Hello sir

I purchase water purifier livepure pep pro plus plus installation policy 3 days
Product delivery 28 january installation last date 1 february but today 6 february not installed product
Flipkart note response my all calls and not return accept my product
Livepure customer service is not respond me
My product price 8499+ 8499 total amount 16998 please return my product and refund my amount. Flipkart installation policy 3 day but my product 9 days not installed i request my product return long installation time but flipkart not accept

    I ordered himalaya confido tablet (Set of 2) from flipkart bearing order id od[protected]on 22/01/2020 and the price shown was ₹460 and there was a discount of 43% so after discount the price was ₹260 and a delivery charge of ₹66 so i paid ₹326 on receiving the product on 27/01/2020. When i checked the contents there were two tablets of ₹120 each, so the total amount of the product was ₹240 instead of ₹460 as shown on the website. I contacted the flipkart executive they said they will refund ₹20 only instead of ₹220 of which the reference id is in[protected].

      Dear sir, it is really shameful that flipkart is doing fraud with customers after wallmart has taken its control. I ordered a product on 11 december 2019 with order i'd - od[protected] for breil by fort collins full sleeve solid men jacket, where the product is not delivered in 2 months approx neighter refunded to me. I raised several complaint but their customer support didn't did anything, except apology only. Every time they call and apologize and close my complain. I will request the consumer court to take strict action against the fraud activities, done by flipkart, and i will request everyone who shops from flipkart to be very cautious regarding your purchase and inform in consumer court immediately

Flipkart is continiously harrasing me by computerized voice call for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of rs 3714 whereas I tried to open my account for last 11 months which had been blocked by flipkart due to some returns. Now tell me without opening the acount how can I pay?? I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. Now for 3714 rs how can they harass the customers like this way?? Now flipkart is telling that they will go legal for3714 rs! Is it a joke?? They blocked my account they aren't assisting me so how can I pay the amount without opening my id? Here are some proves which will show you that how I tried to get in touch with flipkart.
        I tried many times contact to flipkart regarding this case but no-one give me solutions.

          I order a product on feb 3rd 2020. Flipkart promise date to delivery was feb 4th 2020. But later on they changed to feb 5th2020. I called many times to Flipkart customers care but they always says sorry and they are trying but nothing happened yet. now its 6feb2020 and its not delivered yet.
          It was very urgent for me and they wasted my time.
          Kindly take action against Flipkart.

          This issue never got resolved. Because of there delay I was forced to cancel the order and bought that product immediately from shop with 1000 RS loss.

          I order a product on september 23rd 2022 but I got a product of different brand. I have contacted to customber support team . I called many times to Flipkart customers care but they always says sorry and they are trying, three times my returned request was cancelled again I contact to customber support team then a replacement was created. Flipkart promise date to delivery was 16 october 2022. But I have not got my replacement and nothing happened yet. now its 16th september 2022 and its not delivered yet.
          It was very urgent for me and they wasted my time.
          Kindly take action against Flipkart.

            I had purchased an laptop from flipkart on 22.01.2020 which i received 28.01.2020.

            Order ID: OD[protected].

            I received a damaged product.Which I cannot use after I purchased.When I am calling they are saying technician will come, ignore app saying cancellation etc etc...When I am asking them customer care saying it's a technical issue.They assures day after day.and Return getting cancelled again and again.This is happening 3rd time.

            Please help me .Return option will be disabled by tomorrow. It is very urgent.

                I ordered iffalcon 55 inch tv - rs. 34, 999 cod on 29th january after long wait of 16 days to product back in stock. Order id is od[protected]

                On 4th feb, delivery person came to my address to deliver the product, but product was not new, seal of the box was opened and box also damaged. Product was not new, it was re-packed and this fact accepted by your delivery person.

                Pls see here attached images which is taken by flipkart delivery person and sent to his higher authorities, he got instruction from higher authorities to bring product back and flipkart will arrange new fresh product delivery to customer, so he took back the product with him.

                Next day i received mail from flipkart with escalated issue id and max time to resolve the issue is 8th feb 1:00 pm.

                So i spoke with flipkart customer care executive to know when new fresh product will get deliver to me, they provide very strange information that our delivery person came at your place but not able to contact you.

                Now they cancelled my order, so again i spoke with customer care executive and ask him to transferred my call to senior desk, they transferred the call and senior executive has no any answer about this entire issue, she suggest me to place a new order.

                At present, product is out of stock for my pin code, and price is rs. 39, 999.

                What wrong practice did by your seller is a flipkart problem, not mine.

                I need my product delivered what i ordered, how it can be done is flipkart problem.

                Product is available for other pin code which can be clearly seen in here attached image, but flipkart don't care to deliver the product at my pin code despite of problem happened due to them by not sending new product as i ordered.

                order not canceled due to unforeseen reasons, but it is canceled due to wrong practice did by your seller, still flipkart is not accepting the same or not trying to resolve my issue by delivering the product what i ordered.

                i can provide the recording of conversation with flipkart customer care executive, in which he clearly mentioned that flipkart will send new product to resolve this issue.

                as u suggested to place a new order, but product is not available for my pin code.

