I have gift card of rs 3000 in my flipkart gift card wallet and flipkart has blocked my account and now i am not being able to use it they said that i am using account for reselling purpose but from last six months i have not ordered any products from flipkart still they are not listening and without any reason they have blocked my account i feel like cheated by flipkart which is one of india's largest online shopping website so i kindly request you to unblock my account.

    I have proof of my very issue... You can see that my phone's temperature has rised to 56 degree and it is very dangerous as at this temperature my phone's battery can blast... After my first technician visit, my return was declined stating that i don't have any issue (He ran camera for 20 mins and the temperature was 48) and i showed him this screenshots, he said we don't consider photos or screenshots.. He also said to contact flipkart and share this screenshots with them, they will surely help u in this.. But again and again my return request is being rejected..

      Shameless act of irresponsibility from Flipkart, they say they initiated refund, but gave me only 5 rupees instead of 1354

      I've been waiting too long for the refund to finally order from another website because Flipkart automatically cancelled my order and snatched my money

        Hi,
        I purchased the Laptop (Aspire A315 - 53g - 5968) on 09/09/2019, please review attached screenshot of my invoice.
        When i contacted ACER for warranty i found the installation of the product done on 22/06/2019 and validated to have a warranty till 21/07/2019. Please review web screenshot from ACER about product warranty information.
        I contacted Acer for more information on the warranty details, and ACER customer support told me that it is not registered under you, it was register under Renington, you have received used product, still the owner of the product is the guy renington. You need to contact the seller immediately and return back the product. You cant keep the product owned by another customer.
        Since these happened i contacted Flipkart from 10/09/2019, I provided all the above information, query was registered for resolution on 13/09/2019. No response received from Flipkart called on 13/09/2019 at 5.15pm s/w rep sidharth per rep he mentioned the claim# IN[protected]. He looked over the issue i mentioned everything that i received a used product and it is registered to another user 3 months ago. i waited for official reply, no response received, either i need refund or i am moving legally. He only mentioned as per review he was able to understand that it is used product we will provide an Hand to Hand replacement with new invoice as per replacement agreement day. I agreed upon the decision, however new reolution date changed to 16/09/2019, and i received a response through mail 07.57 stating it is postponed to 18/09/2019.
        i tried to contact flipkart multiple times when i explain issue to supervisor they disconnect the call.
        No refund or replacement received. Product worth 39, 990 and i received used product, no customer support. i am getting cheated. Since acer providing extra warranty on offer price from 05/09/2019 - 30/09/2019 i purchased the product on 07/09/2019 right now i being cheated and not able to get new product or able to get the offer.
        Please help me. I would like to further move to consumer court of india if it is not resolved here.

        They replied they revert on it, no response till now. When i contacted customer care and talked to floor supervisor Kadir, he mentioned the it will take another 2 days this is as of 20/09/2019.
        I had ordered another product from same seller, received it faulty and they approved refund for that within 1 day since the price was 129 only
        for my 40k product no response till now, pending response for 10 days on 23/09/2019 i am moving to district consumer court with all the details drafting an registered legal notice will be sent to flipkart address. demaning replacement with compensation for damages for financial loss and mental agony.
        40K producted scammed by flipkart no response, no resolution, no mail, no contact.
        I am posting this issue for the campaign in every social media.
        on 23rd sep after registering in district court i am going through media news channel live.

        did you tried to contact the seller for this issues

          Hi,

          My account has been blocked by Flipkart by giving reasons - buying items not intended for personal use.
          Last few months has been family time for me, where I have been gifting items to my close relatives including my parents and wife.
          I wasn’t aware of Flipkart policy on limit of purchase.

          I will take care of this going forward and will keep my purchase limit to minimum possible. But at the same time I am hurt that buying gifts for my family lead to being blocked by Flipkart.

          So I request them to consider this as one off scenario for last few months and reopen my account.
          But they are giving fake promises.
          Please help me to open my account.

            Hello friends,

            I visited Flipkart website on 3rd September to buy an LED UltraHD TV. I read about many brands listed on Flipkart. I found a 4k LED that was of JVC company. Very good features were described so I ordered for 49" LED.

            The LED was delivered in time, I was happy. But real shock was awaiting me.

            It's screen was foggy, Colors splaying was ruining picture quality. It screen was even worse than an LCD for TV and YouTube videos.

            I contacted Flipkart for return, their technician came checked and said their is flaw with the screen, said he submitted the report. They said it's a matter of this set so we will replace but not return. I told I doubt to compromised manufacturing by JVC. They didn't agree and sent other LED. It was no better, rather same bad 4K LED. Viewing it caused headache to me.

            I contacted again, they keep on asking again and again the same thing, what problems in screen are there line or dark spots or cutting of pictures... How funny!

            Screen is giving such a poor quality blurred pictures, let aside 4k it can't even match a good LCD I bet...

            They have wasted my 20 days, countless technician visits caused me nearly three days leave from office. Still they sent one more technician he also said same thing- it can be corrected, there is flaw in its technology.

            This is what Flipkart is selling and this is the quality of services.

            In my view never buy LED, AC, Washing Machine, Laptops, Tablets or Mobiles from Flipkart.

            Agar aapka koi item mere LED jaisa deliver ho gaya to jindgi me zahar ghul jayega.

            I am fighting a tough war with them, I can't forget my hard earned money. I will file a Consumer court suit.

