I have ordered a samsung fridge 192l and got delivered on 17th march 2020, i have purchased it for rs.14790/-. On other day ie., 18th march 2020 when i checked the product price is rs.14590/- and it has 10% instant sbi discount offer... Including offer the product price is rs.13130/-.

With in one day the price reduced to rs.1660/-

    I ordered one phone with exchange on 14th march 2020. I had to pay 1799 and i did it through paytm upi. Now paytm shows the transaction was successful so my money is debited but flipkart says they didn't receive the payment, they told me to contact with my bank. I did contact with paytm and tthey confirmed the payment was successful at their end. So i wanted to know the details of the transaction to flipkart, but they didn't give a response, they just said "please be patient we are looking into it." i just want my refund.

      I have just purchased a new number from market and while registering first time on flipkart it says its is alreday regiested on some name as "suresh kumar" with some "[protected]@gmail.com" email id.

      Though flipkart is unable to help me as i dont know who suresh kumar is and while using forget password link it send the otp to old email id also which i dont to whom it belongs to.

      My question is why flipkart is not help me wherin i am the owner of the number. I am unable to register my number.

        I’ve bought a iphone xs 4 days back for 60000. Now flipkart decreased the price to 53000. I told them to return this product as 7000 is too much so i’ll buy again for lesser price but they denied it saying that it’s against that policy. It’s totally fraud. They are playing with there customers. Please help me regarding this. 7k for a common man is too much. It’s totally frustrating. Please please help me. I want to return this product.           I have been trying to buy new smartphone from Flipkart since two months but Flipkart website is cancelling my order again and again with the error limited quantities of each item can be purchased by each customer . There are other good e commerce website than this and why I am showing the internet here is my 13k gift card balance is stuck, there is no option to withdraw it send gift card . It's horrible . I am still facing the issue

            My account is blocked and the company is not responding. I've received an item with tampered seal. And as per flipkart's advice, i requested it to be returned without opening the packaging. And also, the product delivered is more than 6 months old.

            But, instead of investigating the incident, flipkart has blocked my account. I've sent many emails, but i'm not getting any reply, apart from a standard auto reply.

            Please do investigate the incident, complete the transaction and then take action. If flipkart is responsible for inefficiency, then why should the customer suffer?

            How can we co operate, when the Company is using authoritarian rules. I've bought a Camera, and I'm unable to register for warranty. It has got 3 years warranty. Who will bear the loss? If there are returns, please investigate and stop future transactions, for certain months or period, but the company's obligation towards past purchases should be obliged.

            Investigate first about the current return and then decide. Without investigating, If you stop all communication, then this case becomes a cheating case. The item is still unpacked. So, where is the question of fraud. And the delivered item is with tampered seal and more than 6 months old. This has to be resolved.

            I've other minor issues, which has to be resolved. You cannot escape responsibility for the past purchases.

            So, kindly resolve the issues and then block future purchases. Kindly unlock my account at the earliest.

            NO Reply from Flipkart. Issue is unresolved. So, what's the next step to be taken? Flipkart is avoiding giving any kind of reply, apart from a auto generated reply.

              I ordered some tops and also payed the amount through phonepay, because of some issues I cancel the order immediately, they said that the amount will refunded to my phonepay wallet by today but it not refunded. It is a big amount for me, now I fell like don't trust Flipkart and don't by anything.

                I booked the flight ticket through flipkart travel and due to coronavirus outbreak not able to travel.
                I requested flipkart to either cancel or reschedule. Flipkart charging me inr 15000 for cancellation and rescheduling inr 66000 against the actual ticket cost of inr 22000. Emirates clearly communicated that all cancellation/rescheduling can be done free of cost (Or minimal amount) but flipkart denied passing on. Asking me to go to the airline and get the written confirmation with the seal. I lost my entire ticket cost.

