A complaint had been lodged on 11 August 2019 for a defective Marq TV 43 inch. Subsequently their engineer has come and de-installed the TV.
A mail has been received saying a refund has been approved post pickup of the TV.

Till date no one is coming to pickup the TV.

Several calls have been made only to receive assurances that the matter is being escalated.

Attaching pictures mail and sms's exchanged although I'm afraid they may not be in chronological order.

I'm still forced to use the old TV which obviously we have no other option to. The colour has turned pink we have no choice.

Its obvious these people are using delay tactics and do not want to refund the money at all.

I didn't ask for a refund. The TV was good while it worked so I insisted on a replacement. Yet being their own brand they are not able to replace it and neither are they picking it up so I can get the refund and buy another one

    I placed this order (Sony CyberShot DSC-HX90V/BCIN5) on 26 December, and they confirmed the delivery date as 3 Jan. I paid ₹26, 951 (including ₹52 as delivery charge). Until 3 Jan, the status of the order has been "Order placed" and hence I raised many complaints (with no use whatsoever). A few customer care executives contacted me, assuring that the issue will be taken care of. But the status of the order remained the same. On 3 Jan afternoon, I found that the delivery date has been changed to 9 Jan (with no communication regarding the same to me).

    Flipkart themselves is not sure if the product is available. They cant share the contact details of the seller as its against their policy, nor do they have any alternative to get the product to me (from another seller, may be). All they do is give automated messages such as "I do understand your concern." or "Please don't worry, I will definitely share your concern with the seller." "Please be assured this time, since we are closely looking into your issue and will make sure to get your issue regarding order delivered resolved by January 10, 2020." -- How irresponsible is that? That too after getting the full amount from the customer!!!

    I want the product to reach me at the earliest as possible (not beyond their agreed timeline -- i.e., 9 January).

    This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had!

      Dear Flipkart management,

      I’m one of the regular customer to Flipkart recently I have purchased one LG TV Smart 32 inc it has been delivered @ 25-12-19 but which is the delivered product is stock defective then I was requested to replace the same product 15 days got over nobody is not responding now it is showing in Flipkart app we will replace the product on[protected] days required for replacement product ...??????
      In between I had called n numbers of time to Flipkart customer care even they also not responding properly they said replacement is not possible from my end that’s it no more discussions this is the way of speaking with customers..??????!!!
      Also demo & installation call also cancelled 3 times without my knowledge why it’s like that it’s shameless to Flipkart management.!!!
      Even after customer paying the money Why should struggled customer & why should take unwanted tensions in fully fed up on Flipkart service & mentally disappointed so for the above F-CK OFF reasons I need a compensation & immediately replacement of the product.
      At least this time I’m expecting quick response from your end ..!!!

        I ordered IFB microwave oven from flipkart, order id - OD[protected], but received defective oven. It has loud noisy sound which is abnormal and sparking in back of the oven. I requested for replacement on the same day of delivery of product and i was assigned a technician but technician not come and after 3 days I got a mail that my replacement got rejected by the seller without any reason. I again requested for replacement, this time technician visits and told me for replacement of product but its been days and no replacement is still provided to me yet.
        Flipkart and IFB are cheating and just asking me to wait. Its been 7 days they are making fool to its loyal customers.

          A lot of calls, follow ups on order id OD[protected]. But all in vain.
          No updates on this order.
          I spent almost 60k and ordered iphone 11. However, the promised day has passed and no action has been taken.
          The customer care does not have any idea about the whereabouts of my phone.
          It was out for delivery on 5th jan and no trace since then.
          Now whenever i call cust support, they just do their job of saying to wait few more days and do not cancel the order even if flipkart made the mistake

              he approved return..

              but when he called head office guys.. they rejected return..

              very bad customer service by flipkart..

              maybe customer care will get ratings salary based on how many return they approve per month..

                      I had ordered a mobile named redmi 8 on 3rd of january, it showed me that it will b delivered on 4th of january but i had not received the product yet i called the customer care of flipcart on 5th they said that they will resolve the issue within one business day but it is now 6th january but i didn't receive any update. I am a flipcart plus customer, i feel very bad about what is happening, as i was a plus customer i should have receive product within 24 hrs but it's been morethan 72 hours but no response from flipkart. Hope that the can get a correct reason for the delay of product.

                        I have ordered an apple iphone 7 on flipkart on 6 december 2019 through online payments of 24999. There was an offer of 10% instant cashback on flipkart app on purchasing of this mobile on hdfc card, but still i didn't get any cashback entry in my card.

                        I have talked to flipkart customer care too but they all refused to give the any refund regarding this, they denied me to submit the complaint regarding this & still 1 month passed away, my product received me safely but 10% cashback offer not received.                           Dear team

                          I have purchased an mac airbook apple i5 5th generation from flipkarts on dated[protected] through online transaction of rupees 50990. But it was delivered wrongly though i have returned the order due to some product issue & address issue so which it cancelled. But flipkart assured me to refund the said above payments will be back in my account within same month.

                          From 1 year, i am following up with all statements of credit card of bank hdfc, asking to all employees of flipkart to refund me the payments but it still not received to me. Once in march 2019 on 2nd, 50990 refunded by flipkart which again reversed by them on 5th april 2019.

                          All 12 months statements of card, with all transactions details, the references number of payments deductions, reversed transaction of flipkart, product returned proof, given in mail id of customer support to them by me time to time.

                          They are giving me the time of sometime 3 days to wait, sometime 5 days, 2 days to wait that it will refund into your registered account within given time but still not. They are making fraud with me since 4-5 months by saying that it will reverse on that time, on this time, asking me to wait for some days, asking some statements more, other queries with bank written proof, asking me to arrange the bank details of debit payments by flipkart but i had given all the things which i have safe in my proofs.

