I had ordered (20-sept 2017) men's fossil ch2601 watch and i received a fake product from flipkart and the model was not the same.
I asked for refund since the refund option was available but seller has rejected it and later again i raised a refund request but they accepted it and after few days it got auto cancelled.
On october 1 2017, from return pick up team some one came and picked up the item and didn't provide any return bill since some issue with his mobile system. Then i started asking why refund has been delayed but surprisingly flipkart is saying that item is not picked up so they are not refunding.

But how logistics guy came and picked up the product and how he knows that i have a men's watch at my house if it's my mistake.
Very pathetic service and the cost is 4499 so it's not small issue to neglect.
In between one executive has called and told that we got a confirmation that you have sent the item and we will refund you the amount once the issue is resolved.
After some time they are saying item is along with you so cannot proceed refund.
No proper maintenance of customer service and worst service.

    I have ordered samsung s7 and get it delivered on 16 october by two person. I accepted the item and got samsung s7 only. But i am very dissastisfied from flipkart as packing shipping label was already torn. Now i don't know whether the smartphone i recieved is same as i ordered or they have changed with another mobile. Please help me. I am suspicious because packing was damaged.

      The flipkart horror show...
      Flipkart is surely going bankrupt, or it will soon be. Don't let them take your money. They will allow you to make payment but not confirm order. Here's my recent horror story:
      I ordered an ifb 6.5 kg front loading washing machine on oct. 12 around 9 pm. Once i entered my card information on their site to confirm the order, their payzippy website gave me a "snap! Something went wrong" message. Order did not go through but money was deducted from the icici card account i was using. They have no customer care number on website. After searching the web, i called their [protected] 4 or 5 times since then and each time they say matter will be resolved and money will be returned in 24 hours. Then, no action... Today, on one call someone even said after 5 days that no money was deducted from my account (Although my bank sent me the transaction details) and check with my bank, then another guys says wait till oct. 21st. My complaint id in[protected] has been open open for 5 days.

      Fact is, their customer support is ill trained and have no idea on how to help you or escalate or follow up on issues for easy resolution. It's worse than the worst govt. Department.

      This was not always the case!!!

      I had purchased quite a few things on flipkart earlier without any problems. But now it is all your nightmares coming true. Flipkart is breaking down. Be as of today, flipkart took rs. 28, 498/- of my money and has not returned it yet. My fault? I tried shopping on the flipkart website.

        I had ordered a vu 55 inch tv from flipkart. The piece i had received after a very delayed installation was not even switching on. Then when we asked for a replacement, the next tv also was defective.

        So now flipkart is refusing to refund us the money saying the item only has replacement policy and not refund. This whole thing has been such a scam, flipkart and omnitech retail can never be trusted.

            Hello,
            The order no od[protected] was booked on 14th oct 2017.
            He supposed to be delivered till 17-oct-2017.
            On 16th oct 2017 i got a call from ekart team stating that please keep your phone handy we are coming for delivery and also they asked is there any scratches and or damaged in phone i said no but there is minor crack on back panel (The back plastic panel). Upfront i discussed this issue on call and delivery boy has refused for pickup and delivery. He not even attempted for pickup.

            I approached flipkart for this issue many times. But their approached is not customer centric. Now they are saying we will cancel your order and asking for re order the same product under without exchange.
            I had a word with delivery boy he said it's a minor crack, change the back panel we will accept the phone.

            But, i don't think so whether they are going to accept or not.
            I never seen such type of service.
            I think just they are fooling customer with this big discount scheme and using customer money for their benefit.

                    I ordered leeco le max2 (Rose gold, 32 gb) from flipkart on 24th sept 2017 and received it on 29 sept 2017. I found that fingerprint is not working, so i raised and return and they collect the phone from me after trying all troubleshooting processes to fix the phone and hand over me a new phone in which i found the same problem fingerprint sensor is not working in it too. I contacted flipkart executive for this, but they refused to fix the problem.

                        Flipkart is on the verge of becoming a big flopkart as they can’t keep cheating people like this. I bought a panasonic phone worth 10k. Flipkart promised to replace the phone if any defect is there with in 10 days. The phone keeps getting switched off again and again during the day. I complained to them and then they sent an executive to confirm the defect. But instead of confirming the defect that executive came just for 15 minutes and submitted a letter that problem resolved. Now they are not replacing the phone. They are asking extra money for servicing the new defected phone. Why should i spend extra money for a brand new defected phone..? They are unprofessional and conning people by selling all defected products..?

                        Not only the phone but previous a philips trimmer which bought also doesn’t charge at all it’s just a big waste of money. Very unprofessional people. The call center people are also so rude.

