    I have paid 6999 on 25th october 2019 and order redmi mobile and do the cash on delivery but after sometime i got the message of short of cash so i do the payment by upi before the my order approved but on 27th october 2019 i cancelled my order still i can't get my refunt so i requested flipkart take necessary step and get my refund or else i want to take a legal action.

        Hi, my sister bought a new laptop (Product hp 15q apu dual core a9 - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home) 15q-dy0007au laptop with order id od[protected] from flipcart an delivered on 25th dec 2019, after starting the laptop it was found that the screen has a visible line, so raised a product exchange request immediately. On 27 dec 2019 the flipkart assigned technician to investigate, but he never visited till today to find out the issue, even after submitting so many complaints and a customer care calls (Where every time we explained the issue and requested to return the product but only got the premise for corrective measure) the issue is not resolved, after almost a month, we are unhappy with the product as well as the service from flipkart!! Pls send the technician immediately and return the money we have invested (Unfortunately) in the product. I hope you will get back to us immediately to solve this issue... Thank you.

          Hello i am a flipkart plus customer. Since starting of this month my pincode is not deliverable. I have been trying to get orders to my pin code 518135 but you are not providing delivery service to my pincode. I have been complained to customer care but they are simply telling that we have taken your feedback and we will look into it. I am waiting for the update from you but there is no improvement at all after all i checked that you are only providing delivery service to your ekart delivery service and not providing delivery services through other courier service providers. Being a plus customer i expect faster delivery but you are not even providing delivery service.

            Hello,

            You people are selling the products more expensive than actually it is. I am giving two examples 1) redmi note 8 4gb and 64gb: mi itself is selling it 9999/- and flipkartis selling more than 11000/-
            2) samsung galaxy m30s: flipkart is selling it more than 14000/- but samsung itself selling it by 12999/-
            Firstly i want to know what are the extra charges you are applying and if you are applying any extra charges then why you haven't mentioned it anywhere.

            If i didn't get any answer in two days you will get notice from consumer court.

              My account with flipkart is blocked by flipkart and after giving so many calls to customer care also i am not able to login to my account. My registered flipkart mobile number is [protected] and registered flipkart email id is - [protected]@gmail.com.
              I have received an email where it was written that due to large numbers of returns this account is blocked but as i said many times to customer care that i have not canceled large number of returns as all are canceled by sellers not by me and there is more than 1900 coins are there in my account which belongs to me so please refund that amount as soon as possible.
              When i was trying to redeem those points then my account was blocked as it seems it happens intentionally so that i can not use my coins.
              I have not received a single calls from filpkart to short out this issue all executives are just giving time of 48hrs again and again.
              There is also 58 rs pay later amount to be paid by me which i have used but due to not operational of this account i am not able to pay that amount and i have given call to customer care for the same and after that i am receiving calls and sms for payment and they have charged fine of rs 100 for the same which is not correct to charge as my account is blocked by flipkart and i have given call to customer care for the same.
              If flipkart want to block the account its upon them but please let me know the solid reason and give me the list of large number of returns done by me not by sellers.
              If they wants to block my account its ok but please ask them to refund the amount of rs, 4000 in form on coins or flipkart gift voucher so that i can use those on flipkart purchase as i have purchased so many items from flipkart for those coins which belongs to me.

                They have blocked my account by just sending an email in which its written that due to large number of returns your account has been disabled which is totally wrong. The fact is when i was trying to redeem my coins which is more than 1800 then the account got blocked and after calling more than 100 times to customer care also they are not even listing to me they are just saying we cant do anything and the returns are done by sellers not by me and customer care executives are excepting that its not high number of returns.
                They are doing fraud by not giving back my coins which i have collected by buying from flipkart.

                  My name is ravi makwana. I have been using flipkart from many years now and had ordered several items from there and i am a very genuine customer. Before a 1.6 years approx i ordered a mobile during a flash sale. But they cancelled my order. After several phone calls and emails they told me that my account has been deactivated due to irregularities in my payment methods. As far as i remember there is no such issues form my side. Now i cant login to my account from past several days. So i request flipkart personnel to please look in matter and suggest my the steps to reactivate my account again. I need my account back to order other items. Please suggest a solution.

