Hello team,
It feels very sad to receive such a pathetic service from a well knowned company, around 21st sept had made a order for lg washing machine and samsung double door fridge, first delivery was to be on 27th sept for which i was unavailable to receive the delivery, i had re scheduled for second attempt on 3rd october, but since then i have still not received both products, in spite of repeated calls and double assurance from the flipkart back-end team, products still remain undelivered, is this the routine of the company to haress the customer, it is really sad to know such a bad reputation of the company, i sincerely request the higher management team to look in customer satisfaction, which is currently just 49%, that's is not at all acceptable, also going ahead i am not gonna buy a single product from flipkart and also will spread to as much people i can to avoid buying from flipkart,
Can someone attend to this request and deliver the product as soon as possible
