    I have been calling all the day for information regarding my screen damage replacement has I have warranty still left bt there is no response from any 3phone numbers which I have contacted which one number made me to wait 20mins bt no response...and they are giving me different numbers to contact even I did that bt there is no proper response from any executive...I have already submitted a claim bt there is no response for even that...I'm attaching all the pictures and PDFs required .       I have ordered one Nike T-shirt from Flipkart, since last one month customer care experts were looking into my issue. Now they are saying return policy ended, they would not be able to help me on this. Do the needful immediately, T-shirt received in torn condition, two little holes present in the T-shirt. Flipkart is not helping me. My money stacked.

Since the product was delivered to you on 25 Aug 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your replacement request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

      First of all called support many times within the return window. But no one responded properly from Flipkart Support. 2nd thing, this is an apparel, service centre wont help. Dont share system generated response in social media, everyone is watching. My product return policy valid till 25 September. I kept contacting via chat channel also. Didnt receive any help. Having two holes in the product of Rs.2999.

        Hi, this is to inform you today at 11am i received a call from unknown number stating that he was from flipkart called due to refund of money which i wanted from flipkart since one of my order item not received but delivery message was sent to me. While calling he sent one text message which contains a link of google form where i was requested to fill up username, amount to be refunded and upi pin. I didn't want to fill up but he accused me if i don't fill then i won't get the money refund on behalf of flipkart. So i filled and submitted the form but the call was still ongoing and i asked when i would get the money. After this he responded that my account is on verification and it would take some time after that when i checked my account it was full blank. When i asked what was happening in my account he replied it is full verifying my balance and after verification i would get the full money. Within half an hour my account was full emptied and that guy cut the call. If this kind of fraudulent happens then its very difficult to trust online transaction portals. And for this i made a FIR to my near p.s so next step would be taken by law which can go to higher authority. For your reference i attached some screen shots of fraudulent activity.

          I purchase 4 shirts and two jeans from flipkart when i choose payment option debit card and i do the payment it was unsuccessful then i try second time and it was succesful in second time but money is debited from my account two times while payment is succesful only one time i need full refund of my money which was deducted by flipkart

              I ordered nike sneakers in flipkart instead of that i received different brand and different product now am raising the complaint about the issue they are cancelling the return request several times and they not at all helpful and they saying that wait for that date wait wait and i requested that item mismatch i'll keep return but they not accepting the request and canceling the request for several times they did the mistake and we people have to suffer i think this is the planned to get money i kept my total pocket money for this

                  I purchased above from goayal technologies block no. 7 near c4 new delhi 110035 vide bill no. Facuur00000001 invoice date 15/05/2019. I installed this original key only 1 pc instead of 5. It was stated by the seller that if you install this key on more than 5 computers, it will be ineffective. So i installed it only in 1 pc. Now, i received message from microsoft that to activate windows. So i feel that the goyal technologies had not sold me original key and cheated me.

                    I am nantu maiti. I am using flipkart since 2013 and i am a active flipkart plus member.
                    Flipkart blocked my account without any valid reason. They said that the product which i am buying from flipkart is not intended for personal use. But i am using all the product for my personal use. All the products is in my home. How can they claim that?

                      On flipkart bbd i ordered one fila shoes one puma and one duffle bag. All we done cod. On 30 sept at 6:30 pm i recieved that my orders are cancelled. When i tried to login they said your account is blocked. Then i conatcted them on twitter customer care still my isssue was not resolved. The reason they give that it was not for your personal use. How flipkart decied that ut was not off my personal use. How one do with shoes and bag. If you dont want to deliver cancel it but why are u blocking my account. I was a plus user which i have bought before sale it was of not use

                          Hi flipkart team,

                          I was trying to iphone xr from flipkart, actually i ordered same phone from amazon at the price of rs.39999, the same day i saw the ad in flipkart saying iphoe xr selling the price of rs.36000, so i cancel the amazon order by blindly believing flipkart, then i waited till sep 30th till mid night to buy the same phone but with in seconds (Less than 20 seconds) its sold out. Again i tried on sep 30 noon 12 pm, the same thing happend to me this time also.
                          (I have screen recordings for proof)

                          I want to know why flipkart is doing this if you guys don't have the phone for this price, why you wasting my time and effort. I lost my sleep. Because of flipkart i cancel my phone from amazon. Flipkart did't mentioned it was a flash sale. Its disgusting approach the flipkart team is trying to do.

