received used product from flipkart

I have received used product from flipkart and there was no price tag on it. And so contacted the flipkart support team for this issue on the same date when the product was delivered to me but i got reply from the end that unable to pick up the product as seller has rejected the return. I have contacted them for the same issue multiples times and everytime they were creating new return request and working on highest priority and saying me...

Since last year i can get my orders within 2 to 4 days but from this year i am not able to purchase products to my pincode 518135 it is showing that delivery is not available to the pincode. I am not able to purchase products. Take a complaint. I tried to escalate this to customer care but they are telling that i will take this as feedback and we will do something on this. But they are doing nothing and they are delivering products to the pincodes which are covered by ecart courier service which their own and not giving delivery services to the remaining pincodes which are not covered by ekart. Take complaint and take action on them.

    I have ordered a vivo y9li on 12/01/2020 with order id od[protected] amounting rs 6990/- and the delivery date was 14/01/2020. However, we have received an update that the order with tracking id fmpp[protected] will be delayed and will be delivered within 3 days.
    Again when we spoke with customer care team on 14th and 15th jan they do not have any clue for the same and saying it will be delivered on or before 20th jan.

    Are you people crazy!!! You people do not have any tracking system and specific tat for a particular complaint.

    I need a confirm tat and not more than 48 hrs or ill escalate this matter for careless service. If you cant deliver a product in the heart of city within 3 days than its a shame and on the top of it you people are not sure when it will be delivered. Mr. Kalyan krishnamurthy should know this kind of treatment.

      When i ordered real me 3 pro of ₹9, 999 many times but it everytime shows this product is currently out of stock in your area and also show no sellers is available. If i ordered any other product it show delivery is available.

        Flipkart had taken my money and when talked to social media team(Nowsheen) and head of escalation # Neha(the two most fooling one ) they said that refund was initiated(it means they are accepting it that its their fault and they had my money and they had also sent an documented mail but now thay are denying for it, what does this means

            Flipkart mailed me @ cs@ flipkart.com and demanded for slip but courier person don't provide the slip also I got call from flipkar executive of Flipkart told me that pick up has been cancelled even I told him that I already gave the products to courier boy. Also he told me that contact the courier person and ask for slip but how can I contact him they don't provide. I don't have his number. This thing happened with three order.

                Flipkart blocked my account without my mistake. I ordered 2 sarees when offer was running, later the seller canceled my order due to the availability of the product but flipkart blocked my account by mentioning like i returned too many items. I didn't receive that product even. There was a pending bill of 1359 when they blocked my account, i could make the payment through my account as it was already blocked. Then i checked with the customer care team to provide alternate ways to pay the bill and she provided me a rozerpay gateway link to pay the bill. As soon as i got the link i paid the bill before the due date. However, i frequently received a call for the due amount. Even i explained the way i paid the bill they torcher more than a week. I have more the 700 flipkart coins in my account. Please have them to unblock my account.

                  I placed an order on flipkart on 7th of jan worth rs 2600 and the money got deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I called their customer care and they said you’ll get the refund in 24 hours but i got no reply from them. I raised an issue through their customer care service and they asked me to wait for 72 hours i. E till 10th of jan. On 10th of jan they called me and asked me to wait till 13th of jan. On 13th of jan i got a call from them and the customer care executive asked me for my bank details but just as the call got disconnected i got a mail saying contact your bank. On the same day i got another call saying wait for another 24 hours but i got no reply from them after that. There customer service provides no solution at all.

                        I have ordered a monte carlo women cardigan via flipkart order id: od[protected]. The product is worth rs 1350. I wanted to place a return request due to size fit issue. Normally i never receive any issue while returning the clothing items but this time i feel like cheated. Everytime i raise a return request, the flipkart cancels it and gives a lame reason that the request could not be fulfilled as it was received in intact condition. They give me a new date everytime that by this time the issue will be resolved. It's been 10 days now and no response. Till the time they have rejected it 2 times. I have placed it for 3rd time now to see what they have to say. Kindly help in this regard.

