I have received a room heater through dealer from filifkart, but after 8-10 day the room heater is not moving properly. It is not provide heat air so, in this regard i call to flipkart and returned the room heater through a flipkart dealer sir after 15 days we have not received any information about this and also not received newly and nor my room heater kindly take necessary action and provide my room heater.

    I ordered jbl speakers from flipkart. On 26, december 2019 flipkart delivered me a package with marble pieces inside it. I've been calling them since then and they say the concerned team is working on it and will call me from a number starting from 80679. But no one calls. I've been calling them daily. Initially they said they'll resolve my issue by 30th december, 2019 but nothing happened. When i called to inquire the same, they said they'll resolve it by 1 jan, 2020 and when i called no one took the responsibility of the same and postponed the date to 5 jan, 2020. When i called they shifted it again to 8 jan, 2020 and then to 11 jan, 2020. Now, today when i'm calling the associates keep on dropping my call.

      I'm a loyal customer. My purchasing history is better than my return or cancel history.. Order i'd is od[protected]. Order two router one is damage and software issue so i want to be returned this product then seller rejected my return and flipkart also block my account and one problem with flipkart when flipkart block my account then how will be processed my flipkart pay later bill so resolve my issue otherwise i will go with consume court.. Thank you

        I ordered a mobile on 9th of january 2020 that is micromax n12 delivered on 11th of january 12:30 p. M. When i unbox it it was showing no response when tried to switch it on so i put it on charging then also it was showing no charging signal just the blank screen even after charging for 6 hours then i raise the complaint to return the product flipkart but they refused to accept their fault. I raised a second complaint after 12 hours they said there will be a technician will check the mobile phone the other day, saudagar today technician called me and book an appointment for 1 o'clock but there was nobody tell 5 pm so i call them back they said they will be or technician soon, but still there was nobody. I don't know why do i have to keep this dead phone even the payment has done.

          The reference no for my order is cs[protected] and the product was iphone 7 so refund amount resolved from flipkart but not yet credited to my bajaj account its been more than 2 weeks this has happend i cancelled it because of inconvenience i want to book an other product from bajaj account so i want the money to b credited as soon as possible please solve this issue and credit the money to my account

            Redmi 8 deliverd on jan 1st,
            Display gets freezed while calling or after the call, sometimes it's a frequent issue sometimes randomly occurs.
            I have recorded a video.
            Raised a return request, in first tech visit he said he updated mobile, use and let me know. Again same issue and same technician visited and i showed him video with issue occured after technician visit.
            He said i'll update the issue as customer not happy and occurring randomly.
            But he has updated as customer happy and return request cancelled.

                    I ordered samsung galaxy a70s mobile from flipkart on 6th january which got delivered on 8th january.
                    During checking the phone it has been observed that the front camera of the handset is unable to focus/ taking blurry photos.
                    I reported the same to flipkart customer care. They arranged technician visit to check the issue and the technician agreed that the front camera is indeed taking blurred photo. But, the return request was rejected stating "the technician troubleshooted and fixed the issue" which was a complete wrong information.
                    On reporting this flipkart again arranged a technician visit. This time i requested the job sheet as suggested by the flipkart customer care over call.
                    The technician has mentioned that the phone camera is taking blurred photos and i signed the job sheet.
                    Again they have rejected the return request.

                    Its completely frustrating to face this repeatedly. I bought the mobile with my hard earned money and it really worst experience i am having.
                    I hope you would understand my grievance and experience i am facing. Kindly look into this.

                        I am complaining flipkart customer support since 11th november that i am not able to pay my paylater bill. Every time i raise my concern the team asks me to wait for few days. After waiting for those few days everytime i get an email stating that your account has been blocked and we have resolved and replied to your query. But they are not able to understand that i want to pay my bill. And to pay the bill i need to login into my account.. Everyday i receive a message, a call and an email. I am frustrated. Today i received a message stating that a legal action would be taken. What should i do when i have no way to pay the bill. Flipkart and flipkart pay later team are out of sync and they are harassing me. I raised this concern atleast 15 times through calls, flipkart facebook page, and twitter handle. But they are not understanding what is the concern i am raising. They think it is just about the account being bocked.

