One of my staff bought a panasonic mobile iphone worth of 10k. They mentioned i’d sny defect, they will replace the phone. The phone was getting switched off time to time in a day atleast twice in a day. He gave a complaint to flipkart and told he wanted a replacement. They told they will send an executive to confirm the defect. An executive came to his home used the phone for 15 minutes and then gave a feed back to flipkart that problem is resolved as when he came only for 15 minutes the phone didn’t get switched off. Now they are not giving the replacement and my poor staff have to buy a new phone

I had also bought a guess watch leopard pattern for 13k and change same problem with the watch. Stops working time in and time again. Flipkart can’t keep cheating people and survive in the market.

        I have following up with flipkart and Citibank for quite long time for my refund for two orders. Please see below the detailed information of the issue and let me know how you can help me?
        I have placed order OD[protected] Tue, Aug 22nd '17 5:13 PM for an amount Rs.1638 (Citibank it is reflecting on 01/09/2017) and in that I have cancelled an item of Rs.1079 which is refunded to my Citibank Credit Card (524133******1404) on 07 September 2017 as per flip kart. Refund date and time INR 1079.00 on 07 Sep 17 03:08:54 PM with bank transaction ID 5042801815766430304069 which I have not received till date.
        I have placed order OD[protected] Tue, Aug 29th '17 12:40 AM for an amount Rs.1818 (Citibank it is reflecting on 01/09/2017) and in that I have cancelled an item of Rs.1019 which is refunded to my Citibank Credit Card (524133******1404) on 07 September 2017 as per flip kart. Refund date and time INR 1019.00 on 07 Sep 17 03:09:01 PM with Bank transaction ID: 5042997303356970604017 which I have not received till date.
        It’s been more than 40 days neither bank nor flip kart helped me to resolve the issue despite many complaints and calls.

        Flipkart doesn’t have any more information to give and asking me to escalate this issue to bank's ombudsman/grievance cell with this chat as confirmation for the refund from Flipkart for the above-mentioned order.

                Hi worst online shopping team,

                My name is bhanu kumar. My rmn is [protected]. I would like to escalate that i have booked laurels combo watches recently and it should get deliver by 12th of october. But till now i didn't receive any product. I got a call from back end team, one executive (Mounika) informed that they cannot deliver the product due to courier team issues. So she said to cancel the order and place order again. But i'm not ready to close the case and i want my product in this order itself. Flipkart is faliled to give better service to the customers. Previously i ordered a samsung earphones, but they delivered cheap quality road side ear phones, those earphones are fake branded and there is no samsung logo on it. Flipkart is betrayed and providing the worst services to me even though i'm giving the chance to correct themselves. So, don't close my complaint and i want my laurels product asap. You can check my previous orders and complaints, so that you will get better idea about how you people giving bloody #ing services to me. Amazon is better online shopping platform than you. It's a big shame for you all.

                  I ordered an iphone 8 (64gb, gold) on 23rd september under offer of 10, 000/-rps cashback with citibank credit card and 7000/-rps on exchange of my very old iphone 5s along with some other discount of 1500/-rps with order id od[protected]. On 30th september due to flipkart executive mistake they cancelled my order without my permission in which calling team flipkart over 100 times and talking to around 20 executives. Customer support executive mr sirajjudin sayed from team flipkart agreed to provide same offers and discounts and asked me to place a new order again, in which i asked him to mail me the details so i can have a proof in written, in which he mailed me that out of 17000/- rps, 4000/- rps will be discounted on the spot by giving my old iphone 5s and 13000/- rps will be credted in my flipkart wallet once order get delivered. I placed a new order with order id
                  Od[protected]. Once my phone got delivered i called team flipkart after 6days as been advised for bed rest i wasn’t able to call, one of the executive from team flipkart told me that i do not have any offer of 17000/- rps and only one offer was applied that was for 4000/- rps. Again calling team flipkart and mailing them end number of times i received a call from ms sunita bia saying that it was a human error and team flipkart is not ready to pay any amount of 13000/- rps. I would like to request to refund my remaining amount.

                      I have purchased my new phone from flipkart and it got delivered to me on 7 october 2017. On the very next day i have experienced problem in all incoming and outgoing calls as my voice not audible to other person. I have raised a return request but nobody (Technical visit) came to me from "jeeves". This is the horrible experience for me from flipkart as they delivered the defective gadget to me. Every 2-3rd day i am facing this problem. I have again requested a return now. Kindly look in to the matter on urgent basis this time and stop harrasing a valuable customer like me who purchasing lots of stuff from flipkart. Mobile model is lenovo k8 plus.