                          On 28 december 2019, i ordered a labrada mass gainer at inr 4529. I got my product on 3 january 2020, when i check product i found it was fake without authentic code.. I didn't found any authentication code and many minor problem in packaging of the product.

If we dont, they return it. Sometimes they dont even bother to call us. I hope proper action will be taken on such improper services.

                              Myself nobin jose. You have promised me that the item will be delivered on 10th initially and you have changed the date to 13th without any prior notification. I am about to gift it to my parents on their wedding anniversary which is on 12th. I have trusted you and you have broken it. Your agent mentioned that it's system updated the time to 13th and she can't do anything. However she mentioned that it may delivered ion 12th or even on 13th
                              But she cannot guarantee that too. She even hung up on me. I dint even get my order delivered on 13th too which you promised.

                                  I have purchased a 32 inches vu led tv on 15 dec 2019 from flipkart but i have received led tv in not working condition so i have generated ist return request for replacement on 22 dec.2019 but flipkart did not picked my product and cancelled my request then i re generated my return request but again flipkart again decline my returned request without any redress.

                                  Dear sir 3 times technician visit already has been done by technician of VU service center and he had approved the replacement of LED TV but the fault is there is no single pickup attempts has been made yet by wishmaster

                                    This phone was purchased on 4th jan 2020 by my brother and it got delivered the next day. The packaging was fine, but when i opened the phone, there was a scratch on it. I raised the complaint with flipkart and they asked me to visit brand's authorized service center (Incident: in[protected]. I went to the apple service center at crown interiors mall, faridabad and they said they can't help me as it has a scratch on it and i need to contact flipkart customer care.

                                    I again called flipkart customer care and the issue was escalated (Incident: in[protected] and promised to be resolved by 11 jan. I also raised this complaint on twitter (In[protected] so i got a response from them saying the issue will be resolve in 24 to 48 hours.
                                    On 11th jan, flipkart's so called wishmaster came to my address to get the phone replaced, however, he denied to replace the phone as there is a scratch on it. I told him that because of the scratch only the replacement request was raised but he said he is not able to complete his checklist and left without replacing my phone.

                                    I again called flipkart useless customer care and was promised to get the issue resolve in next two days (As always, same standard script).
                                    Today, on 13th jan, another wishmaster came to my address and took my phone with him. After an hour or so, he called me saying that the phone is locked with a passcode and asking me the same. I told him that i never setup the phone and there is no passcode. After 2 hours, he came back to my address saying that he cannot take the phone as the phone is locked with a passcode. When i checked the phone, it was disabled for 1 hour. It happens when you put multiple wrong passcode on iphone and it locks, and that's what flipkart so called wishmaster did who doesn't know how to operate it.
                                    I called the customer care again and as usual they created another complaint and asked me to wait until 16th jan 2020. When i denied to take the faulty phone back, the wishmaster left the phone on my doorstep and said he cannot take it and said do whatever you want to do!

                                    First: there is a major flaw in flipkart workflow of operations where there is no sync between the customer care and logistics. It really sucks! Get into the operating model of your business and build some governance around it so that there is a proper sync between these two. Its my feedback, take it or leave it.

                                    Second: i am without a phone for more than a week now. I do not want a replacement anymore and want you to refund my money!

                                      Hi,

                                      I have been provided defective product and when i have requested for the replacement of the product the delivery person refused the delivery of the replacement because the replacement color was not matching with the defective product.

                                      Also the behavior of the delivery person was rude and nonprofessional.

                                      After that i called the customer care and i was misguided. The customer care executive said to me that a replacement cancellation request needs to be done and then again replacement request needs to be raised. He raised the replacement cancellation request with the comments that problem is resolved without informing me and after that told me that replacement request can be raised after 48 hours only.

                                      This is a case of cheating and misguiding. I need a replacement of the product asap otherwise i will raise a case against the company.