                          It is to bring to your kind the notice that on 01.01.2020 while searching for washing machine on flipkart mobile application, i found ifb 6kg 2d washing machine with10% cash back order on the sbi credit and debit emi cards.. I ordered the product using my sbi debit card emi option. But i didn't received cash back till date.. I preferred complaint with flipkart, bit they denied to refund the amount stating that the offer applicable on only selected washing machines.

                          In this connection, it is to bring to your kind notice that if it is available only on specific products then why flipkart showing the 10% cash back offer below the product details of ifb 6kg washing machine.

                          Hence, flipkart cheated me by not giving cash back on my of washing machine..

                            "maximum units allowed for purchase reached", am experiencing this kind of popup over my screen whenever i am trying to place any order. And that item has not been ordered by me in the near past also. Such poor service by flipkart although i don't get these types of error kind of things over amazon or snapdeal. You guys also blocked my account unnecessarily and this is what kind of experience you are providing to your customers....

                            Hi,
                            My name is paramvir singh. My registered mobile number is +91 [protected]. I tried to book a flight from flipkart app on 27th december 2019 twice on the name of parneet kaur but due to flipkart's technical error, booking was failed both the times and the amount of inr 76382 was deducted from my account both times. As it is mentioned in a email that i received from flipkart that flipkart has initiated the refund and it would take 5-7 working days for my bank to process the refund.
                            I am attaching the screenshot of that emails for the reference. Flipkart didn't even initiated the refund from their side.
                            Now the problem is that its been 10 days that i am waiting for the refund and there is no sign of it, not a single email or message from your side. I called many times on flipkart's customer care number but i got the same response that you will get the refund in 24-48 hours but i didn't get any refund yet. My total amount that is struck with flipkart is inr 152764 and i would say that's a big amount. So i am totally fed up with flipkart's approach towards a valuable customer. I have to pay the bill of my credit card from where the amount is deducted, so who will be responsible if i got penalty and interest charged from the bank for not paying bill on time.
                            Then flipkart have to pay me extra amount for covering this penalty.
                            Please resolve this issue as soon as possible so that i can get my refund at the earliest because i am in need of that money ver urgently.

                              Thomson 108cm (43 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart android tv with in-built soundbar & netflix worth 22999. After getting exchange and bank offer it cost to 19599. The order had been placed and i had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But at 6.38pm the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever.                                 Yesterday i faced a problem in my flipkart account. I was so surprised & disapointed to complain that my account has been blocked by flipkart automatically. I can't order any product. All the product i want to order is suddenly become out of stock. It is actually available but only out of stock in my addresses. There are above 400 products in my wishlist. But all of them are suddenly shown as out of stock at the same time. It's quite impossible. Flipkart service is too poor that they blocked me from yesterday. I need quick action on this.

                                    Recently i face a problem with my account. Whenever i want to order some products it's showing out of stock in my addresses. But actually they are available and only out of stock in my addresses. It is quiet impossible that above 350 products (Which are in my wishlist) are out of stock in my addresses in the same time. From yesterday it has been started. Whenever i want to order any product, they are suddenly shown as out of stock. Please take action against this problem. I contacted flipkart service but they didn't understand what i'm saying. I need quick action on this.

                                    My addresses PIN codes are 721603, 721607, 721635. Above 400 products are showing out of stock at a SAME TIME. I think my account has been blocked by some unprofessional Flipkart service provider.

                                      I've been trying to update my mobile number on the flipkart app for a long while now. It simply doesn't happen. I go to the account settings and i can update the email id and the name etc. But when i tap the mobile number, the cursor just doesn't appear. I keep tapping it but it just doesn't happen. It looks like the app just doesn't want me to change the number, which is quite frustrating frankly. I am waiting for a refund and that cannot happen until i've updated my account details. I contacted flipkart customer service many times for this. Once they said they will update the number. Next time they said they'll send a link to update the number but didn't. Flipkart has the worst customer care, honestly.
