I have completed the required threshold of 5000, 2 months ago still the approved amount not credited to my bank account.
My affilaite id is - iampreet0
I mailed them several times at [protected]@flipkart.com still did not get any reply. Now my approved amounted reached more then 12k.
What to do?

We work so hard to promote deals on our platform. On the other hand we receive payment from amazon before the expected date. What with flipkart, i m really disappointed.

    I purchased havells organza 4b (Pack of 2) 4 blade ceiling fan on aug 14, 2019 from flipkart for rs. 6074 and they delivered only 1 piece instead of 2 piece. I cancelled and asked for a replacement which they have not deliver in time and due to that i have to cancel the product. Flipkart accepted the cancellation and emailed about the refund of rs. 6074. Till today neither they are refunding the money and just postponing the resolution dates and always say they are looking into the matter.
    Every request they close it without any resolution and reason. Till today except for getting the next dates i am not getting my hard earned money back.

      I have created flipkart account with a mobile number 812997*.
      Few months back i lost my mobile phone and mobile number.
      But later i login through my gmail id.

      The main problem is when i tried to update my mobile number, the otp are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the otp on new mobile number and i have my login password. But the otp of the old mobile number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number. Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to flipkart account.

        I want to return a pair of shoes i had ordered from flipcart because i didn't like the product. Company is not accepting my request since the item doesn't contain a price tag. I had received the product without that tag and now how come i produce the required price tag. Requesting officials to intervene on the matter and resolve as quickly as possible.
        The order id is od[protected]. 2 times my return request have been declined and this is really becoming frustrating now for me even after being one of a prime customer of flipcart. Please resolve this issue and i won't trust to buy even a single item via flipcart looking at such terrible after sale service.

          My name is anandu, i have an account linked with [protected]@gmail.com. Last month i have purchased a laptop, then when i checked the product, i have got a damaged product. Then i put a return request, then returned order was placed, i was okay then, after a few days when the desired date of return, i didn't get any calls or update, i tried to login to my account, i couldn't login to my account. Then after calling somany times customer care, they have asked they have forwarded a mail notifying that my account was blocked due to commercial use. I don't what regression model you are using or what are the factors you or variables you are looking for prediction of account to be commercial account, something is wrong with your model. I have been purchasing from the very beginning of flipkart, you can check my account details and purchase history for the same. I'm deeply sad and regretted for purchasing from flipkart now, i was always an active user. After this i'm switching to amazon, their way of treating customer is far better. Thank you. I'm ready to go through consumer court for the same. I want my product returned and i want a new product. Order id od[protected] for return.

            I ordered a mobile redmi 7a from flipkart. I got a defective adapter then i called to customer care and inform him. He escalate the problem to concern team.
            After 4 days they contact me and give a voucher instead of replacement but voucher is not credit in my account.
            When i called to flipkart care everytime they told please wait 24 hours voucher is credit.
            Full one month was gone but no solution they provided to me.

                    Hi,
                    This is to inform you that on 25th sep, 2019 i have ordered one item name - unisopent designs printed men round or crew red t-shirt, order id - od[protected], which was going to deliver by 30th of sep, 19 but i got a text message from flipkart about delivering that item by 29th sep, 19. After that i got a call from the wish master about the delivery of the item but i said him that my given location is of office address and 29th sep was sunday which was a normal holiday of my office so requested him to deliver by monday and he replied ok. After that at around 4.01 pm i got a text message from flipkart telling that my order item has been delivered successfully which i didn't get the item at hand.

                    So i request you to look into this matter of issue and kindly let me know the tracking of that item. Because this has been a serious mental harassment of the customer like us not getting the item in real but getting only the text message without any concern. For your reference i have attached the necessary screenshots.

                      I am trying to order iphone xr, 128gb. I tried to place order on 29th september at 8pm but i couldn't place even i am flipkart plus customer. Again i tried on september 30th, 12 am but no luck. Fortunately i tried on 30th september, 12pm but same stupid selling strategy. This time i recorded my selling process, its strange to see that in fraction of 3-5 seconds product came out of stock. Why are you playing with customers time and effort. If you really want so many hits to your app or website go in genuine way. My dear analysts or data analytics employees plz do your job in legal way where flipkart will run profits out of there business not by capturing number of hits. Its disgusting approach the flipkart team is trying to do.

                      Please see how your competitor amazon has promised and delivered the product iphone xr to there prime and non prime customers. Please read there use cases and follow ethical business strategies like them.

                      Don't you feel ashame of selling strategy that you are doing for flipkart plus and normal customers. Running a big firm and doing mischievous things where a small start up also will never try to do.

                      Be shameful atleast to yourself.

                            Dear sir,
                            I am highly sorry to disapprove this message of yours as I am really struck with all these false claim of yours. I have no idea why the hell flipkart or the seller is saying that I haven’t cooperated. I have called your headquarters and have done everything that is possible on my behalf to cooperate with flipkart and contribute my time. Earlier I did have some issues regarding filing of FIR but then I had word with your executive and he resolved the problem with a conclusion of filing the Final FIR but after waiting for so long. I am receiving this message I.e. “Since we haven't got an email from you giving consent to the FIR being lodged within 48 hrs, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. Due to this your return request has now been cancel led”.
                            So I need a due explanation and due process. It would be better if you people contact me with a proper excuse and tell me what is the FINAL SOLUTION for my money. It’s been a roller coaster ride shopping with you guys but in past weeks I have seen sides of flipkart which is just not justified.
                            I am heartbroken as I wanted the Apple Watch series 3 to be a gift to my father but with your lack of concern it won’t be possible.

