      I have order flying machine boat shoes on 14th october 2017

      On 22 october they canceled my order automatically.

      I have called them, they give me multiple reason : 1st they say because of we have tried to deliver product but delivery not possible. I replied that i have not received any message of product out for delivery or not received any call regarding product delivery.

      Then after they changed reason that due to heavy order, we cannot deliver your product.

      Are you not able to know that you have heavy order while taking my order?

      Why you take my order? Why you used my money?

      Your officer said that we have written on website that flipkart has right to cancel product even after product is deliverd to you without any reason.

      I have recorded this phone call. I am strange while talking with their officers. Please listen audio clip.

        Product : bosch 7 kg fully automatic front load washing machine silver (Wak24168in)

        Total amount : ₹25, 248 through credit card

        Flipkart has tried to deliver a used washing maching, there was enough water inside the drum and everywhere even warranty card was also in wet condition.
        In front of flipkart courier person requested to open and found as used condition. Immediately i have marked as delivery chalan to returned and signed it. Delivery person spoke with someone from flipkart hub and informed me that it will be replaced on same day.
        I checked customer service, umashakar from flipkart commititted to check with internal team and get back to me. But i didn't get any responce. But i use to get everyday flipkart automated call to reattempt delivery or cancel, i have selected as reattempt delivery. Yesterday again i have check customer care they told they don't have any update and will be update soon, today i got a call regan singh, from flipkart stating the i need to cancel the order and will be refunded my amount.

        But my concern is if i will go fresh order it will be around 30k as there was multiple offer during deepwali, the difference amount has to be bear by me.

        1. Flipkart has wasted our dhanteras and deepwali festival due to this.
        2. Flipkart team doesn't have proper update and taking too much time to resolve that to without any proper any proper resolution.
        3. Regan singh (Flipkart executive) told me that the water inside due to quality check from flipkart and but i think bosch company will be doing quality check before handover to seller. Or flipkart has their own quality check department for every product.
        4. Courier person and courier hub (Kudlu) person are committed that is out of scope.
        5. There would be some way to resolve my concern either customer has to fight for everything.

            On call refrigerator repair engineer came to repair the refrigerator. His name is ramesh, number [protected].

            He changed the compressor and gave us warranty of 6 months. Charged rs 4000.

            Fridge stopped working after a month. We have been trying to reach him and he has not come to repair the fridge. Pls help.

            He is running his services under name-sai krupa refrigeration.

            Attached is the bill receipt and warranty he gave us.

                  Order sold at cheaper price during diwali.. Cancelled by the seller.. Flipkart says buy a new one at new price.. I am not ready to accept wallet amount this time..

                  Cancelled: samsung galaxy on max...in your order with order id od[protected] has been cancelled. The amount you have paid for the above product (S) will be refunded. We will notify you via email and sms when the refund is processed. Please check your email for more details.

                  With exchange of old phone, the effective amount paid was 5951/- which included buy back gurantee at 99/-
                  Now both price of phone and buy back has gone up high. Hdfc 10% instant discount has been removed. The effective price has come up to 10663/-
                  Through all the luring offers and sales to show high earnings, this kind of techniques are applied and later all the orders get cancelled and money refunded.. Flipkart blames sellers and asks us to buy new phones..
                  This purchase experience has become worse than buy on the road side shops..
                  We expect some reliability.. If we have bought some gift for someone on a particular day and it doesnt arrive on that day instead your money is thrown back at your face is frustrating shopping experience.. I dont want refund.. I want the phone at the price you promised..

                  Dear consumer complaints forum,
                  The person who called me mentioned he is not responsible to write what he told orally.
                  The terms and conditions indicate that the seller can change his mind whenever he wants to..
                  In this case seller decided to refund the money and not deliver the product as per the promised date and decided to remove all the offers promised increasing the price at which the product could be purchased.
                  This is like I reach a store and buy a product, pay a price and expect him to deliver it at home.. the seller never turned up but because he could sell to others at higher price, he decided to send someone with money and tell him come back to store and buy at a higher price..
                  Is this how business works? Is there no law against this gambling sellers are doing? And flipkart being the top rated seller encouraging such activities..

                    I placed order of honor 6x (Silver, 32 gb) on 14th oct 2017 (Flipkart big diwali sale offers 2017), with order id: od[protected] at price of rs. 8563 with delivery date of 23th oct 2017.
                    Item dispatched on 15th oct 2017 and reached to hub near me on 17th oct 2017 but not delivered to me till 21st (I assumed that due to holiday it got delayed).in 21st morning surprisingly i received message that your refund of rs. 8563 has been processed.
                    I called twice flipkart customer care toll free no.: [protected] talked with executive and senior executive, he told me that your order has been cancel by seller with stated reason that item was defective and executive asked me to place fresh order (Which will cost me rs. 11999 now for the same product).
                    I asked to executive to place order with price tag of rs. 8563 by herself he told me that it will not possible.
                    I wonder how after 6 days of dispatch seller come to know that item was defective and cancelled that order.
                    As a buyer what buyer protection policy i have? Without any of my fault why i should pay extra buck?

