This is regret to say that your customer care team and delivery system is very poor. We found that there is no synchronization between this two departments. Due to this system i become a victim. Let me tell you whole episode.
16.10.2017 on mon, oct 16th '17 11:44 am, i book redmi note 4 (Gold, 64gb) mobile for my sister for bhaibij gift. Delivery date is 25.10.2017.
17.10.2017 i track the order via website. It show dispatched to ahmedabad.
18.10.2017 i call at 01.46pm on [protected]. Customer executive told me that my product is reach at rajkot and disptched before 04:00 pm. I asked for courier no but they not

19.10.2017 i track the order via website. It show received at kalawadroadhub_raj.
24.10.2017 i received the sms at 09:11am that my order is cancelled.
I shocked because order is not cancelled by me. Thatwise i call on [protected] about the issue.
First i talk with mr. Anand and tell him everything but he is not able to help me. So i told him to connect with higher authorities. Then
I talk with one other person. I ask him name but he dont tell me his name but only say the inspection department name. Again i tell him whole story but he refuse to help
Me by his marketing style. Then i tell him to connect with me who able to help me
Then i connect with mr. Vipin but nothing happend.
Conclusion of the story:
Due to delivery department and customer care representative not work properly and your customer become the victim. Maybe this is flipkart new system or strategy for increase the sale or anything else. Anyway i dont want to tell anything about this. My request is only this kindly send the the product. I want product. If it is not possible then book new order on behalf of me in same price 9899 and deliver product earliest.
Due to filipkart i am not able to give gift to my sister in time. It was really very bad diwali of my life and all credit goes to filpkart. You are requested revert by return mail without any marketing style. I attached order details, recording calls to you for your reference. Hoping positively from you else i have no choice just file the compilne in consumer foram.
