Iam seller in flipkart. I received an order fromflipkart and i sended it to customer. After 20 days we get return from customer. Product is not working exactly.
I created a claim on this in flipkart. Claim approved and the mention the amount will get with in 2-3 business day. But till now no amount received from their end. Now they not responding for that. I want the amount

    Flipkart blocked my account without my mistake. I ordered 2 sarees when offer was running, later the seller canceled my order due to the availability of the product but flipkart blocked my account by mentioning like i returned too many items. I didn't receive that product even. There was a pending bill of 1359 when they blocked my account, i could make the payment through my account as it was already blocked. Then i checked with the customer care team to provide alternate ways to pay the bill and she provided me a rozerpay gateway link to pay the bill. As soon as i got the link i paid the bill before the due date. However, i frequently received a call for the due amount. Even i explained the way i paid the bill they torcher more than a week. I have more the 700 flipkart coins in my account. Please have them to unblock my account.

      I placed an order on flipkart on 7th of jan worth rs 2600 and the money got deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I called their customer care and they said you’ll get the refund in 24 hours but i got no reply from them. I raised an issue through their customer care service and they asked me to wait for 72 hours i. E till 10th of jan. On 10th of jan they called me and asked me to wait till 13th of jan. On 13th of jan i got a call from them and the customer care executive asked me for my bank details but just as the call got disconnected i got a mail saying contact your bank. On the same day i got another call saying wait for another 24 hours but i got no reply from them after that. There customer service provides no solution at all.

            I have ordered a monte carlo women cardigan via flipkart order id: od[protected]. The product is worth rs 1350. I wanted to place a return request due to size fit issue. Normally i never receive any issue while returning the clothing items but this time i feel like cheated. Everytime i raise a return request, the flipkart cancels it and gives a lame reason that the request could not be fulfilled as it was received in intact condition. They give me a new date everytime that by this time the issue will be resolved. It's been 10 days now and no response. Till the time they have rejected it 2 times. I have placed it for 3rd time now to see what they have to say. Kindly help in this regard.

              On 28 december 2019, i ordered a labrada mass gainer at inr 4529. I got my product on 3 january 2020, when i check product i found it was fake without authentic code.. I didn't found any authentication code and many minor problem in packaging of the product.
              I tried 7 times to return the product but i doesn't get any conclusion regarding to refund on product, lots of time i called flipkart customer service number every time they called me for cooperation. But neither any action nor any conclusion i got.
              I am very worried about this.

                I have availed flipkart pay later, they added rs 100 as later payment for not making the payment on time, totally i have made it rs 699, its been 45 days & flipkart is telling payment is not credited & they are daily harassing me by calling & sending an email stating they will take legal action.

                People from my town have to go to the courier office (Bluedart) to collect our own stuffs. The delivery boys are so lazy they call us up and tell us to collect out stuffs. If we dont, they return it. Sometimes they dont even bother to call us. I hope proper action will be taken on such improper services.

                  Myself nobin jose. You have promised me that the item will be delivered on 10th initially and you have changed the date to 13th without any prior notification. I am about to gift it to my parents on their wedding anniversary which is on 12th. I have trusted you and you have broken it. Your agent mentioned that it's system updated the time to 13th and she can't do anything. However she mentioned that it may delivered ion 12th or even on 13th
                  But she cannot guarantee that too. She even hung up on me. I dint even get my order delivered on 13th too which you promised.
                  I have talked to many representatives and none provided the location details of my order in kottayam so that i can collect it from there.

                        This phone was purchased on 4th jan 2020 by my brother and it got delivered the next day. The packaging was fine, but when i opened the phone, there was a scratch on it. I raised the complaint with flipkart and they asked me to visit brand's authorized service center (Incident: in[protected]. I went to the apple service center at crown interiors mall, faridabad and they said they can't help me as it has a scratch on it and i need to contact flipkart customer care.

                        I again called flipkart customer care and the issue was escalated (Incident: in[protected] and promised to be resolved by 11 jan. I also raised this complaint on twitter (In[protected] so i got a response from them saying the issue will be resolve in 24 to 48 hours.
                        On 11th jan, flipkart's so called wishmaster came to my address to get the phone replaced, however, he denied to replace the phone as there is a scratch on it. I told him that because of the scratch only the replacement request was raised but he said he is not able to complete his checklist and left without replacing my phone.

                        I again called flipkart useless customer care and was promised to get the issue resolve in next two days (As always, same standard script).
                        Today, on 13th jan, another wishmaster came to my address and took my phone with him. After an hour or so, he called me saying that the phone is locked with a passcode and asking me the same. I told him that i never setup the phone and there is no passcode. After 2 hours, he came back to my address saying that he cannot take the phone as the phone is locked with a passcode. When i checked the phone, it was disabled for 1 hour. It happens when you put multiple wrong passcode on iphone and it locks, and that's what flipkart so called wishmaster did who doesn't know how to operate it.
                        I called the customer care again and as usual they created another complaint and asked me to wait until 16th jan 2020. When i denied to take the faulty phone back, the wishmaster left the phone on my doorstep and said he cannot take it and said do whatever you want to do!

