I placed an order for iphone xs from super in the sale on 22.01.2020, i am writing this on 3rd of february, flipkart has changed the delivery date on its and without any notification or any form of communication they have shifted the delivery date from 29.01.2020 to 07.02.2020. I have tried several times to get some resolution from flipkart or atleast to get an email in writing assuring it will get delivered on the said date, however, there is no response to my complaints. I posted on their facebook page and they didn't even to bother to call me when i requested it twice by writing posts on their page. It feels like i'm just standing in dark after spending 50, 000rs. There is no one in flipkart who is listening to me i got a complaint number from them however when i tried getting response over that complaint they said right department will get in touch with me however it's been 2 days the deadline of response has passed and still i don't have any sort of communication from them.

I would request you to kindly look into the matter and get me an assurance that it will get delivered on 7.02.2020 rather than shifting the date again without my consent.

Today I received a call from Flipkart regarding this complaint it is such a disturbing thing they cannot provide me a guarantee when will the product get delivered they are saying on their own that the seller does not have sufficient number of products to deliver to clients then why the hell in the first place they updated the said quantity for sale.

Now they are again giving me a new date that is 10.02.2020 I am sick and tired of flipkarts actions and behaviour, I don't care if the seller has to purchase it from somewhere or grow it or grab it, once I have paid the amount I need the product to get delivered to me.

I was assured I will get delivery by 07.02.2020, I was given a commitment and if such a big company like Flipkart cannot be on its own words then they are surely good for nothing.

I wasted another half an hour today still not getting a "GUARANTEE" that the product will get delivered on 10th they are still using the word "ASSURE". Most of the client might be stupid to enough to take assurance as a guarantee but not me.

I have lost my patience now and I am not getting any help from Flipkart except just a word game of false commitments and promises.

It is illegal to accept an order when you don't have the product to deliver and I will drag Flipkart to court for wasting my precious time and the mental harassment which I have faced.

It feels like I have been robbed by false interpretation and commitment and shady methods of getting clients money, also I am not getting any sort of guarantee in return this is a clear case of violating the terms of contract which gets obligatory as soon as a customer places the order.

I have left all my hopes that this product will ever show up at my door. And I will make sure Flipkart pays for all the suffering and torture that I have gone through
I switched phone number it but this maximum number reached, retry in 24 hours, happened.

    Laptop will suddenly restart and the screen will blured and then after few seconds it will display like that only .then it can display like a barcode in the center of a display and then we can need to restart the laptop then only it will be restart it.i will lot of time i can update the drivers and resolve the issues and browsers will run then it also closed suddenly.there are lot of problems.

    I am ordered a vivo z1 pro on 23th December . delivered a product in 26th December. that product is used Samsung mobile. mi box. but flipkart was not responded
    I purchased Nike Air Max Oketo Running Shoe For Men but I received Fake Brand, wrong product and wrong color. When I am returning then delevery boy note accepted because This is a different product.please Help Me please refund or replacement my amount.

      I bought Intex mobile in June 2019. In November 2019, mobile got issue that it is not getting charged. I gave it in Intex service centre. But they denied to do repair as their systems showing no warranty to that mobile. I informed to flipkart, they are raising return request but not picking up mobile. Since November they are doing same thing, still no progress in that issue.

        Any product I order by flipkart it's showing.. "no seller is shipping in this PIN code"...My PIN code is 496111.. why I am receiving this notification while ordering any product? This is continue for 2 months.
        I have tried with different phone also... Even I have reinstall the app in my sister's cellphone... It's showing the same... Please solve this issue ASAP.

          And Flipkart has promised me that, They will deliver the item on Jan 27. I thought i can gift it to my fried, Because of this flipkart cheating i lost my prestige in front of all my friends.

          Now i would like to claim Defamation of 1 lakh rupees on flipkart.

            Sir, i have made purchase on flipkart with Order id-OD[protected] and delivered on 25 jan 20. I felt problem with quality of item after technician from lg visited and ordered for replacement of item. Now flipkart costumer service contacted me and saying item not eligible for replacement or return. I have tried convince them several time but no responce in reply and disconnect the call in between. I wanted to raise the level by contacting the senior executive but unable to contact. As per flipkart cc item eligible for replacement only upto 04 feb 20. A purchase of Rs. 14000 getting such response from flipkart team. Request to you intervein and initiate return of item. Expecting a favourable reply from you. Thank you.

