website on 29.08.2019, and paid rs.549/- including rs.50/- for courier charges.
                                And they mentioned / promised deliver date is 04.09.2019.
                                Product was showing out for on 04.09.2019, but till now i didn't get any call from courier boy, and shipment was not delivered without any proper reason.

                                Even i spoke to flipkart customer care executives morethan 30 times, and write complaints more than 50 times, but there is no response from them.

                                  I have added 19700 to my fliplart wallet on 31st august and then i booked a product but the seller cancelled it immediately after payment is done. So i contacted customer care and they said me to try booking again. So i tried booking product for 5 days (5 to 6 times) even then the seller is cancelling order for no reason. Now finally yesterday flipkart sent me an email by saying they blocked my account. And i contacted support team and wrote hundreds of email to flipkart ([protected]@flipkart.com) regarding this issue. But they never gave a solution and only saying to wait for 2 days, 3 days etc. There has been no proper solution given by them and i dont know what about my money (19700) in wallet. Someone please help?!!

                                    I have brought marq washing machine of rs 9849 from flipkart. I paid 800 cash and 9049 from my axis bank credit card. Then i have return this product because of not working properly. Then flipkart pickup my return on 16th july 2019. And my refund processed on 21st july 2019. Amount of rupees 800 credited to my bank and 9049 not credited to my credit card as per given date of 30 july 2019 by flipkart. Then i have call to flipkart on 31st july they given me transaction id and said contact to bank. Then i have contacted to bank and confirm and bank said no refund is credited to your account. And continuesly contacted to bank and talk with bank but no refund is credited then i have sent my chat record with bank to flipkart then flipkart said within 48 hrs your issue will resolved. Then after 48 hrs i call to flipkart then again they said 48 hrs. Till 19th july they said 48 hrs but no refund credited to my account, so i call again to flipkart so they said send me your credit card statement we will contact to bank and your issue will resolve within 72 hrs so i have sent all required thing. After 72 hrs i again call to flipkart on 22nd july so now again they given me date of 26th july.
                                    They are giving me only date from almost 1 month but no refund is credited.