                        First: there is a major flaw in flipkart workflow of operations where there is no sync between the customer care and logistics. It really sucks! Get into the operating model of your business and build some governance around it so that there is a proper sync between these two. Its my feedback, take it or leave it.

                        Second: i am without a phone for more than a week now. I do not want a replacement anymore and want you to refund my money!

                          I have been provided defective product and when i have requested for the replacement of the product the delivery person refused the delivery of the replacement because the replacement color was not matching with the defective product.

                          Also the behavior of the delivery person was rude and nonprofessional.

                          After that i called the customer care and i was misguided. The customer care executive said to me that a replacement cancellation request needs to be done and then again replacement request needs to be raised. He raised the replacement cancellation request with the comments that problem is resolved without informing me and after that told me that replacement request can be raised after 48 hours only.

                          This is a case of cheating and misguiding. I need a replacement of the product asap otherwise i will raise a case against the company.

                            Sir i purchase raymond single breasted formal men blazer on 16th december but due to defective product i returned it on 19th december 2019 but till now i have not recieved my refund amount when i raise issue regarding this topic of refund than flipkart member replying me that refund already done and mail me refund refence number told me that its the fault of bank that its not credit to your bank after that i visited to bank and discuss about that topic with bank manager replying me that this reference number is not valuable for me because its the fault of flipkart afterward again i contact to flipkart member told me that file a complain regarding this the mail me a prescribed manner to file a complain i did it but nothing happened again i contact to bank but same reply came from bank again i contact to flipkat then flipkart member told me that you have to raised a dispute regarding this matter if you want to get back your money again i contact to bank but bank denied it to take any charge disputed form so now i cant understand that what can i do for getting my money refund reference number is - nft[protected]gn00095

                                I have ordered the mi let tv 55inch 4 k tv, that amount around 40, 000. They have send the wrong service number product and the service number mentioned in the invoice is different. Now, i have asked for the updated invoice, that flipkart group was replied me as, we will do replace or refund. I mailed them as both is ok for me. Now, that flipkart team informing me as, we can’t accept replace or refund. Now, tv have problem, if i approach service center means, they have asking the invoice and product service number is different. Can you please guide me what necessary action can take against the flipkart group.

                                  I have placed an order with flipkart for fujifilm xt 100 camera and i need the invoice copy to claim warranty as iam facing some issue with the camera. With my recent order from flipkart, i placed an order for fhd tv, but they sent me hd ready tv. When i requested them for replacement or refund, they closed my account without any prior notice stating that i have returned many items in my account. But not even a single return was requested ing account. Tried contacting flipkart as much as i can, received the same reply everytime. Please help me with getting the invoice and help me to use my flipkart gift card balance.

                                  Since my account has closed i could not be able to find my order id. [protected] is my registered mobile number and you can identify a camera easily . It was a Fujifilm camera and i needed the invoice copy for claiming warranty

                                    I ordered a g shock watch flipkart. I buy this g shock watch sale for discounted price of 4616 including taxes. I pay cash on delivery. Watch price 4616. Delevery date 3-1-2020. When i opened the box. The box condition very bad. Box condition very poor. I see the watch just like local market. The watch totally different (Fake). The product not genuine. Actually the product which i got is seems to be not genuine & different (Fake) pattern of this watch is shown in the description is as different which i got in actual. The product is different upto the mark just like the g shock watch. Totally different & not genuine. I request for return on same day[protected]. The wishmaster of ekart very rude & harsh with me. Flipkat& seller & wishmaster not solve my problem. They lie many times with me. Flipkart senior team customer care executive told me[protected] your order pickup today but wishmaster not came. Pickup date my order was 6-1-2020. He got very upset about his false promises. Amount (4616) too many due to which i am upset.

                                        Flipkart custamber care आपको यह सूचित करना पर रहा है कि मैंने दिनांक 17/12/2019 को redmi mi 6pro का ऑर्डर किया था, जिसका मूल्य 9390/- और ऑर्डर नंबर - od[protected] है तथा दिनांक 22/12/2019 को delever हुआ परंतु. मोबाइल का colour गोल्ड ना होकर सिल्वर तथा मोबाइल डेड condition मे था इसका camplain कई बार flipkart custamber care को किया तथा flipkart ने कई बार मेरा मोबाइल का रिटर्न भी बनाया परंतु जिस curiar के माध्यम से मोबाइल रिटर्न होना रहता है वो curiar मेरा मोबाइल नहीं लेकर जा रहा है और बार बार रिटर्न cancel कर देता है और उल्टा मेरे ऊपर य़ह आरोप लगा दिया जाता है कि मैं मोबाइल नहीं लौटाना चाहता हूं इस बीच मेरा अब 1 माह होने को है ना तो मोबाइल मेरा रिटर्न हुआ ना ही refund इसलिए मैंने national counsumer girevane मे flipkart के against camplain किया जिसका camplain नंबर - 1847142 है, कृपया flipkart custamber care जी मेरा refund दिलाए बहुत लंबा समय हो गया एक custamber को इतना परेशान करना उचित नहीं है, यदि अब कुछ सोल्यूशन नहीं निकला तो national counsumer girevane के आदेशानुसार मुझे counsumer fourm से कोर्ट केस करने के लिए कहा गया है, कृपया मेरा refund कराने की कृपया करे! संतोष कुमार
