I want to know the exact reason please. Here with i must be cautious to use credit card, customer should know why the amount being debited from the account.

    Respected Sir /Madam,
    I've ordered my Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro Space Black 4GB 64 GB mobile (Order date was 8th August 2019 as promised delivery date within 2 days) from Flipkart, it was my 6th Mobile from Flipkart just within 2 year's of time, I didn't get the product as they promised, Finally I got the delivery after the long waiting on 17th August 2019, On 23rd of August I felt like the mobile camera was Freezing and there is some cracking sounds from the speaker as well, I've called to the Customer service and complained about the matter and they arranged a technician (From Jeeves Company ) to visit and check the Device, the same day technician visited and formatted the device and he told me that after restarting the device everything will be fine, (He was on a call all the time, He doesn't know even how to do the Factory Reset, He was working as per the instructions getting from the phone call from his superior), even after that the problem was still existing and in addition the system was getting hot, when I mentioned it to him he said I can't do anything, I've called to the Flipkart Customer Service again the same day and explained all these things they stated that the technician has given a fake update and Will arrange another technician from the same agency (Jeeves) the second day technician has came and rectified the problems and he told me he will forward the report to the concern and Flipkart will contact you, I waited for the update from the Flipkart and didn't get a call back from Flipkart, I called them again and said that the problem still existing, Requested many times for a replacement or a Refund, I keep calling them and they keep saying that, the concerned team will contact you and on or before this (giving me a specific date) you will get a resolution on this case, Today Morning ( 03.Sept 2019 ) they called me and told me to contact the nearest service center to repair the Mobile, I refuse to repair and requested a refund or replacement instead, after the call disconnected for the last time I've called them again and asked for any superior or Senior Executive but they keep saying to visit the nearest service center and repair the Mobile, As per Flipkart Return Policy There is 10 days Time period to return the product, I've contacted them so many times from the 6th day after delivery, because it's faulty device, I'm really tied of contacting and explaining again and again the same every time . It's Brand new Mobile and Delivered a Defective Device, It's their responsibility to Replace or Refund now they re saying that the seller refuse to replace or refund, Please see the attachment for the same,

      I received a fake product of an international brand name Maybelline New York fit me foundation from Flipkart today. It was a fake product without any seal and tag and there was no details of its manufacturing and expiry. When I contacted the customer care, they are giving me unfavourable reasons. Why are you making us a fool with selling a fake product? Why are you cheating your customer? What if something happens to my skin after using your fake, illegal sold product? Will you eat any medicine without the details of the date of manufacture and expiry? Please think about it and take immediate steps. I want to return it. Waiting for a favourable reply.

        Dear sir / madam,

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: phones and accessories

        The issue that i have experienced was: i haven't received the charging adaptor and usb cable for a realme x purchased on 27th aug, 2019. The customer support team has extended tat for 4 times now and also blocked my account today. They aren't providing any conclusive resolution.

        It occurred on: 3/09/2019

        I want flipkart to unblock my account and restore it to original condition, issue me the charging adaptor and usb cable and also compensate for all the troubles caused to me for mistakes made from their end.

        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                Dear,

                Placed vivo s1 order in flipkart through credit card emi payment option on 23rd aug 2019. On 24th aug status was showing as cancelled. On 25th aug received another notification stating that refund was not successful due to incorrect account details. Next day received another notification stating refund also canceled. On 26th raised a concern with flipkart and they promised me to resolve the issue by 30th aug. On 30th aug they blocked my flipkart account and sent an email saying that my account blocked due to some inappropriate transactions. Since aug 26th they didn't refund my amount they didnt responsed back. They are sending same notification on twitter saying "that we are sorry for the inconvenience. We are working on it. We will resolve it at the earliest and your patience is much appreciated." everyday im begging like anything.

                  Hi i have ordered under armour t-shirt from flipkart but i got nike t-shirt i have returned the product now flipkart is denying i have returned the product and cancelled return. Now flipkart is refusing to give refund. First flipkart says product is damaged next time their say check with delivery guy and next their say product is not picked up at all. After sharing messages and acknowledge. Each time flipkart is giving some reason or other. This is worst service i have come across thier don't respond and queries and give you timeline with won't be met.

                  I don't understand how can issue be closed without giving me any solution???I just call from Flipkart representative saying he is closing issue.i don't understand how irresponsible Flipkart is their don't put minimum effort to service customer.truly disappointed with Flipkart

                    I ordered nokia 3310 ds on jun 19, the phone back cover was damaged and hence i returned the phone itself. Still i am waiting for the refund. Now its been almost 3 months.
                    When i call flipkart they say our concern team will call you back within 48 hrs, but there is no call from the flipkart team.
                    Kindly take care of your customer if you dont want to lose your valuable customer!!!

                        I placed samsung a10 mobile on 27th aug and its estimated delivery date is 28th aug. But mobile was not shipped till 28th noon, so i raised my concern to fk customer support, they just cancelled my order and blocked my account in which i have around 10000rs in my wallet.

                        I have listed my past 9 months order and i have clear proof on all the gift cards added to my account. I'm ready to submit the required proofs.

                        My expectation: 1. Money needs to be transferred to my bank account 2. Account needs to be active and proper valid justification of this flipkart behaviour.