                    I have faced the same problem for my order of mobile. As it was at my nearest hub within two days order however it got cancelled within 5 days without any intimation and the worst part is they don't have any contact number of their inhouse courier services i.e ekart logistics.

                        Flipkart is a big cheater never ever buy any product from flipkart. I ordered vu tv order number od[protected] on 22nd september which was delivered on 29th september but it was a faulty piece, the volume was extremely low. Then i placed return request on same day and it was mentioned that the replacement will be done by 6th october. But still replacement is not done. I have been calling customer care multiple times and everytime a new date is given earlier it was 6th october then they told it will be delivered by 13th october then i called again on 13th then it was told by it will be delivered by 17th october when i called 17th october a new date was given 21st october. To more suprisingly when i asked to escalate and transfer my call to upper level the customer guys just cut the phone after putting call on hold for 2-3 mins. This is worst service, if you do not have products why you are putting on sale. Cancel my order and refund my full amount.

                          Hi,

                          This is gnana prakash v. I have order the product in flipkart on sep 20 and
                          The order i'd is 0d[protected]. I have received the product on oct
                          1st. The technician came for installation and come to know that the product
                          Recieved without screws to fix it. So technicians returned without
                          Installation of table.

                          Due to this i have raised the return request for the product on oct 6. But
                          Still the returned is not happened. No technician has been turned yet even
                          Though after many complaints.

                          I am giving the complaint for past 15 days. But no progress in the issue.
                          Still no technician has visited for uninstallation. I am totally
                          Disappointed with the services. But daily i am calling to flipkart customer
                          Care and daily i am recieving the same answer like we are escalating your
                          Issues and sure the issue will get resolved in next 24 hrs. But many 24 hrs
                          Has been passed like this.

                          Really i am totally disppointed with flipkart customer service for this
                          Small issue. Some of the customer representatives has informed me that we
                          Will return your money back even i[censored]ninstallation is not happened. But
                          Still i don't recieved my money. I am totally fed up on this. I lost my
                          Trust and hope on flipkart.

                          I want my money back to my account spent for this product asap.

                          This will be my last mail i am sending from my end. Hope this will resolve.
                          Please do the needful asap.

                            With ref to the order this is to inform you that why this order is cancel and amount is refund to wallet., why seller is cancel order after 07 days of shipment?? As per customer representative to receive same product i have placed a new order.
                            Now rate is changed and delivery is also applicable for this item.
                            Seller is responsible for this reason, what is flipkart policy for ruturn an item, without no intimation seller is cancel the order. Flipkart system is very bad,
                            And i want an replacement item which i had ordered in flipkart. Reply me why this things happen?

                              Flipkart has a very poor service. Received a haier washing machine on 16th oct, 2017 tuesday. The installation was about to be done by thursday. Then by thursday, they changed the status of installation to saturday. Its been a week and no one has come up till now. What should we do with the washing machine just delivered to our home without using it. Any further delay, i will have to return the product. Please think twice before buying anything from flipkart.

                                My order no - od[protected], i was ordered one kent ro on 14.10.2017 i have not cancel my order but it automatic cancelled. As per customer care the courier agency not find the location. Previously i am getting every delivery then why this time the courier agency not find the location. Also neither they are called me or mailed me that they are not finding my location and return the order on 20.10.2017 with id[protected]. I want same product at same price of rs 13, 435. I have already paid and i am waiting for a week then it auto cancelled. I want that product at same price. Also contact flipkart care they accept there fault but they not be able to help me. If there is no guarantee to get product then it very bad service and i will file a suit in consumer court regarding this issue if proper action not taken.