                          One of my staff bought a panasonic mobile iphone worth of 10k. They mentioned i’d sny defect, they will replace the phone. The phone was getting switched off time to time in a day atleast twice in a day. He gave a complaint to flipkart and told he wanted a replacement. They told they will send an executive to confirm the defect. An executive came to his home used the phone for 15 minutes and then gave a feed back to flipkart that problem is resolved as when he came only for 15 minutes the phone didn’t get switched off. Now they are not giving the replacement and my poor staff have to buy a new phone

                              flipkart ne 2 baar replacement order bheja courier wale ne pickup reject ki mujhe phone par bola ki mere paas reason nhi hai pickup krne ka dusri har jab replacement order cancel huya uske baad mera flipkart account bhi block kr diya uska baad roj call ya email kr rha hu bs ek hi reply krte hai ki high number of return isliye return bhi cancel aur account bhi block jab jab courier wale ne aisa kiya maine usi time flipkart customer care par call ki jab 1st time replacement order aya mujhe msg aya out for deleivry to courier boy ka phone aya usne pucha kya problem thi maine btaya ki wrong product mila mujhe usbe bola abhi 5 min bad call krta hu uske bad msg aa jata hai pickup rejected uske bad maine courier boy ko call ki to usne bola mere paas reason nhi hai pickup krne ka fir maine flipkart par call ki uske bad unhone fir apni concerned team ko forward kiya unki 3 din bad call ayi unko sab kuch btaya ki courier wale ne aisa kiya unhone bola dubara aisa nahi hoga next day dubara replacement order aya fir courier boy ka phone aya usne bola mere paas abhi bhi reason nhi show ho rha wrong product ka 10 min pickup reject ka msg aa jata hai maine flipkart par call ki unko btaya unhone mujhe fir 3 din bad ka time diya ki team contact kregi or problem solve kr degi usi din main courier wale ke office gya maine bola mujhe apna data check krwa jo flipjart ki trf se aaya tujhe pehle check nhi krwa rha tha mere bhut kehne par usne dhikhaya usme reason sab kuch mentioned tha ki wrong product received bt fir bhi usne cancel ki maine fir flipkart ko btaya unhone kaha ki ap wait kro hamari team apse contact krke apki problem solve kr degi thodi der bad mail aa jati hai ki return request bhi cancel or account bhi login nhi hoga uske bad aj 1month ho gya roj phone krta hu kabhi mail krta hu sab bta tha hu unhe ki mera fault ni hai courier wala apne ap cancel kr deta hai mere order main to khud uske office ja rha hu mera address bilkul thek hai sabhi courier isi address par ate hai abhi main emi pay kr rha hu bt phone abhi tk nhi mila mujhe

                                I have following up with flipkart and Citibank for quite long time for my refund for two orders. Please see below the detailed information of the issue and let me know how you can help me?
                                I have placed order OD[protected] Tue, Aug 22nd '17 5:13 PM for an amount Rs.1638 (Citibank it is reflecting on 01/09/2017) and in that I have cancelled an item of Rs.1079 which is refunded to my Citibank Credit Card (524133******1404) on 07 September 2017 as per flip kart. Refund date and time INR 1079.00 on 07 Sep 17 03:08:54 PM with bank transaction ID 5042801815766430304069 which I have not received till date.
                                I have placed order OD[protected] Tue, Aug 29th '17 12:40 AM for an amount Rs.1818 (Citibank it is reflecting on 01/09/2017) and in that I have cancelled an item of Rs.1019 which is refunded to my Citibank Credit Card (524133******1404) on 07 September 2017 as per flip kart. Refund date and time INR 1019.00 on 07 Sep 17 03:09:01 PM with Bank transaction ID: 5042997303356970604017 which I have not received till date.
                                It’s been more than 40 days neither bank nor flip kart helped me to resolve the issue despite many complaints and calls.

                                Flipkart doesn’t have any more information to give and asking me to escalate this issue to bank's ombudsman/grievance cell with this chat as confirmation for the refund from Flipkart for the above-mentioned order.

                                        Hi worst online shopping team,

                                        My name is bhanu kumar. My rmn is [protected]. I would like to escalate that i have booked laurels combo watches recently and it should get deliver by 12th of october. But till now i didn't receive any product. I got a call from back end team, one executive (Mounika) informed that they cannot deliver the product due to courier team issues. So she said to cancel the order and place order again. But i'm not ready to close the case and i want my product in this order itself. Flipkart is faliled to give better service to the customers. Previously i ordered a samsung earphones, but they delivered cheap quality road side ear phones, those earphones are fake branded and there is no samsung logo on it. Flipkart is betrayed and providing the worst services to me even though i'm giving the chance to correct themselves. So, don't close my complaint and i want my laurels product asap. You can check my previous orders and complaints, so that you will get better idea about how you people giving bloody #ing services to me. Amazon is better online shopping platform than you. It's a big shame for you all.