                          I ordered a phone from flipkart, i received it on 12th aug 2019 but it was defected, it restarted automatically without any warning and multiple times in a day. So i claimed for replacement but my replacement request was rejected, flipkart customer support told me that it was because the technician told them that phone didn't had any issue. So i was told to reclaimed it and the same thing happened again.
                          The technicians were from jeeves and gave a fake review to flipkart which i have heard has happened with others too.
                          Even after that i made another complaint within the deadline of replacement policy, i was told that i will be provided the solution by 30 aug 2019 which was later postponed to 31 aug 2019, but its 2nd september now and i still have not received any call or email from flipkart and my issue remains unsolved.

                            I have purchased a Redmi Mobile Phone 3gb 32gb Ruby Red on 10th August under Independence Day sale.

                            My order ID is OD[protected]
                            I got the product on 14th August. There was fault in the product so I have made the return request.

                            A technician came and checked the mobile on 22nd August and agreed on my point that there is problem in phone's speaker. He told me that he will forward my message ahead. But flipkart has cancelled my return request on its own.
                            Again I have made the return request. The technician came again. Again agreed on the point that there is a problem in phone's speaker and the voice is very low. Again my return get cancelled by flipkart.

                            I mailed flipkart and described the whole issue. And even mentioned in my mail that technician has said I can only checked the mobile and complain about it to flipkart. After that flipkart will have to take decision whether they would like to return it or not.

                            But fortunately next day I got a call from Escalation team of flipkart. The gentle lady listened to me and immediately processed the return request.
                            I got the replacement product after a week which was too late.

                            After using the replacement product for few hours I realized that this one is also another defective product and there is a serious problem in the phone's speaker. I checked it twice. Thrice. Many times. The voice is very very low. I can't able to talk on phone due to it's low and lack of clarity in voice.
                            I immediately made the return request. Got a message regarding return that technical support will contact you on 1:30 p.m. on 30th August.

                            30th August, Till 4 p.m. I didn't got any phone call from any technical support team. So I have made a call request and got a call from flipkart. The lady representative told me follow the troubleshooting steps, which I have followed many times in past but it didn't work for a speaker problem which is a hardware issue. After that she told me that a technician will visit to me on or before 2nd September and will check my phone whether its in good condition or not (screen, charger, dent etc). Then he will pick up my phone on 2nd of September and after that the refund will be made by 6th September. I have the call record of 20 minutes 59 seconds as a proof.

                            But nothing has happened! The technician doesn't came today till 6p.m.! And I got a message from flipkart that your return request has been cancelled by the seller, which is very surprised and unbelievable!

                            I don't understand that how can a seller cancelled the return on its own? How did a biggest company like flipkart has given so much freedom to the seller to sell defective products again and again and not even returning it? How flipkart can tolerate the seller's behavior on return if the seller is selling on flipkart's platform? Who is the boss flipkart or the so called seller? For your kind information the so called seller Supercomnet has only 3.5 rating out of 5 in product quality section ! And still the seller cancels the return on its own and the poor flipkart can't do anything in such cases! Strange!

                            And for your kind information I have again made the return request. And again got the message regarding technician visit which is on 7th September. And the return period will be over by 8th September. This is a big game!

                            After all these above things happened there is no need to mention again that how customers are getting cheated by flipkart and their so called sellers.

                                At the time of booking, Flipkart has given me No-cost EMI option for payment using my HDFC credit card. I have used the same option. Product value was Rs.16999.00 and added 621 Rupees as bank interest and given same amount as discount for the order. It has asked me confirmation for Rs.2830 per month for 6 months. Payment was through, but the full amount has been charged. It was not converted to EMI. When I contacted the bank, they told full amount debit has come from flipkart. I contacted flipkart customer care many times. Each time, after listening to the issue, they used to tell, OK, I will connect you to senior. And after sometime, call gets disconnected. Finally one senior talked to me and he tells, I have not used the EMI option. I am pretty sure that I have used that option. I hav ethe screen shots too with me. Now, If I try to convert that amount to EMI, Bank is going to charge 22% interest. Such a worst response and cheating was not expected from flipkart. Kindly take action for refund of interest amount, ie 22% or convert the transaction into no cost EMI

                                  I was looking for a laptop and found one of my liking on flipkart, so i asked my dad and ordered one. It was like 9 p. M at night when i ordered one. I was very happy to get myself a new laptop. Next day in morning i received a message of cancellation of order and when i looked in app itself my account was logged out. I tried logging in but it did not got logged in. I also tried forgetting password but no success. I tried calling flipkart customercare and the told me thaat my account has been blacklisted as my orders are not intended for personal use. I tried mailing them in hope of getting account unblacklisted but no success. Now i have no access to my account. My orders consisted on a smartphone (Shipped successfully), earphones (Got cancelled automatically) and a laptop (Also got cancelled automatically). Help me please.

Since the product was delivered to you on 20 Jul 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your replacement request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        With a lot of pain and agony i am writing this complaint, i have order few items (Groceries) on 3rd august 2019. Till date the order is not deleivered and the date of delivery is being extended indefinetly. Today the delivery date is mentioned as 3rd sept 2019. You can understand no consumer can wait till one month to get their groceries.

                                        I have talked to flipkart 12 times but they have not resolved my complaint and said that they do not have authority to cancel the items. Also they talked to me in a rude manner instead of helping me. They keep my call on hold on an average for 30 minutes.

                                        Kindly cancel the items and provide me refund immediately.

                                        Also take necessary action against the flipkart team so that no consumer suffers for such negligence of flipkart in future.
