I bought a titan watch from flipkart 24 january.
I received a different titan watch. It is not 1734km02 neo hybrid smartwatch (Price-5215), it is titan nh9151bm01 karishma analog watch (Price-2995). So i am very glad for flipkart's services. I hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.
I was faced a new problem, my return request rejected.
So plz solve my problem.

Sir..
Firstly I am order my watch in 20 January..
This watch delivery date mentioned on 23 January..but my product packaging, shipment still not..so I informed this issue to Flipkart customer care..then my watch delivered at 24 January..I received my product and face a new problem my product is same brand but different model..
So 24 January I creat a return request, but 26 January seller rejected my return request...
Then I am again creat a return request but seller again rejected my return request...so I am very disappointed for Flipkart services..
Then i am taking to Flipkart senior customer care..then he creat a return request..on 29 January..
After 2 days seller contact my email id..and he wants to my any id proof..
Sir I kindly to inform you..I have been lost my email id..my email didn't working..
So I call in flipkart customer care..and say I send to my id proof any other process..
And I say I want to change my email id..
Customer care told you will give your identity proof in flipkart chat section..so I updated my id proof in flipkart chat section..
After all seller cancel my return requested..
I trouble this issue in many days..
Seller did not helpful..so I am very disappointed sir...I want to solve my problem as soon as possible..any inquires so plz contact my email id- [protected]@gmail.com

    I found my mobile is hanging issue. So i have decided to return this mobile on the behalf of returning policy. But they didn't received yet.

      Sir i have booked amaze fit gts smartwatch in flipkart by indian bank debit card i cancelled it due to some reason on 26/01/2020 but it was not refunded yet as per flipkart mentioned that they will refund within 03/02/2020 but it was not yet received when i reached bank they are not interested in my case
      Respected Sir/Mam
      In my flipkart application there is no option of cash of delivery...I cannot order anything..
      Please fix my problem ASAP..

        For order id-od[protected] for grocery from flipkart, one item (Pilsbury chaki fresh atta-10 kg) was missing from the delivered items. Even after informing the delivery man about this he assured me that i would get the missing item and that he has informed his supervisor about this but till date neither have i received the missing item nor any refund from flipkart side.

          I had purchased mi led tv 43" from flipkart on 20-jan-2020 from flipkart and i had received the product on 01-feb-2020. The flipkart personnel called me and said that installation cannot be done by their engineer since my area is not serviceable and that the engineer will call me and give instructions on how to install the tv. But as i do not personally want to do this, i went to mi service center and they scheduled installation on 03-feb-2020 and the job sheet no. Is tvin[protected], token no. S47178 and happy code is 813431 and installation will be done on 04-feb-2020 09:00:00am to 12:00:00pm. On 04-feb-2020, as the engineer took the tv out and turn it on he found that the panel of the lcd cracked. As the engineer suggest i filed a complaint against flipkart by taking to 3/4 customer executives and told me the issue will be resolved but they are having technical difficulties. They also told me to make the refund/replacement from orders — refund, but when i try it is always showing errors. On my flipkart orders' page, it is shown as issue resolved and they have rejected the issue and also stating that mrp tags are not available and they rejected the refund/replacement. And also on my e-mail, i received a mail saying that the seller had also rejected my refund/replacement. I never thought that i would be scammed by flipkart. I had always trusted them.

I have invested my money so what should i do now. I called flipkart call center 3-4 times they said their executive will come and collect the item but he is not comming, no one is supporting on their end, what kind of fraudsters are these peoples.

                      I have order mattress for my parents almost 3 weeks back, and the order was supposed to deliver a week back, but the order was not delivered saying that i haven't answered when the delivery agent tried to call me, i understood that i couldn't answer that as i am away from india during that time. But is that the right way of not delivering the product. What is the use of giving delivery address while ordering the product? And when we call back the delivery agent he said that they can deliver the order after 4 days, we have waited for that but still, the order did not deliver. Now the agent says that he can't deliver it for next 3-4 days because of some emergency in their family. We completely understood from delivery agent perspective, but what is flipkart is doing instead of assigning it to the other delivery agent. I feel is flipkart is doing cheap business like a roadside vendor that one of their delivery agents goes on off then they will be stopping the service. And just refunding the delivery fee of rs45/- saying as a sorry for the product which was already fully charged 3 weeks before rs15000/-

                      The item has been delivered, but it has not been delivered to the Door, the item was just left in cellar saying that they won't deliver it to the door. The only reason that I have ordered is that my parent are elder people and I don't want to trouble them by going outside to buy. I have placed several orders from other e-commerce websites, none of them has troubled us like this, they managed to door delivery the items which are Heavier than Matress.
                      Also, my parents can't open the product because the delivery boy just left in the cellar.

                              I have tried more than 100 times in different phones. "its says try after some times." or try again.

                              I have tried re-install app also in different phones its not working.

                              When ever i call flipkart customer care they will to try after 24hrs this is redicules
                              Every time same story they will repeat and no. Complain has been raise even after request.

                                I had order a product with order id od[protected] nokia mobile phone but i don’t like that because of poor camera quality and it have slow screen response problem, but my account was blocked due to which i was not able to process the request as i got message that due to high number of returns you are not able to process the return request and because of that my id is blocked. Repeatedly i am reverting on every mail and calling daily to customer service but till now no solution is given.
                                I know system had detected high number of returns because before few months i ordered some cloths but find some size issue i wanted replacement for that but size was not available and seller offered only return /refund to me because of that i had returned some of products and i called customer support for that also but they advised me that if i purchase anything then i should purchase 2-3 items of same product with different size so that i can keep product which will suit to me and rest i can return and because of this i ordered so many cloth and shoe and in which i returned most items which was not suitable/ and was not fitting to me otherwise i never had done like this i dnt know because of this system is detecting returns but before this no any intimation mail or letter was given to me so that i became aware to this but sir i request you to help me in unblocking my account and help me in returning the product i was not aware of this flipkart had not given me any warning before blocking my account, please i need my account to be activated. I had also mailed documents which flipkart wanted but no resolution is given please help me sir because its all about my 14000/- rs which i want refund please help me in this because customer support is again and again giving same reply that my account will remain block and i will not be able to process the return. I don’t want fake assurance but i want clarification for this so that i can take further action accordingly

This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Also, the seller will not be able to accommodate the return request.

                                  I have joined flipkart affiliate program in august, 2015 in starting we get commission on time but from past 1 year my account stop working affiliate link are not working also have my commission pending of rs.900

                                  I have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated program contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

                                  They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

                                  I already file a complaint on your site but it closed without any resolution.

                                    I cannot login into my account anymore because of me returning the products? If i am not satisfied with the quality or size m i not suppose to return the products?when i raised a return request the seller rejected it and now i cannot login so what do i do?i almost have 5-6 products to be returned or exchanged!!