                    I have created flipkart account l years back with a mobile number 82299xxxx. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                    I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number 82299xxxx. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number.                         I have bought a mobile redmi8a with cardless credit facility gvn by flipkart and emi is of 2247 but they are charging me 2261 from the first emi and i filed they complaint they call me and told you have to pay this we don't know you have to pay after when i pay also in my second emi of jan month i paid on 13 jn before their due date 15 jan they still didn't updated this emi on their website and suspended my account and when i filed complain there is no resolution till now i filed the complain on 14 jan so please help me if possible

                          I have ordered a be indi skirt from flipkart but i was having size fitting issue so raised a exchange request for the same and in exchange they have sent me a kurta of same brand in place of skirt and now the seller is not accepting my return request.
                          Flipkart has fraud sellers. After so many request they are not providing the solution just keep saying that we are working on it. There customer service is so pathetic they don't have any answers just say every time please wait till this date or that date

                            My flipkart account has been blocked & not any resolution regarding order from cc team, there are pay later amount is due, needs to be paid soon or else fine will be added, its not my fault, i tried to contact flipkart customer care and gave lots of emails but no use.

                            Unblock my account so that i can pay it. Otherwise you people only issue legal action.

                              Dear sir/maam,
                              I am writing this to inform you that i bought a four door wardrobe. After they installed it, in one month the back side of wardrobe fell off. What a poor installation the worker has done. I tried contacting customer care but there's no response. Please send somebody to repair that wardrobe. I am finding it quite inconvenient as other pest may enter the wardrobe. The vendor's no is not reachable everytime. And flipkart is very bad at customer service. After receiving no satisfactory response through call. Hence i am writing email

                              Looking forward if someone would help and send someone to repair the wardrobe or replace it, if possible. Please attend to my request.

                                  Flipkart is blocked me to play games and saying you violated rules. When i asked what are the rules, they are not replying.
                                  Not only me many of my friends also having same issue.

                                  Flipkart thinking that they are only monopoly in india. But its not true. If people decided to dont buy anything from you. Then no more flipkart. Already i told many of people to dont buy from flipkart % everyone following.

                                  In coming days we may miss flipkart if they doing like this.

                                  If your care people could resolved this, y should i come to here. They are illiterate. Even they dont know whats going in flipkart. I told my problem to them. They said please signout & signin again. Is it the solution to the problem ..?

                                    not providing invoice of the delivered product

                                    I bought this redmenote 7 pro phone on 4th jan. Firstly i have not received invoice for the order, this is a very big compliance issue for the brand like flipkart. Without invoice the credibility and genuineness of the product gets into to questions and without invoice i am not able to ensure mobile insurance putting my phone on risk. Also, i will not be able to claim the warranty in case of any fault. Moreover customer care are buying more...

                                    I haven't cancelled my item of khadims brown flats yet but you are showing that it is cancelled. Delivery agent came once but i couldn't able to meet him and requested another delivery and waited for 4, 5 working days.in website you are providing that it will be resolved on 16 th jan 2020. Yesterday morning i have received a message by apologizing for delay in delivery and it says it will be resolved on[protected] by 2 pm. I am repeating i haven't cancelled this item. I need a solution, i need to get my order not money. I am not ready to cancel my order at all

                                      I had cancelled my order on 28dec 2019 and was to get refunded by 7th jan but i didnot get and when i call flipkart customer service it said transaction was already done now i should talk to my branch (Sbi) or contact customer care as i am quite far from my sbi branch so i tried to contact sbi customer care but did not get any help they said that it was a third party transaction hence i should contact flipkart and on that flipkart told mr to sent bank statemeny on pdf but whevwvwr i try ot shows something went wrong no matter how often i try... I have attached sufficient proofs i hope to get any help from this site i will be really glad if i could get any help from this site further i will definately think about online payment, i dont know whether its flipkart or bank who can help me but i am looking forward to get my refund.