              Dear sir I have ordered the the redmi note 7 pro (OD[protected] on 5.8.2019 by exchange of the mobile redmi Mi A1, on 7. 8.19 delivery boy from Ekart mr.sachin came to home with Mr tirumal and checked old mobile and said its screen came out it's not able to exchange.k I said please reject and return. He said k it will be reject and return and any will be refunded in half an hour. After half an hour I checked there is no msg )mail about cancellation or refund I saw in Flipkart app it's updated as item delivered. Immediately I called the delivery boy and said its showing like this he said its technical issue regarding this we inform company and I also called customer care center they said its technical issue it will be resolved 24 to 48 hours. After 24-48 hours it's not resolved again we called they said it will resolve within 12.8.2019 bad backend team working on it they will contact but no called but still not resolved.again I called on 13.8.2019 and they said same afternoon higher escalated team called they took our a/c number and all 24-48 hour's we need for refund and within 5 days it will be resolved.we received msg that 21.8.2019 is last date at 5 pm.but daily I and my husband call daily they said still not resolved backend team working we fedup, got tentioned and lastly they saying still no information about the item is reched from logistic. On 20.8 2019 evening we went to Ekart logistic Davangere he simply said we sent it you contact customer care only not responding properly as I have sit in for one hour as lady. After that I only checked tracking details in Google tracking number (FMPP[protected]) it's showing up to 10.8.19. it was in Davangere hub only after it returned and reached at Bangalore hub on 17.8.2019. I explained this as customer the item is at your hub only why you are not refunded I thought they doing dram. Since 7.8.19 daily I called to Costumer care I talked 1 hours daily I get fedup even I explained to them I need my money immediately I have health issue I have to kocchin .I talked various person Kishor, Agarwal (manager), Harish (higher authority), Gaja(twice), . Sangmesh (twice ) higher authority, Pooja(higher escalated officer)twice.etc no use After 21 again called simply they saying 24 to 48 hours yesterday 23.8.2019 Pooja(higher escalated officer) called again took a/c number and said the same 24-48 hours for refund initiation and refund with next 5 days. Again today morning I called higher authority Shrikant in Kannada talked he said wait they have taken a/c number na then wait he saying After this at 3.30 Preeti from higher authority she told up to 2 sept we will resolve .. wat is the hell it is. I said not possible it's done by credit card that should clear in this month only but no use I said every time I won't give time.no use, explained health issue also. I fed up

              IMPORTANT NOTE: As they are not yet refunded to me and saying technical issue, it's Flipkart problem not my problem refund my money from Flipkart office suspense a/c and go on resolving on it, they have given tention, I lost my happy my health and all previously I not well it's spoiled my health double, it was urgent money I needed for my health to go for kocchin agian I have wait for doctor appointment, I got lot of problems by them all problems resolve by they only. I am asking DOUBLE amount by Flipkart (9899+9899) because of this issue which has created lot of problems, especially for their negligence and playing with customer(my) money and my health. Please do the needful

This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

                    U taken cash also from my frnd.

                    Seriously m not expecting this type of service from flipkart after paying
                    Online payment delivery not delivered on adress and saying it's cash on
                    Delivery and went back

                    And now he diliverd and take cash from my frnd seriously after paying
                    Online all amount delivery boy taken cash from my frnd i ordered him
                    For birthday surprise and noe i feel cheated

                    I don't know why all of doing too long process for return the mobile at the
                    Time of ordering mentioned 10 days easy return if not happy with the
                    Product and now 7 dasy completed 4/5 times i requested for return refund
                    But always my request cancelled. And technician came to check mobile they
                    Said it's honor quality camera don't compare with any other brand and went
                    Back.

                    Please please do this now about to three month completed no response

                      I purchased Asus zenfone 4 selfie new phone on[protected] in flipkart online shopping website having Order Id -OD[protected] & invoice No-FAA2GV[protected]. Invoice Date[protected]. with one year warranty. I am using this mobile, mobile is to much of heating while charging time, using internet time and not hearing incoming calls. I went to Asus authorized service center, Vijayawada, A.P. on[protected] with compliant No-INXAK90058. I told my mobile have mobile is to much of heating charging time and using internet time and incoming call not hearing problem and it is in warranty so please rectify this. For this they told me this warranty already expire, you are purchased already used mobile, so it could not be cover under warranty. I shown invoice copy, but not accepted. They are told me to call to flipkart. At that time to till now I am calling to flipkart but that problem should not be rectified.

                            I facing a issue regarding the products i have purchased for the month of august. Some items i have returned it due to certain issues but it has not been updated in purchase list. Accordingly for which my overdue amount is higher thn the actual.

                            Kindly look into the matter i have complained about it but its not yet solved.

                              I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I thought the problem will be fixed in one or two days but till date it shows the same error message.

                                I have purchased a P99 set through online. After receiving the set and during its usage, I noticed that the discharging rate of the battery is very high. Immediately, I brought the matter into the knowledge of the authority through online. Unfortunately, the authority arose several queries about the problem, but my problem has not been solved yet. I also agreed to replace the set with another set, but all my attempts went in vain. I also like to mention that I used to purchase many items from the company like Flipcart and sometimes I returned few items, but I never faced such problem before this which goes against the reputation of the organization. So, I would request your kind favour to look into the matter to work out my purpose.

                                      I have got the courier today & found to be price tag manipulated also no seal in product, so there might be a chance o[censored]sed product one.
                                      Second thing is, as per price i know it is the product has actual price of rs.60/- so for 3pcs it should be rs.180/- but i have given rs.222/- excluding shipping charge of rs.58/ total rs.280/- i have given.
                                      While trying to return the order there is no such option for this, i think seller has done this intentionally.

                                      Kindly help...
