I ordered my motorola z on 8th oct, 2017. I received my order on 10th oct, 2017. One day after delivery my device was not able to scan any wifi devices. I called the flipkart service center and was told that since this was within 10 days of delivery i could only replace my device and so i applied online on 12th oct, 2017. They sent a technician and he approved the replacement was the device was faulty. I received my replaced device on 18th oct, 2017 and the replaced device was faulty too. I called the flipkart service center again on the same day and was given the following reply

1) their policy for replacement device being faulty is that they won't replace it or refund me, but i have to go to motorola service center to sort it out.
2) their return policy is only within 10 days. (Which is idiotic as i returned the first device within 2 days of delivery and complained/called about the second device on the same day.)

This is seriously some unfair trade practices by flipkart.

    Sir, i deactivated my flipkart account, but i need to reactivate it. I tried logging in, but it is showing 'account is inactive. Please contact flipkart.' when i entered my email i'd, it showed - 'account does not exist.' when i entered my phone number, it showed - 'account is inactive. Please contact flipkart.' i'm facing problems because i have to track my orders. Since my account is deactivated, i can't track them. Please help me out. The following are my account details.

    I have forgotten my account password... So when I click on forgot button, it says account does not exist. And when I try and create another account, it says account already exists, enter password. When any otp is sent, even though I enter it correctly, it says transactions failed, try again after 24 hrs. And when I try to contact customer care, it loads and loads but the page never appears. I've ordered things before on flipkart, but now I don't know what is wrong. Please fix this as soon as possible because the thing that I have to order will go out of stock soon. The following are my account details.

        I have brought an product name (Lamination machine, model no : 33aacct7304h1zl) received on dated 11th july 2017. After gap of only 2 month the lamination machine seems to out of order. The body part of the lamination machine become heat on time but not functioning related with product.
        Kindly exchange the product of repairing it as soon as possible for further course of action.

            I am very much upset with flipkart. Initially they have given me laptop with damged screen and i requested return. Its of hp compony and they people almost took ten days for sending the engineers. Pikkupman took it from my side and its more than 15 days. Initially flipkart people says thay they will give replcemnt by 16 oct 2017. When i called them on 16 oct they said new date i. E. 23 oct 2017. Today is 18th october and online status shows nothing.

            Its mental harshment for me, since i purchaser online laptop on 23 sep 2017 and yet not reciving any replacemnt from flipkart.
            I did several mails to them but nothing is the output of that.

            Dear Sir/Mam,

            I feel very harassed and mentally tortured while writing this mail to you. It’s more than a month for purchasing laptop from flipkart and I am not receiving any replacement. I received screened damaged laptop on 26 September 2017. I immediately requested for the replacement. Pickup man took the laptop from me on 7th October 2017 (all proofs are attached below). Even after pickup of laptop, several times I received message from Flipkart saying that keep your product ready for Pickup (Surprisingly). Well story continues ahead !!! Initially they said that I will get replacement on 16 October 2017 but didn’t get anything, they further extend the date 23 Oct 2017. Suddenly on 21 October 2017, I got mail that your replacement has been cancelled; it was shocking for me since I didn’t cancel the replacement. I was waiting for the replacement since Dasshera and now Diwali has gone. After the waiting period of one month I got mail of cancellation, its hurting me. Several time I called to customer care person but except Sorry, I didn’t get anything else from their side. This is something horrible experience about Flipkart, I ever had. I am regular customer of Flipkart, you can see in my portal I did the shopping of more than 10, 000 Rs.
            I would like to ask few questions to Flipkart that
            What about harassment on one month to me ?

            What about my feelings ?

            What about my wait..which started since Dussehra and yet not receiving laptop even after Diwali

            I want to present laptop to my wife on her birthday and my relation has been spoiled ...what about the spoiled relation ?

            Do you really care for the customer...?

            and tell me where is my Mistake...I will improve myself.

              Hi,

              I am very very embarrassing to service of flipkart. This is a big mistake of my life when i purchesed a product of this worst site. Flipkart give me empty box and i asked for my product then he give me another empty box wow just imagine and he has proove he give me my product on time realy he give me two time empty box and his customer service very rudely talk to me about my issue and clearly blame on me what's the hell is going on i paid original money for my product not for emoty boxes. I don't care about your sarvice i just want money back.

