I ordered iffalcon 55 inch tv - rs. 34, 999 cod on 29th january after long wait of 16 days to product back in stock. Order id is od[protected]
On 4th feb, delivery person came to my address to deliver the product, but product was not new, seal of the box was opened and box also damaged. Product was not new, it was re-packed and this fact accepted by your delivery person.
Pls see here attached images which is taken by flipkart delivery person and sent to his higher authorities, he got instruction from higher authorities to bring product back and flipkart will arrange new fresh product delivery to customer, so he took back the product with him.
Next day i received mail from flipkart with escalated issue id and max time to resolve the issue is 8th feb 1:00 pm.
So i spoke with flipkart customer care executive to know when new fresh product will get deliver to me, they provide very strange information that our delivery person came at your place but not able to contact you.
Now they cancelled my order, so again i spoke with customer care executive and ask him to transferred my call to senior desk, they transferred the call and senior executive has no any answer about this entire issue, she suggest me to place a new order.
At present, product is out of stock for my pin code, and price is rs. 39, 999.
What wrong practice did by your seller is a flipkart problem, not mine.
I need my product delivered what i ordered, how it can be done is flipkart problem.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Darshan Zalavadiya Product is available for other pin code which can be clearly seen in here attached image, but flipkart don't care to deliver the product at my pin code despite of problem happened due to them by not sending new product as i ordered.

Updated by Darshan Zalavadiya order not canceled due to unforeseen reasons, but it is canceled due to wrong practice did by your seller, still flipkart is not accepting the same or not trying to resolve my issue by delivering the product what i ordered.
i can provide the recording of conversation with flipkart customer care executive, in which he clearly mentioned that flipkart will send new product to resolve this issue.
as u suggested to place a new order, but product is not available for my pin code.
