I have purchased a product from Flipkart on 29th AUG at 7:30PM. The promised delivery date was given as Aug 31st. While I was eagerly waiting for my product, I called Flipkart Customer Service(CS) to see whether it can be delivered early, i.e. 30th. They have told that it will be delivered on the PROMISED date. So, waited till 31st, and to my surprise I neither received any update(on my Order - OD[protected] nor delivered.
Today is 5th SEPT, exactly 5 DAYS from Promised Delivery Date. Still the product is not yet delivered to me. I spoke to Filpkart CS 10times till date, I didn't get a proper response from them. I had even requested them to provide an estimated delivery date so that I will not check the order status everytime. The product is simply being rotated(here and there) within the same ekart outlets. I am so frustrated.
Lastly, I've decided to escalate and requested CS team to connect their Senior Person or Manager. They said OK and kept me waiting for 10mins.
Now I am literally FED UP with Flipkart and their Service. So, complaining here.
I would urge you to assist in this regard. Attaching screenshot for reference.

I just got a call from Flipkart - They are demanding me to cancel the order since it was sent to different location within the same State. Also, they cannot assure when it is going to be delivered, if it is not cancelled now.
What the HELL!? Is this how you behave with your customers? I don't understand why would I have to cancel it when it is NOT my Fault. Looks like they wanted to put blame on me in the name of wrong address so that I will cancel. I had made them very clear that "NOT MY FAULT". I had ordered multiple items on Flipkart on the SAME address and never had such issues.
The REASON for not being "easy" here is - I was monitoring the product(looking for availability because of interest in specific Color - Blue)on Flipkart Portal for more than ONE WEEK since the product was showing OUT OF STOCK all the time. Ordered one fine day upon availability. Now, after all this traumatic experience I don't want to cancel it.

I was told by one of your colleague that the Order will be delivered within 24 - 48 Hours. Then why the hell are you guys irritating me again and again to cancel the order.
I would request you to not set bloody expectations to customer when you cannot deliver things on time. I see a lot of complaints here..

Don't know how many "24 - 48 Hours" they need to deliver a single product.

It's been more than 10 DAYS since the promised Delivery Date.
The Flip cart company are two time forgery .
looking wise items and delivered items is difference .
