I had made a transaction on flipkart of amount 9148 rs, the amount was deducted but
The order was not confirmed, flipkart suggested me to co-ordinate with bank for the
Same, i had co-ordinated with the bank, the bank has provided me the update that they
Have transferred the amount to flipkart & their was a request for emi convertion for
That amount to bank, the bank has suggested to followup with flipkart.

On 11th dec 2019 when i open the flipkart account to take followup the order/order id
Was missing from flipkart website, the executive says i am providing the wrong data,
They are not ready to listed even after told them that i had multiple mail followup
With flipkart executives, & escalation team & also the screenshot of the order.
I have co-ordinated multiple time for more then 2 hours with flipkart executive they
Provided wrong data (Mail id) & were not ready to transfer my call to escalation team
& nor to any management & finally they disconnected my call with out informing me &
With any resolution,

I am frustated with this, i am suffering from headace & health issue after
Followup with flipkart executives,

Kindly refund the amount & resolve the issue

    I ordered redme mobile on mahasale on 8th december 2019 sunday at 10.50pm. I paid 1700rupees through debit card via paytm.
    But still i have not got delivery of the same. I request u to look into the matter and solve it immediately.

      Their was a case going on with flipkart for a mobile from 31 september 2019, the amount was deducted from my account but flipkart says they haven't received the amount they suggested to follow up with bank,
      Today when i got update to follow up with flipkart,
      The order is missing from flipkart order list,
      The executive says there is no such order present

        Dear Team,

        I had ordered Iphone 8 on 05th December 2019. Got the mobile on 07th December 2019.

        But When I switched on the mobile i was shocked to saw the line on the display of iphone 8. Immediately than make a complaint at customer care on 07th December 2019.

        From 07 to till date I didn't get any resolution from flipkart, My return request has been rejected after 04 days today.

        Now I am clueless what to do. Again request you to kindly replace the mobile.

              I have recently added my new email id in order to get the invoice but after clicking on download invoice this message is shown "the invoice will be sent to your registered email id" but in my inbox there is no invoice.

              The mobile which i have ordered is stolen so i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

              I have added email of my brother because my newest email is already is use so i cannot add...

                    I have a due amount in pay later, but flipkart has blocked my account earlier so i can't able to log into my account and i a reaching to flipkart over phone and email from nearly 10 days but no resolution from their side. So last date is 15th december, i want to pay bill but flipkart isn't accepting what the point. And flipkart is continuing to harass me by messages of reminder.

                      Hi team,

                      This was regarding the flipkart pay later bill of 1100/- due from my side.

                      Before the due date flipkart blocked my account and i am not able to login.

                      When asked for a reason for blocking my account, was told there are n number of returns from my side.

                      If i order a flipkart assured product and if i receive duplicate, flipkart is the one who accepts the return. The return request is accepted by flipkart.

                      I contacted flipkart for the same and asked to resolve this issue.

                      They kept on raising incident tickets and no action has been taken till now, nither a link to make the payment is provided.

                      I am continuously getting calls/messages stating about legal implications if due amount not paid. They providing links as well, clicking on it takes me to the flipkart login page.

                      Even after explaining many times the issue to flipkart executive, no action is being taken from flipkart side.

                      Request you if someone can take a look into the same.

                        I placed an order on 5th december and the order id is od[protected]. The total price of the order was rs. 469/-. Within which rs. 373/- was included from my wallet and rest rs. 96/- i paid through sbi net banking. Next day the order was cancelled automatically by flipkart and in order details it is shown that "₹96.0 as refund will be transferred to your bank account by tue, dec 10. For any questions, please contact your bank with reference number igahpcqsu9." yesterday was 10th december and the money was not received. Today i called flipkart customer care and told about it. They suggested me to ask my bank with the reference number. According to them i called my bank customer care the replied the they can't help with this reference number as no transaction is shown by this number. I wrote about this matter to flipkart again but no response is received from there end. Please let me know how can i get my money back. Please take my complain against flipkart and do needful.

                            I had ordered 2 pair of shoes on 2nd december 2019 which cost me 787 with delivery charges. They sent me a sms which stated that the order has been placed successfully and will be delivered by the 5th december 2019. And today i got a call from their customer care and they asked me to cancel the order and told me to reorder but the problem is the price on the same product has been increased... And all the drama they did to me because of they want some extra money that's why they didn't deliver the product and now told me reorder again... My concern is that what is the real problem to deliver the product??

                              I will take legal action if my account are not unblocked by you
                              If you want i am promising that i will not return any further product

                                I have crossed the withdrawal threshold of Rs. 5000. I have around rs. 8, 687 on my affiliate account. It was approved and i was supposed to get it on Dec 1, 2019. But till now haven't got.

                                Affiliate Team not replying to my emails. I sent many emails.
                                On social media like Twitter, Facebook i messaged them. They told me to wait until they comes back with an update. Its been 9 days and no updates.

                                I am in urgent need of money. My account is verified so they shouldn't have any issue to send the money. I am requesting. I am in urgent need of money.

                                I made a previous Complaint regarding this issue. They replied "Hi, We would request you to contact on [protected]@flipkart.com. Hence, Closing the complaint from our end."

                                But on the complaint I made, I clearly mentioned I already mailed them and getting no Response. Flipkart team did not even read my Complaint properly.

                                This is the 12th time I called flipkart customer care about the same issue. I have a limit of rs 5000 in flipkart paylater, but since you have collaborated by IDFC bank now, I am not getting an option to do KYC. Tried it from app as well as browser. There is no option to udpate PAN and Adhar anything in my account.

                                  return request not accepting of my delivered product whether return policy exists.

                                  Don't but any products in Flipkart.

                                  I had worst experience ever when I purchased a sling bag from there which was not looking good and worthy as per the price. Not able to put my files in it.
                                  Trying to returning it after deliver but seller wants customer's money only.
                                  From the delivered time, I am raising return request every day but seller rejects my return request every time without any confirmation and put...

                                    Hello I'm Kareem Flipkart said they refund my amount on 30th January 2019 but still I didn't get money Credit in my Account & they said send Amount in my Account but I didn't get my money so please kindly sort out my problem as soon as possible I'm suffering from last 6 months on this issue so please I humble request solve my problem .. amount is RS 2659