                  I book fight from flipkart on 7 march 2020 journey date was 11 march 2020 morning flight i was booking fight its was refunedable n my flight was morning flight n i was really till 4:30 but no cab was getting me i was trying.. I fill that i cant reach so i call to spicejet coustmor care he say me that ya it can be refunded full fare but after 5min he say me that sir sry your flight fare is 3644. He say me that process fee n i toll him i cant reach toll sir u will cancel now u will get half money n after that u will get nothing so i say too cancel it n he say me sir your refuned will get u till 24 to 48 hours.. But total 7 days gone but no refund n i call to flipkart he say me that sir u will not get any refunded i say that spicejet custmor they toll me u will get refuned flipkart coustmor toll me that ok say u will get but total 7 day gone no refunded got n i try to call flipkart custmor care call cut automatic call end automatic.

                  Total Fare is 3600 n Refund amount r from Spicejet is About 1700 n Flipkart Refunding to me only 900 what the ### flipkart flight cancel charge was free n how he can cut my fare i what my full refunde amount ..                       I have bought the dell charger from flipkart on 8th jan and flipkart is cheater company they are selling fake product and all the sellers on flipkart is also cheaters they re using dell name and sale fake products on the name of dell as they are saying now this product is not under warranty as any of the dell product does not sale without dell india warranty weather 6 month of 3 years depends on products.                         From last one month i am unable to order any mobile from flipkart it alwys showing maximum limit reach. I have mail you and call you so many time but didn't get any satisfactory information. So kindly look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible. I have added a gift card to purchase one mobile but it showing the same error. If you are not in a position to solve my problem then transfer my gift card balance to my bank account. So that i can buy the mobile from somewhere else

                          - i purchased iphone 11 from flipkart on 18th dec. 2019 (Delivery date).
                          - later in march, i noticed that its invoice doesn't have imei number mentioned on it.
                          - due to imei no. Not being mentioned on the invoice, manufacturer has regretted to provide warranty on it.
                          - subsequently, i asked flipkart to provide me with the copy of an invoice with imei no. Mentioned on it.
                          - flipkart denied my request and said that they will refund my phone on returning it instead of providing me a copy of invoice with imei no. Mentioned on it.
                          - this proposal suggested by flipkart is acceptable. However, the condition is that flipkart expects me to return the phone in brand new condition without any wear due to usage.
                          - the above requirement is not possible to satisfy as the phone has undergone regular usage for the past three months and some wear is inevitable.
                          - flipkart has gone on record to say that they will not return the phone unless it is repaired.
                          - during the sale of the phone, flipkart had promised its one-year manufacturer warranty. However, due to lack of imei in the invoice, it is not possible to redeem the benefits of the warranty and hence, flipkart has failed to deliver its claims of a one-year warranty during its sale.
                          - this violation needs to be rectified by the company which now has 2 options:
                          1. Provide a new receipt with the imei number
                          2. Accept the phone in its current state and provide refund.
                          Failing to do so is a breach of the customer's trust and faith in the terms and conditions promised during sale.

                            My conversation with flipkart

                            · i got a new asus max phone m1 four days ago, which is defective piece. (Imei:[protected])

                            · i have already raise complain against this 6 or 7 times in flipkart

                            · an engineer was hired to solve this problem but he was not even 1% capable who could solve the problem and was unprofessional too. Without doing anything he makes the false statements that he resolved all the issue and wrongly updated in system about the issues (I have a proof i. E my phone which is in same condition)

                            · i spoke to flipkart again about this but everyone is trying to hide each others defect, amidst all this my time was so much wasted.

                            · it is being said technician will visit again and will checked out defect then again he informs which is again huge waste of time of customer (Why problem is not solved in first attempt?)

                            My conversation with asus

                            · when i raised this complain in asus service center & told them about their subdefect, i was told to follow so many software related steps which might be

                            Possible for technician expert to do.

                            · when i said to them how is it possible for a normal person to do such huge steps then they totd me "ok then, delivery boy with come gives you outlet and take your mobile device then update all setting so on and on..)

                            The is really a mental harassment with customer and disturbing too.

                            I only want money refund back (Not having much time to run behind you guys customer is not sitting for pay for your mistakes, rules and policies).