                          So request you to please help me to refund the amount which debited before more than a year and also the interest amount which charged by bank to me twice in years the charges of interest was 10k approx, and faced a lot of time wastage totally, neither my amount refunded to my account even i have given extra interest and charges of penalty amount by bank to me. I am totally mentally harrashed by flipkart since 1 year and not able to more listening to them unnecessary waiting, i need now some perfect solution of my money which deducted with each & every charges according to law as soon as possible.

                          Flipkart had debited the amount once again in April 2019 which the statement shown of bank attached in customer support mail. Flipkart deducted money 2 times in a year for same transaction number and refunded 1 time.

                            As they asked me to wait and it took 2 months but after waiting as well couldn't deliver the part amd now saying to purchased it from market. As checked the part is not available only Brand can provide it but the brand is saying to wait another 45 days.
                            Seriously this the time TAT to deliver a part for a Brand like Flipkart.
                            I just cannot wait for another two month and will not be purchasing from Flipkart ever and will asked to people i know not to purchase anything from Flipkart ever as there are others Brands in the market with fast Services not like Flipkart famous Brand which is taking 4 month.
                            I cannot wait 4 month just take your product and give me my money back.

                              Dear sir/ madam,
                              This is bring to your kind notice that i have booked redmi 8 online through flipkart (From my son anubhav jha id) and the same was delivered on 22-nov-2019 having invoice number invoice number fabblx[protected] and id number od[protected]. I have faced the problem of hanging & uniform display and the complaint was lodge within 5 days for replacement of phone. After that they have sent technician on 3rd dec-2019 to check the phone and sent their report ok without sorting out the problem as the problem persist as it is. They have also not contacted me or taken signature over customer feedback form before sending the report. After lot of follow-ups & communication they replaced the phone on 21-dec-2019.
                              After receiving the phone i again faced the same problem (I. E. Phone hanging & uniform display) with replaced phone. Also battery is discharging very fast. I have contacted customer care in evening on 02-jan-2019 and explained about the problem. But they told me that replacement period of 10 days over and you have to visit xiaomi customer care.
                              My concern is as under:
                              • during this period i. E. From 22-nov-2019 till date, phone was formatting 2-3 times and all the previous data vanished affecting my work and to view the previous data.
                              • i have called so many times to contact customer care which is a waste of time.
                              • flipkart is not providing email id so customer can’t lodge their complaint over mail and keep a record at customer end for future correspondence.
                              • in my opinion either the same phone was delivered after repairing or there may be a chances of manufacturing defects in complete lot of this series.
                              • flipkart has to block the seller who is providing faulty phone
                              • flipkart has to replace my phone with redmi 8 or redmi note 8 (Difference amount shall be paid by undersigned) without having any fault in phone.
                              • i am also claiming an amount of rupees fifty thousand for harassment, difficulties in work, waste of time etc.
                              Hope you will take a prompt action to get rid of such type of product from online seller and tighten the screw to big businessman to provide best services to customer.

Since the product was delivered to you on 21 Dec 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

                              After discussion with your representative over phone, I have already sent messages on 6th Jan, 2020 and forwarded 18 reminders on customer.[protected]@xiaomi.com, but not a single response I have received from their end.

                              However, you have to take the messages on priority as the 2nd time you have sent the faulty mobile set. The matter has to be taken seriously at your end

                                I recently ordered Realme 5s with a mobile exchange and had the worst experience imaginable.

                                The mobile was a birthday gift for my grandmother and I wanted to surprise her with a new phone, everything was going as per plan.

                                On the delivery day, the delivery boy(Ajay Kumar) said he won't be able to take the phone as it was not turning on and as per policy, he won't exchange it. My mother requested him by explaining that the battery might be dead and if he can w8 he can see that the phone is working fine. He left and said he'll return in 15mins.

                                He came back and I was there seeing him scraping the phone for 15mins to find any scratch or cut and said if you want the mobile pay the total amount or it will be his loss as he has to take the phone back to the company because of the policy. The mobile was in good condition and bearing no cuts or scratches worth denying the exchange.

                                He left, and even after complaining about the incident to the help center none of the issues were getting resolved. I shared the pictures of my phone with them and without any comment validating any problem with my device they just denied my request claiming it to be company policy.

                                The phone was out of stock the next moment, but I was able to do a successful transaction after some time on the official realme website with the mobile exchange.

                                I've done several online transactions on Amazon even the mobile exchange ones, sometimes the cost might be a little bit more when compared to Flipkart, but I never faced any bad service or unjust treatment from amazon.

                                if they find even 1 small scratch
                                they will say u will have to pay 500 more bcz there is a scratch lol

                                  They are responding very poor. We are already paid the amount against this order.

                                    Sir,
                                    I had purchased a alcatel 3t 32 gb tablet from flipkart on 12th november, 2019. Order id - od[protected]. It completely stopped working after ten days. When it was given to galaxy services (Authorised service centre of alcatel in kochi, kerala), they said it has to be send to the company itself as it cannot be repaired there. I have not got the tablet repaired even after one month. Hence i request to replace the tablet. Otherwise i may have to go the consumer court to resolve the issue. When i contacted galaxy services, they said that its spare parts are not available, will have to wait further. All the data related to my job was inside the tablet because of which i am not able to continue my work. So i request you to do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      Just now I was placing the order for flamingo heat belt. The price Rs.702. I payed it through online payment. My money got deducted from the account thru Bhim UPI, but order not placed, it's still waiting in the cart. Kindly refund the money in my account immediately.
