I had made a transaction on flipkart of amount 9148 rs, the amount was deducted but
The order was not confirmed, flipkart suggested me to co-ordinate with bank for the
Same, i had co-ordinated with the bank, the bank has provided me the update that they
Have transferred the amount to flipkart & their was a request for emi convertion for
That amount to bank, the bank has suggested to followup with flipkart.
On 11th dec 2019 when i open the flipkart account to take followup the order/order id
Was missing from flipkart website, the executive says i am providing the wrong data,
They are not ready to listed even after told them that i had multiple mail followup
With flipkart executives, & escalation team & also the screenshot of the order.
I have co-ordinated multiple time for more then 2 hours with flipkart executive they
Provided wrong data (Mail id) & were not ready to transfer my call to escalation team
& nor to any management & finally they disconnected my call with out informing me &
With any resolution,
I am frustated with this, i am suffering from headace & health issue after
Followup with flipkart executives,
Kindly refund the amount & resolve the issue