              And you are a such fake, fraud site of all time. My issue start in september begning he try to assure me he resolved my issue but sundenly he blame on me i recive my product successfully his courier sarvice give him prove of my product.

              Your courier sarvice also fraud and fake people you hire. When your courier agent come to dilvered to my product on my adress first he give me wrong product and i realize him this not my product then he find my product and give my product but when i open my product he give me empty box. And he give prove to your company he successfully dilverd my product to me such fraud people and fraud sarvice.

              Final and last conversation very important

              Your customer support associated he give me commitment he give my money back in my bank ac and he also asked me for my bank details. So i give him for all detail of my bank ac on his mail reply.

              But but then i again asked for what's my issue status then flipkart again fraud commitment shows his real face. He told me on mail again he give my product successfully he has a proove. Such a fraud site of all time first he commitment he give money then i give my persnol detail of my bank ac then he shows real face.

              Now i am very hopeless i suffer very tough condition since last month but my issue not resolve till today.

              Please help me where i go for my justice where.

                Most frustrating experience with flipkart, you spoilt my diwali. Order no od[protected] placed on 15/10/17 with delivery date of 17/10/17, exchanging my old iphone 4s here. On 17th night delivery person refused to deliver the new iphone 7 because the old iphone is on the setting screen, he wanted me to insert the sim card, get the phone to menu screen so he can check the emei number. Because i am at office, i asked him to come early morning on 18th. I informed him that i will be out for office after 12 noon and then going out of station, he promised to come early morning after 9:30 am. On 18th morning, there is no sms or call from delivery person, so i called customer service. Surprisingly i am told that the delivery has been pushed out to 21st. I am cancelling the order right away and will make sure i avoid flipkart in future. I can’t explain the frustration, disappointment. Not to mention the addition accessories that i ordered which will have to be cancelled now for the time being.

                Note: this is what i got from flipkart. (1) no mention of a emei check or not to reset to factory before delivery person can check (2) delivery person confirmed that there is no receipt for old phone pick up. Both are not aligned to the email received from flipkart.

                · step 1: ready for pickup
                O please ensure that the old-item that you have promised is ready, if possible provide us original box or else a suitable box in which product can be safely transported back to us.
                O do not seal the package as the contents will be verified, packed and sealed by our courier executive.
                O please do a factory reset of your product and erase any personal data before handing it over.
                · step 2: sign declaration form
                O courier executive will give you a declaration form, which confirms the details of the old item and also confirms that you are handing over old item as part of exchange offer. Please sign the declaration form and return it back to the courier executive. Please read the terms and conditions carefully.
                Please retain the acknowledgment slip (Proof of delivery) provided by courier partner, for future reference.

                  We have purchased tv from flipkart and observed some issues with device we have communicated same with flipkart and allocated tech visit.
                  We are done with tech visit acknowledged the issue from tech person.

                  Flipkart arranged reserve pick up for the same item and we done with pick up on oct 6th 2017.

                  But as of today we have not received refund every time they are asking us to wait for 24 hr we are done with many 24 hrs.

                  Could you please look into this and do the needful help.

                  We have contacted flipkart support team many times it's a wast of time to contact flipkart support team. Still not received my 38500 as refund.
                  Am not understand what is the problem they are not even communicating the problem every time they are asking me to wait for 24 to 72 hrs. I have done with pick of this item on 6th Oct today is 23rd July almost more than 75 days and near to 20 days still flipkart not responding.