                                  I booked a redmi note 4 on 15th of october and delivery was supposed to be on 24th of october... Today i received a message saying your product has been cancelled... I contacted their customer care executive and they said it has been cancelled by the delivery partners on their own... And they asked me to buy that item again but now im not getting that offer now... They spoiled everything... Now ill make sure that i dont purchase anything from flipkart,,,,,, please guys dont purchase anything from flipkart

                                    I have taken kadence x3 mini which was delivered to me by flipkart on 25th sep 17. After using for 3 days i found i need a bigger midi controller keyboard that was x4 mini. So i contacted flipkart after sometime on 3rd oct. They said they will help me as fast as possible but 2 days passed and my 10 days replacement policy was gone now and just one day before on 5th oct a i guess. The senior executive of customer service said that he can only give replacement on the same product that is i should only order x3 mini if it was damaged even if the seller is happy to rrplace it with x4 which would cost me 1500 more. But flipkart didnt even gave me the seller info. I contacted many times no one helped just saying "sorry sir we cant help u" so the senior executive told me to take the contact info from google. I did and found the seller cause he was quite popular. Then i contacted him he accepted and i sent him the money but now when i received the order it was a used not working 0 rupees value typing keyboard not a musical instrument midi keyboard. So i contacted him we after going through all solved it. And this all happened because i bought from flipkart. I wasted my 5300 rs. They say they have a stupid replacement policy which clearly they dont have a dictionary and understanding of what online replacement means cause tgey want to cheat and decive people to buy from them. But they also have a customer satisfaction policy which when i pointed out they didn't even speak. No sound from them just put the call on hold. Cause clearly they follow stupid replacement policy but not customer satisfaction policy. I have bought many times online from amazon and snapdeal. Believe me they are really have good customer service and they dont deal frauds or keep cheap and cheating like some trillion day or big fraud day to cheat customers. Even u may get the product a little price like 100 but u will be satisfied. Never ever buy from flipkart. After getting the product they wont even listen what u are asking them why is customer service there? To help us if the problem is created or was there. But on flipkart they wont even try to solve ur issue. The customer service is only to check orders and dates which i can do it on my phone.

                                    And thy dont even read what im complaining. After giving the order id too before complaining they still are responding to the other issue. You know they dont even read what i said.many frauds from flipkart happened. This time some of them u can find on internet. I found many. One is here i attached it

                                      My tracking no fmpp[protected] and order no - od[protected], i have not cancle my phone and it automatic cancle it how. I want same product at same price plz hep me i already paid and i am waiting for a week then it auto cancle. Plz help me. I want that product at same price. I also contact flipkart care they accept there fault but they not be able to help me. If there is no garantee to get product then it very bad service sir plz resolve my problem plz resend my order sir.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        This is to bring to you notice the issue which i had faced while shopping with flipkart. I have been a regular buyer from flipkart and very much disappointed by the service and feedback received from you cs and backend team on the resolution for a issue faced by me during this diwali sale.

                                        I had placed multiple order since sep-oct 2017 worth around 50k, out of which one of the order for oppo f3 plus phone was cancelled by your courier partner inspite of the issue been raised and i awaiting a response from your backend team on a resolution, on asking for the reason i was been given multiple reasons by your cs as below.

                                        1. The order was cancelled as the products delivery was not accepted by me.
                                        2. There was a mis-communication between the courier person and your cs because of which the order has been cancelled.
                                        3. The order was cancelled as the back panel had minor scratches etc.

                                        The issue raised by me was that as i has opted for a exchange of my asus fully working phone for an exchange value of rs 1950 against the oppo f3 plus phone. As there were minor scratch on the back panel of the phone after usage for 2 years, the delivery person reject to accept the pickup. I had raised a issue for this on 17th and was informed that a back office person will get back to me by 20th for discussing the issue and getting a resolution. However without anyone getting back on 17th and 18th, the order was cancel on 19th by your courier partner. On asking the reason i was been told by your cs that there was a communication gap between your cs and courier partner which resulted into the cancellation, without i been contacted for a resolution. Also i was been told that there was lack in communicating the courier partner that as per the revised policy they should accept phone pick-up with minor scratches.

                                        My phone is still in working condition and i am writing this letter to you from the same phone. Just wanted to ask you that how justifiable is the above think if it happens to you. The phone back panel which cost around rs 100 is given more important than the order value of of a new phone14k. Also the exchange value of the old phone is fixed based on the ware and tear of the old phone usage, else why would you give me a exchange value of rs 1950 for a phone which was bought from your website 2 year back for 11k.

                                        I am very much disappointed by the behavior of your delivery person and also the cs rep miss natasha sidhu (Email attached below). I am therefore approaching your to let me know is this the way you treat your genuine customer and than just say a sentence that "we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Will take your feedback and see to it that such thing does not appear in future".

                                        I hope that you will personally look into this issue and do let me know what is the solution for such treatment given to your customer. I had placed the order for getting the new phone and not getting the order reject for a minor issue and a revised policy updated for pickup which was not communicated to your courier partner resulting in the order cancellation. Is this thing acceptable??? Because of this sloppy behaviour of flipkart customer support. I had lost an opportunity to shop from amazon. Also i had made the payment via credit card and had to pay the full money due to the billing cycle date and got the credit of the refund after the billing cycle date.