                          I need a solution for this from flipkart team.

                          and the amount was Deduced from my bank account with transaction remarks "ECOM[protected] PayU_Flipkart Payments" But the order was not placed and the money is also not refunded.
                          On 28.09.19 and 29.09.19 there was offer reflecting on flipkart elite for Samsung S10 90% off final price Rs.3, 999/- . I placed the order amount also debited from my bank a/c. But as per customer care there is no order placed on my a/c mobile no.[protected]. I want my refund back
                          I had order 2 saree for puja vacation, 1 saree had delevered properly but 1 saree is not delever yet.. Today 28 sept but still not delever to my address.. Expected delivery date was 25 september..

                            I ordered my mobile phone on 12th feb 2019 and reached my home on 16th feb. During my purchase of my oppo k1 phone, i purchased a buy back guarantee offer which said that i will get a buy back guarantee of rs 15300 if i exchange my phone up to 8 months. But now when i try to exchange my phone, the exchange value i get is only around rs 6000 on any model even if i try to buy a phone higher than my present phone.

                              Hi,

                              I have been blocked from flipkart game zone by flipkart just because the game was played from the accounts of my family members just from my one device. The reason behind this is that i have oneplus 7 which is the most efficient and fastest device in my family that's why everyone plays through my mobile. And hence, flipkart got a reason and banned the accounts from the flipkart game zone.

                              This work done by flipkart is so much harassing and heartbreaking to me. What's the problem when the flipkart is getting orders from all the accounts... Why can it block the accounts when it is getting profits from all of them?

                              Kindly help me in this issue and get it resolved asap!

                              I am not even being attended by the flipkart customer support and just being ignored. This is a kind of harassment to me.

                              I am in a pathetic condition due to this issue created by flipkart. I am a genuine person and flipkart is treating me like a fraud. I have never ever experienced anything so. This is a kind of harassment to me by flipkart.

                              Hey kushal... I think you were amongst top scorers in snake smash regularly during big billion days and when you were not into toppers than i thought where is he gone! But after some 6-7 days after big billion my account and my family's 4 accounts were also blocked from playing the games. And the flipkart help support doesn't want to resolve because they are doing fraud behind this game zone because they don't want to give us our rewards that we won. I won 1600 supercoins during that period and i can understand your query too.

                              Hey Sourabh...yes you are correct. I was there on the top scorers during the big billion days. All my accounts are still blocked and I have also not got all my rewards. I have just received 3 rewards out of the 10-11 won. I have just received a T.V., a pair of earphones, and a powerbank.

Than i thought about you also that it might possible that you were also been blocked by Flipkart and today suddenly i come through your complaint and realised that this is you here with same problem as mine.The flipkart help support doesn't want to resolve because they are doing fraud behind this game zone because they don't want to give us our rewards that we won.                                   I ordered a samsung note today n it didn't asked for my gst no n i want my gst no. To be printed on the bill which i will get at the time. Of delivery of my order otherwise i'll not take the order because last month also i lost that gst rebate on my order if samsung s10 which i purchased via flipkart only.

                                      Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the product has been delivered. However, customer was facing issue with the product. Hence, the seller has confirmed that the return request has processed and refund has been completed on October 25, 2019, which should have been reflecting in your credit card account by now. Closing the complaint from our end.

                                        Someone has called my sister about a job from an online portal and he has asked all the details of a card and assured her that nothing is going to happen and she has provided him all the details after giving everything we suddenly got a message that an amount of 13, 999 has been deducted from my account for flipkart pay me later and then the fraudster has disconnected the call can you find out what that person has ordered by the reference number or the card number

                                        The company from which we got the call is bluetech bpo services which deals which flipkart customer support can you people help me regarding this