                            Defects mention in as below:

                            · no supporting video calling

                            · camera faulty

                            · sound eco when phone is on speaker (Not clearly audible person’s voice on phone)

                            · hanging so much

                              I am Sakshi, my father has ordered an RPM FITNESS TREADMILL from Flipkart in August 2020 . its first stage installation was very late around in mid-September. we were disappointed with that and from its installation, we are constantly having problems with using it properly, nearly one month ago its belt was loose and after a lot of phone calls to customer care there was no response and my father has to fixed by his own. and now this machine has become dusty because we can't use it due to its engine problem. I have recently called to customer care from a number as described on google but there was no clear response and the number described on the warranty card does not exist. shall we wait until it becomes rusty and we have to discard it?

                                  My Booking Id is FF[protected], I tried calling their travel customer care number for last 5 days. I did not get any response, neither someone picking up the call nor any call back from Flipkart. I have some serious issue regarding my travel booking. I called flipkart customer care, they are not ready to handel these quiers as they are not the concerned team. There is no alternative number given and also they are not responding on my emails.

                                    Hello Team,

                                    I hope you are doing well. I have raised a complaint about my return error. I am a plus member on Flipkart since plus was launched. I am a regular customer on your platform. I had a wedding in the month of November when I shopped a lot on your platform and due to quality issues, I returned a few. Post that I am getting an error that "Your return request cannot be fulfilled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of return requests from you.Click on 'Need help' section from your order details page to reach us.

                                    Every time I try to create a return I get this response. I have to reach out to the social media team every time I want to return an item. This is a great hassle for me. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest so that I can continue my regular shopping on Flipkart. Today out of nowhere my account is blocked without any prior information to me.

                                    I have raised a complaint in the consumer forum as I am not allowed to return the item which I don't like on your platform and unnecessary blockage of my account. I believe you guys are not standing on your owns statement of 30 days easy return policy. I am attaching the screenshot of the same. Expecting a positive and speedy response from your end. Kindly call me to discuss further.

                                    Kindly answer:
                                    1: why my account is blocked
                                    2: what about the GC that I have on my account
                                    3: I want to return the item.kindly share the return address or create a return
                                    4: I need invoice for few of my purchases for warranty purpose
                                    5: Kindly reopen my account

                                    Kindly create the return of my item or give me a return address. I am still waiting for my account to get unblocked so that I can use my GC of 500rs. I got Citi bank credit card via Flipkart and wants to continue my shopping so that I can earn my Flipkart gift card worth 1000rs. You are unnecessary forcing me to keep a low quality product by not allowing me to return the item. I went through all the policies and see there is no clause of blocking the acct for returns. Why was never alarmed or warned for returns i[censored] felt so.kindly resolved my issue.call me to assist me.

                                      Bought a MI Tv under exchange (Non Working Tv). As per the terms and conditions mentioned on website. But the replacement was denied. Even after continues emails, the customer support has not answered the query & just beating around the bush.
                                      Fail to understand the reason for not answering the query.

                                      I am surprised but the company is not ready to answer if the product will be provided under exchange as mentioned on the website if a fresh order is placed again. And if not, the reason for denial even after meeting the terms as mentioned on the website. The company has not even provided the email id & mobile number of the Director, Chairman & CEO as desired.
                                      I am really upset regarding the services of the company.

                                        I have checked with the icici bank (Customer care team) and gather the below details.
                                        Transaction stamp for first transaction: 8:12 pm (18/jan/2020)
                                        Transaction stamp for second transaction: 8:54am (20/jan/2020)

                                        I have checked with the icici bank (Dispute team) and gather the below details.
                                        Transaction stamp for first transaction: 8:12 pm (18/jan/2020)
                                        Transaction stamp for second transaction: 8:13 pm (18/jan/2020)

                                        I am getting confused with the above details, when was the transaction done. They have misled me.

                                        Note: as per my knowledge the transaction amount was charged (2times) on the same day (18-jan-2020).

                                        I have checked with Bank and raised a Dispute Request from ICICI Bank to Flipkart. Which was rejected from Flipkart's end. I have raised Level 2 and Level 3 complaint also. They are saying the same to check with Flipkart.