                          Ordered this chair on 06/10/17 and bought it through bajaj finserve emi option. Product got delivered on 09/10/17, but the installation date mentioned in flipkart website was 14/10/17, after following with the installation vendor an installation engineer arrived to install on 13/10/17.

                          As per the installation engineer who is by the flipkart vendor the armrest cannot be fit in the chair because the screw hole in the armrest and in the chair are not matching to get tightened. So declared this as a defective product.

                          Raised concern with flipkart over the phone and as per flipkart customer care replacement can be taken only after a technician visit to confirm the defect and as per flipkart website the tech visit should have happened before 16/10/17, but it didn't happen at all...

                          Agin called customer service spoke with rep and then with supervisor and with his boss who is in a managerial level agreed to take action or try to pick the product by today (17/10/17)

                          Received call from flipkart escalation team, rep said that now the tech visit is approved with skipped or cancelled after which before 21st courier team would come to pack the item and before 23rd the product would be picked back and again by 29th the replacement would be done.

                          My concerns:
                          1. By the time they replace, i would get my first emi to be paid, i cannot inform my loan lender that the product got delayed so i am paying it delay. Will flipkart take care of this.
                          2. When some mistake has happened why flipkart is not trying to rectify it quickly or putting effort to fix the mistake as a high priority one rather taking more time than the regular purchase.
                          3. What action will be taken against the seller who sent a defective product to me. When checked on the same with escalation team i was informed that they have a separate team to take action on the seller and it cannot be revealed to me. When flipkart takes any sort of action on the seller based on my suffering it should be me who should enjoy the benefits on the outcome. It should not be flipkart who should enjoy any sort of compensation for my suffering. Flipkart should keep informed on what action is taken against the seller and what is the outcome of it.
                          4. As per flipkart website, the replacement delivery will happen on or before 29/10/17 and installation would be completed on 1/11/17.
                          A) what if, if the above said date is not met.
                          B) what if, if the seller sends again a defective product.

                          Flipkart should answer this at the earliest.

                              I ve bought cake mould set from flipkart not through cod i already paid hrough phonepe. And thats all simple and got the product delivered at right time.. Thats all was really fine... And after unboxing my product, i felt not comfortable with its size its too big.. To be precise product is useless for me
                              At the box they clearly mentioned size of the product... But at the process of placing order on flipkart, there is no such information.. And flipkart representative says there is no option for refund or replacing smaller size of the product... They clearly explained that you can only go through replacement option.. Then you'll be delivered same product from the coming days...

                              Not ready for any compromise either replacement of smaller product or refund

                              I have so many shopping on flipkart but this time my account is inactivate plz my account re active fast I have so many purchased on..plz resolved my account is problem in plz do fast and really activate it...
                              I have ordered for bed-sheets but i received only one . even you can not pack bedsheets in that single small packing. I asked couirier man but he did not do anything. so i want my money back otherwise i am going to grahak suraksha.

                                  I had called the customer support several time and every time they says that they are closely monitoring and will update in 1 business day.

                                  Flipkart customer care is nothing more than a joke.

                                  I have paid full amount and i want my product to be delivered asap.

                                  I had placed a order on 24th Sep'17 by paying full amount with 2 years extended warranty for order number OD[protected]FLIPKART ASSURED) VU 4K 43 inch TV. Itw was suppose to be delivered on 7th Oct'17, But still my order is not delivered.

                                  I had called the customer support several time and every time they says that they are closely monitoring and will update in 1 business day.

                                  Flipkart customer care is nothing more than a joke.

                                  I have paid full amount and I want my product to be delivered ASAP.

                                    Working as mh in chitlapakkam hub flipkart, diwali bonus is not credited yet (17 october 2017)
                                    Our contract gets over on (20 october 2017) we doesn't know that we will get the salary for this month. We asked flipkart incharge about this but they are not responding properly and telling us to contact the contractor. If we ask the contractor (Rshr & adecco consultancy) they are telling that amount is not credited from flipkart.
                                    Sir please consider our complaint, we are not rich people, we working hard to meet our daily requirements, so kindly take actions over this problem.

I ordered united colors of bentton casual shoes worth rupees 1, 539 when i received the shoes they were larger in size so i decided to replace them and i'm happy that they replaced my shoes very quickly but shoes that i received are not original they were damaged and different from the original one so i requsted a return for that product but now flipkart is refusing to take that product please help me as soon as possible. I want my money back.