              Flipkart and ekart epitome of worst customer service experience
              Never ever buy a mobile phone on Flipkart with exchange of old mobile. Amazon is better that way.
              I dun know who ideates the services of flipkart for orders with old mobile exchange services, but they are pathetic.
              I ordered a phone on flipkart on offer with an exchange of my old mobile phone. The delivery man Bibhu Swain from ekart gautam nagar called me just once and as I couldn't receive he failed the delivery attempt without trying again. I called him and requested for delivery. That guy came checked my old phone and said there is a dent and I need to pay extra. Having said that there is a dent on my fone he updated on the app that there is damage on my fone. I repeatedly told him that dent is different than damage and for dent I have to pay less so why is he falsely updating the product as damaged when it is not true. But he did not listen. I told him that I am not happy with the price and he said that I may go ahead and raise a customer complaint on flipkart but no action will be taken. P.S. he was true. Flipkart's business depends on the mood of the delivery men. Having said that the delivery guy left without offering me an option to pay the extra amount instead of exchange and without informing that if I dun take the order, it will get cancelled and there will be no reattempt. He just left of out the blue before I could understand anything. On calling him later today that I am ready to take the order and requesting him to come for the delivery today itself he promised me that he would come tomorrow for the delivery. He just lied to my face that he can reattempt delivery.

              I then went to ekart gautam nagar and insisted on paying by cash the rest amount and taking my product. But they did not give me the product. They had all the recording then heard the recording about lieing about the possibility of coming back for delivery and how the guy accepted that there was dent and still he marked it as damaged.But they took no consideration in giving me my product . They did not even try to make exception.
              Meanwhile on flipkart I talked to multiple flipkart customer care executives, some saying reattempt will be done, some saying there is no reattempt for orders with exchange. Some customer service executive saying something and confusing people. Wishmaster will cancel the exchange and these people will not even confirm if we still want that order by making full payment. But for small bottles and clothes they will call several times before they cancel. This is their business model. They will keep confirming several times for products of 1000/- but leave an entire delivery to the mood of a delivery agent for high end products, the cost of which can be 100000/-. They themselves are not sure about the policies and whether there can be an exception. They have learnt not how to make exceptions and serve customers when their people are at fault but just to show fake empathy to customers like losers.
              Now the discount is not there and I am not able to avail the offer anymore without any mistake of mine and an incapable delivery agent, incapable customer support nd inconsiderate delivery partner.
              Why should I pay extra and reorder the phone.

              Strict action should be taken on ekart gautam nagar and it's delivery agent Bibhu Swain and flipkart.

                I had booked redmi 7a in flipkart through exchange offer your executive cane to my place examined my old device and openly he rejected i had call with his senior and he was like very rude to me is this the way you treat your customer.

                And he not picked up my old device unfortunately i had to take my new phone with full amount.

                Now i need solution to this & i can’t keep my old phone any more

                  I ordered jbl partybox 200 from your website my shipment has not delivered the due date was
                  25th of january. The app shows that shipment is delevered to nearest hub but when i getting calls from the flipkart backend to cancel my order but i don't want to cancel. They always say that the issue will be solved in 48 hours its been seven days and they keep calling me to cancel my order. I want the my product dilevered to as soon as possible.

                      I tried to place order on flipkart on feb 1 2020 through upi by google pay money got debited from my bank and google shows transaction was successful but still flipkart displays order not confirmed because bank didn't confirm payment... I reached to flipkart they said to contact google pay.. Google guys said the transaction was successful in their platform but confirmation was not there from seller in flipkart they said to contact flipkart... I reached them again now they r saying amount if debited and order not confirmed ot will b refunded in 8bdays... I dont understand why using upi if they can't handle payments wasting valuable time of customers... And later playing blame game...

                        My name is bhaskar chukka from hyderabad i ordered one mobile relame 5 pro order no. Od[protected]. Through flipkart on[protected], they mentioned delivery date[protected], but they have not delivered on[protected]. I received one message from ekart that is tracking id: fmpp[protected] from flipkart.com has been delayed. We will deliver within three days. But they have not delivered this time also i called flipkart customer care they said shipment was delayed we will deliver by[protected]. This time also they failed to delivery my product. Again i called flipkart customer care they said irresponsible answer we will try to deliver your product on or before[protected], today is[protected], sut still i have not received product and i checked ekart tracking is showing the estimated deliver period is[protected] to[protected]. I attached the screenshot. Please help to solve my problem. I need mobile on urgent basis i am working in one of private organisation here mobile communication is must i dont believe this flipkart or ekart. They failed their promise three times. Ekart even don't have any communication facility the toll free number also not working. Please help me.