                              I'm not able to cancel it and called multiple times to flipkart but no proper response I got .

                              Everytime they said give us 24 and 48 hours, I'm following with flipkart since 21 SEP now you can understand how many 24 and 48 hours you got.

                              I know only flipkart and I have paid to flipkart please refund my amount.

                              Flipkart is frustrating me to get my refund, I hav posted on twitter also and the same they ask me to wait 48 hours but still nothing I got.

                                Flipkart has blocked my account due to high amount of returns and they didnt even asked me the reason for y i m returning the products. Recently whatever i ordered they are of cheap quality and what i ordered is not delivered of same brand. I tried via calls emails and social media but they didn't respond.
                                I had a pay later amount of 4060 which i had already paid by the link sent by them but still getting so many reminders??? Attaching screenshot for proof

                                I had only complaint about missing products nothing else
                                You people are harassing your customers only giving idiotic response copying same again and again.
                                What about the payment I had already shared pictures??????????
                                What about the payment I had done, the screenshots I had shared why you people are coping the same thing again and again.
                                I hadn't returned many items but lodged complaint against the missing items.
                                And also please give my all super coins I had earned.
                                Do try to divate this complaint as I am not satisfied with your answer.

                                  I ordered infinix smart 2 mobile from flipkart firstly i got a mob but in it heating problem then i request to replace it then flipkart replace it but the 2nd mobile also have heating problem and the screen is damaged so i again request to refund the amount then from 16 sep 2019 to till now they didn't take any action and when i call the customer service then they say that they didn't tell anything

                                    Flipkart is such a big fraud. I will like to suggest all of you to buy your product from amazon, not flipkart, as amazon atleast keep their promises.

                                    I ordered a new mobile phone on 30/august/2019, and i received my mobile phone on sunday, i. E. 01/september/2019. The day i got the phone, i contacted flipkart and complained against the product.

                                    My order id is: od[protected]

                                    Below are the list of issues i am facing with my mobile phone:
                                    1) the phone was physically damaged.
                                    2) i didn't receive any charger with my mobile phone in the box.
                                    3) i switched on the mobile and configured everything like i should do with my phone, and the keyboard vanishes itself while typing anything.
                                    4) the battery drains so fast.
                                    5) the phone restarted itself 4 times in 3 hours the first day itself.

                                    I asked to get this product replaced. My return id is:[protected]

                                    The very first day the customer service agent promised that my device will be replaced as there was no charger in it. I am still waiting to hear from them regarding my replacement concern. My phone is still switched off as there is no charger, and the replacement option is not showing in the portal.

                                    One technical engineer from flipkart came to my home and did hard reset, and after that a new issue came up. Phone started hanging a lot.
                                    I doubt whether i got a new handset or 2nd hand handset.

                                    I logged my first complaint on first day and today is 11th and i have not received any sort of help. Customer service is so bad. I am calling everyday minimum twice or thrice and all i can hear is wait for 48 hours.
                                    Earlier i had the same issue with amazon, and my product was replaced within 2 days.
                                    All flipkart is saying that they will send technician.

                                    I want to know why technician. A new phone should not have these kind of issues in first place. The customer service executive asked me to visit mi service center which is too far from the place where i live. So i need to visit a service center for a phone which i bought 7 days back and used hardly even once.

                                    I complained on twitter as well and spoke with a lady named sitara. She also did the same thing and said she can't help but send another technician. No help from anybody in flipkart.

                                    I have never been humiliated by any company so badly. After trying everything i am posting this on facebook...
                                    It's going to be one month since i logged my first complaint. Earlier they were forcing to get a refund. I wanted replacement.
                                    Then on 10th day i called flipkart asking to get it refund then. The customer service agent asked to give them one last change and not to refund. I said as the 10th is completing i won't get a chance to return it after this. They said as long as the complain is open, i can refund it anytime.
                                    Today a lady called and they refused refund as well and asked me to visit a service center.
                                    So i have to visit a service center for a phone which i have not used yet.
                                    They did not let me refund it when i had the option, and when the option went out they refused to refund it as well.
                                    Flipkart is a big fraud. I have complained in twitter, facebook everywhere with no help.
                                    Since last one month i have been mentally harassed by flipkart.
                                    Earlier i asked for replacement but now i don't want any replacement, i want refund. I will go back to amazon.

                                      For the past few months, game zone is not functioning on my account.
                                      I am able to open the game zone but the game just won't start.
                                      It just says something's wrong here. We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions
                                      And provides an option to go back to game zone.
                                      As far as i know and i have read, i have not violated any of the terms and conditions.
                                      How can this discrepancy be resolved?

                                        I was the valuable costumer of flipkart. I was the plus member of the flipkart. I have also 780 super coins in my account. I have shopped about worth of inr 50000. I have got flipkart pay later also. The flipkart company blocked my account due to multiple returns. First flipkart sent me wrong and lower quality item. When i returned many of them he blocked my account on account of multiple returns. Return is the right of costumers. Flipkart is breaching of my right. And flipkart blocked my account, i'm unable to view my orders and unable to show all of my purchased electronic items for their warranty guarantee proofs. This is too much flipkart can't do ths5. Immediately i request you to please take a stern action against flipkart company. My phone no is [protected]. Please immediately make flipkart to open my account. My account was the valuable account.
