I have purchased an mac airbook apple i5 5th generation from flipkarts on dated[protected] through online transaction of rupees 50990. But it was delivered wrongly though i have returned the order due to some product issue & address issue so which it cancelled. But flipkart assured me to refund the said above payments will be back in my account within same month.
From 1 year, i am following up with all statements of credit card of bank hdfc, asking to all employees of flipkart to refund me the payments but it still not received to me. Once in march 2019 on 2nd, 50990 refunded by flipkart which again reversed by them on 5th april 2019.
All 12 months statements of card, with all transactions details, the references number of payments deductions, reversed transaction of flipkart, product returned proof, given in mail id of customer support to them by me time to time.
They are giving me the time of sometime 3 days to wait, sometime 5 days, 2 days to wait that it will refund into your registered account within given time but still not. They are making fraud with me since 4-5 months by saying that it will reverse on that time, on this time, asking me to wait for some days, asking some statements more, other queries with bank written proof, asking me to arrange the bank details of debit payments by flipkart but i had given all the things which i have safe in my proofs.
So request you to please help me to refund the amount which debited before more than a year and also the interest amount which charged by bank to me twice in years the charges of interest was 10k approx, and faced a lot of time wastage totally, neither my amount refunded to my account even i have given extra interest and charges of penalty amount by bank to me. I am totally mentally harrashed by flipkart since 1 year and not able to more listening to them unnecessary waiting, i need now some perfect solution of my money which deducted with each & every charges according to law as soon as possible.

Flipkart had debited the amount once again in April 2019 which the statement shown of bank attached in customer support mail. Flipkart deducted money 2 times in a year for same transaction number and refunded 1 time.