                          I have made an order this morning, during the payment the amount successfully debited from my bank account, but the session has expired while returning to flipkart, due to this the order was in pending at flipkart side, waiting for bank update, but money already deducted.

                          Could you please advise me on how should i proceed with this.

                              Placed order ffor Airpods and paid 24, 500 rs by card on 16.12.19 on Flipkart, They cancelled order within a few hours and till date havent paid my money even after 47 days, They are avoiding to answer when I demanded for compensation to be paid for huge lapse and delay. They are even earning ineterest without honouring the order

                                The technician has denied to come to my location. Jeeves has called me and told that they can't arrange tech visit more than twice and they cancelled the tech visit and told me to contact Flipkart. I have contacted Flipkart about this yesterday but till now problem hasn't solved yet.

                                  I have ordered a refrigerator by reading and referring the specifications and overview.in overview, the video which is shown, has shown us the firdge is 5in1 convertible. I am attaching the screenshots, please refer. However the fridge i had received is not having the 5in1 convertible technology. Demo giver person also told us the same.
                                  Wrong and ambiguous mentioned informations on flipkart leads me to this order. Now i want to return the fridge, and everytime i request for the return, flipkart team are cancelling my request by saying the mentioned reason is not correct. Then i have asked them to provide the suitable reason for it, they said they aren't responsible and i have to talk to manufacture team ie samsung for it.                                     Had the worst experience at flipkart
                                    My product was supposed to be delivered on 30th jan and i got a call on 29th jan saying my order will be delivered next day at 11:30am but i didnt not get it. When i called the consumer care they informed that the product is delayed and will be delivered today 31st jan. The delivery man called me and promised to deliver the item at 3:30 pm and i even got two messages saying my product is out for delivery and i still didn't get my product. All the fake promises ended up ruining my event. I am really upset about this even the delivery man sounded not interested in conversation and ended my call without informing. I have decided never to shop from flipkart ever again and also request my friends and relatives not to order anything from flipkart and totally boycott it.

                                      Hi,

                                      I place an order for headphones on flipkart order no. Od[protected]
                                      And i wanted to cancel the order after couple of hours of placing the order whereas the app gave me an error and in the end, the order was not cancelled.

                                      Now, when i want to return the product, it doesn't specify my reason in the drop-down

                                      I spoke to around 4 executives and none of them helped me and in the end, i spoke to floor supervisor names "farhan"
                                      He disconnected the call without resolution and he mentioned on the call that

                                      "even if i speak to ceo, he'll say the same thing"
                                      So, mr krishnamurthy, please call me, i want to hear from you

                                        I got my phone realme x2 on 21 jan, i found battery issue in phone, i didn't started to use that phone, i raised a return req on 24, i got a sms from jeeves but no one is coming i called many times they are not coming, on 27 they canceled my tech visit, i raised a return request again, one person came from jeeves he checked it and he called his superior he said "go to local shop repair it there, close the return req" my problem isnt solved how can he reject my return, i raised a return request on 28, they arranged a tech visit on jeeves again, i called that person i asked him to visit and accept my return request, he said his superior told him to reject the return request and close it as well solved this issue, i bought the mobile from flipkart not from jeeves, biggest scam is going on, i'm a plus member too, my return validity ending today, im so frustrated and i lost my 17000 on this defective mobile,

                                        Today i got a call from Flipkart they said my return request is accepted i will get a new mobile on feb 13, After this call within few minutes my return request canceled, How cant they cancel my request, whenever i contact flipkart we will take the complaint concerned team will contact you and they will solve your problem within 3 days, i got this mobile on 21st Jan still my problem isn't solved, I need a replacement, I cant use a defective mobile.

                                        Today feb 3 flipkart canceled my return request again. What should i do with this defective mobile, if that mobile blasts will you take care of my family, I need answers flipkart. Fake update from tech visit side and Flipkart is not looking into that matter, Im so frustrated cos of your poor service