                  I had ordered a mens kurta from flipkart. Initially the product which i received was old and used so i made a replacement request. The replaced item that i received was worst. It got delivered without the original brand bag (Suit bag) plus the stitches and finishing was pathetic. So i raised return request for 3 times and called flipkart 2 times for this issue. But they denied and rejected my return request for all the time. I got cheated. Flipkart is a cheater. They have 30 days return policy for this product. I am trying to return the product from the day the replaced was made. They just escalated the issue and after 2days rejecting my request.

                    The phone is out of stock for several days, i've been waiting so long for this phone, can someone say me when are they going to get in stock again or on sale again? What is asus doing i've no idea, is there any problems with the phone or their budget to make phone's is low so they stock up and sale them and with that money they start producing phones again, whatever just somebody say when are they going to stock it up?

                      While ordering zoook 40w speaker first transaction is done through the google pay app of 3249 rs for the speaker the money got debited from the account but flipkart showed it as a transaction failure later on another payment is done. After so many days neither the flipkart has refunded the money nor the bank has credited after months i got message from bank that successful transaction money can't be refunded so the money has been taken by flipkart and no refund is processing by them i lost my money 3249rs neither i got money nor the product flipkart is doing money fraud by this type of scene

The product was canceled through the flipkart itself blaming the customer for not being available for the delivery which is supposed to be done in three trails. The customer care has been cutting my call. The executives are pathetic with their job and won't register my complaint. This is the worst customer service i've seen in my entire life. I have all the call details and call records and i'll sue flipkart in court.

                              I bought a titan watch from flipkart 24 january.
                              I received a different titan watch. It is not 1734km02 neo hybrid smartwatch (Price-5215), it is titan nh9151bm01 karishma analog watch (Price-2995). So i am very glad for flipkart's services. I hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.
                              I was faced a new problem, my return request rejected.
                              So plz solve my problem.

                              Firstly I am order my watch in 20 January..
                              This watch delivery date mentioned on 23 January..but my product packaging, shipment still not..so I informed this issue to Flipkart customer care..then my watch delivered at 24 January..I received my product and face a new problem my product is same brand but different model..
                              So 24 January I creat a return request, but 26 January seller rejected my return request...
                              Then I am again creat a return request but seller again rejected my return request...so I am very disappointed for Flipkart services..
                              Then i am taking to Flipkart senior customer care..then he creat a return request..on 29 January..
                              After 2 days seller contact my email id..and he wants to my any id proof..
                              Sir I kindly to inform you..I have been lost my email id..my email didn't working..
                              So I call in flipkart customer care..and say I send to my id proof any other process..
                              And I say I want to change my email id..
                              Customer care told you will give your identity proof in flipkart chat section..so I updated my id proof in flipkart chat section..
                              After all seller cancel my return requested..
                              I trouble this issue in many days..

                                I found my mobile is hanging issue. So i have decided to return this mobile on the behalf of returning policy. But they didn't received yet.

                                  Sir i have booked amaze fit gts smartwatch in flipkart by indian bank debit card i cancelled it due to some reason on 26/01/2020 but it was not refunded yet as per flipkart mentioned that they will refund within 03/02/2020 but it was not yet received when i reached bank they are not interested in my case

                                  In my flipkart application there is no option of cash of delivery...I cannot order anything..
                                  Please fix my problem ASAP..

                                    For order id-od[protected] for grocery from flipkart, one item (Pilsbury chaki fresh atta-10 kg) was missing from the delivered items. Even after informing the delivery man about this he assured me that i would get the missing item and that he has informed his supervisor about this but till date neither have i received the missing item nor any refund from flipkart side.

                                      I had purchased mi led tv 43" from flipkart on 20-jan-2020 from flipkart and i had received the product on 01-feb-2020. The flipkart personnel called me and said that installation cannot be done by their engineer since my area is not serviceable and that the engineer will call me and give instructions on how to install the tv. But as i do not personally want to do this, i went to mi service center and they scheduled installation on 03-feb-2020 and the job sheet no. Is tvin[protected], token no. S47178 and happy code is 813431 and installation will be done on 04-feb-2020 09:00:00am to 12:00:00pm. On 04-feb-2020, as the engineer took the tv out and turn it on he found that the panel of the lcd cracked. As the engineer suggest i filed a complaint against flipkart by taking to 3/4 customer executives and told me the issue will be resolved but they are having technical difficulties. They also told me to make the refund/replacement from orders — refund, but when i try it is always showing errors. On my flipkart orders' page, it is shown as issue resolved and they have rejected the issue and also stating that mrp tags are not available and they rejected the refund/replacement. And also on my e-mail, i received a mail saying that the seller had also rejected my refund/replacement. I never thought that i would be scammed by flipkart. I had always trusted them.