                    I have purchased this product from flipkart that was delivered to me on 9th october at evening by flipkart. After using just few times i noticed that the device is getting heated. I thought it will be okay and will not be right to inform flipkart so early then i upgraded the phone to the latest version but that didn't give me the solution. The device was heated up each and every time of just normal usage, but really i was relaxed by thinking that i have purchased this from "flipkart" and they have easy replace/refund policy and that was noted on the phone's description as well as all other products. Then i contact the customer care on 10th october and what they said was really very unexpected, that was they can't do anything except suggesting me to visit apple service center. But my question was why will i go to an service center when i purchased this from flipkart? We all purchased phones and all stuffs here so that we don't want to face those things, then after communication he told me they can do it but its needed to visit the service center ones. I was not satisfied with the call so i call again and that experience was horrible, the executive named "salooni"was so rude and dis-mannered she hold me call without knocking me, talking like she don't care. After that call when i called again back i experience two understanding and well behaved person. One was normal executive and the other one was senior supervisor. Both of them take my refund request as i told them. And the supervisor promised me that the refund will be initiated but that also need the sheet that will be given by the service center. One of the main reason why i was so faded up is there is no apple service center near me. Its mostly 300 kms from my place. But thought its okay it will be trouble bit if there is no option then i have to do it. Then i reached their place after a long journey. And 1st they told me its normal then they said its software issue. Like really? Its normal? My dad have iphone and also one of my friend who was there with me have iphone 6 that having less ram and downgraded processor then my device his phone is not headed up. Not even 10% of what my device get. By the way, they said it will take 30 minutes to solve the issue but as i said before, "i don't want repair" why someone will repair a phone of 1day usage? If its having issue just after delivery then its clear it was defected from the first. The device that have sent to me was defected and why some will will pay for a defected product? But chalo okay i allow them for the restore as they said. They give my device back after 40-45 minutes and after giving me back on just 5 minutes usage and having a. C on the room the device started heating. And when i touched his skin with that phone he agreed phone and telling him about flipkart's demand of that sheet he agreed to give me the sheet but i don't know why he mentioned this as software issue and don't mentioned the heating issue even when i told him before he was started making the sheet. If its issue with software then they worked on this with 30 minutes, and they have told me before that the software issue will be okay after the restore process. But when its not solved why the did't mentioned this and why the mentioned "resolved" when it still heating that much that i can't hold this without cover. I really have no idea why they did this. But they axis me that the sheet that have given is enough of what flipkart wants. So i finally have the sheet.
                    Oh1 one thing don't know why after taking the phone from the apple center i'm having some more problems like 1. While phone call some times the sound come so weird. 2. Some apps like flipkart is not working properly and if i'm forcing fo run the device is stopped working for few second. Same with adding google accounts. I can't say with confidence that the issue is made by them may its having the issue normally for the defect of the phone.
                    So i have done all the process as told by flipkart. I faced a lot of trouble and its like harassment. But at the end of the day i have done this. Now i want refund.

                      I have purchased a furniture from flipkart and it got deliverd by 2nd oct. Installation and demo suppose to be done within 72 business hour but it has not been done.                         I bought a phone from flipkart and at the time of replacement it came to knowledge that the imei number of phone is different from the one given in invoice. I complaint to the customer care they said their team will contact me in 2 days, i didn't got any call till end of first day and when i contacted them they we called you but you were not available at that time i thought it could be a network problem and they said to me they will contact you tomorrow again, then on 2nd day they contacted me and said send us the snapshot of the imei number if your phone and will contact you later and today morning i contacted the customer care as i didn't got any call from flipkart and they again said we called you but you were not available.
                        They don't call me and just add the info that i was not available.

                            I bought samsung on max phone with my samsung j7 exchange on big sale (Order no: od[protected] they took my mobile and given on max when it opens camera is not working and a big patch on screen. I replaced it and called flipkart nobody is not responding and i got a message our team will resolve it within 72hours.
                            Right now i don't have mobile in my hands...
                            What i am saying flipkart people are doing this type of business nobody cannot question if they sell second-hand goods they are no control on online shopping
                            Who will take action against this type of bluffing business...

                            Flip kart is selling second hand items.
                            i compliant so many times to flip kart but they don't bather even they are not responding properly
                            presently i exchanged my mobile with Samsung on max they taken my Mobile and given damaged mobile
                            i replaced it till now i din't get it
                            when called them nobody is not responding properly
                            right now i don't have mobile in my hand
                            Friends be aware with flip kart i had lot of experiences with flip kart

                              I have ordered a vu 43 inch tv from flipkart through debit card on 22nd sep 2017 and paid 31200. I was told earlier to wait upto promise date 12 oct. After that i have done 3 or 4 times call request but my issue has not been resolved and my product has not been shipped yet by the seller. Flipkart executive says i will get a call from his senior within 24 hours. But lastly i had to call when no call came every time when they were supposed to. I also asked for the compensation for the delay. I had purchased it just because of dhanteras diwali... Help asap

                                I had ordered bosch 7 kg fully automatic front load washing machine silver (Wak24168in) on sep 22nd '17 and was very excited initially.
                                The excitement did not live long, thanks to flipkart & bosch.

                                2) there was a technical guy suppose to visit me for installation and demo service on sep27 '17 upon contacting the customer care on sep28 '17 noon, requesting to provide details on installation process as nobody showed up or contacted me, after putting me on hold, i was asked to wait till 10oct as they do not have any information.
                                I contacted them again at 11oct and i was put on hold again to hear that installation not possible today and reason is not known. I was told to wait for another 5days for them to process this request. Still i kept patience and waited 8 days and contacted team again and requested details on installation i was informed that team is rescheduling it and i have to wait again till 21 october.

                                Since it is still not installed, requesting you to pick up this item & process this refund.
                                People are correct – one should never shop for heavy items like electronics online from flipkart.
                                ‘ll never shop again from flipkart. Amazon is much better than flipkart..

                                Worst customer service. 😡😡😡

                                  This email is regarding or to be more precise complaining about the customer care service provided by flipkart and ekartlogistics. I had ordered honor 5x in exchange of honor 4c. Which i was suppose to gift my father. The ekart courier guy arrived at my father's resident place he checked the iemi number but just because the phone backcover mentioned honor and not huawei he didn't complete our order and left the place. The so educated courier guy mr. Ravinder kumar gupta didn't had any knowledge that huawei is the name of the brand whereas honor is the name of the product. After checking the same with the flipkart team i spoke to mr. Akash and after listening to the whole long story he said me that he cannot call the courier guy he does not have this assess. So i called the courier guy and in conference made both of them talk. After this the courier person said ok i'll give the parcel kindly give your employe id and name for which the flipkart customer care representative denied to do so.in the end the courier guy said me in a very sturborn tone that come to the ekart office and collect your parcel as if i am his maid and i have to listen to his order. The biggest mistake is that i ordered phone from flipkart. I wanted to gift something to my father but all this went in vain just because of you guys. On top of that the ekart courier guy does not know how to speak to a customer he speaks like goons. After all this i am getting call from flipkart that my order is canceled.

                                  I ask the flipkart team to terminate the ekart courier person or at least teach them basic etiquettes. And teach your customer service representatives to come up with immediate solutions. It's 2017 and not 1990. I hope you understand. I want compensation for the time that i have spent on this petty issue and secondly the dishonor received from ekart courier guy.

                                  I am waiting for a assured response from your end. Pfa the details of my order.

                                      Hi team, My name is Shaik Babji, Recently i ordered a philips shaver of arojnd Rs.1199 during dasara offer, After 7 days my ordered has been cancelled and flipkart is told it cancelled from seller end.
                                      I tried to reorder the same product again now the price is Rs.2999.
                                      I Call flipkart and claimed that I want the same product with the before price.
                                      Flipkart came down and finally agreed and they asked me to reorder again and made changes in Price as Rs.1199.
                                      But when i tried to Track my product .In Ekart site it is showing me to pay Rs.2999.
                                      checked with Flipkart now Flipkart telling me to purchase the product for Rs.2999 and we will refund the difference amount.
                                      I Am feeing that am getting cheated by flipkart.
                                      I dont know what has to be done in this case.

                                      please check and Resolve my issue.
                                      Take action and forward this to Esclation on High priority.

                                      Checked with flipkart as per manjula's mail.they r requested me to purchase the product with Rs.2999 from Wishmaster.
                                      I purchased the product with Rs.2999. Now they told they will Refund the Difference amount of Rs.1800

                                      Lets see what will happen till now no response from flipkart after posting the complaint in consumer complaints...

                                        I ordered my shoes via flipkart app on 07/10/2017 and they give me promise date of delivery on 16/10.2017. On this date I was not received my shoes. For enquiry on toll free no. They assured me an another date 17/10/2017 for delivery but after passed the date I again called to toll free no. They again provide me delivery date 21 Oct. And not give proper response( put my call on hold 40 min.). Here I request to you please take a legal action on flipkart. And do needful in my case. I am sending some details, which can helpful to understand my grievance.
